It's been two days now, I still haven't given ferid an answer, he said he's expecting one today. I sighed heavily as I walked around the city with Mira holding tightly to my arm, I looked down at her to see she was frightened as the vampires would past us. I can't blame her the day after I first came here she was attacked by one, if I wasn't there I don't know what would have happened, actually I do but I don't want to talk about it. Let's just say that vampire went limping away from me. "Mira are you ok?" I asked smiling at her, she jumped a little as she seen the same vampire that attack her "it's fine as long as your with me you'll be safe" I said. She looked up at me and gave a faint smile "yeah your safe with Kira... Until she becomes a monster" I swing around to see ferid there.

Mira tugged at my sleeve "monster?" She asked, I shook my head "nothing he's only playing around, what do you want ferid" I asked glaring at him. He laughed "you answer" I sighed and looked at Mira, I have to protect her, but still I'm getting an uneasy feeling about what he has up his sleeve "I'll join you" I said without hesitation. Ferid smiled and reached out his hand "good, I'll take care of Mira while you go get the food your father sent" I shook my head and moved Mira behind me "no she will go with me, I don't trust you ferid" I glared, he started laughing and drawer back his hand. "Good move Kira I guess we both don't trust each other... Yet" I sighed and turned around lifting Mira up and started running towards the exit.

Time skip

I made it to a hill, running with all my speed made Mira hid her face in my shoulder, I can't blame her that would hurt all humans with the speed I have. I put Mira down on her feet and waited for a bit before a guy with black hair and red eyes, he wore a cap, some jeans and a shirt. No he wasn't a vampire he was one of fathers servants. I smiled and took the wooden box from him "there are 10 extra ones in there, that make a total of 200, ten more then your usual 190" I nodded as he told me this "thank you and tell father I said thanks to him as well" he nodded and disappeared in front of me. I turned around to see Mira playing with the flowers that grew here.

On this hill grew amaryllis, the flower means determination and beauty or sparkling, I sat down by the tree here and took out a vile of the blood and drank it, Kira, I looked up as the wind blew past my face what is it? I asked as I laid my head back on the trees stump. I smiled a little and closed my eyes.

I opened my eyes to see Mira there, I jumped a bit "Kira your awake!" She smiled and hugged me, I laughed "I wasn't asleep Mira I was talking with someone special someone that I hold dearly in my heart" I said hugging her back. Mira moved from me "who's that?" She asked tilting her head to the side "my mother" I smiled. Mira smiled brightly "was your mother a demon like your father?" She asked, I laughed and shook my head "she was no demon, nor human, nor a bloody vampire" I grabbed Mira and jumped up swinging her around. Mira laughed "no my mother was a true angel" I said putting Mira on the ground "let's go now" I smiled, Mira nodded. I lifted her up, she held onto my wooden box from me and I ran back to the vampire city.
