Krestena's POV

I'm finally going on a date with Cedric. But right now I am in Honeydukes doing some Christmas shopping with Ron and Hermione. I had brought theirs and Harry's gifts already, along with the Weasley twins & Ginny's. Just need to buy Cedric's, dad's, Uncle Remus', Draco's and a few others also. "No Harry wouldn't like those" Hermione states as we examine blood flavored lollipops.

"For vampires I suspect" I add.

"What about these?" Ron asks lifting a jar of cockroach cluster.

"Definitely not" Harry's voice answers shocking us. Ron nearly dropped the jar.

"Harry!" Hermione and I squeal quietly. "What are you doing here?" we ask. Harry explained about how the Weasley twins gave him the marauders map.

"Those Weasels, why didn't they give it to me? I'm they're brother" Ron complains.

"The twins showed me it once, as I help them with pranks" I state. They then started to argue about whether or not to hand the map in. When I notice the time. "Guys I have to go, I have a date with Cedric" I tell them before leaving. I find Cedric outside the cafe he was talking about.

"There you are, I thought you'd forgotten our date" he jokes.

"Never" I say kissing his cheek. "But this cafe looks a little to girly for me" I tell him.

"I agree, which is why I organized a picnic at the Shrieking Shack instead" he states lifting a basket.

"Great, I haven't been there yet and it's secluded" I say smirking pecking his cheek.

"Maybe you're dad will appear" he says.

"Not in human form" I tell him. I am glad I can tell Cedric anything and he won't judge or tell anyone. We link arms and head to the shrieking shack. Once there he lays out a black and red blanket before we sit down. He opens the basket taking out a Litre bottle of butterbeer along with a few sweets, a salad, grapes and a couple of sandwiches.

"You're favourite" he says smiling handing me a cup of butterbeer.

"Why how did you know?" I ask accepting the drink.

"May have asked the twins" he says sheepishly making me giggle.

"Surprise they didn't give a false answer" I say smiling.

"Same" he states chuckling. "A grape?" he asks picking one and I nod my head. He throws it and I catch it in my mouth. 'Bravo" he says clapping his hands. "Now me" he says leaning back. I pick several and chuck them at him. "Hey" he says pouting as I stand backing away from him.

"You didn't catch a single one" I say giggling.

"Oh you're in for it" he says standing. He starts to chase me as I run laughing. "I'll catch you Krestena!" he shouts as I run into the forest. He suddenly jumps wrapping his arms around my waist sending us down the snowy hill. I land on top of him as we laugh.

"Well isn't this cute" dad's voice states.

"Daddy!" I cheer and tackle him into a hug. "Cedric come meet my dad" I tell him.

"Nice to meet you Mr Black, I've heard nothing but great things about you from Krestena" he says holding his hand out.

"You better be taking care of her" dad says shaking his hand.

"He is, we're actually on our first date" I tell him.

"She threw a bunch of grapes at me and ran off the little minx" Cedric says hugging me. Dad chuckles and smiles at us.

"You two remind me of Rachel and I, back when we started dating. Except we were in the same year" dad states. "I have to go, but you to just have fun. Enjoy being young" he tells us. He gives me a hug kissing his forehead, before leaving. Cedric and I return to our picnic & finish it.

Now we are walking back up to the castle. But as we enter an angry upset Harry appears. "You ok Harry?" I ask concerned.

"Did you know?" he demands.

"Know what?" I ask confused.

"That your dad betrayed my parents" he says frustrated.

"Why would you say that?" I ask tearing up.

"I think you should leave Harry" Cedric tells him.

"He was they're best friend and betrayed them to Voldemort" Harry states.

"That's not true" I tell him shaking my head.

"You're father is a murderer" Harry says and I slap him before running away.

"Don't speak to her again, unless it's to apologize" I hear Cedric tell Harry before he follows me. We end up in the Astronomy tower, me crying into his chest while sitting on his lap. "Don't listen to him Krestena, he doesn't know the truth. Not that he'd believe it without proof" he mumbles the last part.

"But Dad told me to stay away from that rat" I say hiccuping.

"Exactly, don't worry Harry will calm down and apologize. You two are like brother and sister" he assures me.

"You're right and I still have you, the hufflepuff team and Hermione" I say smiling slightly.

"Exactly, now lets go to the kitchens and get some dinner" he suggests. We do so and then he returns me to my dorm. Where I went straight to my room keeping my head down.

"Krestena, I just want you to know. I don't care who your father it, you're not him" Hermione states entering the room.

"Thanks Hermione, let's complete our homework" I tell her. So we do that before changing into our pjs and going to bed. I had a restless sleep, dreaming of my dad being caught and executed. Losing all my friends, Uncle Remus and Cedric.
