Annika's house,

Annika opened her eyes slowly as sunrays disturbed her. She covered her eyes with her hand. She was having major headache. She held her head and again closed her eyes. She remembered yesterday's incident. And again tears came from her eyes.

Annika-"Why Shivaay?? Why? Why you lied that you don't love me? I know you loves me more than anyone else. I know you loves me. Then why you are not accepting it?"

She wiped her tears again. Last night when Shivaay went from there , Annika sat on the floor crying. While crying she was remembering her moments with Shivaay. And with all these moments she remembered something about the past also. So she closed her eyes and tried to remember what exactly happened. She saw , Shivaay was on his knees and proposing her, 'Will you marry me Annika? Dekho tumhare liye mein ghutno tak bhi aa gaya. Ab jaldi se jawaab do....aise baithne ki aadat nhi hai na....ha bol do' ..... She opened her eyes shocked. Now she is very sure that Shivaay loves her, more than herself but then.....why he is denying that? Why he said that he don't love me and there was nothing between us. Annika was confused now about his behavior. She can't able to conclude anything.

She came back from her thoughts and looked at the clock. She gets up from bed and saw Sahil was sleeping beside her. She kissed his forehead , covered him in blanket and went to washroom for freshen up.

She came in the hall after getting ready. She saw Gauri and Bhavya was sleeping there on sofa chairs in uncomfortable pisition. She left from there and came back with blanket and covered them with blanket. She then wrote one 'note' for them, kept it on the table in front of sofa and left the house.

Oberoi Mansion,
Shivaay came to hall from his room. His eyes were blood shot red and his face was tired. He was about to left Mansion when OmRu came and stood in front of him. He looked at them and then looked at other side.

Om-"Shivaay"

Shivaay-"I am late. I have one important meeting in the office. I have to go."

Rudra-"No you are not going anywhere"

S-"Why??" He said avoiding eye contact.

O-"You are not going anywhere until you answer our questions"

S-"I don't have time."

R-"Bhaiya, don't lie. We know you"

O-"Shivaay , what's wrong?"

S-"What?? Nothing is wrong. Everything is ok"

O-"Really??"

S-"Yess"

R-"Bhaiya what happened yesterday?"

S-"Nothing"

R-"Nothing happened? So why are you behaving like this?"

S-"Behaving like this matlab??"

O-"You know very well what I am talking about?"

S-"I have to go. I have an important meeting."

R-"Bhaiya what you did with Bhabhi yesterday? You again fought with her? Why she was crying?"

S-"Maine kuch nhi kiya hai. Got that? Now Now leave me alone."

O-"Bhabhi proposed you na? So what's your answer?"

S-"I.....one minute....." He looked at OmRu shocked.

S-"You both knew about it?"

R-"Yes we helped bhabhi in their plan to propose you."

S-"What?? You both are mad?? Why you didn't tell me about this before"

O-"Because bhabhi wants to give you a surprise."

S-"Surprise?? Om ek baar bolta na ki Annika yeh sab krne wali hai. Mein jaata hi nhi na usse milne. Kya kuch nhi kaha maine use, kitna rulaya. Use itna hurt kiya, isse accha mein jaata hi nhi na waha agar tum log mujhe pehle bata dete. Kyu nhi bataya?"

O-"Ek minute, What did you say? You made her cry again? Shivaay what's wrong with you now?"

S-"Everything is wrong."

He said thinking about yesterdays incident.

O-"Means? Kyu rulaya bhabhi ko? Kyu hurt kiya?"

R-"Haa Bhaiya, hume laga tha aap toh happy ho jaoge bhabhi ka surprise dekhke but..... Kya hua hai aapko?"

S-"Tum logo ko mujhe batana chahiye tha OmRu. Batana chahiye tha ki Annika yeh sab krne wali thi kal."

O-"Shivaay, can you please tell us what's wrong?"

S-"Now what's the use of explain. Leave it. Tum dono ko batana chahiye tha mujhe ki Annika krne kya wali thi."

R-"Par Bhaiya....."

S-"Tum dono ko batana chahiye tha"

He said again and left from there. OmRu called him but he left the mansion.

O-"What is wrong with him?"

R-"Don't know. Bhaiya ne kaha batana chahiye tha. But kyu? Kuch hua hai kya? And then....."

He stopped in between as his phone rings.

R-"Bhavya....."

He picked up the phone and put it on speaker.

O-"Bhavya....."

Bhavya-"Haa Bhaiya....."

O-"Bhabhi kaisi hai? Kuch kaha unhone?"

B-"No. Mein aur Gauri bhabhi uthe toh Annika bhabhi ghar pr nhi thi. Bas ek note choda hai unhone."

R-"Kaisa note?"

B-" 'Gauri, Bhavya today I am very busy. Aarav ki mom-dad ki anniversary party hai. So I am very busy whole day and will cone late in night. Please manage all marriage related work for today. I'll handle everything once I come back. Bye...' "

R-"Oh..... Means Aarav ki party aaj hai?"

Gauri-"Haa"

O-"Baki kuch nhi likha hai Bhabhi ne? I mean kal raat ke baare me?"

G-"Kuch nhi. I was about to call her but maine socha aaj Di ko pehle se hi itna kaam hai. Toh accha hai hum nahi baat kre us baare me."

O-"Haa accha kiya. Kaam me busy rahengi toh jyada sochegi n royegi bhi nhi."

R-"Haa"

B-"Waise Shivaay Bhaiya ne kuch bataya?"

O-"Nahi. Usne bas kaha ki agar hume bhabhi ke surprise ke baare me pehle se pata tha toh use bataya kyu nhi?"

G-"Kyu?"

R-"Bhaiya ne kaha agar unhe kuch pata hota toh woh bhabhi ke waha jaate hi nhi."

G-"What? But kyu?"

O-"Don't know"

B-"I think kuch hua hai. Jisse Bhaiya worried hai. Koi baat nhi hum pata laga lenge."

G-"Haa aaj Di busy hai..... Toh hum bhi shadi ki preparations krte hai. N Bhaiya se baat krne ki koshish."

O-"Haa tum dono jaldi aao. Kal haldi hai. Preparations krni hai."

G-"Haa aate hai."

R-"Sahil ko lekar aao."

B-"Haa. Byee"

OmRu left from there thinking about Shivaay's behavior.

Afternoon,
Shivaay's office,
Shivaay's cabin,
Shivaay was sitting on his chair. His eyes were closed and head was resting on the table. He was thinking about Annika and her proposal.

S-"Why I can't able to concentrate on any work. Hamesha Annika ka rota hua face saamne aa raha hai. I am sorry Annika for hurting you. But it was needed otherwise....."

His chain of thoughts broke as his phone rings. He cuts it without looking at name as he don't want to talk with anyone. It again rings, he looked at the caller-id..... 'Annika' he again cuts it. She called him few more minutes but he cuts it every time. He threw his phone in anger and sat on his chair again and closed his eyes.

"May I come in Sir?" Came Mishra's voice. Shivaay opened his eyes and said,

S-"Hmm"

Mishra came inside.

S-"What happened?"

Mishra-"Sir aapke liye call hai."

S-"Annika se bolo I am busy."

Mishra-"No Sir, Annika mam ka nhi hai."

S-"Then??"

Mishra-"It's from Aarav Raichand."

Shivaay looked at him shocked.

S-"What?"

Mishra-"Yes sir, actually he called me and said he have important work with you. If you don't want to talk then I....."

S-"No no. Tell him to call in office and connect it with me."

Mishra-"Ok fine sir."

Mishra said and left from there. Shivaay sat there thinking why Aarav wants to talk to him.

He came back from his thoughts as landline in his cabin rings. He picked up the phone.

S-"Hello"

Aarav-"Hello Shivaay, Aarav here..... Aarav Raichand....Annika's frie....."

S-"Yes I know. What happened? Why you called me?"

Aa-"Kyu? Kya mein tumhe call nhi kr sakta?"

S-"Nhi. I mean..... Leave this. What happened?"

Aa-"Arre first tell me where is your phone? Annika tried calling you then I also called but it was switched off."

S-"Annika?? You and Annika are together?"

Aa-"Of course"

S-"Why??" Shivaay said in angry tone.

Aa-"Arre you forgot? Today is my mom-dad's anniversary and....."

S-"Oh.....haa..."

Aa-"And what yaar? Why you are not here? Us din kaise aaye the jab Annika yaha thi. And bole the jo bhi kaam ho bolo, I'll do that. And aaj gayab ho. I thought Annika ke saath hi aaoge tum party ki arrangements dekhne."

S-"Woh..... I was....."

Aa-"It's ok. Annika was calling you because I asked her to call you."

S-"Hmm..... What?? She is calling me just because you asked her to do so?"

Aa-"Yes she was saying that don't need to call you and all.....but I said her to call you"

S-"Why?"

Aa-"Arre why not? Party ka invitation toh dena tha na. I know you already received invitation card. But I want to invite you personally."

S-"Oh.....thank you. But I am very busy today. So I have no time."

Aa-"No no no. I don't want to listen anything. You have to come."

S-"No it's....."

Aa-"Listen you are Annika's friend and she is mine"

S-"WHAT???" He asked shocked.

Aa-"Why you are shouting? Oh...my ears.....Arre you are her friend and she is my friend. So we are also friends na? So come for our this friendship."

S-"Oh... But its not possible as I have very important work today and....."

He stopped as he heard Annika's voice. "Aarav.....come here fast..." Shivaay heard her voice and smiled sadly but at next moment his smile changed to frown as he realized that she called Aarav with so much love...means with her soft , sweet voice which she used only when she talked with Shivaay. And fuel added in Shivaay's anger when Aarav replied her.

Aa-"Coming babe....."

Shivaay closed his eyes in anger.

Aa-"Shivaay I have to go. If you have no time then it's ok and....."

S-"No no. I'll come."

Aa-"Are you sure?"

S-"Yes"

Aa-"Ok then. See you in the party. Byee. Annika is calling me. And I don't want any beautiful girl wait for me. So I have to go."

He said and before Shivaay replied ,cuts the call. Shivaay was totally numb. Why he accept that he will go there? For Annika..... But he only want her to stay away from him. Then? Or he is scared of Aarav? What if he took Annika away from him? No no no...... He can't even imagine that. He closed his eyes to calm down himself. He stopped thinking and left the office.

Evening,
Raichand house,

Shivaay came there after thinking about all possibilities. He looked at decorations and was feeling proud of his Annika. He was lost in thoughts as he don't realize that he came to the main hall where party is organized and someone was calling him. He came back from his thoughts and looked at that person. That person was Mr. Raichand.

S-"Hello Mr. Raichand, Happy Anniversary to you"

He said and smiled.

Mr. Raichand-"Hello Shivaay. Thank you. Thank you for coming"

S-"My pleasure" Shivaay said looking around the hall to search Annika.

Mr. Raichand-"Nice decoration na?"

S-"Huh??"

Mr. Raichand-"Nice decoration na? You know Shivaay you are very lucky. Annika is very nice girl. I didn't meet her before. I just met her today, but she is very nice girl."

Shivaay smiled.

S-"Yeah she is best"

Mr. Raichand-"I know you are sad that she forgot you. But don't worry everything will be fine."

S-"Hmm I hope so."

Mr. Raichand-"Don't worry. I know you love her so much. So you are worried but everything will be fine. Waise can I ask you something?"

S-"Haa"

Mr. Raichand-"Why you are not telling her the truth?"

S-"Woh....."

"Which truth dad" Aarav said coming towards them.

Mr. Raichand-"Arre the truth about Shivaay & Anni....."

He stopped in between as he got one call.

Mr. Raichand-"Excuse me boys. Shivaay enjoy ha"

Shivaay nodded and Mr. Raichand left from there.

Aa-"Hello Shivaay. I am glad that you came."

He said and hugs Shivaay. Shivaay didn't reciprocate and broke the hug.

S-"Hmm"

Aa-"Come with me.... Mein apne friends se milata hu."

S-"No no actually I am in hurry. I just came to wish Mr. Raichand"

"Aarav... Can you please check this once as I....." Came a Annika's voice. She came to ask Aarav something but stopped as she saw Shivaay. Shivaay looked in that direction and rooted at his place looking at her. She was looking breathtaking beautiful in white Saree with sleeveless blouse. She is wearing a black color earrings and looking pretty with simple make-up. Shivaay was so lost in her beauty. She was checking her out when he realized that something was missing in her today. After looking neatly at her, he realized that her face has no glow which she have all the time. And also her beautiful smile was missing.

Annika was also looking at him without blinking her eyes. Shivaay was wearing three-piece black suit looking handsome as always but his hairs are not perfectly set today. His hairs were messy and his blue eyes are looking tired and that charming smile on his lips was not present there.

They both were so lost in each other. Aarav looked at both of them with confused expressions. He called them but they didn't listen.

He waved his hand in front of them. They both came back from their thoughts and Annika looked down and Shivaay looked at other side.

Aa-"Where you guys lost ha? I am calling you from last 5 minutes"

A-"Woh..... Aarav I came here to call you. Aunty is calling you."

Aa-"Oh.....mein dekh ke aata hu. Let's go"

A-"Tum jao. Mein aati hu."

Aa-"Ok... Shivaay enjoy ha. I'll be right back"

He said and left from there. After he left, Annika came to Shivaay and stood in front of him. He looked at her for some seconds and turned his gaze to other side.

A-"Shivaay....."

S-"....."

A-"Shivaay, why you are doing this?"

S-"Doing what?" He said without looking at her.

A-"You know what I am talking about."

S-"I don't know anything"

He tried to be rude.

A-"Accha? You don't know anything? Then just look at you.... Why you are looking like this? And more than that why you came here? You hate Aarav,right? So, why you came here? For me na?"

S-"Don't connect all things to you. I came here to wish Mr. and Mrs. Raichand."

A-"Oh.. That is the only reason? And why are you looking so sad and tired? Lagta hai aap puri raat nhi soye the.....and may be you cried also. Why?? Oh I think because of work pressure, right?"

S-"Woh.....yes...yes because of.....work.....pressure"

He said stammering. Annika laughed

A-"Aur kitna jhooth bolenge aap Shivaay? Mujhe n aapko dono ko pata hai ki sach kya hai. Bas aap maan nhi rahe."

S-"Aisa kuch nhi hai. Har baat khud se mat relate kro. Jyada stress lene ki jaroorat nhi sochne ke liye.It's not good for your health."

A-"Oh....you are acting like aapko koi farak nhi padta.... Then why you are talking about my health. Fikar ho rahi hai meri?"

S-"Think what you want. I am not bind to answer your questions."

Annika was about to say something but one person came to meet Shivaay, one of his business partner. So Annika left from there.

Soon the party starts. Annika tried to talk to Shivaay. But he was ignoring her. Then Annika got busy in her work. When she finished her work, she searched him everywhere. But he was not there. Finally she saw him near the bar counter. He was sitting on one chair and he had wine glass in his hand. He was just looking at that glass. Annika came to him angrily.

A-"Woww....this is good solution to forget everything,right?"

S-"Yes, best solution. I want to forget everything which I did with her."

    He said without looking at the person... Which was Annika.

A-"Oh....why so much care for her? Farak pad raha hai aapko, hai na?"

S-"Haa mujhe farak....."

He said looking at their person and stopped when he realized that the person was Annika.

A-"What happened? Ruk kyu gaye?"

S-"What are you doing here?"

A-"What are you doing here ha? Drinking alcohol just to forget about me?"

S-"You?? Why you are connecting every single thing to you?"

A-"Because you are doing all this because of me, for me... Shivaay, please stop this drama. I know you love me. Accept it. Why you are denying that you love me?"

S-"How many times I have to told you girl? I don't love you. Get this thing clear in your mind."

A-"I said stop this drama Shivaay."

S-"You are doing drama not me. And it's reality , accept krlo. Mein tumse pyaar nhi krta. N tum bhi nhi krti ho mujhse pyaar. You just want my money and for that....."

A-"Stop it Shivaay. Yeh sab baaton se jitna hurt mein ho rahi hu na usse kai jyada aap khud hurt ho rahe ho. Mein jaanti hu you are saying this, because you want me to leave you. I don't know the reason but."

S-"Oh my god kitna sochti ho tum? Ek baat kaan kholkr suno , naahi mein tumse pyaar krta hu n naahi kabhi krunga."

A-"Accha? Ok fine. Ab mein kuch nhi bolungi. Aap khud aayenge mere pass n bolenge ,'I love you Annika' "

S-"In your dreams"

A-"Dekhte hai"

Before Shivaay says something Aarav came there and asked Annika for dance. Annika looked at Shivaay and he turned his face to other side. Annika said yes and looked at Shivaay. Shivaay turned and looked at her shocked. She just smiled and left with Aarav.

Annika went to the dance floor with Aarav. Shivaay was just looking at them. Everyone started dancing on the soft music. Aarav and Annika also started dancing. Aarav was talking something to her while dancing and Annika was smiling, blushing at some times. Shivaay's blood was boiling looking at all that. But he was not reacting as Annika was looking at him every now and then. She was checking his reaction. So he just sat there quietly and started drinking alcohol.

Annika was so pissed now because of his behavior. Soon the music stops and every one left the dance floor. Annika also about to left but Aarav held her hand. She looked at him and asked what.

Aa-"Annika , I want to ask you something."

Shivaay heard this and looked at the dance floor. His blood boiled when he saw Aarav was holding her hand. Annika looked at him confused. Aarav smiled and sat on his knees in front of Annika. Annika looked at him surprised and then at Shivaay. He was looking at them angrily.

Mr. and Mrs. Raichand was standing at one corner.

Mrs. Raichand-"Aww.....finally he is doing this. I am so happy today."

Mr. Raichand-"Doing what? And what is Aarav up to?"

Mrs. Raichand-"Arre can't you see? He is proposing our daughter in law. Oh god I am so happy today."

Mr. Raichand-"WHAT??"

Mrs. Raichand-"Why are you shouting?"

Mr. Raichand-"What? He is proposing Annika? And you knew about it?"

Mrs. Raichand-"Yes maine hi suggestion diya tha."

Mr. Raichand-"Are you both mad? Kuch krne se pehle mujhse toh puchte na..... Now roko Aarav ko, jao."

Mrs. Raichand-"Why? Mein kyu rokungi? Mein khud Annika ko apni daughter in law banana chahti hu. Kitni acchi bacchi hai."

Mr. Raichand-"It's not possible."

Mrs. Raichand-"Why?"

Mr. Raichand-"Because she is....."

Mrs. Raichand-"Arre dekho he is proposing her."

She said and turned her husbands face to the dance floor.

      Aarav was sitting on his knees holding Annika's hand.

A-"Aarav what's all this?"

Aa-"Annika I want to ask you something."

A-"What?"

      Annika asked and looked at Shivaay who was looking at them with blood shot red eyes.

Aa-"Annika, when I first saw you, I fell for you. You are so beautiful Annika inside and out. You are most pretty girl in this whole world. You are very kind hearted person who are always there for anyone's help. You and I became friend on first day itself. But as days passed I realized that there is something more than friendship between us."

      Annika was listening to what Aarav said with confused expressions. And Shivaay's face was looking like he was ready to punch Aarav hard. He stood up from his seat and was looking at them angrily.

A-"Aarav yeh sab tum....."

Aa-"Shshhh..... Let me complete first. Please....."

      Annika nodded. Shivaay looked at her shocked. He knew what Aarav was doing. But Annika didn't get it? He was so angry with her now. She is listening his proposal as if she is interesting in that..... Shivaay's anger is at peak now.

Aa-"Annika I want to ask you something."

A-"What??"

Aa-"Annika I Love You. Will you marry me?"

      He asked in soft tone looking at Annika. Now Shivaay's anger was about to explode. He started walking towards them but stopped as he remember what Rakesh told him. He closed his eyes to control his anger and again came to bar counter and gulped down one glass of alocohol in one time.

      Annika looked at Aarav shocked. She don't know what to say. She looked at Shivaay who was drinking alcohol one after another.

A-"Aarav....."

      Shivaay stopped and looked at her. She was already looking at him. They both shared a deep eye lock. Tears formed in their eyes. Annika was looking at him, she was pleading through her eyes to him that please say something now. Shivaay turned at other side and wiped his tears. Annika was so broken now. He is not accepting his feelings now also? What kind of man is this? Some other man is proposing his love in front of his eyes and he is watching silently? Annika's mind stopped working now. She was crying looking at Shivaay who was not looking at her.

      On the other side, Shivaay was so broken now. Someone proposing his Annika, his wife, his life in front of his eyes and he can't able to stop them? He so wants to hold Aarav's collor and punch him hard on his face. How dare he to say something like this to his Annika. She is only his. But he is so helpless. If he questions Aarav, then he have to give answers to Annika's questions. And if she remembers something in wrong way and if she hate him then.....or if she again forget all this then..... No no he can't even imagine that. He closed his eyes to control his tears but they are not stopping.

      On dance floor, Aarav was waiting for Annika's answer. But Annika was only looking at Shivaay.

Aa-"Annika....."

A-"Huh?"

Aa-"Jaldi answer do na. My legs are paining. Aadat nhi hai na aise baithne ki."

      He said and smiled. Both Annika and Shivaay was shocked by this statement. Tears formed in their eyes as they remembered how Shivaay said same line when he proposed her in front of the whole media.

      Shivaay turned and looked at Annika. She was looking at him with tears in her eyes. She was requesting through her eyes to stop this drama and tell whole world that she is only yours.

      Shivaay was so broken. He wants to go to her and hugs her tightly and say that I Love You Annika..... I always Loved you. You are mine..... But when he started walking towards her he remembered Rakesh's words and Annika's words which she said last night about her memory back.

    He looked at her. She was still crying. He closed his eyes and turned at other side.

Aa-"Annika.....why are you crying? I am not able to see tears in your eyes. These are happy tears right? I knew it. You'll accept my proposal."

      Now it's unbearable for Shivaay. He walked towards the exit  but stopped by Annika's words,

A-"Aarav....."

She said looking at Shivaay. Shivaay stopped but didn't turn.

Aa-"Say it Annika"

A-"Aarav, you are so nice. And my good friend also. You helped me so much in many things."

      Shivaay closed his eyes after listening this.  He was now very sure that she'll accept his propisal. He don't want to hear that so he again started walking but stopped the next second as she said,

A-"But Aarav I am sorry...... mein tumse shaadi nhi kr sakti"

      As soon as Shivaay heard this, he turned and looked at Annika. Annika was looking at him with teary eyed but when his eyes met her, she turned her gaze towards Aarav.

A-"I am sorry Aarav, But mein tumhare baare me waisa kuch nhi sochti.  Naahi mein tumse pyaar krti hu naahi shaadi krna chahti hu"

She said in slow voice and again looked at Shivaay who was looking at her with tears in his eyes and small smile on his lips.
