Krestena's POV

We exit the tunnel and move out of reach of the willow. Dad goes over to the hill to look at Hogwarts. Hermione stays with Ron and Crookshanks. While Harry and I go over to my dad. "It's beautiful, isn't it? I'll never forget the first time I walked through those doors. It'll be nice to do it again as a free man" he states. "That was a noble thing you both did back there. He doesn't deserve it" he tells us.

"Well, I just didn't think my dad would've wanted his two best friends to become killers" Harry states.

"Besides, dead the truth dies with him. Alive, you're free" I add smiling. Hugging dad and he wraps an arm around my shoulders.

"I don't know if anyone ever told you — I'm your godfather" dad tells Harry.

"Yeah, I knew that" Harry says.

"That makes us god siblings" I tell him smiling.

"Well... your parents appointed me your guardian. If anything happened to them" dad tells Harry. "I'll understand, of course, if you want to stay with your aunt and uncle. But... well... think about it. Once my name's cleared... if you wanted a... a different home" dad says.

"What? Live with you and Krestena?" Harry asks shocked. "Leave the Dursleys?" he asks.

"Of course, I thought you wouldn't want to. I understand, I just thought I'd..." dad starts to say.

"Are you insane?" I ask him smirking.

"Of course, I want to leave the Dursleys!" Harry exclaims. "Have you got a house? When can I move in?" he asks.

"Me and Uncle Moony too" I add smiling. Dad shouts us a huge smile. He went to say something when Hermione called Harry and I names. We all turn to her and she points to the full moon that appeared through the clouds. "He hasn't taken his potion tonight" I state as Harry and I back away towards our friends.

But dad runs towards Uncle Moony grabbing his arms. "You know the man you truly are, Remus! This heart is where you truly live! This heart! Here!" he shouts putting a hand on his heart. However, it doesn't work and Uncle Moony shifts throwing Dad off of him.

"Dad!" I shout and run over to him. "Are you ok?" I ask kneeling down beside him.

"Yeah" he says.

"Dad we have to protect the others, you with me?" I ask him. All he does is turn into Padfoot and I turn into Stormy. He runs forward and pulls Moony away from the others. I stand in front of the others protectively as Pettigrew gets away. Moony throws dad off and I charge him. But he grabs me and throws me into the try. Making me whimper in pain as my shoulder pops out of place.

I get up shaking my head to see Snape protecting the others. As dad lures Moony away. I let out a bark and follow them. I pounce on Moony biting the back of his neck after he throw dad down. But he bucks me off and I land on the ground hard with him towering over me. He goes to attack when a rock hits him in the back of the head.

I turn to see Harry throw another rock at Moony. The idiot, he'll get himself killed. Moony goes to charge him when a howl sounds from the forest. We all look towards it and another howl sounds. Uncle Moony howls and runs into the forest. Dad turns human and stumbles over towards the lake. I follow his lead and Harry follows us.

"Sirius/Dad!" Harry and I shout when my dad collapses. We kneel down beside him while I hold my arm. "You can't do this Sirius/Dad!" we shouts at him. While Harry tries to shake him awake. Suddenly the air becomes cold and the lake freezes. We look up to see hundreds of dementors approaching us.

"Oh no, Krestena help me" Harry says getting up. I grab my wand in my left hand as my right shoulder is dislocated. Harry and I both cast the patronus charm. But his was just a shield of smoke and mine only scared a handful away before vanished.

"I'm sorry Harry" I say before fainting from exhaustion. The last thing I hear is Harry still trying to get rid of the dementors. The last thing I saw was a powerful silver stag chase away all the dementors. Before everything goes black.
