Lee Ahin

I personally think Ahin looks stunning, and I get why she gets the attention for her visuals. However I do feel that some people are only into her after her new glow up. That was just surprising to me considering she already looked amazing already, Korean standards it is. Regardless, this is something that caught my eyes coming back to Momoland.

More Than Just A Sous
A young woman stood in the middle of the restaurant dazed, and amazed at the speed of which service was being displayed. Just a training day they told her, yet she was in the middle of a burning fire. She stepped her way through the customers and the workers as she made her way into the kitchen. It was an ongoing train in there, watching as dishes went in and out at such an orderly pace. Today it was just for her to watch and get a feel at how busy the restaurant could get. She was also going to help out with the head chef which was quite a huge jump from being only a new hire. Rather than being hired as a newbie, she was going to be a newbie Sous chef. The opening was too convenient for her not to take, especially with this restaurant's reputation.

"Ahin!" A voice called snapping her out of her observation mode. Her stiffness slowly evaporated as she saw a familiar face. "You're finally here." Ahin couldn't exactly call her a friend just yet, but she hoped to soon. The one who was speaking to her was known as Hyebin. She had been the one who interviewed and hired Ahin.

"This place is unlike any other restaurant I've worked at." Ahin said, smiling nervously. Hyebin nodded before leading her over and showing off people and things around the kitchen. "You're going to potentially lead this kitchen one day, so I'd say you better get used to it." One by one Hyebin showed Ahin her fellow coworkers.

"And that's (Y/n), our head chef and owner." Hyebin watched as Ahin slowly walked over to his side. She tapped his shoulders, gaining his attention while giving off a small wave as he looked at her. Ahin returned the smile that was emitting from his face.

"It's been a while hasn't it?" He spoke out to her, still multitasking with his stove.

"Well... I found you again, so I'd definitely love to catch up with you." Ahin said, before spreading out her arms, slowly they enveloped him. "You at least owe me this hug."

"And I definitely still owe you a lot more." She whispered loud enough for him to still hear.

Ahin returned to Hyebin as they toured around the restaurant more. Her relationship with (Y/n) definitely didn't go unnoticed by the older girl however. Not that it would cause too much of a commotion, it only sparked interest in their history together.

"So, how did you meet (Y/n)? It sounded like you two were close." A half hearted smile shines on Ahin's face, and a tint of blush appeared on her cheeks.

"We went to culinary school together. (Y/n) helped me a lot with our classes and I owe him everything as to why I passed and graduated." She said, smiling to herself uncontrollably.

"If I knew (Y/n) any better, he would say you're giving him too much credit. I'm sure you both were helping each other out." Hyebin gave her a friendly pat on the back. "So, were you two more than friends?" Hyebin suddenly asked, making Ahin jump.

"No no no, we weren't like that. Time went by so fast whenever we were together, we never even had the chance—" She stopped herself once she saw the smile smeared on Hyebin's face.

"You like him don't you?" Some would say her honesty was one of her stronger traits, some would say it was too easy to get things out of her. Ahin couldn't deny it any further and nodded.

"It's not even your first day yet and you're already brewing our first relationship in the workplace. I never thought (Y/n) would ever get with someone." They both laughed at that final statement about (Y/n). He never seemed interested in dating, aside from one instance in his lifetime.

"Just so you know, we're all having dinner tonight. I hope you can join us, and (Y/n) is cooking of course. If there's anything I love about him, it's his cooking."

"By the way... how do you know (Y/n)?" Hyebin laughed a bit before putting her hands up and surrendering.

"Don't even think of me getting together with that guy. He's my brother, well actually step-brother but same thing. His dad married my mom a few years back. I thought we wouldn't click together but when I found out he owned his own restaurant and was willing to hire me, I didn't take him for granted for even a second." Hyebin shared with her.

"I'm a bit relieved that you're only his step sibling. If I had to compete with you, I wouldn't stand a chance." This made Hyebin laugh, admitting how different she would view their boss if he wasn't her brother. "I would've never gotten this job for free, and I would have to be far more polite towards him."

2 hours later
The restaurant finally closed for the night and to celebrate the start of their weekends, (Y/n) was cooking them a small feast. It was a little heartwarming, seeing how close this crew was to spending time together. Ahin's previous job, her fellow coworkers could care less about doing anything as a team. It was only a simple clock in for work and clock out, and then receive their paycheck for the week. As the small party went on, she snuck away before coming into the kitchen again.

(Y/n) was at the same spot from earlier, cooking away and in his own world. This sight brought back memories of their days together, when she would just observe his cooking for hours. She unconsciously shuffled her way over to him, stopping at his side.

He gave her a quick glance before shifting his attention back over to the food. She bit down onto her bottom lip before pushing forward and hugging him from behind. His body tensed up instantly from her touch, this made her almost let go. Instead, she stuck with her decision to embrace him.

"Are you... still mad at me?" She said, having her voice muffled from having her head against his body.

"Can you let go? I can't move with you holding me." It didn't work, hearing her refuse to release him. "I'm not letting go until we talk about it."

"That's rich coming from you. I'm not the one who ran away." (Y/n) sneered at her. Her heart sank knowing he would pull this card. "I'm sorry, I just didn't think I could do it. I couldn't imagine us being more than friends... with benefits." A sudden rush of their moments in their dorm together, and messing around intimately came to both their minds.

"And now what? You can suddenly see me more than that? Don't mess with my heart again." (Y/n) scoffed.

"Yes... I see you more than that now. I'm sorry, I know it's wrong." She felt his whole body shiver for a second before tensing up again.

"If it's wrong then you shouldn't try to make it right." She clenched even tighter, slowly squeezing the breath out of him.

"Then let me try again, I'll do it all over again... just give me one more chance." He laughed, more of a disbelieving one though.

"Is it really that easy? Am I that easy that you think you can just make me yours within an amount of time." She knew she hurt him badly back then, and it seems that his heart never truly healed from then.

(Y/n) turned off the stove before plating up his final dish, slowly moving around with Ahin still clinging onto his back. "I'll do anything... just for you." She pleaded again.

He laughed again in response, turning around to face her head on. "It's not that easy, Ahin. It's been years, I don't feel the same as I did back then. Besides I have a—" He stopped for a second, only then to be cut off for even longer when she gently pressed her lips against his. (Y/n) slowly gripped her shoulders and gently pushed her away.

"I'm sorry—" The door slammed open as a shout was heard from the entrance. Ahin's ears turned red, hearing those words ring through her ear. It confused her for a second, until she realized what it meant.

"Appa!" A girl's voice shouted, followed by the sound of footsteps running over to him. (Y/n) swooped up the girl into his arms as she exclaimed in joy. Ahin stared in awe as the child was lifted into the air in his arms.

"Why are you here already? I thought grandma was watching you tonight." (Y/n)'s tone was a completely different style compared to when he was talking with Ahin. He was filled with more life and happiness while in front of his daughter.

"Auntie Hyebin picked me up, she wanted to play with me." His daughter's voice was coaxed in sweetness with every single word that came out.

"I'll be out there shortly okay? Go play with your auntie." (Y/n) said, setting her down and letting her loose.

Finally his focus shifted back over to Ahin who was still standing there, ever so shaken up. Just as he was about to turn away she grabbed onto him once more. She was even more genuine than before. "Are you... with someone else now?" Her hair began to create a curtain over her face.

"No." It still wasn't right, but her heart felt lighter at the sound of that. "I found her on my doorstep one day. And I tried my best to get her parents to take responsibility, they eventually led to the choice of putting her up for adoption. So, I decided to raise her myself." It began to make sense for Ahin, considering his daughter was at least too old for her to not know about (Y/n) being a parent.

"Let's go, they're waiting for us. We— us, we, that's funny. I don't want to talk about this again, so let's just leave it in the past. I really loved you then, but it's been so long. I've moved on, and so should you." Her hand finally loosened, letting go of him.

Ahin's ears picked up the cheers of his workers as he joined them. She did her best to suppress everything before also joining them. (Y/n)'s relationships with his workers were admittedly impressive. It was nothing like other workplaces like Ahin had experienced. Here, everyone seems to get along and are more than just coworkers. They used each other's names freely, made jokes and teased each other with no restrictions. (Y/n) sat across from her, cleaning up after his daughter slowly. She didn't know if it was the right thing to say, but he looked so lovely.

He had changed very quickly from the person who she knew in school to a responsible parent. (Y/n) was strict and very stern on completing their assignments on time, as well as keeping their shared apartment clean. On the other hand, Ahin was the first person who he truly opened up to. She was able to see his goofy side as he made jokes that she didn't think he was capable of making, and was much more fun than what she initially thought he wasn't going to be.

Past
Ahin was sitting down across from (Y/n), grasping onto one of his cups that he'd given to her. Her body began to feel hot, unsure of how she should ask him her burning question. (Y/n) just still awaiting her voice, one thing that she liked about him was the way he could listen to her talk, maybe it really did pay off to be a quiet person. "Can I..." She began saying, looking into his eyes before continuing. "Would you mind if I moved in with you?" She shut her eyes immediately, clasping her hands together and pleaded for him to say yes. "You have a spare room, I'll help cover rent too. I just need somewhere else I can stay. My roommates are horrible and plus, we have classes together anyways. Please?" She threw in a final please just to try to add a cherry on top for him.

"We split rent 50/50 then, no staying up later than 11 at night, take out the trash as soon as it gets near the top, no plates go into the sink unwashed, and no parties nor visitors are allowed at all." (Y/n) quickly spouted out.

She frantically jumped over and into his arms, thanking him nonstop. From then on, they were roommates. He ended up signing a death wish without realizing so, and it led to them becoming friends, and something more eventually.

Present
The dinner party came to an end as (Y/n)'s workers began to leave, luckily everyone was still sober enough to get home safely. He definitely controlled their alcohol intake strongly, considering they still had work tomorrow as well. It ended up being only (Y/n) and Ahin, along with his daughter who ended up falling asleep. She offered to help him clean up, sparking a small memory of them cleaning up together after every meal. Together they cleaned in silence, without conversing any further. As they came back out to add some finishing touches, (Y/n) picked up his daughter into his arms.

"Do you live nearby? I can give you a ride if you want." Ahin asked him, as he shook his head. He loosened up an arm before pointing upwards, "I live here, it's a duplex for a reason. You can just go home, I'll lock up after you." He said, trying to search for his keys while balancing his daughter within his arms. Ahin immediately came over and offered some assistance.

"Here, let me hold her." She nearly stopped herself but it was too late and those words came out. Without thinking too much about it, (Y/n) placed his daughter onto Ahin. With his arms available now he reached back and pulled out his keys, he quickly locked up the main door before coming back over to Ahin. Just as she began to hand him back his daughter, the child clutched onto her tightly. She couldn't help but laugh a bit until she saw (Y/n) looking back at her, he was almost trapped in her gaze. Ahin forced out a cough before he finally snapped out of his trance and came back to his senses. They tried to make the transfer but his daughter refused again, wrapping her short arms around Ahin even tighter.

"Sorry... I can carry her up for you instead." Ahin said, as (Y/n) nodded to her idea. He led her to a stairway that brought them upstairs. The initial input of his decor took her back through memory lane as she paused for a quick second before catching up with (Y/n). She placed his daughter onto her bed and stepped back, giving them some space. He tucked her in tightly, eventually turning back to Ahin who was watching him stil, her eyes lingered around the bed before she saw a name in the center of the headboard, "Nayun." She gave him a soft smile before leaving the room with him following behind.

"It looks just like our old apartment." Ahin said, letting a small giggle escape her mouth. She quickly realized that she grouped the two of them together again.

"Sorry... I shouldn't have brought up the past again. I'll be going now." (Y/n) walked her out, watching her fully leave before dropping down the locks on his storefront.

Past
Ahin was swiping on her screen constantly, refreshing the page of her grades again and again. It had been a few days since they took their finals for the semester, and she still hasn't received her final grade. (Y/n) was over in the kitchen preparing dinner as always, shooting over words of comfort once in a while. She was stressing out bad over this, so much that she's been doing this for the whole day. (Y/n) did his best to distract her and spend some time with her before having to take care of his own needs. The same thing occurred as she dropped to her side and began to panic again. The sound of the burners turned off as she heard footsteps coming over to her.

As Ahin opened up her eyes she saw him kneeling by her side. His arms swooped around her and sat her up again. "Everything is going to be okay. I'm sure you did just fine on that test. You already have a high grade anyways... what are you so worried about?" He asked.

"I want the best grade possible, that way I'll have an even better chance at getting a job, so that my parents will be happy. And I wanted to match with you... I hate that you're so much better than me." He laughed at her final words.

"You are just as good as I am, so don't stress over it. If only it was a partner assignment again, you wouldn't have to stress so badly." She pouted in return. "But then you'd just carry me to the finish line. I want to beat you fair and square." Ahin said playfully, hitting him on the chest over and over.

Suddenly his hands caught hers, stopping the time all around them. They realized how close they really were, their faces inches apart, hand in hand now, and eyes connected. Ahin's heart pounded against her chest loudly, as did (Y/n)'s. To break up that silence, (Y/n) spoke first.

"Do you... want to hang out tomorrow? It'll help you take your mind off of things." A soft smile answered his question. Before she could add on, the sound of a new email coming in stole her attention. She immediately checked her device, eyeballing the letter as fast as she could. Within the next second her phone had dropped and she had leapt forward into (Y/n)'s arms. "I got a perfect score!" She shouted, nearly blasting out his eardrums but she couldn't contain herself any longer.

"You were so worried for—" (Y/n) was cut off by the force of her lips pressing against his. After a few seconds she finally pulled away from him completely.

"S-Sorry, I just felt so energetic, I had to burn it off somehow and you were just there and I—" (Y/n) cut her off this time.

"It's fine, just try not to do that again. Don't lead me on with things like that." Ahin slowly nodded at (Y/n)'s words, realizing she crossed a huge line. However, for some reason she didn't feel so bad for crossing it.

"I... I want to get rid of all this energy. Can you help me...?" His eyes widened at what she was suggesting to them. "I swear I won't lead you on, it'll mean nothing, I just need you so bad right now." She said, almost pleading like.

She saw him bite down on his lips before shaking his head for a yes. A few seconds later and their lips were connected again, a few minutes later and they were on his bed, a few hours later and they were naked and in each other's arms. This ended up being the first of many courses they shared.

Present
Another day of work came for (Y/n) the next morning, first he dropped off his daughter at daycare. He always contemplated just letting her stay upstairs in their home while he ran his business, it didn't seem too harmful since she was within his reach. Then again, (Y/n) wanted his child to be able to socialize and meet people. His parents haven't retired yet, although they make time to take care of his child for him. At first his father was skeptical of him adopting a child that wasn't even his, but his true colors showed when he proved to be a perfect father himself. His step mother didn't expect an actual parent out of him until they both saw how much (Y/n) devoted his life to Nayun.

"Morning oppa!" Hyebin's energetic voice called out to (Y/n), just as he returned to the restaurant. She had arrived first and opened up with her pair of keys. A few of his employees were already here as well, helping prepare fresh ingredients for the day. She came over to his side, following beside him like a puppy to its owner. "How did things go with Ahin?" She asked, smirking at him, clueless at his history with said girl.

"That's none of your concern." She laughed at his answer in response. "That's the first time you've been angry at me in a very long time. So she's your soft spot huh? I've got you now, hehe." Hyebin teased.

"So... what's the deal with you and her, hm? You two seem to go way back, but I didn't see her jumping into your arms. More than friends or not, you two would've been more happy than that to be seeing each other again after such a long time." (Y/n) sighed heavily, trying to ignore his sister from bombarding him with my pursuing questions.

"It's all in the past, just leave it at that." (Y/n) said, preparing himself for the long day ahead. Just as he was about to tie on his apron, Hyebin snatched it away from him. He knew that look all too well, her face wanting to know more than what meets the eye. "Come on, how bad can it be? What happened between you two? She seems like such a nice girl, and her feelings seem genuine too. Why can't you just—" She caught his glare, stopping her in her tracks.

"Hyebin... you are treading on some mighty thin ice here." She flinched, for the first time he was able to make her feel a shade of fear. She handed him his apron before giving him a hand by tying it on. Her arms giving him a finishing embrace, muttering an apology to him. "Sorry... I overstepped there. Just let me know if I can help you in any way, okay?"

"She and I messed up badly back then, so I would just prefer to not talk about it anymore." He felt her nodding behind his back.

"Do you still love her?" She felt her brother tense up as if he was struck by lightning. She knew how to push his buttons, and it seems like she guessed right again. Hyebin tapped his back in comfort, "You have another chance with her now, don't waste it. Even if you two hurt each other, find a way to move on. Besides... don't you think Nayun deserves to have a mother in her life? You can't remain single forever."

Hyebin turned around seeing Ahin behind them, her mouth gaping open. She overheard them for sure, making Hyebin shush her with a finger. (Y/n) hadn't seen her yet so it was better that he didn't know that she overheard them talking about her. Hyebin went over and pulled her away to the side.

"He still likes you too. I know he does, even if he's being arrogant about it. Do your best, and mend your past with him. I'll be here for you two no matter the outcome." Ahin nodded. Hyebin swiftly ran around and gave her a directing push towards (Y/n) and left the crime scene.

She came up to his side gaining his attention, the thought of his requited love lingered on her mind. (Y/n) handed her an apron to which she put on, spinning around and began tying it. Finishing up, Ahin spun around to meet his face.

"Your hair." (Y/n) motioned, watching as she did as instructed, cleaning up her hair and tying it back.

"There shouldn't be much to teach you. You've cooked with me before, just follow my instructions and the recipes when needed." He began immediately as she locked in and followed his movements.

Later that night
The final order went out as everyone in the kitchen gave a relieving celebration. Ahin took in a huge breather, it was harder than she anticipated. Just follow his instructions he said, (Y/n) was a completely different person when cooking under the clock. It had been too long since they last cooked together, she had forgotten how fast and precise he was at it. Her body suddenly tensed up as she felt his hands on her shoulder, immediately she turned to look at him.

"You did good today." He complimented her, sparking a warm feeling inside her chest.

"If I did good, give me a reward then." She hinted towards her cheeks, recalling the types of rewards she used to receive from him. If Hyebin had never encouraged her to chase after him again then she wouldn't have pushed her luck. But the look in his eyes told her she made the right choice. She smiled before tiptoeing to his level, leaning closer towards his lips. Just as she was able to seal them together, (Y/n) stopped her.

"Why are you doing this to me?" For some reason, he didn't sound upset to her, more of an annoyed state.

"You know why... I want you. I'll make up for my mistakes now, so stop pushing me away." She said.

"I told you it wasn't that easy, you can't just kiss me and expect me to say yes to everything you want." She only smiled brighter this time around. "Would you like to bet on that?" Ahin joked with honesty. She saw him faltering again, first was when she was holding his daughter, and now with her advances on him. (Y/n) backed away making her laugh seeing his flushed face.

There were just so many things that they were doing that reminded them of their past, good and bad sometimes. "I'll wait for your answer... I won't run away this time, I promise." Ahin swooped in faster than he could react, planting a chaste kiss onto his cheek. She smiled proudly at herself, feeling happier that she was beginning to pull himself out of the hole that she dug him into.

Timeskip - 1 month
Slowly and surely (Y/n) and Ahin unavoidably spent more and more time together. At first it was just to practice their compatibility and to train her in running his kitchen. Then it changed, with her suddenly setting off a bond with his daughter. She wasn't exactly mother material just yet, but Ahin knew how to play along with Nayun. Shift after shift Ahin would end up spending time with Nayun, teaching her English, and even a bit of singing. The nights she ended up staying there longer became more frequent. (Y/n)'s heart began to let go of their feud from before, and instead he unchained the door meant for Ahin.

"You keep staring at me. Are you finally falling for me again?" Ahin teased, holding in her temptations of declaring victory. Her words broke him out of his recurring trances of being mesmerized by her beauty. They resumed their walk, both of their hands occasionally brushing against each other, and neither of them seemed to mind. "Thanks for saying yes to this, I really didn't think you'd go on a date with me." Her confidence grew stronger with every lasting moment that she spent with him.

"I owe you, you've been spending a lot of time with Nayun. I'm happy she's found someone to get along with, other than Hyebin. I can only do so much as a father... I can't find the time to be her friend." She smiled, sharing a bit of sympathy for him.

"You can still be her friend too. But I'll happily be there for her now." She spun around quickly to stop in front of him.

"So... am I closer to getting an answer?" Ahin asked, noticing the shift in his face.

"I still don't understand, why me? What kept you from moving on? Finding someone else and starting your own family." She dropped the happy look on her face and got serious for him. "I told you before, I ended up working my butt off at multiple different restaurants and ended up hating almost all of them. We spent all that time in culinary school just for me to end up not being able to cook properly." Ahin said.

"Every time I cooked, every little thing that I did that reminded me of you, it only made me want to turn back time even more. I just couldn't get over you." She said, reminiscing over the past 4 years.

"I regretted a lot of things, not saying yes was one of the biggest reasons. I led you on while telling myself I wasn't, and when you wanted something real, I knew I had messed up. We were younger, and I didn't think I could commit to something real... not when all I did was lean on you for help." She grabbed his hand, holding it firmly.

"After finding you again, I wanted to be able to reverse us. I want to help you now, I want to be here for you. And... even if we stay as friends, then I'm okay with that too." Her heart tingled a little when she felt his hand finally come to life and return the hold.

"No you're not. If you were okay with just being friends, then you wouldn't push this far." She let out a guilty smile, lowering her head.

His free hand raised up and cupped her cheek. "I told you before, I only sell one way tickets. I'm going to have a hard time letting you go this time." Ahin nodded, locking herself in tightly this time.

"You won't have to, I'm not going anywhere." Her transaction was successful, receiving her prize in the form of his touch.

Timeskip - 1 year
A full year had already come by since (Y/n) and Ahin reunited. Together they further enhanced his restaurant's business, becoming more successful everyday. They weren't going to be world famous, but it was going to be able to provide for them and their priority also known as Nayun. Speaking of her, she was ecstatic about Ahin getting together with her father. She slowly learned about their past together, one sweet memory at a time. Even if they left out the nasty bits such as the bad moments that almost tore them apart.

Ahin arrived at their designated spot for their special day out. (Y/n) had something planned out for her, and that's all she knew. He had been hinting at this without any details at all just to tease her. She never liked having too many unnecessary fillings, just a straight clear path ahead.

She saw (Y/n) standing at their spot, only he wasn't alone. Nayun stood beside him, waving happily at her arrival. Ahin started off in a jog as she came over to swoop Nayun into her arms. (Y/n)'s heart never ceases to survive from moments like this, smiling happily at the scene. Ahin set down the girl before giving him a peck on the lips.

"I thought it was just going to be us today." Ahin said, seeing Nayun laugh.

"She had a present for you too, so I figured to let her come along for our special day." Nayun went and grabbed the flowers set behind them and brought it over for Ahin.

"Thank you sweetheart, I'll definitely make sure your dad pays for your art supplies." The girl's cheers made both of their hearts sync in joy. Then he realized she was going to make him pay.

"So, who wants to give their present first?" (Y/n) asked.

"I don't want you to pull out a ring yet, so I'll go first." Ahin reached into her purse and pulled out a freshly made book. "Tada! It's finished, our cookbook we started working on as a joke back in school. I finally found the motivation to finish it, thanks to you." She wasn't expecting much aside from the satisfaction that overcame her when she saw him smile.

"I would love to read how much you've added on. We can probably publish it too." (Y/n) said.

"Okay, I'm ready now. I'll pretend I won't know that you're proposing." Ahin jokes, covering her eyes. (Y/n) laughed a bit, ushering Nayun to go ahead. The girl pulled out a small box, placing it into Ahin's hands.

"I... I was joking. There's no way you actually..." She opened the box, seeing a ring with their initials engraved into the small gem together. Her eyes shot up and looked at him. "It's a gift, not a proposal. I just thought you'd like it." She shot forward and wrapped herself around him.

"I love it, thank you (Y/n)." Ahin connected their lips for a short second, whispering words of love to him, only holding herself back more because of his daughter. The two then turned their attention over to Nayun who had covered her own eyes partially. Ahin knelt down and playfully covered Nayun's eyes properly.

"Now then, what's your present? It better be good or we're taking you home." Ahin teased, cupping the young girl's face.

Nayun looked at her father, earning a look of confusion. He assumed it was a look of asking for approval but still he was unsure himself. "Go ahead, don't look at me for help, you didn't even tell me what the gift was." She smiled happily at his response, looking back to Ahin.

"Can I call you something else...?" Ahin tilted her head at the question, unsure of the meaning. "Like a nickname? Sure, what did you want?" She happily accepted the girl's request.

"Eomma." She girl whispered out loudly enough for them both to hear it. (Y/n)'s heart skipped a beat, while Ahin's cheeks blushed red, something both father and daughter have been able to do to her.

"W-What did you say?" Ahin began stumbling across her own thoughts as the younger girl took after her, standing strong and confident.

"I want to call you Eomma from now on. Is that... okay?" Ahin and (Y/n) both grasped their hands over the girl's hand, having both thought the same thing. Ahin did her best to hold in her tears before nodding, pressing her lips against Nayun's forehead.

"I would love that Nayun. I'm very happy to be called your eomma." The girl hugged her tightly, her wish being fulfilled. (Y/n) comforted Ahin who could no longer hold her composure, rubbing her back as she suppressed a soft silent sob.

"It kind of makes sense why she's been drawing you in her family pictures now. I'm happy for you, and us." She nodded again, leaning herself against him, wanting his embrace as well. What was meant to be a happy day, had turned into an overjoyed experience.

"You're not going home, or anywhere else. I'm never leaving you or your appa." Ahin said.

I'll just leave it at that. I'm not super proud of this one but I'm satisfied at the least. It's similar to a few other stories ive written before but I just liked the dilemma between the past and present. Ahin was definitely a bit of a challenge to write for without using a previous story's setting.

I'm still not on top of things, just finishing up my unfinished drafts now. Ive got a few new ideas in mind but it'll be a while until I find the motivation to write them. If it's my final unfinished draft then it'll be Chaewon.

Here's a look at my next idea, or a few I guess.

I'm in love with this girl, and her songs have given me enough to write maybe a quick story.
(Youha)

This chapter was originally going to be for Joy but changed for obvious reasons. Besides, I'm due an Irene chapter since my previous stories for her wasn't to my likings.
(Irene)

Very undecided for this one, but it's either CLC or (G)-Idle, some voices would be appreciated. I've got the gist of the story, it's only to be if I think it's feasible enough to not have too much BS in the story. I'll definitely bring this up again.
