That following night Laurel purged the only thing she ate that day. Sitting in her shower with tears streaming down her face she was mad that she resulted to her bad habits.
She shivered in the shower the water went from hot to warm while Laurel sat there. Wiping off the vomit from her naked body she began to bathe. Soaping down her body in her strawberry wash, then proceeding to shampoo her hair.
"I thought I was done with this." she frowned, she's mad that she keeps allowing Ana to control her. She needed comfort, she needed Seokjin.
She couldn't deny that when she spent all that time running away from confrontation she missed his presence. She closed her eyes imagining the night they kissed, something so pure and sweet.
Laurel wrapped herself in a towel brushing her teeth and using mouthwash to get that terrible taste from her mouth. Then she reached for her phone calling him up.
"Hello this is Seokjin. I'm not available right now leave a message." Laurel groaned after calling again and being sent to voicemail. She then called Hoseok not caring what it takes, she couldn't go to bed tonight without hearing Jin's voice.
"Hello Laurel, what's up." he spoke.
"Hobi could you please give Seokjin the phone it's important." she begged.
"Uhh... yeah hold on" there was ruffling on the phone who knew what Hoseok was doing. "hyung, she wants to speak to you."muffled sounds were heard through the phone.
"I don't want to hear it." she heard Jin speak.
"Stop being ignorant, she said it's important." Hoseok retorted.
"Then she can talk to her boyfriend Jimin."
"Hoseok put me on speaker!" Laurel shouted as Hoseok lowered his phone in front of Seokjin. "Listen Jin," she paused. "You don't have to speak but I'm begging of you to listen." Jin sat there staring at the phone in disgust and sadness.
"I never intended to hurt you- It was my own ignorance that led me to ignore you but it was only because I was scared."
'what are you scared of' Jin wondered. He sat down at the kitchen table alone, everyone was in their rooms sleeping, it was silent in the dorms.
"I'm scared because I've never met someone like you that can have this kind of effect on me." Laurel sighed.
"And all I'm asking for is another chance," she closed her eyes. "Please I need you."
Seokjin opened his mouth to respond, "Tomorrow afternoon meet me at Boudin cafe at two ... I'll let you explain further then." Laurels eyes opened tears slowly streamed down her brown colored cheeks.
"Okay I'll see you then." she sighed.
Seokjin's heart ached at the sound of her whimpered voice. Although he was the one hurt through this he wanted nothing more but to comfort her. "See you then." he responded

The next day Laurel woke up from her position on the sofa, her bath towel still wrapped around her naked body she couldn't find the strength to walk to her bedroom.
Today had been five days since she started fasting only eating small amounts of soup and lemon water for a week until auditions. Looking into the mirror she notices how her jaw looks more defined and cheek bones more structured. Laurel's dainty arms stood at her side as she looked at her side profile, she was noticing her improvements.
She's lost some weight near her abdomen and you can slightly see her rib cage. Stepping on her scales she smiles at the three digits "one fourteen." two pounds down she thought fourteen to go.
From the lack of sleep, she gets Laurel wasn't surprised it was already noon. Walking into her room Laurel frowns at her stomach cramps, she knew it wasn't menstrual because that time was up.
She supposed it's her body reacting to its new changes. Laurel grabbed an oversized sweatshirt and tights to wear to lunch with Seokjin, she thought about what she'll have to say.
From explaining her confrontation to vouching for Jimin she knew this was her only chance. After finishing her makeup, she headed to the cafe, walking past pedestrians she pushes open the cafe door as she admires the little chimes sounding beautifully in the near empty cafe, turning to her right she sees Seokjin sitting in a booth.
"Hello," Laurel spoke quietly as Jin looked up. He had on a pink jacket and a white T-shirt his glasses slightly hanging off his nose. Laurel had to admit this look on him was attractive.
"You look nice."she added.
He gave her a slight smile " a sweat shirt? It's nearly 80 degrees outside." he laughed.
Laurel laughed "yes, but it's kind of cold outside to me, I think I'm coming down with a cold." Seokjin took in her appearance, she looked a bit different not the bright face he used to see.
Her rounded cheeks were now hallowing and the drastic lines under her eyes shown she hadn't slept in days. He looks at her hands so thin and frail 'Jagiya what's happened' he thought but he's careful to no longer make her uncomfortable.
"Hello My names Zelo I'll be your waiter what can I get you to start off?" A voice spoke knocking Seokjin out of his day dream.
"I'll have shrimp pasta with peach tea." Seokjin ordered then looking at laurel as she looked closely at the menu.
"Are you sure this kid's tomato soup is only 165 calories?" she questioned.
"Yes mam." The waiter nodded.
Laurel took her chances it'll still leave her under 300 calories for the day. "I'll take the kids tomato soup, no bread and Lemon water." the waiter nodded as Seokjin watched curiously her behavior towards food was indifferent.
"Tomato soup?" Seokjin questioned
"Yeah I know it's a bit much but nothing a good workout can't handle," Laurel spoke "but enough about this let's talk about the real reason we're here." she sighed as Seokjin agreed to change the conversation.
"First, I want to apologize for my ignorance and immaturity There was no need for me to ignore you like I did, Sometimes I'm just really bad at dealing with certain situations ".
'In which we all are, I just wished You would've spoke to me personally' Jin thought but he allowed her to continue.
"And Jimin doesn't deserve any backlash for any of this he just abides by my wishes. " she paused searching for his reaction.
"I know last night Namjoon made Jimin and I talk about what went on, I know everything... and I forgive you." Seokjin spoke caressing Laurel's hand in his.
Later on their food was served as they began to eat. Seokjin tried to make conversation and after so many times of Laurel not responding he watched as she was preoccupied picking up her soup on the soup spoon and gently tilting it over to let some of the liquid pour off.
Her repeated notion became alarming once he had finished the majority of his pasta and she was hardly done, but her water was gone completely.
"Was it good?" Seokjin asked as Laurel got out of her tranquil state.
Her foot stopped patting the floor at the sound of his voice "quite decent, I just don't like tomatoes. " she smiled.
'Why would you order it then?' He thought but again he decided to keep his thoughts to himself. After paying they walked out of the cafe hand and hand quietly along the side walk until Laurel spoke up.
"Would you like to come over? We could watch a movie or something." she wouldn't usually invite people over but lately she's been feeling lonely and she wanted Seokjin's company. As Jin agreed the two found their way to Laurels doorstep she fumbled with her keys allowing him in.
"You can sit on the sofa I'll go upstairs and get blankets and pillows." she spoke releasing his hand making her way up the stairs.
"Wait - can I get some water?" He questioned
"Help yourself." Laurel shouted.
Seokjin walked into her kitchen searching for the fridge. The nearly empty fridge only contained fruit such as lemons and apples, and four bottles of what Jin presumed was water but actually liquid laxatives. Seokjin frowned at how most of it was gone. Still searching for water he found an overwhelming amount of baby tomatoes something Laurel said she doesn't like to eat.
Laurel was taking quite some time upstairs but Jin didn't question it making his way to the pantry and finally finding three cases of bottled water. Along with some unopened Granola bars and Cereal boxes Seokjin was sure Laurel didn't cook for herself at all.
"Find everything okay?" Laurel questioned shocking Seokjin out of his curiosity.
"Yeah." he sighed. She grabbed his hand as she led him to the sofa.
"So we have, Spring has come." she smiled turning on the popular Korean Drama. Seokjin wrapped his arms around Laurel's small figure as the film came on and she nudged her head into his chest .Her scent smelling of fresh mint Seokjin was sure she did way more than get blankets upstairs, he just wanted her to be alright.
