Charlie winces as she climbs into the passenger seat of the jeep that was parked where they left it before heading into the school. Stiles was in the driver's seat already, knee bouncing rapidly against the floor of the car. She pushes her hand against the wound, both Charlie and Stiles watching a few drops of blood hit the seat. "Sorry," the okami winces before sitting back in the seat with a tense breath.

"It's okay," Stiles replies with a wave of a hand before starting the jeep. "Do you need to go to the clinic?" He asks once he pulls out of the car spot and the girl nods in reply. The boy turns back onto the road, the okami taking in a deep breath in pain as they jolt a little. She immediately senses the anxiety practically pouring off of Stiles, turning to look at him before moving her gaze to the window. Charlie bites her lip a little, hesitating before opening her mouth.

"I-I'm sorry about your dad, but we'll get him back," the okami broaches the topic with her jaw tight, flicking her eyes to the boy who nods. She then falls quiet, an awkwardness hanging between them, Stiles looking over at her.

"Thanks, Charlie," a weak smile makes its way onto his face, a way to make her feel a bit better. She then frowns a little in confusion, raising a brow at the boy. "You looked pained trying to make conversation, I felt bad," he states and a laugh bubbles up from the girl's chest.

"Oh Jesus, just forget I said anything," she dismisses with a shake of her head, and another smile then pulls at Stiles' lips. The funny thing was, he now was feeling a bit better.

Stiles then turns back to the road, blinking a few times as he lets out a breath before turning into the driveway of the animal clinic. The girl then moves to get out of the jeep, a hand pressed against her wound. "Uh, let me know when you're done," Charlie turns around to face the boy who pauses for a second. "Like if you're okay or whatever," he nods to himself a little.

"Okay," the girl agrees since the boy probably needs something to focus on, a distraction or something. "Are you going home?"

"Probably, unless something majorly disastrous happens," he shrugs a little, a hand now tapping on the wheel as his gaze flicks to the window and then back to her.

"Right, uh maybe call me if that happens?" Charlie suggests, Stiles nods before throwing a hand goodbye. She then does the same before closing the jeep door and heading into the clinic as he drives away.

"Deaton?" Charlie calls, her godfather immediately emerging from the surgery room door. His eyes zero in on the wound in her stomach and the hand pressed against it.

"Whitebeam?" He connects the dots effortlessly, the girl nodding as he steps forward to lead her toward the back of the clinic.

"Bingo," she answers, an involuntary gasp emerging from her chest as she moves the wrong way, her abdomen muscles pulling. Deaton then nods before guiding her into the examination table and then moving towards a few bottles sitting on the counter next to them.

"How long ago was the whitebeam administered?" He asks frowning a little in concentration, as he grabs various bottles.

"About thirty minutes ago," she hisses out, wincing as her tissues try to repair themselves but failing.

"It must have been arran whitebeam for the effects to last this long, so you're going to need a different antidote variation," he replies, nodding to himself a little. Deaton then grabs the mortar, putting in a clear liquid base for the ingredients to be added into, putting out a few powders and vials. "The Darach?" The man guesses after a brief pause, gaze flicking to her.

"How'd you know?"

"They would be the only one to know you were an okami and know the right form of whitebeam to incapacitate you for an extended period of time," Charlie nods in agreement as she watches Deaton put together the antidote, adding a few drops of Hawthrown and a pink petal into the mortar. After mixing for a few minutes he then uses a pipette to transfer the liquid into a syringe.

"I need to inject the solution right into the wound," Deaton says, prompting her to move her shirt. Charlie gasps a little in pain as the solution hits the open muscle and almost immediately, she feels the tissue mending itself back together as the antidote counteracts the effect of the poison. The girl then releases a breath as she heals, sitting up straight. She feels her phone buzz in her pocket, fishing it out as her gaze flicks over the caller ID. "Stiles?" Charlie questions, head tilted a little.

"Have you been fixed up yet?"

"Yes, why?"

"Somethings going on with Cora, I'll pick you up from the Deaton's in 2 minutes?" The boy quickly replies after a beat, Charlie releasing a heavy breath before agreeing.

"Okay, I'll be out front," she replies before ending the call. "I have to go, somethings up with Cora at the hospital," the girl directs to her godfather who nods with a thoughtful expression.

"Don't underestimate the Darach, Charlie," his sharp gaze doesn't stray, causing the okami to pause. "She has a plan and I wouldn't be surprised if it involved you either," the girl then nods again before quickly heading out the door. She then gets into the jeep, Scott and Stiles in the front.

"What's going on now?" She frowns, poking her head between the two boys.

"Derek has the Darach, but he's going to try and get her to heal Cora," Scott explains, gaze flicking between her and the road.

"How is it that Derek has her?"

"They were in a relationship or something," he winces, jaw clenched and Charlie nods a few times slowly.

"Right," the girl comments, shocked, right before they pull up at the hospital, wind whipping the trees around them. They get out quickly, Stiles digging into the back of the car and pulling out a wooden bat, throwing it between his hands as the two teens look at him in confusion.

"What? You both have claws, I get a bat," Stiles answers, holding it up as they run toward the entrance.

Charlie then turns as a chill runs down her back, seeing Ms. Blake staring at her while Derek drags her by the arm to pull her in front of the group. She glares at the Darach before following after the group as they turn down a corridor.

"Scott! Scott!" They all turn at the sound of Mrs. McCall calling out her son's name. "What the hell are you doing here? The hospital is evacuating!" Her eyes are wide as she heads down the hallway toward them.

"We're here for Cora," Scott explains after a beat, walking toward his mother. **

"All of you?" The woman questions with a frown, gaze flicking to the group behind him. "Why does Stiles have my bat?" The boy in question turns slightly to look at it before smiling slightly with a wince.

"Mom, just trust me on this. You need to get out of here, right now," the werewolf replies, causing Melissa to nod slightly, eyes wide.

"The building is supposed to be clear in 30 minutes. We've got two ambulances that are coming back, one is ten minutes out, the other is in twenty. Cora needs to be on one of those and they'll be picking up in the basement garage."

Scott nods, moving away towards the group. "Got it, this prompts Charlie to start walking down the hallway, following them all to the elevator with Stiles at her heels. Derek shoves Ms. Blake into the elevator, the group following.

"You don't have to keep me on a leash Derek," the woman lets out a harsh breath before looking at him with a cool gaze. "I'm going to help." Ms. Blake turns to her left to see Scott glaring at her, eyes moving to Stiles who moves his bat slightly at her gaze. They arrive at Cora's floor, Charlie leading the way to the girls' room and walking in. She stops at the sight of the bed empty, hand clenching into a fist.

"Where the hell is she?" The okami frowns wildly, gaze flicking over the black blood on the floor.

"Over here," Scott calls to the group, following the trail of drops as it leads out the door and down the hall. Charlie frowns at the sound of muffled groaning coming from behind the double doors in front of them. She feels Stiles jump in shock from beside her as they burst open, Peter sliding down the floor toward them.

"We got a problem," Peter gasps, looking up at his brother from the ground. He quickly looks down the hall from where he came. "A big problem."

The merged form of Ethan and Aiden roars in reply, prompting Derek to shift quickly and running at full speed down the hallway. The alpha then forces the twins backward but falters when they send an elbow to his back, pulling Derek up to punch him in the face. Scott roars suddenly, causing the twins to look up, tossing Derek into a wall carelessly before moving to attack the teen. He swipes a claw at the twin's head, faltering slightly as they dodge it quickly, moving to try and hit him back.

Charlie hesitates instead of heading into the fight, gaze flicking to the Darach, reluctant to leave her standing in the hallway where she could easily escape and go on to take someone else. Her eyes dart back to the twins and Scott who were holding him by the neck against a wall. The okami spots Cora lying at the end of the hallway, stepping toward Peter who was pulling himself upward.

"Follow me," she orders the beta and without waiting for a reply, she darts down the hall and grabs her friend. "Take her," Charlie hands Cora to Peter who lifts her up over her shoulder. Out of the corner of her eye, she sees Ms. Blake run into the elevator before Scott breaks out of the twin's hold, quickly running with Derek toward her, Peter and Stiles.

"Go!" Derek shouts, running past them and pushing through another set of double doors to the morgue. "Don't stop!" Charlie follows behind Peter who was holding Cora, but turns when she hears Derek shout Stiles' name. The girl's eyes widen at the sight of the boy hiding behind the door that they had just come from, the twins following.

With a strength that surprised her, Stiles clenches his jaw before swinging the bat at the alpha twin's head. It shatters on impact, causing his eyes to widen in terror, the wolf turning toward him with a growl. Scott then directs the alpha by shattering a light, sparks raining down and allowing the boy to run behind the group and through the next door that Charlie pushes open.

Peter then puts Cora down on a metal examination table, the girl still unconscious. The okami pauses before placing a hand on her arm, black veins immediately appearing. "Where's the big guy?" Peter asks, watching his niece in concern before looking up at Derek and Scott as they close the door behind them.

"He's close," the alpha replies, closing and bolting the door shut before looking out the window.

"What about Ms. Blake?" Stiles asks, turning to see Scott who shakes his head in reply, sighing. "What do you mean? Like, she's gone? Scott, are you kidding me-"

"Shh, quiet!" Derek whispers harshly at the boy who narrows his eyes, arms crossed.

"Me, be quiet? Are you telling me what to do now? Your psychotic, mass-murdering girlfriend, which is the second one you've dated by the way, has got my dad tied up waiting to be ritually sacrificed. You don't get to tell me to be quiet," Stiles counters quickly, anger coating every word as he steps forward the alpha.

"Stiles, they're still out there," Scott walks toward his friends, hands raises to try and placate him. The boy just shakes his head, unrelenting.

"And they want her, right? They want the Darach, and now we don't have her either, so my dad and Cora are both dead," he throws up his hands.

"Not yet, okay Stiles? Just...trust me okay?" Scott replies and waits for Stiles' reluctant nod before moving toward Charlie and Cora. The okami looks toward the teen who frowns a little, watching the veins crawl up her arm. "Is she dying?"

The okami's lips tighten to a thin line, the girl hesitating. "I'm trying to heal her but she's not getting any better," there's a note of helplessness in her tone as she pulls her arm away, running a hand through her hair.

"There has to be something we can do. We have to help her," Scott states, looking from Cora to Charlie who lets out a sigh.

"You can't," the voice of Ms. Blake breaks into the room, everyone turning quickly at the sound. She was at the door, an unreadable look on her face.  "Only I can save her, and I can tell you where Sheriff Stilinski is. But there is a pack of Alpha's in this hospital who want me dead," her plan was clear. "I'll help you, but only when I'm out of here and safe. Only then."

"How can we trust you?" Stiles counters, narrowing his eyes as Scott nods in agreement. "If you want to show you're one of the 'good guys' and that you'll help, then heal her," Stiles replies, pointing toward Cora.

"Not until I'm safe."

"I'd like to volunteer a different method of persuasion," Peter then breaks into, staring cooly at the woman. "Let's torture her. Works for me."

"Same here," Charlie agrees, a growling undertone to her voice.

Their conversation is forgotten as Scott's mother's voice breaks over the intercom system."Uh, can I have your attention? Deucalion requests you bring the woman calling herself Jennifer Blake to the ER reception. Do this, and everyone can leave. You have ten minutes."

"He's not gonna hurt her," the Darach replies without a beat of hesitation, causing Stiles to roll his eyes.

"Shut up," Derek interrupts, narrowing his gaze.

"He won't! Scott, you know why," Jennifer then prompts, looking toward the teen who frowns. "Tell them it's true."

"What does she mean?" The alpah breaks in again, eyes flicking between them.

"You're not the only one he wants in his pack, Deucalion doesn't just want an Alpha Pack, he wants perfection. That means adding the rarest of alphas to his ranks."

"A true alpha," Peter connects the dots before looking towards Scott who let out a breath. Charlie's eyebrows raise at the werewolf, shocked.

"What's that?" Stiles questions, frowning.

"It's an alpha that doesn't have to steal power from another. One that can rise by the force of their own will, little Scott," Peter explains, throwing in a grin at the end.

"It doesn't matter," Scott shakes his head, remaining impassive before turning around to Ms. Blake. "We still need to get her out of here."

"But Scott, your mom," Stiles argues.

"My mom said there's one more ambulance coming in twenty minutes, and I don't think we've been here that long. So if we can get down to the garage, to the ambulance then we can get out of here," Scott implores, looking toward Derek who pauses.

"The twins aren't just gonna let us walk out of here," Peter counters.

"I can distract them," Scott nods to himself, Derek tilting his head.

"You mean fight them," Derek corrects which earns a look from the boy who nods again. "I'll help you."

"Sorry, but I'm not going anywhere without you Derek," Jennifer interrupts, still standing by the door. Charlie rolls her eyes at the woman who was fucking with their plans.

"I'll help Scott," Peter volunteers, stepping towards Derekt. "But I'd prefer to be out there with some sort of advantage."

"An advantage like what? You mean like a weapon?" Stiles asks.

"Something better than a baseball bat," Peter replies, smirking lightly at Derek. "I was thinking something more chemically based."

Charlie leaves Cora's side along with Stiles, both of them looking through the medical equipment at Peter's suggestion. Charlie looks over the medical supplies to her left, squinting at the names of various drugs. "Hey, wait! What about these," Stiles shouts, lifting up the paddles from a code cart.

"Do you know how to use those?" Derek asks, looking toward the boy.

"Well, no."

"Put 'em down," Derek orders, focusing back on going through a medical drawer.

Charlie sighs in frustration, coming up with nothing from the shelf that she was searching. "Just for the record Stiles, using those would more likely kill a werewolf than strengthen it," she comments, patting the boy on the shoulder slightly before moving past him to look through another shelf.

"Epinephrine?" Scott's question breaks into the room, the werewolf holding up a large syringe of clear liquid.

"I think that'll do it," Derek states.

"Are you sure?" Peter asks, frowning at the needle, skeptical. The alpha nods before pushing the needle into his chest without hesitation.

"You guys go, we will get Cora out of here," Charlie picks Cora up, carrying her as Derek and Jennifer lead the way, Stiles behind her. They leave Peter and Scott to distract the twins as they head down the fire escape and to the garage.

"It's still here!" Stiles shouts as he spots the ambulance, flinging the doors open so she can lay the girl carefully on the stretcher.

"Derek, over here," Ms. Blake says from behind the vehicle, causing the alpha to draw his attention away from his sister. Stiles and Charlie move toward the ambulance, both freezing at the sight of Kali with the keys on her finger.

"Julia," Kali calls out again, walking out from behind the ambulance. "It is you..." Derek walks backward as Ms. Blake holds her ground, turning to close the door of the back of the vehicle.

"Protect Cora," Derek whispers to Charlie who nods before he locks the door, the okami letting out a breath and peering out the window.

"I think she's gone," Charlie says after a few minutes of silence, looking toward Cora who was motionless on the stretcher. The girl then frowns, eyes narrowing at her friend and the suspicious lack of rising and falling of her chest. "She's not breathing," it takes her a beat to realize, Charlie's stomach dropping. "Stiles, she's not breathing."

"What, are you kidding?" His wide eyes lock onto her's, the girl letting out a frustrated noise.

"Why the hell would I be kidding?!" Charlie feels for the pulse in her neck, unable to locate it. "Shit," she swears under her breath, running a hand through her hair before tilting Cora's head back slightly to check her throat. The girl then pinches her friend's nose, giving Stiles a worried look before blowing air into her lungs. She repeats it twice more before interlocking her hands and administering chest compressions quickly. It's another few tense seconds, and two more breaths, until Cora suddenly gasps, taking in oxygen and breathing on her own.

Charlie's chest was heaving as she sits back, catching her breath and letting out a shocked laugh. She exchanges a look with Stiles who lets out a breath, shaking his head side to side.  "Oh my god," the boy states, sitting so that his back rests on the metal wall of the ambulance.

"Yeah," Charlie agrees, laughing a little under her breath. That, it seemed, was all it took for Stiles to start laughing as well. Both of them were soon cackling like maniacs, the stressfulness of the situation manifesting in their laughter. It dies down after a minute or so, Stiles catching Charlie's gaze for a second. An unreadable look passes over his face, causing the girl to pause for a second before looking toward the ground. She coughs a little but just as she's about to open her mouth, she freezes at the sound of growling emerging from outside the ambulance.

The okami lifts a hand in warning to Stiles who's eyes widen, nodding silently. She slowly moves toward the back door of the ambulance, watching the shadow of the twins reflecting off the concrete wall opposite them. They sit in silence for a few more minutes, Charlie relaxing a little. Suddenly, a handprint appears at the window of the ambulance, Stiles jumping practically a foot on the air. "Holy god!" He exclaims while Charlie moves to open the door, hearing the labored breaths of Scott and Peter on the other side.

"Can you help me get him in?" Scott asks as the girl pushes open the door and nods in agreement. She helps the werewolf tug Peter into the back of the ambulance, the man hitting the floor with a thud.

"What about Derek and Jennifer?" Stiles questions, moving to get out of the ambulance with Charlie behind him.

"I have to go back for them, and my mom," Scott lets out a heavy breath, shaking his head a little.

"Okay, well we have two problems at the moment," Stiles answers, eyes wide. "Kali's got the keys to this thing, and we just saw the twins, like, thirty seconds ago," their conversation is then interrupted by a loud banging coming from the floor above them.

"Stay here," Scott orders, but Charlie moves to follow after him.

"Wait! Scott!" The okami shouts, jumping off the back of the ambulance. "I'll help you find them," she volunteers with a nod of her head.

The werewolf hesitates slightly, eyes moving between her and the ambulance. "Peter is there in case the twins come back," Charlie reasons, arms outstretched.

"Then let's go find them."
