What's with that accent - Marsh Danielle

At school I always try to keep to myself unless I'm talking with my friends. I don't sit next to them in class which is a problem. I'm very Introverted so I don't like talking to people I don't know even if it's students or classmates. I especially like to keep to myself because the kids don't like me very much because of one thing I can't get rid of even if I wanted to. It's my accent. The kids bully me for my accent because I don't sound like them and I say words very differently or even a whole different word. Here's an example instead of "Shrimp" I say "Prawn" because eim Australian. And I even sometimes us UK slang as my mom is from there. Like instead of "pedophile" I use "nonce" not a good example but it works. Whenever the kids tease me abt my accent I just put on my headphones and walk away. But lately it's gotten worse. I do still put on my headphones and walk away but when I get home that's a whole different story. I cry and I breakdown and I try not to but I can't help it. It's so hard being so strong mentally it's tiring. And on top of that I can't ever speak to my friends because they are always speaking to one and other or busy. And when I can call them they get an attitude and we have a short 5 minutes convo about smth and then they say someone else is calling them and they have to go. They might say some mean things but the one that hurts most is "What's with that accent?"
