Volume 01: Episode 03: Heed her call 3 (revision)

The Allspark_

"So...who exactly are we looking for next?" Ravage asked Gaea, a frowning and wary look upon his face.

Traversing through the Allspark, Gaea and her group soon found themselves in an unsettling place, not that the resident Goddess paid much mind to it. All around them seemed to be some mutated, techno-organic forest filled black and twisted trees with lime-green veins. They walked on a metal floor combined with rock and bits of rust as luminescent green pods lit the way.

Gaea looked back at Ravage before looking forward as the group continued to walk. "Tell me, how many of you know a Cybertronian by the name of Mesothulas?"

Soundwave and Ravage shared glances with each other before Laserbeak and Cosmos joined in. Soundwave then looked towards Gaea as he spoke.

"While I have never met him personally, Decepticon data records identified him as an avid student of Shockwave before he became a neutral scientist that produced weapons for the Autobots during the war." Soundwave answered her as they continued to walk. "Such weapons include stasis bullets, spark extractors, Decepti-Bombs, positive reinforcement prisons, and the Aequitas: a supercomputer on Garrus-9 designed with the purpose to detect one's guilt. However, his current status is unknown. Spy reports indicated that his workshop had been destroyed, and Mesothulas had disappeared without a trace."

"Yes. That is the basic knowledge of the scientist that wished to make the impossible a reality." Gaea responded with a nod. "However, while Mesothulas had disappeared, he soon reappeared and made his way to Earth, where he laid low and worked upon creating his idea of a perfect bio-disguise built in with mass-shifting. He referred to this bodyform as the Chimeracon upgrade, from which he based his new form on Earth's spiders, allowing him to transform into a gigantic arachnid that could shrink and enlarge at will. No longer finding the name "Mesothulas" as a fit for his new body modifications, the scientist renamed himself... as Tarantulas."

As Gaea finished her explanation, the group had started to notice that some of the trees and floor had shown signs of webs, webs that most definitely originated from a large spider.

"Speaking of spiders..." Laserbeak dryly remarked as he eyed the webs from Soundwave's right shoulder.

"So it this "Tarantulas" you wish to add to our ranks?" Soundwave questioned Gaea before shaking his head. "Why do I sense as if this may not go as expected?"

Responding to Soundwave, Gaea turned her head to him while offering a playful smile. "Well, I would say it's worth a shot. I've dealt with far worse."

"I think I believe that." Cosmos said to Gaea.

"Well, forgive me if I think this situation smells too funky for my liking." Ravage said as he continued to give his surroundings an apprehensive look. "Why do we need Tarantulas to begin with? He doesn't sound like the kind of warriors that you need to find."

"Tarantulas can hold his own in a fight. But his creative intellect is what helped me to pick him as a candidate." Gaea said to Ravage. "His desire to go beyond the laws of the universe can be a dangerous trait, but swerve him in the right direction, and he will be all too enthralled to focus on more devastating projects. His professionalism in genetics will serve us very well for Soundwave's assignment with the monsters of my world."

"And what's to stop him from going haywire on us and creating something that he shouldn't?" Ravage asked with a raised optic.

"In truth, there isn't much that will stop him from trying to find a way to defy the laws of nature." Gaea replied, soon squinting her eyes as she noticed a bright and eerie green light coming from up ahead. "But I have seen that there is good in him. He has immense care and adoration towards his creations and scientific achievements. One in particular he saw as a son, a son that he loved. It is this trait of Tarantulas that gives me faith in my decision."

Soon enough, Gaea's group came upon a large, circular pit in an opening of the techno-organic forest. Like the twisted trees, it glowed with an eerie-green color as green and purple roots clung upon it. Getting closer to the pit's edge, they could all see that it was fogged with a lime-green mist, too thick to properly peer through.

"Oh, wonderful. Our very own private entrance to hell." Laserbeak sarcastically remarked, narrowing his eyes as he gave the pit a wary look.

Despite not being able to see through the mist of the pit, Soundwave was still able to hear with his outlier abilities. He narrowed his visor as he picked up a faint noise from deep within the pit, a noise that was steadily increasing in volume with each passing second.

"Something is moving down there." Soundwave said as he started to back up a bit from the edge of the pit. "And it is heading our way."

Before everyone's eyes, a gigantic tarantula with bright green eyes and purplish black bristles emerged from the pit. The enormous arachnid gave a maniacal cackle when he spotted Gaea and her group. This has sent the majority of the group to quickly move back from the pit in surprise and shock. Laserbeak gave out a screech from Spundwave's shoulder while Ravage growled in apprehension, hoping back while getting into a defensive formation. Cosmos was the most surprised by this as he had fallen onto his rear before crawling away in backwards motion.

"Oh, that is immensely disturbing!" Cosmos shouted, pointing his finger towards the large tarantula.

Soundwave, while slightly taken aback as well, had held his ground, only reacting with the slightest motion of his hands when the arachnid made its way out of the pit. Meanwhile, Gaea showed no sign of being phased by the arrival of the large spider, merely holding her hands together in front of her.

"Just as expected." Gaea thought to herself as she gave the tarantula a calm look.

"My, my, my. What have we here?" The tarantula questioned with a chuckle, speaking in an equally maniacal voice. "I find myself roused from slumber, unable to cognize most of my surroundings until I spotted a few areas that I know of from memory. I then hear the faint sound of voices near the pit, and lo and behold, I find myself before one Autobot, a leading lieutenant of the Deception army, along with two of his mini-cons, and a femme of unknown origin. Today is turning out to be full of surprises. Hyeh Hyeh Hyeh!"

[There should be a GIF or video here. Update the app now to see it.]

It was then that Gaea steadily and gracefully moved towards the tarantula, looking up to him with calm expression. "Do you know where you are, Tarantulas?"

The now-recognized Tarantulas looked down at Gaea, all right of his eyes focusing on her. "Well, if the last thing I can recollect is my death, I would surmise I am within the Allspark. Lest this should be some other plane of existence."

"Good. That will shorten things a bit." Gaea commented before continuing, motioning to herself and her group. "I am Gaea. The Autobot is Cosmos. And you are able to recognize Soundwave, Laserbeak, and Ravage."

"Hmm. Gaea, you say?" Tarantulas asked. "Your's is not a name I can recall knowing. Other than humans using the name as a description for nature on planet Earth."

"I should suspect that you wouldn't know of me." Gaea responded, placing her hand on her chest. "I come from another universe. I am the younger sister of Primus. I have come here in the search of warriors who can aid my world from an evil fate. I have chosen to hopefully be my next candidate."

"Ooh, inter-dimensional travel? Interesting. Very interesting." Tarantulas responded. "But why should I help you? And don't say something as cliche as 'out of the goodness of my Spark.' What's in it for me?"

"Other than the chance to live again, you will be able to put your brilliant mind to good use again. Stretching the boundaries of what's possible with your inventions and creations." Gaea said to Tarantulas. "So long as they are given the proper sanctions, of course. I can't exactly have you mess with things such as timelines."

"Hmm..." Tarantulas gave a hum as he stared at Gaea, thinking on his options for around a minute.

As Tarantulas thought, Gaea and her group stared back at him, patiently awaiting his answer. Though Cosmos and Ravage were still a bit apprehensive towards him.

It was then that Tarantulas shrunk himself down from his large size, mass-shifting until he was half the size of Gaea, Soundwave, and Cosmos. He then walked out of the pit and towards Gaea before transforming into his robot mode, which had his spider legs on his back, along with clawed feet, pincer-like hands, and his spider-mode head being positioned as his crotch-piece. His body seemed muscular-based in build, with lime-green and dark magenta metals that went along with his spider bristles. Upon his shoulders were large, bristle-covered pauldrons with lime-green circles on the inside of them. Lastly, his head had a thin, yellow visor with several mandibles for a mouth, along with eight spider eye-like jewels atop his head.

"You drive a hard bargain, Gaea." Tarantulas said as he pointed his pincer hand to her. "But nothing would make me more happy than getting back to my experiments. I'll join your little crusade. But on one final condition."

"And what would this condition be?" Gaea asked.

Tarantulas then moved closer to Gaea, causing everyone else to focus on the Chimeracon as he began to whisper to the Goddess. "When this ordeal of yours, whatever it is, is completed, I would very much like to know the location of my son."

Soundwave, having heard Tarantulas with his powerful hearing, furrowed his visor in confusion as he thought to himself. "A son?"

Gaea looked at Tarantulas before nodding to him. "Very well. Your condition is accepted."

Tarantulas then stood back, giving a short chuckle as he looked at Gaea's group. "Hyeh Hyeh Hyeh. It seems we now find ourselves as a team. Now, what's our next move?"

"There is still one more warrior in the Allspark that I seek before I have you all depart to my universe." Gaea said as she started to walk away. "If you will follow along with us, Tarantulas."

The rest of Gaea's group eyed Tarantulas for a moment before looking away and following Gaea, all the while the Chimeracon quietly chuckled to himself before following as well.

"How would you like to save a planet?"

Hearing Sixshot's offer, Buzzsaw tilted his head in confusion whilst raising an optic. "Save a planet? What are you going on about?"

"I think I'm being pretty obvious in what I'm talking about." Sixshot replied. "Save an entire planet. A whole civilization."

"From what exactly?" Buzzsaw asked.

"Well, from what I heard, the same monster that destroyed Cybertron." Sixshot said as he crossed his arms.

At this, Buzzsaw narrowed his eyes, remembering when the planet destroyer tore his homeworld to pieces, and how it cost many lives to put a stop to it. Lives such as Laserbeak... and Soundwave.

"Shockwave's abomination was destroyed. All of us saw to it." Buzzsaw bitterly replied. "I don't know what information you've been fed."

"Well, yeah. The one you all destroyed is gone for good." Sixshot told Buzzsaw. "But I learned that there's a whole bunch of versions of Unicron out there, in the multiverse. And the one I'm talking about wasn't cooked up in some elaborate Shockwave scheme."

"Multiverse?" Buzzsaw questioned with a befuddled expression.

"The multiverse. Different universes, what have you." Sixshot said, bringing up his arm and rolling around his hand a bit in emphasis. "It's another universe I have to head to in order to get to this planet at risk, and I've been directed to seek you out as an ally."

Sixshot was met with a blank stare from Buzzsaw. It was like this for a few seconds before the yellow and black mini-con spoke up in a bland tone. "Uh-huh... And... let's say I believe what you're telling me for even a nanosecond. How would you get to this 'other universe', let alone who is it that's asking you for help?"

"The person that came to me is a goddess named Gaea. She came from another universe, promising that if I help her, she'll give me a new home and point me in the direction of things to fight. As for how I'll get to her universe..." Sixshot trailed off before shrugging. "I honestly don't know. She failed to mention a means of transport before she went to find more warriors."

There was another awkward moment of silence as Buzzsaw stared at Sixshot, who stared back at him.

"...You haven't been on any circuit speeders lately, have you?" Buzzsaw asked Sixshot.

"Hey, I get where you're coming from. I didn't believe Gaea either until she patched up my entire body in seconds." Sixshot replied with a straight face. "Anyone who knew me wouldn't just do that for the hell of it. Not like anyone could fix me so quickly, either. I may not have been to her universe, but Gaea's the real deal."

"Or she's an outlier with a unique healing ability." Buzzsaw stated.

"You try to name an outlier that can fix my entire body in a matter of seconds while appearing before in a discorporate form." Sixshot shot back with a stern look.

Buzzsaw sighed at Sixshot before replying. "Look, even if what you're saying is true, I can't just leave Earth. I can't just up and abandon these elephants that poachers try to hunt every week. I can't just leave behind my last reminder of Soundwave. He cared for these creatures more than others on this planet do. I can't leave them to face extinction, no matter what you tell me."

Sixshot looked at Buzzsaw's expression. It was a look of melancholy and remorse. Remorse towards an old friend. While Sixshot was one of the most feared Decepticons during the war, even in the eyes of his own faction, he knew what it was like to have friends. Primarily the Terrorcons, the only Decepticons, the Cybertronians, that took a liking towards him.

Sixshot closed his eyes for a moment before walking over to a nearby tree, leaning against it as he looked at the herd of elephants. "I get where you're coming from. Believe me, I do. I can't force you to come with me. But with that said, I won't be leaving until Gaea gets back. So I guess you're stuck with me for the time being."

Buzzsaw glanced over at Sixshot before looking towards the elephants as well. "Well, it's not like I could even force you to leave, anyway. But if you're going to be here a little while longer, you can at least help keep an eye out for any more poachers that come our way."

Sixshot merely nodded in response to Buzzsaw, still leaning against the tree as he watched a female elephant nestle her trunk over her calf's head.

The Allspark_

As everyone followed Gaea through the techno-organic construct within the Allspark, the Cybertronians gave looks of suspicion towards their newest compatriot. It wasn't hard to figure out that there was a hint of unease they found themselves in when around Tarantulas.

Laserbeak gave the Chimeracon a few glances every now and then while Cosmos and Ravage kept a closer eye on Tarantulas. While Soundwave kept his visor forward as everyone walked, he made sure he had his hearing focused towards Tarantulas, in the event he tried something to warrant him a threat.

Tarantulas himself could both see and feel the looks given to him by his new companions. While he made no outward reaction to them, he was rummaging through his thoughts.

"Quite the warm reception, if I do say so myself." He thought. "But, no matter. Whether they grow to like me or not, Gaea and them are my key to being able to flex my creative genius once more. And to hopefully be reunited with Ostaros."

The group continued to walk through the techno-organic forest before the scenery started to change. No longer were they in Tarantulas's domain, but rather they were all on a construct on Cybertron. The buildings were shiny and silver, the lights on with a range of colors, almost as if it were all brand new. The only thing they found missing were inhabitants.

"Finally, something I'm more used to." Ravage commented as he looked around the Cybertronian street.

"This appears to be the city of Rodion." Soundwave said while looking around the street as well, analyzing the nearby buildings. "Close to the Dead Ends..."

"So, this next warrior. He's not anything like Tarantulas, is he?" Cosmos asked Gaea, while pointing his thumb back towards the Chimeracon.

"Well, if that were to be the case, I would be all the more happy to meet this individual." Tarantulas spoke with an eager glint in his visor.

"No." Gaea responded with a shake of her head. "This next individual is much more calm and composed, yet open and caring. He has lived a long life, longer than any other Cybertronian in your universe. His nature in aiding and bringing comfort to others would make him a great ally."

"And just who is this particular Cybertronian?" Soundwave as he walked closer to Gaea.

It was then that the Goddess stood still, prompting everyone else to follow suit of her a moment after. Everything was quiet until the sound of whistling started to fill the air.

Soundwave, being able to hear the whistling better than the others, turned his head to the right, where he located the origin of the sound. He quickly noticed that it originated from within an intersecting alleyway on the right side of the street, a good fifteen feet ahead of him and the group.

Gaea was next to turn heard in the direction Soundwave was looking towards. Soon enough, everyone saw a small, mech Autobot come out from the alleyway while riding on a red and orange cyber scooter.

The Autobot's build was skinny, seemingly frail. His color-scheme mainly consisted of pale grey and orange. There were two glowing vents on his torso, one on each side of his chest, which was open in the middle to show a circular cavity that glowed a bright blue. The last details about him were that he wore a pair of blue-tinted, goggle-like glasses over his eyes, while an antenna was positioned on the left side of his head.

The small and orange Autobot continued to whistle while riding across the street, not paying any attention to the group that stood a short distance away from him, Gaea looked towards him with a solemn look. When she stared at Rung, she saw in his place someone she deeply loved and cared for that had not seen for so many millennia. A sibling. A brother.

The small Autobot had then reached his intended destination, a building that was labeled as a clinic. He stepped off from his cyber-scooter, picking it up into his hands before folding the handle section of it down onto its base. The Autobot then hooked the folded cyber-scooter onto his back before entering the clinic.

The entire time, everyone had been still as they watched the unknown Autobot go about his business before all eyes, and visors turned to Gaea.

"That's your final warrior?" Laserbeak asked her in a deadpan tone, clearly not impressed.

"Hey, now... maybe the bot's got something special to him that we don't know about." Cosmos offered in defense. "After all, I know a thing or two about being underestimated a lot."

"At least you look like you have some use in a fight." Ravage said to Cosmos before looking back at Gaea. "That orange bot would get blasted into fragments the moment he stepped onto a battlefield."

"He has far more importance than any of you can realize." Gaea sternly replied back. "He has been influential in nearly every Cybertronian life... even if none of you recognize him."

"You're stating that we're supposed to have known this minute individual?" Tarantulas asked as he walked up to the Goddess. "I have quite the excellent memory, if I do say so myself, and I can't recollect ever having met with that scrawny little bot."

"He feels... somewhat familiar to me." Soundwave said, his visor furrowing as he placed his hand onto his head, trying to see if he could jog his memory for any piece of the orange Autobot. "It is almost as if I cannot recall any data on this Cybertronian. When I look at him, I feel like I should be able to recognize him, but I keep coming up with nothing."

At this, Gaea sighed, glancing down as she regained her solemn look. "Ultimately, I cannot fault any of you for not being able to remember him. His is a tragic tale. One that has been unsung, no matter how many times those that know him have tried to sing it."

Gaea then put on a more determined appearance as she looked towards the clinic. "But should he accept my call, his song will go unsung no longer. Come along. It's time we paid a visit to the psychiatrist."

Gaea then walked towards the clinic with the others watching as she went off, once more, they shared a few glances before eventually giving in and following her.

Eostia, Garan_

The land was dark and dead. The air was thick, and the sky was red. These were the black and treacherous lands that stained the map of Eostia. Garan. Lair of demons and monsters. Fortress to the dark elves. Ruled by the Dark Queen, Olga Discordia. A dark sorceress who was cruel and callous to those not of her kin. The most feared and hated woman throughout all of Eostia, for she has waged a seemingly endless war against humanity and the Seven Shield Alliance.

Within her dark citadel, Olga Discordia sat idly upon her dark throne. Once a kind and compassionate creature of Selenus, now a hardened and haughty warmonger, who's deep-seeded hatred for humanity runs through most of her fellow dark elves.

The Dark elf's attire was that of revealing purple corset that was split open down the middle, revealing her stomach, and giving an ample view to the top of her breasts. Upon her legs and arms were similarly colored and designed high-heeled boots and shoulder sleeves, with a black thong covering her private region. Adorned atop her head was an ornate, silver crown with a purple jewel situated between two crests. Hung from her shoulders and back was a long, tasseled black and red cloak with an open collar, outlined orange gold designs and ornate silver shoulder pads. Olga's flowing and soft raven-black haired tan down towards her back. Her skin, a smooth and alluring mocha. Her eyes, amber, yet cold.
Within her right hand, she wielded a black and ornate staff with a gold ring encompassing it near its open arc-like crown, where a red jewel sat in place.

The dark elves were always viewed as an exotic race, given their secretive nature, and dark skin-tones. For all of the evil Olga has committed, there are few who could deny her eternal beauty. A paradigm amongst her kin.

As Olga sat on her throne, alone in her throne room, she quietly thought to herself, casting a slight narrow of her eyes while tightening the grip on her staff.

For many decades, she was recognized as the most powerful sorceress in Eostia. One that could match the power of Celestine Lucross. It was from her great power that she was able to get the monsters of Eostia to do her bidding. And through her continued practice in her dark arts, she had only gotten stronger with each passing year.

But now, there had been a shift in her abilities, one that did not bode well for her. With each fading day and night, Olga could feel the once great power she wielded slip away inch by inch. The cause of her weakening, she did not know. Some would call this a cruel twist of fate for the war she had brought upon the land. But that was of no concern nor care for Olga. All she wanted to do was find a way to regain what she had lost, before her enemies learn what has befallen her.

As she reminisced carefully on her next actions, Olga's attention was soon drawn to the sound of her throne room doors opening.

Seeing as to who was entering her throne room, Olga was greeted with one of her most loyal followers. A dark elf named Chloe. The youngest among the dark elves that serve Olga, but one of the Dark Queen's most trusted retainers.

Chloe herself wore similarly styled clothing to Olga. Her open corset was smaller and of a greyish purple color. She too wore a black thong with red straps that connected her corset to her leggings, which were a slate blue in color, her feet covered with brown boots. On her hands she wore brown gloves. She also wore a slate blue piece of clothing with a collar that covered her neck and shoulders, almost like someone had cut off the collar and sleeve section of a shirt and put it on. She wore a long, brown shoulder cape on her right side that hooked onto her with a gold pendant. Unlike most dark elves, Chloe had a much lighter mocha skin color. Her eyes were red, and her hair was a silky blonde, done up in a long ponytail tail on the back left side of her head with a single, long bang flowing down the right front side of her face, almost covering her right eye.

Walking up to Olga, Chloe then kneeled down before the leader she idolized and worshipped.

"My Queen." Chloe said as she bowed.

"Chloe." Olga addressed her retainer with a stoic gaze. "What news do you bring?"

Lifting her head up to look at Olga, Chloe responded to her. "Three guards that have been sent with Misery have come back with a report on her exploration in the northern mountains."

At this, Olga slightly perked up, though outwardly, it could only be noticed by the slight twitch of her ear. "And what does their report say?"

"They said that Misery has found something, an unknown cavern entrance in the mountains, once covered with an incantation to appear as simple stone." Chloe answered. "They say... It is sealed off with some strange metallic door. They also say that there are strange runes upon the door. Runes that Misery has requested for you to see."

Raising her brow, Olga then asked another question. "Was Misery able to decipher these runes?"

"Yes... but the guards said she only deciphered one word before she quickly sent them to deliver the message." Chloe replied. "According to Misery, they said you would know the significance of the word."

"And what is this word?" Olga asked.

"Gaea." Chloe answered to her.

The next thing Chloe knew, Olga had widened her eyes in surprise upon hearing the word. Furrowing her eyes in confusion, Chloe spoke again. "Is... is everything all right, My Queen?"

Olga glanced at Chloe's confused face for a moment, realizing that she had slipped up in her normal demeanor. Quietly clearing her throat, Olga regained her composure before rising from her throne, looking down at Chloe. "Come with me, Chloe. We will have the guards take us to Misery. I must see her findings for myself. But first, there is a book I require from my studies."

With Olga walking away, Chloe took that as her cue to rise up and follow behind her queen, yet she was still confused as to the situation at hand. "I'm afraid I don't understand, My Queen. What is the significance of this... Gaea?"

As Olga and Chloe had reached past the throne room doors, the Dark Queen glanced back at her retainer as they continued to walk. "Gaea is the name of an ancient deity. One said to be old as time itself. I was told of her tale by my father centuries ago when I was still a child. She was said to have shaped our very world, breathing life into it. Other than ancient texts, there has been no other recorded knowledge of Gaea... until now."

"Does this Gaea have anything to do with the Goddess reborn?" Chloe asked.

"Gaea was a supreme entity. Far above those that inhabit our world." Olga replied. "Allow me to tell you her tale, just as I was told of it."

The Allspark_

Gaea was the first to enter into the clinic. Still holding the same determined look she held before, she walked into the building without paying much glance to the layout of it. When everyone else entered the clinic, they instantly observed the room, noting it to be mainly white. There was a front reception desk with a few computers and some cabinets. The group had then watched as Gaea made her way beyond the front desk and towards the back room, from which they soon followed.

Upon entering the back room, the group looked around to see that there were spiraling shelves that held models of Cybertronian ships. Most of them were modeled after Autobot Arcs, but there were a few Decepticon ships in the mix.

"Someone has a busy hobby." Laserbeak remarked as he looked all the way up along the shelves.

"I hope you all find them accurate. I try my absolute best to make sure I get every detail right when I work on these models." Spoke a male voice.

Turning their attention to the origin point of the voice, Gaea's group found the small and orange Autobot they had seen enter the clinic before they had. He was currently working on another model ship. This particular ship had a similar shaping to an Arc, but was far more edged off and white with orange antennas angled back near the thrusters of the ship.

"I know that ship." Ravage said as he squinted his eyes at the model ship. "That's the Lost Light."

"Correct." The orange Autobot answered as he continued to work on the model. "I had previously run into a few mishaps with the antennas and grilling, but I do believe I have it right this time."

Gaea had stood in silence, observing the orange Autobot for a moment, her thoughts lingering upon him before speaking. "I hope that you will be able to spare us a moment of your time... Primus."

Immediately, everyone from Gaea's group looked at her with widened eyes and visors, with Tarantulas, Ravage, and Laserbeak having agape jaws.

Upon hearing his name, the small orange Autobot proceeded to halt in his project, setting the unfinished model ship onto a nearby table before turning to face Gaea and her group.

"Please. I much prefer the name Rung." Primus, now known as Rung, responded. "It's the life I'm most common with, and most fond of."

"Very well... Rung." Gaea responded, albeit with an unsure look.

"You... you are Primus?" Soundwave asked Rung in shock, pointing to him. "The original Cybertronian? Our creator?"

"I do have the serial number to prove it." Rung said to Soundwave. "Although I always thought it was upside down. Mistakes can happen when your memory is wiped of your entire past."

"Now wait just a minute." Ravage stated as he turned to Gaea. "You're saying the skinny Autobot is Primus? And that we've known him in some way? I think that I would remember knowing Primus!"

"We actually did somewhat know each other." Rung interjected to Ravage. "Though like many who could remember me, I was only known as Rung. You joined up with Megatron aboard the Lost Light. I was one of its crew members."

"If you were aboard the Lost Light, then how do I not remember you?" Ravage asked Rung.

"Because Cybertron was afflicted by an information creep many millennia ago." Gaea said with a scowl. "The treacherous Adaptus went against the Guiding Hand, and in his retreat, he used his moon base to send out a massive electromagnetic blast to disorient Cybertron's populace, and allow him escape. Primus did his best to absorb as much of the blast as he could, but the sacrifice was that all of Cybertron would forget his form, and Primus himself would even forget who he was, becoming Rung."

"Wha-Adaptus?" Cosmos asked. "But the story says that Mortilus was the betrayer."

"Another effect of the information creep, I'm afraid." Rung said. "Adaptus feared Cybertron would become stagnant and proposed that we war against other species to encourage the evolution of our own. The rest of us in the Guiding Hand refused, and thus the event known as the "God War" began."

"Fascinating." Tarantulas said with an intrigued and almost astounded tone.

"If I wasn't able to read your thoughts, I wouldn't believe it myself." Soundwave said with a shocked look.

"Yes. Even though I don't regret what I did, it was quite lonely when everyone around me kept forgetting who I was." Rung said with a solemn look. "Being a psychiatrist, I knew just about everyone and their complexities, but knowing others does not equate to the same feeling of them knowing you."

Rung was silent for a moment as his arms slightly drooped, his eyes looking back towards the model of Lost Light. He held a saddened look for a moment before doing his best to put on a smile and turn his attention back to Gaea and her group.

"But the past is the past for a reason. I'm merely glad for those I was able to help down the line." He said before turning his full attention to Gaea. "Now, while I am not all too certain of knowing the Cybertronian with an arachnid appearance—."

"He was originally Mesothulas." Gaea said to Rung.

"Oh! Well, then I can recall him. Back to what I was saying, I can now firmly recall everyone in this clinic, except for you." Rung said as he pointed at Gaea. "You do not speak with the air of a recently sparked Transformer, nor does it feel as if you are entirely one with the Allspark. Would you mind sharing with me who you are?"

The Goddess stared at Rung for a moment before replying. "My name is Gaea. I come from a universe adjacent to yours. My world is under threat of destruction. I have come to seek warriors to aid my planet's people in their dire need, before it is too late."

"Hmm." Rung gave a hum as he clasped his hands together, resting them under his chin. "Well, if that is the case, why do you seek help from those that are dead? Surely there are those alive that could better serve in fixing your dilemma."

"Those that I have come to the Allspark in search of are some of the best of the best." Gaea answered. "There are those alive in your universe that I seek as well, but that does not negate my need for the deceased. Though I am still regaining my strength, I can use what I have to reformat your bodies, and resurrect you. All that is required of you in return is your cooperation."

"A second chance at life?" Rung mused as he rested his hands to his sides. "Quite the rare offer."

"Will you accept my call, Rung?" Gaea asked, reaching her hand out towards him.

The small Autobot looked at Gaea's hand for a moment before turning his head to the side. "While I am certain your people's plight is serious, I do not know if I have the Spark to go through life once more. The Allspark is... peaceful. No war. No hate. Nothing but serenity. I do not know if I am ready to leave it."

At Rung's words, Gaea's hand slightly faltered as she cast him a sympathetic look. Soundwave watched as she slowly lowered her hand, noting her expression. The blue Decepticon then looked to Rung, Primus. He stared at the small Cybertronian for a moment before walking forward.

"While I... do agree with your assessment. Gaea has personally shown me what threatens her people." Soundwave said to Rung, getting his attention. "I doubt she would force you to come with us, but... perhaps you can what I have seen. Then decide your stance. If you are willing."

Rung looked at Soundwave, taking in his words before looking towards Gaea and nodding. "Very well. Show me the threat your world faces."

"Are you certain of this?" Gaea gently asked. "The visions I have seen... they are not for the faint of heart. Even Soundwave could not entirely bear what was shown."

"You came to me for my help. If I am to leave the Allspark, I would like to make sure your situation is truly something I can help solve." Rung answered as he walked up to Gaea. "Show me."

Gaea looked down at Rung before nodding to him. "Very well."

The Goddess then kneeled down to Rung's level and placed her hands on both sides of his head. With her eyes closed, Gaea proceeded to send through her visions into Rung's mind, causing his eyes to brightly glow far more than they had done before.

Eostia, Garan_

As of currently, Olga and Chloe were being led through the twisted trees and swamps of Garan by a group of dark elf guards, everyone riding upon black armored horses. They were being led towards the northern mountains, to where Misery was doing her investigations. As they rode to Misery's destination however, Chloe had her eyes furrowed as she thought back to the tale her queen had told her when she sought out a book from her personal study.

"It was said that before time began, there were three primordial gods. Three siblings. The eldest was Unicron, the god of chaos and destruction. The middle sibling was Primus, god of order and creation. And finally, there was Gaea, a goddess who represented a balance between her siblings' personalities. Before our world was created, Gaea and Primus faced off against Unicron, who had planned to destroy all life in existence. After a legendary battle, the eldest brother was banished into a void, never to be seen again. It was then that Gaea formed our world with her bare hands, giving life to every creature upon it. The tale states that she placed her very heart and soul into the core of our world, so that she could be connected to all of her creations. However, she was somehow placed into a deep slumber, rumored to be eternal. No one knows what happened to Gaea, but elders used to say that Unicron had a hand in what befell her, stating that he somehow was able to escape his banishment, and took his revenge on her. Though, that part of the tale was considered far more superstitious."

As Chloe thought of Olga's previous words, she glanced at the book Olga held in her left hand. When she had asked her queen as to what the book exactly was, Olga responded by saying it was a translator for the word's of Gaea's ancient dialect.

But, as the dark elves continued to travel through the forests of Garan, Chloe's thoughts still lingered on Olga's explanation of Gaea.

"It's almost hard to believe that the heart of a god is what lies at the center of our world." Chloe thought to herself before scowling a bit. "But from Lady Olga's story, Gaea gave life to everything on Selenus. Everything, including humans and those lecherous beasts. I have to question just how good of a god this Gaea was. But... the part about her eldest brother... Unicron... the feats told about him were very little, yet I get a feeling of dread when I think of his name. I do hope the belief of his escape was truly just a superstition."

After another thirty minutes of travel, the dark elf guards halted their horses, prompting Olga and Chloe to halt theirs. The lead guard, a male dark elf with green eyes and a shaved head, turned his horse around in order to speak to his queen.

"We have arrived, Queen Olga." The male guard said with a small bow before he and his fellow guardsmen moved themselves out of the way of Olga and Chloe.

Once the guards made way, Olga motioned for her horse to move forward, Chloe doing so just a moment after with her mount. They were at the foot of one of the many mountains that lay behind the Dark Queen's citadel. In the surrounding area, there were several other dark elf guards who patrolled the area, alongside three orcs, and two axe-wielding Minotaurs that stood by one elf in particular.

This elf, compared to the other dark elves in Garan, was completely pale in complexion. She almost bore a motherly figure, with wide hips, and breasts twice the size of her head. Her long, wavy, and wild blonde hair was tipped in purple, reaching down past her hips. Her red eyes were shimmering with an almost mischievous intent. Her legs were covered with purple, black, and gold high heel boots that were topped with white fur. She wore purple sleeves on her arms that rimmed with gold and covered with white fur on the elbows, and on the cuffs that led to the black gloves on her hands. The only thing that covered her figure was a thin, purple string bikini with a neck collar that only really covered her vagina and the nipples on her enormous breasts, leaving little to the imagination. Hooked onto her very thin and skimpy clothing were purple shoulder capes topped with fur and rimmed with gold, encompassed around her shoulders like rings. Below her shoulder capes was a cape that hung from her back, designed in purple and black and rimmed in gold, cut out into four tail sections. Lastly, within her right hand was a gold staff with black wrappings. Unlike Olga's staff, this staff was far more extravagant with a very ornate crown that was ovular in shape with several arc-shaped curves jutting out. Held at the center of the staff's crown was a large blue jewel, juxtaposed to Olga's red jewel.

This was the adopted daughter and second-in-command of Olga Discordia, Misery Stentrem. The wicked elven witch of Garan.

Misery was currently looking over a large, metal door covered in symbols that glowed a bright blue. As she looked over the metal door, she soon smiled, her ears perking up as she sensed an all too familiar presence approaching her.

Misery turned around to see Olga and Chloe walking towards. A smile still on her face, Misery gave a bow to the Dark Queen before speaking to her. "I'm glad you could make it, mother."

"Misery, my child." Olga greeted her adopted daughter as she and Chloe got off from their horses. It was then that Olga looked to the metal door, taking note of the symbols upon it as she lightly clutched the book in her hand. "I take it this is your discovery?"

Misery's smile widened slightly as she turned back towards the metal door. "I found it hidden behind several protection spells. To many, the spells made it seem and feel as if this door was nothing more than regular rock. But I was able to feel a magical presence. From there, it was only a matter of time before I withered away each spell and discovered the door."

It was then that Olga walked past Misery, going over to the metal door and placing her hand on it, examining the glowing symbols.

"After all these years, the legends are true." Misery said as she walked up behind Olga. "The tombs of Gaea exist."

"Tombs of Gaea?" Chloe questioned as she walked up behind her queen as well.

"Legend has it that ancient and powerful warriors once guarded our world before disappearing when Gaea entered her slumber." Olga said, eyeing the door for another moment before pulling out her book and flipping through each of the pages. "It was said that they retreated into three tombs scattered across Eostia, lying in wait to be summoned back into service."

"I see you've brought the codex, mother." Misery pointed out the book in Olga's hand. "A shame I didn't bring it with me before departing. Then I could have fully deciphered all of the symbols and had the door open for you all ready."

"You needn't worry, my child." Olga said to Misery, glancing back at her. "If time has shown us anything, it's that we cannot prepare for the unexpected. We can only learn to adapt to the situation."

After speaking to Misery the Dark Queen went back to the pages in the codex, her eyes darted between her book and the symbols on the metal door, carefully analyzing them before referring to their meanings. "If the codex holds true, the symbols speak as follows: "That which lies beyond this door is the swarm of Gaea. The great hive-mind of Selenus." It says that in order to open the door, we require the living blood of a High elf, who must place their hand on the door and send out a flow of their mana."

Olga then turned her head back towards Misery. "While I would never order you to harm yourself for me, would you be able to open the door?"

Misery placed her finger to her lips as she looked up in thought. "Hmm. I've left a lot of my High elf heritage behind since you raised me as your own... but if it will help us in our current position, I will try."

The elven witch then turned to Chloe, holding her hand out to her. "Chloe. A dagger, if you will."

Chloe looked at Misery with an uncertain look before glancing at Olga, who nodded to her in return. Accepting this response, Chloe took out a dagger she held in her boot, handing it over to Misery.

Misery took the dagger in her hand before walking up to the metal door. Placing her staff under her arm, Misery held out her other hand, placing the edge of the knife into her palm. She grasped the edge before sliding the knife out. While Misery didn't show any signs of pain from the process, she did successfully cut her hand as blood started to stream and drip from her enclosed palm. She then promptly placed her bleeding hand onto the door before closing her eyes.

Everyone nearby watched as Misery's hair started to blow about without the aid of wind. A purple aura surrounded her body as she channeled the flow of her mana into the metal door. This had resulted in the symbols glowing even brighter than they had before, until they faded away entirely. It was then that Misery took her hand off of the door, her aura dissipating as she opened her eyes once more, using her magic to heal the cut on her hand.

Everyone gathered around to see what would happen next. After waiting for a moment longer, the metal door gave an odd whirring sound before spilling apart and receding into the rock wall in separate directions. With the door gone, everyone could see a metal cavern that ran deep into the mountain, alit with blue lights all along the floor, ceiling, and walls.

Seeing this, Misery smiled again as she looked towards Olga. "Shall we, mother?"

Olga looked inside the metal cavern, her ears picking up the faintest of humming sounds that pulsed in the cavern's strange lights. She then looked at her adopted dark and nodded. "We shall."

Olga then looked back towards Chloe. "Chloe, you will come with us."

The Dark Queen then looked towards the nearby monsters. "The orcs will head in first. The Minotaurs shall guard Misery, Chloe, and I."

She then looked around at the dark elf guards in the area. "I want everyone else to hold your positions. On the off chance something undesirable comes racing out of these caverns, I want you all to make sure it will be contained."

The dark elves responded to Olga's orders by bowing on their knees before rising again. Olga then turned back to the three orcs, motioning with her head towards the cavern.

The orcs gave a few grunts in response before walking into the metal cavern. Once they had gotten in far enough, Olga, Misery, and Chloe soon followed with the two Minotaurs behind them.

As Olga walked through the cavern, she began thinking to herself. "I can only hope now that whatever lies in this cavern will be the key to ensuring victory in this war. I've fought too long and too hard for my people, for our justice, for our revenge. I will not lose."

As the group traveled further into the caverns, they knew not yet what lay in wait all the way inside. But when they would, it would transform their world forever.

Deep, in the end of the metal cavern, was a large, circular tunnel that burrowed further into the mountain. Within this tunnel were large, ovular, metal pods that were built with curved, angled, and jagged metals. In the center of these pods was curved glass, showing off the creatures that lay inside each pod. Creatures made of metal with jagged claws and monstrous forms. Creatures with visor-like eyes that glowed a faint red. Though as the faint humming sound reached towards this large tunnel, the pods all gave out a shaking noise as the creatures' visors started to glow much brighter.
