Miyu Takeuchi (2)

Part 2 of the other Miyu chapter. It's been a while but this story just can't seem to leave my mind. There's a lot of things I want to have happen within the story and I'm being torn to pieces by my own thoughts. I'm leaning towards the mild/happy ending more so we'll see what happens when this is all over.

Our Truth
A week had passed since the fated two had their confession scene. Miyu had been working on completing her song ever since he told her how she'd receive an answer. Luckily she was able to borrow his guitar which seemed be help her get another hint from him. A smile formed on his lips when she had asked him, it was a rare sight and she couldn't even remember if she ever saw him smile, especially not at her.

She didn't want to jump to conclusions but it just seemed so obvious what his answer was. He did kiss her on the cheek right? He asked her to sing the song for him right? Why would he ask her to go this far just to shoot her down at the end. After all he's done for her, (Y/n) isn't the kind of guy to lead someone on, especially when he has no interest in dating anyone.

It just felt right to her, there was no backing out now. Even if she wanted to, it seemed a little too cruel now. She won his trust, if she were to break it, who knows what might happen to him. Or worse, what would happen to her? His sister and friends strongly emphasized that Miyu mustn't get involved with (Y/n)'s love life. Eunbi would be ready to kill her if she ever hurts (Y/n), it's a good thing she had no plans on doing so.

A few strums of a guitar ran out as a melody began to pick up. Miyu followed the notes in front of her as she kept playing. As she continued on her discomfort grew ever so lightly. The sounds of the guitar just didn't match with her tone and voice. A piano would make a better match only if she could play it.

An idea suddenly sparked across her mind as she smiled to herself unable to contain her excitement. Miyu set aside her things as she walked out of her room. She went into the living room to grab a drink only to run into his mother. The two had never had some real alone time, also due to the fact that his mother still hasn't approved of her. Her eyes shared Eunbi's threatening gaze that looked like a set of daggers.

Miyu greeted her as she walked past her, only to stop when his mother spoke.

"I haven't heard his guitar ever since he was broken. He used to play it day and night but since then he hasn't even tuned it out." Hearing his mother speak to her still made Miyu shudder.

"I'm warning you, if you break him—"

"I won't." Those words forced themselves out of her mouth. Miyu wanted to quickly apologize for interrupting but nothing else could come out.

"I-I..." His mother's eyes were still killing her as she didn't know what else to say.

"You'll pay with your life if you lie. I almost lost my son the first time. I will not allow you to shatter what remains of him." Those words stayed with her as his mother walked off.

Miyu grabbed her drink before running back into her room and screaming into a pillow for her interaction with his mother. She had no idea where that spark of confidence came from.

Next Day
Their usual morning routine occurred as the four of them had breakfast before splitting up as the children headed off to school. Eunbi had started driving recently after passing her drivers test. Which now leaves them traveling with two vehicles to school. (Y/n) would tail behind with his bike as a reassurance for his sister. Miyu had her choices of course as she would either have to ride with one of the twins. Eunbi was normal and calm while (Y/n) was faster yet peaceful. She would occasionally switch with the two but she mostly stuck with (Y/n).

Eunbi would make stops for the other two girls of their group as they all now traveled together. It's funny how disapproving they all used to be of Miyu and within a month of passing they've opened up to her. Even more now that (Y/n)'s decision was becoming clearer to them. Now that Sakura's shot had passed, it really only came down to one option. They could see it from his gazes, the way he looked at Miyu was enough to give it away.

It couldn't be helped now, not when he's already fallen for her. The best they can offer for him now is to allow him and Miyu to work things out. At least she seemed genuine to them, she actually looked like she was in love with him. Now it's only best to hope that everything she's doing won't become another case of fake love.

Lunch break
The group did their usual of meeting on the rooftop for lunch. Nothing much was going on aside from the sight that (Y/n) was missing. Usually he would be right behind Miyu on their way up there but this time he was gone. The other three didn't seem to be worried one bit as they began displaying their food. Eunbi had (Y/n)'s share which Miyu noticed and questioned.

"Where's (Y/n)? He's never late to lunch, and you have his things Unnie." Miyu asked.

"Oh, he's rejecting a confession as we speak." Eunbi said as she took a bite from her food.

"Another one? How many is it going to be this year?" Gyuri jokes.

"If you count mine, it'll probably be in the 10's." Sakura commented.

"Is it that common for him?" Miyu asked having only learned of this now.

The three nodded their head as they kept munching on as Miyu began to eat as well. About 10 minutes passed before they noticed (Y/n) returning. He took his spot as he joined in on the meal as the girls began to ask him about his interaction.

"So what was your excuse this time?" His sister asked.

"I told her I already had a girlfriend. Hopefully the news will spread and this can finally stop." (Y/n) said.

"You really think people will buy that? They know you don't date people, how do you expect them to believe you?" Gyuri asked.

"Easy, I told them it was you." A reminiscence occurred as Gyuri shot up flustered.

"Eunbi you better stop him before I kill him." She whined to the other twin.

"I'd rather if you just married him." That didn't help Gyuri's situation any better as it only flustered her more.

"You know I don't feel anything for him. I'm rooting for Miyu now, she's got the best chance now anyways. Especially since he rejected Sakura" Gyuri said before being bonked on the head from the side by said rejected girl.

"Hey who knows, maybe he wants you? He's never teased you this much before. He's probably dropping hints right now..." Eunbi went on and on teasing their general.

"It'll be the end of the world if he ever wants me." She said as they moved on.

Eunbi finally turned to Miyu and dropped the bomb. "So has he given you an answer yet?" Miyu stared at her dumbfounded. The other two gasped in shock as they were hearing about this for the first time, usually they'd expect for Eunbi to gossip with them. Miyu herself didn't know how to respond. She didn't think Eunbi would've found out.

"Don't play with us, I know you've confessed by now. Why else would you get to play his guitar?" It was a throwback to what Miyu heard from their mother.

Sakura playfully grabbed (Y/n) and shook him around. "You let her play your guitar?! You never even let me touch it!" The two stopped as Miyu finally spoke.

"I'm still working for it. I'm not finished yet so he won't give me an answer anytime soon." Miyu said.

Gyuri also grabbed and shook (Y/n) more as she made a statement. "If you reject her after making her put all this work into confessing I will actually kill you. It's obvious enough that you like her, just get with her already." Miyu smiled a little from seeing Gyuri stand up for her. Her eyes looked to (Y/n) only to meet his eyes.

"His answer is obvious enough, you don't have to worry about that Gyuri." Sakura said pulling the girl off of the boy.

"Do you want another hint?" (Y/n) joked as she knew what that referred to.

"N-Not in front of everyone." The three shot their heads towards Miyu as they couldn't believe what they were hearing.

"You two are hiding something aren't you? What did he do?! Miyu tell us!" Gyuri exploded onto the two love birds.

Miyu gave him a look that said "Can I tell them?" He gestured to her and shrugged meaning it was up to her. It was her own choice to be embarrassed or not.

"He kissed you didn't he?" Eunbi guessed.

Judging from Miyu's reaction, Eunbi was spot on. The three cooed among themselves as they watched Miyu slowly cover her face from embarrassment.

"That's exactly the reaction that Sakura gave. It's too obvious." Eunbi said as the other girl whined at her to stop.

"Sakura did? What are you talking about?" Miyu suddenly broke her trance of shyness.

A smirk grew on Gyuri's face as she revealed everything to her. "(Y/n) never told you? Sakura was his first kiss. He took her to our first homecoming dance here and we got to see our girl make her first move." Before she could continue any further Sakura grabbed ahold of Gyuri and cupped her hands over her mouth, silencing her.

"That was years ago, we've moved passed that. Besides, I'm out of the game. He's all yours." Sakura said, cheering on Miyu.

Time sped away as lunchtime came to an end. The other three girls left first to give the two some space due to Eunbi's intuition.

"Come on, I'll walk you back to class." (Y/n) said, holding his arm out to her.

Miyu took his arm but only to surprise him by pulling him closer to her. She grew in confidence as their eyes connected. "Can I get that hint now?" Miyu whispered loud enough for him to hear as a smile struck across his face.

(Y/n) leaned down planting a swift smooch onto her cheek as they lit up red. Just when Miyu thought it was over he quickly planted another onto her other cheek. He grabbed her hands and snapped her out of the trance again quickly walking to their classes not wanting to be late.

Timeskip
A few knocks were heard at the door as (Y/n) made his way over. He opened the door revealing Miyu standing on the other side. She was dressed up more than usual, her hair was neatly tied up and he could even smell a bit of perfume on her. "Can we talk?" Miyu asked. He quickly stepped aside and let her into his room. (Y/n) shut the door before looking back to Miyu who was currently sitting on his bed. (Y/n) took a seat on his chair, rolling it over to his bed to face her.

"So? What did you want to say?" He asked.

"I'm ready." That was enough to answer everything for him. These past few weeks he had been anticipating the day when she would

"There's just one thing..." She began saying.

"I need you to play the piano for me. I tried playing with your guitar but it just didn't match with my song. And I don't really know how to play the piano... so could you do it for me?" Miyu asked.

"So I play and you sing?" Miyu nodded to his question.

(Y/n) accepted her terms and told her to go grab her papers. She had already composed the notes so he could play it for her. He told her to meet him in the living room since that was where the piano was. (Y/n) sat there playing a few keys and small melodies from songs he knew while waiting for Miyu. His mother and sister were currently out of the house so this seemed to be the right timing for Miyu. So she does know how to set the mood somewhat.

Miyu's footsteps alerted him as she made her way over to him. (Y/n) made some room for her as she placed the music notes in front of him. He scanned through the sheets trying to get a glimpse of what he'd be playing for the first time. Miyu cleared her throat as she tried to stop herself from being so nervous. Her hands were trembling and her own sheets were shaking, loud enough to make noise and alert (Y/n).

The first few notes of her song began playing as she jumped a little. It kept going not seeming to stop making Miyu worried since she was still shaking at the thought of him hearing her song for the first time. She had already sang his own songs for him but this wasn't just another song to her. It was her one way ticket into his heart and if she were to mess up even a little bit, it would stick with her forever.

No matter how confident she felt about his answer, she didn't want to even think of the possibility of him playing with her feelings. He had become her sole reason to exist, if he threw her away then she would have nothing left.

(Y/n) suddenly stopped playing before turning and facing her. His hands grabbed ahold of her face, holding both cheeks. "Don't make me give you my answer right now. I want to hear your voice first. Relax, breath, and sing... for me." He said.

"Here's your final hint." (Y/n) presses his lips against hers  making the girl drop her papers. Her train of thought had completely derailed as all she could do was feel him. Miyu immediately moved her lips hoping that he wouldn't end it so soon. Her hands made their way up to his face as she held her grip onto him tightly. Some time passed before they finally separated from each other. Miyu suddenly dropped her head down as if they weren't just making out a second ago.

(Y/n) lifted her head up by the chin before planting one more kiss onto her lips. "You still have to sing for me." (Y/n) said as he bent over and picked up her sheets for her. As Miyu regained her composure, (Y/n) started playing the song again. This time not stopping for her as he heard her voice come out this time.

It's alright
It's alright
Even if I lose everything
It's alright
It's alright
Because someone is next to me

Even when I'm crying
When I'm alone and lonely
You stayed by my side

You are my angel
Oh you are my angel
Always you're here
Oh you are my angel
You are by my side
Always always stay here forever

It's alright
It's alright
Even when the darkness wraps around me

It's alright
It's alright
Because we're together

Even when I'm crying
When I'm alone and lonely
You stayed by my side

You are my angel
Oh you are my angel
Always you're here
Oh you are my angel
You are by my side
Always always stay here forever

Even if this love can never come true
Don't be afraid
Trust everything to me
Even if the world says no
I'll fly somewhere with you
And write
A new fate with you

You are my angel
Oh you are my angel
Always you're here
Oh you are my angel
You are by my side
Always always stay here forever

(Y/n) took his foot off the pedal, ending the song's final melodies. He turned himself over to Miyu who was currently looking at him, covering her lower face with her papers. Without any words (Y/n) stood up from their seat. She was trying to anticipate what he was going to do but what he did next was not on her list of possibilities. He walked away, heading towards the stairs and walking down.

She sat there in silence, unsure of what that meant. She didn't want to believe that he just refused her. He couldn't do that to her, not after what they just did. Miyu tossed her sheets as she stormed after him. She made her way to his room before barging in. She was a mess ready to explode upon him. There were too many things going on inside her head, too many feelings bouncing around within her heart.

She saw him sitting on his bed staring right back at her. "Was that your answer?" Miyu asked hesitantly. Nothing, no words came from him. It only broke her heart more as the silence pained her.

"All these hints, all these signs you've given me... and it's a no? You kissed me, we kissed and it was for nothing?! Do you have any idea how I feel right now?!" She unloaded one after another at him. Her vision began to blur as she felt tears escaping her eyes. Despite all that she was able to make out what he did next. He opened his arms, as she ran over crashing landing into him. She climbed atop of him wrapping herself around him.

"I want you... (Y/n)." She managed to breath out as she tried to contain her tears within herself.

"I want you to be mine forever. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you. I would've killed myself that night if you didn't stop me. No one else cared but you... it was only you. Please don't push me away..."

"Are you sure—" She heard him say, whimpering at the sound of his voice. "you want someone as broken as me?"

"(Y/n)..."

"I can't give you much. I can't promise you a bright future. I don't know if I can be the person you want me to be."

"I don't want you to grow tired of me... I don't want to be tossed away when you find someone new." Her own voice broke when she heard him say that.

"I want to love you... but I'm scared. What if you're just the same? What if you're just playing with me? My heart won't be able to handle it."

"I'm not. (Y/n), I promise I will never do that to you. I just want you. You don't have to give me anything else..." Miyu cried into his shoulder. Every word that came from her only drove her claws in deeper.

Her body tensed up only to relax again as she felt his arms finally wrap around her. It was her first real sense of relief that he was accepting her. Miyu lifted herself up and looked down on him, bringing their faces close together.

"Don't lie to me... if you do I won't be able to trust anyone ever again. I'm giving my last chance to you, don't waste it." (Y/n) said to her.

Miyu pressed her lips onto his, letting her love and emotions run free. All she cared for in this moment was his love, it was all her's now. She wouldn't dare to waste a second with him now.

"I promise I will never leave, I will never lie, whatever you want I will give it to you. So please... just let me love you." She continued to wash away his agony with her words, wiping any tears that formed, and held onto him like it was their last night together.

Next Day
Miyu stirred awake the next day, quickly recalling their fateful ending last night. Her eyes laid upon her sleeping angel, resting in her arms. She smiled to herself as she leaned over before planting a kiss onto his cheek. She turned her body to face him completely, just laying there in silence, watching him breath.

"You are my angel" She softly sang while brushing hair out off his face.

A sudden knock came at the door forcing Miyu to get up, only to be pulled in closer by (Y/n). With no other option she had to ask the person to come in. The door opened revealing the other twin making Miyu let out a sigh of relief.

Eunbi gave out a sigh, "I don't want anyone." She said in a mocking kind of tone, quoting her brother. She quickly washed that away as she smiled at Miyu.

"You really did win his heart Miyu. I ask of you, as his sister, please don't break him. It won't just be his life I fear for." Eunbi said, also stroking (Y/n)'s hair away from his face.

"You're still going to have to deal with our mother. Both of us did see by the way, the way you two fell asleep in each other's arms. It was sweet and I'm happy for you two. But as any mother would act, you'll have to fight her as your final boss."

"I expect to be one of your bridesmaids, sister in law." A smile escaped both of their lips.

Eunbi then suddenly delivered a quick but soft smack to the back of his head. This was enough to wake him up as Eunbi completed her task. "Mom wants to talk with you." The twin left the room leaving the two alone. (Y/n) got up stretching his body before looking to Miyu who had a concerned look on her face.

"What's wrong?" (Y/n) asked.

"Your mother doesn't like me... what do you think she'll do to us?" (Y/n) lifted her off the bed and into his arms.

"I don't care, especially now that you're mine. She won't stop us from loving each other, she isn't a monster." He said.

"Say that again..." Miyu whispered.

"Say what again?" He teased, letting go of her.

"Tell me I'm yours." Miyu begged, even going to the extent of making his heart jump for her within a second.

"I'm yours." He joked, but it worked either way. He locked their lips for a short but tender kiss. (Y/n) asked Miyu to stay in his room while he went to go meet with his mother, who was probably ready to give him an earful for breaking his promise.

He made his way upstairs and into the living room where his mother was currently waiting. (Y/n) sat down across from her, acknowledging the atmosphere that his mom was giving off.

"You lied." That was all she said.

"Mom I—" (Y/n) began only to be silenced.

"This happened once and look what happened. I misjudged that girl and look what she did to you. You're still too trusting, enough to allow this new girl into your heart." Her arms were still crossed and her gaze never easing up upon him.

"She's different... Miyu is much more. At first it was because she reminded me of Miho, but once I decided that I wouldn't fall in love with her... it was already over at that point. She fought so hard to gain my trust, she broke down because I almost said no." (Y/n) said.

"Everything she has done for me, if she is willing to even cry for me, then I'm more than willing to give her my love." Finally, he noticed a change in his mother's eyes. (Y/n) got up, only to kneel down in front of his mother.

"Please just this once, let me be with her." (Y/n) begged. A breeze went past (Y/n) as he saw someone kneeling down next to him in the corner of his eyes. He turned only to see Miyu also on her knees beside him.

"I know it's hard to trust another girl after what happened to your son... but I won't ever do that to him. I will never leave him for another person, because he's all I need. I owe my life to your son, and I want to spend the rest of it with him." Silence was their answer, while waiting for his mother to speak again, Miyu quickly grabbed his hand and interlocked their fingers together.

"You never even let me finish." His mother finally spoke. Both of them looked to her as she continued. "I like her." Those words sent a rush of relief through the both of them, finally exhaling a breath that they could actually feel.

"I'm happy that you're doing better now, but I just can't let my guard down. At first I was against everything you two were having, even when you brought her home. You must've felt it too, everything was just so similar to how it went before. But then I heard your guitar, it brought back so many memories of when I was teaching you how to play. If Miyu could pull you out of the darkness then I was willing to allow it to go on for a little while longer." It was Miyu's first time to see his mother smile. Just like when she witnessed his first smile, it was bright. She had won not only his trust, but his entire family's.

"For now I can't fully trust her, but I will accept her. Until I see a wedding ring, you will still be on the kill list." Miyu's hopes were lifted and quickly dropped. At least she wasn't breaking them up but hearing that last sentence still had her worried.

The couple stood up together, hands still locked together. His mother released them allowing them to leave and head back into his room. (Y/n) shut the door to his room only to swiftly catch Miyu as she jumped onto him, wrapping her limbs around him. He shared her joy as he spun a little with her. (Y/n) walked them over to his bed before softly falling down and laying beside her.

A moment passed as they stared into each other's eyes, not saying a thing. He made the first move, bringing his hand up and brushing hair out of her face. A smile formed on her lips as she leaned over and pecked him on the lips before shuffling even closer to him.

"You're mine." Miyu asserted.

"I'm yours." He confirmed.

Timeskip - 1 Year
Time flew by, every moment of it used properly by (Y/n) and Miyu. Many things had happened between the both of them. Miyu learned how to drive, play the piano, and even began to write more songs. All due to (Y/n)'s help and support. Every second he was with her made everything better. She pulled him out of his hallow shell and put him together with her love. Everyday there was something new she wanted to try with him. She was going to spend the rest of life doing this for him.

The two of them moved out of the house and found a decent apartment to rent. Of course (Y/n) couldn't avoid his mother's help and still received aid from her. Miyu didn't mind, since she didn't want either of them to suffer. They were finishing up their final months in school, living as they have been for a year now. While Miyu did make some new friends on the side, she didn't dare to leave the group she already was with. Gyuri, Sakura, and Eunbi were all she needed, and (Y/n) of course. The girls definitely helped whenever she had new ideas to try with (Y/n). Everything flowed through them, every incident and details, everything.

Present Day
Miyu's morning started with chaos, the only time she's ever felt this distraught ever since she met (Y/n). She had just woken up in bed only to see that (Y/n) was missing. Miyu thought maybe he was already up but there was no sign of him anywhere. His phone along with his keys were gone. It was the weekend too, there shouldn't be any reason for him to be somewhere urgently. She called him many times over but it was sent straight to voice mail. At this point Miyu didn't know what else to do besides calling Eunbi.

"Hello?" Eunbi's voice answered, definitely showing signs that she just woke up.

"Eunbi-ya, is (Y/n) there?" Miyu asked, hoping maybe he was just stopping by there.

"Aish, is he seriously doing that." She heard Eunbi mutter.

"I'll come get you, I know where he is." Eunbi reassured Miyu.

Miyu's nerves couldn't calm down not knowing what was going on. It would be better to know the worst that he could be doing but that was the point, Miyu didn't know what (Y/n) could be doing. She managed to ready herself up and wait for his sister to give her the answers she needed.

Eunbi called Miyu to make her come outside making her rush out and jumping into the car. Without a word Eunbi began driving. The twin tried her best to explain what was going on to Miyu hoping she would stop losing her mind. Today was... the same day that Miho suddenly abandoned (Y/n) and threw everything away.

"I know it seems a little unreasonable for him to still hold onto feelings like this when he's with you, but please understand him. When we found him again, he was a mess. It was his first love, and it wasn't the best memory for him. Then you rolled along, a very striking resemblance to her. You saw how much I was against him being around you, it was that important that he didn't get hurt again. Just remember whatever he did today, he's still going to be coming home to you."

"I know how he feels... I just wished he would've told me." Miyu said.

They arrived to the so called location where he would be at. It was a nearby park they had showed up to. It struck Miyu the most that it was so close to the same place where they'd first met. She could see the bridge where she once stood atop of, ready to plunge into the depths and die. She exited the vehicle and followed Eunbi's directions to where he would be. She ran as fast as she could to her man, not wanting to let him spend another moment alone.

Her body stopped once she finally caught a sight of him. He was standing there alone, leaning against the railing holding a bouquet of flowers. Miyu rushed over to him, making her presence known for him to catch her into his arms.

"Miyu-ya, what are you doing—"

"You should've told me you were going somewhere. Don't you think it was important to tell me that you were going somewhere alone?!" Miyu shouted at him, her first real scolding of him.

"What are you, my mom? I just came out here to get some fresh air." (Y/n) said calmly.

"Today is the day Miho left you, so I imagined the worst. I thought maybe you weren't over her, maybe you were still hurting and would end up hurting self. Maybe you were going to meet her again... what if you left me for her." She explained, sharing her worries to him. Only for him to tilt his head a little in confusion.

"Is it today? I didn't notice. And to take away your fears, I came out here alone because I wanted to recall the time I spent with you. It was just to take some time to think of what comes next."

"What are you talking about? Why today of all days?!" Miyu's questions were going to be endless at this point.

"Sorry for worrying you so much Myumyu. You didn't even get to remember that it's our one year anniversary." He said, as she finally realized.

"I wasn't expecting you to wake up so soon, I thought I'd let you sleep in and manage to go and grab these flowers real quick. Then I stopped here for a second, only to see you running to me." (Y/n) explained.

"Why didn't you pick up your phone?! I called you so many times but you never picked up." He pulled out his phone and showed that it had no power remaining.

"Forgot to charge it last night, you were too clingy in bed." He said.

"Eunbi was talking about Miho and we assumed it was why you were out here. I thought maybe it was for that very reason." Miyu added.

"Why would I be doing anything that involves her? I wouldn't dare to meet her again. Why would I do any of that when I already have you." She kissed him, having been moved by his words.

"Well now that my surprise has been ruined I might as well give you my gift now." (Y/n) said as he reached into his pocket and handed her a small box.

Miyu slowly opened it to see a pair of rings inside. She looked back up at him and was about to assume what it meant but he clarified it. "I'm not proposing just yet, I couldn't come up with anything clever this time so I just thought the ring would look pretty on you." She kissed him once again, as they heard a camera snap. Eunbi finally showed up after letting them have their moment.

"The next time you worry her like this again, I'm throwing you into that river myself." His sister said.

"Then don't assume I'm going to do anything bad when I have so much to lose." (Y/n) said, wrapping his arms around Miyu.

"Go back home and go to bed." He teased as she swung a fake punch only to give a finger heart to Miyu and congratulate her. She left the two alone and headed home.

"So are we going home?" Miyu asked since (Y/n) hasn't moved a bit.

"Not yet, I wanna stay like this a little longer." He said, as he picked up the flowers that was meant for her. He brought them over to a bench and closed his arms around her again.

"You should've seen the sunrise with me, I'll bring you next time." He noted.

Miyu looked up to him before making his heart melt, "I love you." He smiled at her loving words only to reply back with the same, "I love you too."

Three months huh? Guess time really did just fly by like it was worthless. Honestly I haven't been feeling that good. While I did find the small things to distract and make myself happy, It doesn't hide the issue that I really don't want to do anything anymore. I go to work I'm criticized, I go to school I get criticized. It hurts the most when my own parents told me to leave the house. Just because I didn't do well in one class, it sets my fate and makes them hate me. I really wanted to die today. I hardly left my room, I drank water only, I just didn't want to be alive. They tell me to do what I want and then flip it on me and tell me I'm worth nothing, that I don't even know who I am.

It really sucks right now, because I just feel more and more unappreciated in the family. They pick at the things that I can't do and ignore the things I have done for the greater good of the family. I stay home, I'm getting post secondary education, I'm healthy, I don't do drugs nor do I drink.

I can't recall a moment of them telling me they were proud of me. All it is, is that I didn't do well enough. They question why I can't learn through a computer screen, why I can't see properly when I have a genetic defect that affects my vision. Why I can't drive when I have no one to help me learn.

I really am alone in this world. My household earns enough for me to not receive any financial aid yet I'm taking out loans and paying for my tuition and classes alone.

They say I didn't try and it breaks me the most when they said this. I gave it my all and they say I didn't even try. Telling me to go be homeless hurt my heart.

But how do they try to change the subject the next day, it's "come eat". Why bother to keep me alive if you're just going to keep putting me down. Every time I feel good or accomplish something they put me down. I earned the title of supervisor this year and yet they told me they hated my job.

I really don't want to live anymore.
