Naina woke up early as usual and quickly completes her morning routine and goes out... Anand and Bela were sitting on dining table and were discussing something .....

Naina : Good morning Chachaji, Chachiji...

Bela immediately came forward and kissed on her forehead and wish her : Janamdin Mubarak ho beta, bhagwan teri saari manokamna puri kare".... Anand also came and hug her, blessed for birthday, "meri Mini hamesha aise hi muskurati rahe"...

She joined them on table for tea when phone rings and she picked up .. it was Pooja and Varun who also wished her, and they talk for some time...

Preeti too joined them with a cake box in hand. Bela surprised and asked, "yeh cake kahaan se aaya, aur kaata kab"... Naina looked horrified to Preeti, who assure her, "yeh mein laayi thi Naina ke liye kal... yeh toh cake kaatati nahin sab ke saath, toh socha usake saath akele mein hi celebrate kar lun, toh raat ko hi kaata tha... ab aap kha lo phir mein baaki ka hamare friends ke liye college le jaaungi"..

Anand handed over a packet : Naina, yeh le tera gift, mujhe pata hai tujhe pasand nahin par yeh mein aur teri Chachi bade armaano se laaya hun, mujhe Khushi hogi agar aaj tu isse pehen kar jayegi.... aur haan yeh le kuchh paise, dosto ke saath party kar lena"

Naina took the packet but denied for money, "Chachaji aapko pata hai na mein apna birthday nahin manaati, toh party kis baat ki.. aapne yeh dress diya bas itna hi kaafi hai mere liye"... Anand looked her with misty eyes and hugged her tightly ... Bela Preeti too joined them...

After some time, they both left for college with Anand and pick Swati on the way too....

Boys were waiting for them at their usual place when Naina entered wearing a pink long dress, looked like a doll, with open hairs (on Preeti's insistence), matching white and pick studs in ears, pinch of gloss on her lips and first time she was wearing kohl in her deep dark black eyes ... Sameer got mesmerized looking at her but feels little disappointed when he saw her wrist wearing her old watch... but didn't said anything and wished her again with a wide smile... he gives her a pink rose (matching with her dress), a card and another gift box ....

Naina tried to deny, "nahin Sameer, tum kal raat ko hi gift de chuke ho, ab aur nahin... please"..

Sameer, "sorry madam... maana aaj birthday tumhara hai par saare din manmaani meri chalegi.. aaj tum voh hi karogi jo mein kahunga... varna kidnap karke je jaaungi tumhein... samjha.."... he laughed to make her more blush...

Swati & Priya came and hugged her, "Happy Birthday Naina"... Mundit & Rohan too wished her and they all enjoyed cake ..... Naina was not in much of mood to celebrate but prefer to quiet as don't want to spoil her friend's mood... especially for someone... Naina says, "ab chale class mein... der ho rahi hai..." all looked at her with wide smile which surprised her more...

Sameer, "sorry par aaj ke liye planning kuchh aur hai... no classes for today ... hum sab log kahin jaa rahe hai, aur please yeh mat puchhna kahaan... kyunki voh hum batayenge nahin... so ab chalein birthday girl....." seeing no other option, she smiled a bit and nodded in yes... they all move towards car when Sameer hold her hand back to stop her and took her towards his bike, "aaj ke liye aapki sawaari ye hai".. Naina scared and looked at him, "par mein kaise.. Sameer mein bike par nahin manage kar paaungi, mujhe darr lagta hai... please car mein chalte hai na"... Sameer came close to her and said, "bas itna hi bharosa hai mujhpar... mujhe pata hai tumhein bike ride kitni pasand hai toh please just trust me, kuchh nahin hone dunga tumhein" she was still nervous but agreed on his request..

Preeti came forward and ask her to give her bag and crutch saying she will give once they all reach at the place... they all move ahead in car to complete the arrangements and arrange for the surprise planned by someone special for her......

Sameer sat on his bike and give his hand to support her to sit in back seat, she was holding the seat from side tightly..... the moment he starts, she panicked and instantly her hand flew towards his shoulders to support, she tried to stop herself when Sameer turned slightly and said, "Naina, tum mujhe pakad sakti ho... varna gir jaaogi... vaise bhi mein toh tumhara boyfriend hun na 50% wala, toh mujhse kya sharmana" she slightly hit on his shoulder and smiled, "tum nahin sudharoge na" she nervously hold his shoulder again and he smiled looking at her reflection in rear view mirror... he started bike and drove slowly to make her comfortable, going extremely slow on speed breakers to avoid any jerks...

In about 15-minute drive, they hit the highway leaving the crowded roads... to avoid awkwardness, Sameer asked, "Naina tum comfortable ho na... kaho toh aur dheere chala sakta hun mein"... She smiled and replied, "nahin theek hai... mujhe tumhare saath darr nahin lagta.. kahin bhi kabhi bhi"... Sameer grinned ... it was more than he had expected... after few minutes' drive, he stops his bike in roadside and gets down helping her also to get down safely... Naina looked at him and asked, "humein yahaan aana tha... par un logo ki car toh kahin najar nahin aa rahi" he smiled and replied, "nahin voh log toh aage nikal gaye hai, par yahaan mujhe kuchh kaam hai, chalo mere saath"... he hold her securely one hand around her shoulder and other hand holding her hand tightly... making her comfortable to walk... they reached a small temple (not their usual one) and Naina looked him surprisingly, "tumhein mandir aana tha"...

Sameer smiled and replied, "tum sabke liye prarthna karne mandir jaati ho par mujhe pata tha aaj nahin gayi hogi, isiliye mein tumhein le aaya... kabhi kabhi apne liye bhi maang lena chahiye, bhagwan ji bura nahin maanege" his eyes were filled with love and affection which she always craved for... to tease her, "vaise tumhein jyada kuchh maangne ki jarurat nahin hai... bin maange hi itna pyaar karne wala smart, handsome ladka jo mil gya hai"... she glares and they both laughed together... he took her in temple, and they both pray for each other and lost in each other eyes... Sameer smile seeing his effect on her, he leaned towards her and said,

मेरी आँखों में झाँकने से पहले, जरा सोच लीजिये ऐ हुजूर..

जो हमने पलके झुका ली तो कयामत होगी,

और हमने नजरें मिला ली तो मुहब्बत होगी।

She lowered down her eyes shyly and he laughed seeing her so nervous. Soon they were back on road but Naina was quiet and looking down... he saw her in mirror and asked, "Kya hua Naina, itni chup kyun ho, tum comfortable toh ho na"... Naina replied, "kuchh nahin bas aaj pehli baar apne birthday par yeh sab party, celebration, mandir jaana, prarthna karna, in sab ki aadaat nahin hai.. isiliye... Sameer thanks mere liye itna sab kuchh karne ke liye.. aur sabse bada thanks is bike ride ke liye... that's the best birthday gift for me" she smiled looking him in mirror... this time she was holding him tightly without any hesitation... he can feel her touch on his back making it more difficult for him to drive fast now... but indeed he was enjoying the moment....

In next half an hour they reached their destination where whole gang was waiting for them for so long, Rohan teased them, "yaar humein toh laga tum log kahin aur hi party ke liye chale gaye ho"... Preeti came forward and help her to get down from bike and Sameer went to park the bike in stand...

Sameer came back and they all headed inside, blindfolded her.... after few minutes' walk, he removes the cloth and opened her eyes. She mesmerized seeing a small picnic garden, landscaped lawn with vibrant flower beds, a perfect destination to enjoy and fun, a place to relish with family and friends. They reached to an assigned place fully decorated with balloons, a dangler hanged with birthday wish. Mattress were spread there to sit, a small tape recorder, picnic baskets filled with eatables, cold drinks and a chocolate cake in center ... she surprised to see all preparation and looked at her friends, "in sab ki kya jarurat thi... hum aise hi picninc kar lete..."

Munna with funny face "Naina, vaise toh humein yeh sab karke bada maja aaya, par ab kya batayen, kisi ne raat bhar humein sone nahin diya, aur maar maar kar saari preparations karwaayi hai... jara si galti par itni daant padi ki school ki yaad aa gayi... bas murga banana hi bacha tha"..

Pandit looking at Sameer, "aur toh aur kisi ne subah se kuchh khaane bhi nahin diya, itna kaam karwaya ki puchh mat" Sameer frowned at them and said, "chup raho tum log... ek toh ek bhi kaam dhang se nahin karte aur baatein karwa lo... Naina tum chalo na cake katate hai phir party bhi toh shuru karni hai"

Swati too looked them furiously, "haan Naina tu chal, varna inki faltu baaton mein saara waqt nikal jayega... aise bhi nikkame hai donon, koi kaam kaho toh Naani yaad aa jaati hai inko"... they all laughed and moved to sits down... she cut the cake and feed to all by her own hand... Preeti smudge cake on her face with her finger and later they all started cake fight... Sameer bring out her hanky and forward her to wipe her face... she wipe her face and returned it to him on which he kissed and keep it back in his pocket looking at her lovingly... they all presented her gifts which she tried to deny but later on accept for their happiness...

After having some snacks and chatting, all couples moved to have a look of garden leaving them alone, to give them some privacy..... Sameer sits close to her and thinking to ask her if she like his gift but feels like to not drag this topic, thinking... "agar usse pasand nahin aaya hoga toh... chhodo nahin puchhta..."

Naina bring out the gift box from her bag and forward to him, "agar gift laaye ho toh apne haath se pehna bhi do"... she remove her old watch and forward her hand... he smiled & slip the watch in her wrist and tug the buckle..."tumhein pasand aayi..." Naina smiled and said, "sabse jyada... thanks" on his instance she opened the other gift which he has given today morning and found a dancing couple... "Sameer yeh bahut pyaara hai... mein isse hamesha apne paas rakhungi... thank you so much"

Naina said excitedly, "Sameer hum wahan chale jidhar valley hai, suna hai jor se awaaj dene se awaaj vaapas aati hai", he was amused on her childish enthusiasm and took her their... they stand there and shout each other name which get echoed in valley....

Rest of the gang join them soon and they enjoyed the snacks and drinks, clicked so many pictures... after that they start the music, and all danced happily leaving Samaina sitting there watching them... They spent their time there only till late noon and planned to head back... girls wrap up the items and boys placed all empty baskets back in car...

Sameer : Naina agar tum thak gayi ho toh hum car se bhi ja sakte hai... Munna Pandit bike par aa jayenge..." Naina shook her head in No, "nahin please mujhe bike par hi jaana hai... sachchi aaj mujhe bahut achchha laga, tumne aaj mera ek sapna pura kar diya"

They left back on bike and rest gang was in car... the drive was indeed very pleasant for both the love birds, they keep chatting throughout the way ... in between he stops the bike near a road side stall and buy one coconut water... Sameer, "tumhein pasand hai na... aur garmi bhi ho rahi hai.. pee lo phir chalte hai"... she forward the same to him and asked cutely, " tum share nahin karoge mere saath"... he grinned widely thinking, "kaash kuchh aur bhi maangta bhagwan se toh mil jaata".. they have intense eye lock while having the water from same coconut with two straws...

They started back and soon they reached Maheshwari mansion, where all gang was waiting for them..... "yaar tum log phir gaayab ho gaye the raste mein se.. humein laga vaapas vahin chale gaye phir se akele mein party karne"... they all smiled and move inside...

Naina surprisingly asked, "hum tumhare ghar kyun aaye hai... ab kya surprise rah gaya" Sameer parked the bike and took her inside, where Nanu was waiting for her...... she touched his feet and took blessing, "Jeeti raho aur hamesha aise hi khush raho... bahut pyari lag rahi hai aaj... bilkul Gudiya jaisi" he winked to Sameer unnoticed by Naina....

Ramdhari served so many dishes on table, mostly her favorite, enjoyed by all... Nanu asked her to accompany in his room... he handed over a small jewellery box to her,

Nanu, "beta yeh Sameer ki Nani ki jhumkiyaan hai, jo aaj mein aashirwaad ke roop mein tujhe de raha hun..." Naina denied saying "Nahin nanu, mere liye aapka aashirwaad hi bahut hai... mujhe aur kuchh nahin chahiye, please mein yeh nahin le sakti".. Nanu caressed her head and said, "badon ke aashirwaad ko kabhi mana nahin karte, aur tu toh mere liye Sameer ke jaisi hi hai na, meri itni si baat nahin manegi".. she accepted the gift with tears in her eyes.. he hugged her and said, "yeh mera aashirwaad hai jo tujhe hamesha meri yaad dilayega, tujhe himmat dega aage badne ki"....

Sameer was silently listening them standing at door, he entered and said cutely, "Kya Nanu aapne meri dost ko rula diya usake janamdin par, maine subah se isaki aankh mein aansu nahin aane diya, saari mehanat kharaab kar di aapne" Nanu hit on his head and said, "teri dost se pehle yeh meri beti hai... chal bada aaya".... They all laughed and after spending some more time with Nanu, girls left for their home....
