"And so I was like- eh? Tatsuya, are you listening?" You asked as you reached up and poked his cheek. He snapped out of his thoughts and smiled down at you, taking your hand in his. "Sorry, {YourName}. What were you saying?" He asked with an apologetic smile.

"It's nothing, are you okay? You've been spacing out a lot lately" you asked with worry as you squeezed his hand a bit, not enough to hurt him though. He brought your hand up to his lips and planted a kiss on it. "Yeah, don't worry about me"

"Tatsuya!" You called out as you jogged over to him. "Here, I brought you lunch" you said with a smile as you held the nicely wrapped food. He smiled and gave you a forced smile, however as usual you weren't able to detect it.

"Sorry, I already ate." He said "thank you though. By the way, I can't walk you home today"

"Eh...? Is that so" you said a dejectedly. You liked walking home with him. It was a great way to talk and spend time with him. "Basketball right?" You asked. "Actually I- yeah" he said as he fumbled with his words, how unusual of him to do that.

He saw Murasakibara down the hall and looked back at you. "Ah, I have to go" he said as he walked passed you and over to his friend.

"Muro-chin, did you tell her yet?" Asked Murasakibara as he took a handfull of chips and stuffed his face. "No, I just can't bring myself to do it"

"You should tell her soon, before it gets messy... Like chocolate sauce. Mmm... Chocolate sauce sounds good right now" he licked his lips as he thought about delicious chocolate sauce drizzled on his favorite ice cream, completely forgetting about what he was talking about earlier.

Himuro sighed and turned around slightly to see you sadly walk to your locker. It was hard for him to tell you, he wanted to get it off his chest but he didn't know how to say it.

How does one say this without the other party getting hurt? What if she never talks to him again? What if she tells everyone about what a bad guy he was?

He sighed for the second time, Murasakibara saw how troubled his friend was and took out a lolipop from his pocket. "...here" he said hesitantly. Himuro laughed at him and shook his head. Even though he was trying to be nice, he had a sad look on his face since he had to give up his food.

"I'll tell her tomorrow for sure"

It didn't happen, tomorrow turned into next week, then two weeks. He's been avoiding you for a long time now. You were starting to understand what he was trying to do.

"I think he wants to break up" you said with teary eyes as you hugged (friend name) she hugged you back and patted your head. "Hey,you don't know that" she said "just talk to him, okay?" She said making you nodd in response. "Okay" she saw Himuro down the hall and released you.

"Now go my child!" She said dramatically as she pushed you forward, almost making you fall.

You took a shaky breath before speed walking over to your boyfriend. "T-Tatsuya" you stuttered as you called out to him. He flinched at the sound of your voice and turned towards you. "Can we talk?" You asked nervously, "yeah, that sounds like a good idea" he responded.

The two of you walked towards the stairs where it was secluded and sat down beside each other. "How come you've been avoiding me? Did I do something...?" You asked as tears formed into the corners of your eyes.

"What's going on? I want to know" you said as you held back tears. He bit his bottom lip and decided now was the time to tell you.

"I don't hate you, you're an amazing girl. You mean a lot to me" he said making you smile. "Don't scare me like that!" You said as you playfully hit his arm. "Fuck bro, I thought you were cheating" you said making him hold his hand to stop it from shaking.

"We... Can't be together" he said sadly making your eyes widen in shock. You could feel your heart shatter at his words. "But... why?" You asked with concern. You felt nervous, he was crying. Something you've never seen him do. "Sorry" he mumbled as he wiped his tears.

"I'm gay"
