Kim Seolhyun
I wasn't around nor into AOA, but I did recently watch Orange Marmalade. Which of course had Seolhyun as the main actress. Definitely fell in love with her there. So the plot will be kinda based off of that, just modified in ways of my own.
She's gonna be pretty much OC, since I have no idea about her personality. And after all, this is a fanfic.
Daybreak
Vampires exist in this world, they are real. However, they are no longer how the world depicted them. They were shown as blood thirsty monsters who fed off of human beings, lived for hundreds of years, and were afraid of daylight. These facts were true to an extent. They have adapted as the world around them shifted. No more do they need to hide from the sun nor do they have the need to kill humans to survive. Together, humans and vampires found their way to coexist. Those who disagreed and rebelled were disposed of and banished. The good ones found peace and lived together in harmony.
While it wasn't perfect, they got by with whatever was possible. Discrimination still had their impacts on the vampire population, even rendering them to less than a few thousand. Eventually it came to the point where they would have to conceal their identities and blend in with humans the best they could. They could be your next door neighbor, your fellow coworker or even just some stranger you pass on the street.
The vampires still lived off of blood of course, their diet couldn't change no matter what. Eating any normal or "human" food would cause them to throw it up right after. Obviously they couldn't drink human blood anymore, so blood from animals were all the could adapt to. Some said it wasn't the same, not as sweet or tasty but this is the price for salvation.
(Y/n)'s POV
"Hey did you hear about the new transferee we're getting prez?" His friend asked him as they walked to school.
"No, and I wouldn't be focusing much on that. You're grades have been slipping (F/n), get them up." (Y/n) said before his friend got upset and called him a buzzkill.
(Y/n) had quite a reputation here being student council president. He was either seen as harsh or just very focused. People didn't exactly hate him since well... he was quite good looking. Looks carry a lot of impact on those high schoolers. Nonetheless, he didn't care for the other's opinions on him.
Once they got to their class they took their seats before the teacher came in. His class wasn't too loud but he'd always plug in his headphones so that others wouldn't bother him. His eyes closed for a mere second before someone pulled out one of his earbuds. Another classmate of his, Jo Ahra was standing next to him.
"G-Good morning (Y/n). How was your weekend?" She asked, shyly even though he knew she was far more confident than this. She was the school's it girl, but she always broke down around him.
"Morning Ahra, nothing much. I didn't get much sleep that's all. I'm sure you had a better weekend." He answered her before the door opened and the teacher came in.
"Talk to you later." She said quickly before leaving to her seat, which was basically almost next to him.
The teacher calmed down the class before announcing the news. Their new transfer student was supposed to arrive today but she seems to be running a bit behind. (Y/n) was asked to go do a quick sweep in case she got lost. He didn't argue and went out quickly and did a round of all the floors but found no one. He turned the final corner back to his class and bumped into somebody. Her things spilled all over the floor as he quickly helped her up and gathered her things.
"Watch where you're going next time." She nodded and began to leave.
"Wait. Are you the new student?" He asked her and she nodded again in response. He smiled a little before pointing out that she just walked past their class.
He gestured for her to follow him but instead she stood still. It was as if she was unfazed at him informing her of their class. He didn't want to waste anymore time so he grabbed her hand and made her follow him. He slid open the door before alerting the teacher of the student.
"You found her. Thank you very much (Y/n). Please take your seat." (Y/n) nodded before doing as told so. His teacher asked for the girl to come in and introduce herself.
"K-Kim Seolhyun. Nice to meet you all." She greeted the class before looking to take a seat. Words were already being passed around. She was beautiful. Boys were already drooling over her while the girls weren't pleased with another pretty face.
"(Y/n), I'll be assigning you to her. Please show her around today." She made (Y/n)'s seat mate switch places and had Seolhyun sit next to him.
The class went crazy about this. The new student already getting all close to their class prez within just one day. The teacher scolded them and told them to pay attention. Class resumed on, but even after that students were still eager to talk to and about Seolhyun.
Once it was lunchtime, some students bolted off to the canteen while some had their places to go. (Y/n) was fulfilling his promise and was showing Seolhyun around the place. Students continued to stare and gossip about the two. It was like two lost stars meeting one another. He kept showing her around the place before she excused herself to go to the bathroom. (Y/n) took that sign to go back to class and enjoy his lunch.
Seolhyun's POV
"Ever since this morning... why is his smell so strong?! It's smells so nice... it was sweet." She thought to herself as she sat in the stall. She never noticed this type of smell from any other person before.
Seolhyun belonged to the small population of vampires. Ever since majority of all vampires have gone off the grid now, she tried her best to hide as well. The ones that were still around were the ones who represented vampires and still fought for and enforced their rights. The rest hid and enjoyed their peace. It didn't help Seolhyun that she was already catching the attention of many people.
She popped a straw into her tomato juice box and started sipping on it. Of course, it wasn't just tomato juice. This was the only way she could disguise her food and enjoy it without others knowing. Her peaceful feast was interrupted when the door to the bathroom was slammed open and in walked a few people. Seolhyun shifted a little and tried not to make any noise.
"Ahra, are you just gonna let her get all buddy buddy with (Y/n). How I see it, she's gonna fall for him any second now. What if they get together?!" A girl said.
"Relax, (Y/n) doesn't just go out with anybody. Besides, the teacher forced him to help her. He won't think much of it." Ahra said.
"And if they do? Then what? You can kiss your crush on (Y/n) goodbye." Another girl said.
"We'll teach her to learn her place then. Simple as that. If she gets close to him then we'll get rid of her." Ahra said.
Seolhyun made note of this. She'd already had to transfer to different schools because of her identity being revealed. She didn't need another mess to happen here. Once the girls left she made her way out and went back into their class. She made her way over to (Y/n) before catching a sight of the girls were talking about her.
She didn't know how they looked like but the way they were looking at her gave it away. One of the girls stuck their foot out and tripped her. As she fell her hands flew forward trying to stop herself from the fall. She shut her eyes and awaited the impact but it never came. Instead she felt a pair of arms wrapped around her. Seolhyun opened her eyes and saw that someone caught her. She looked up and came face to face with (Y/n). Their faces were inches from touching each other.
The ones who witnessed this dramatic scene went crazy. Meanwhile the girls who caused this didn't like it, not one bit.
"You okay?" He asked her and she nodded.
"I did tell you to watch where you were going. Take your seat, class is about to start soon." He said, as he helped her to her feet.
While class was in session, she once again heard people talking about her. She did her best to ignore them, but she distracted herself in a different way. And that was shuffling closer to (Y/n), close enough so that she could feel the heat vibrating off of his body. His smell was enticing her, so much that she could barely hold back. All she wanted was to sink her teeth into his neck and have a taste. She leaned in closer and closer got her point where her lips made contact with his neck.
"Ms. Kim, please pay attention. Have your lovey dovey moments later, this is time for you to learn." The teacher called her out, as the entire class shifted their attention to her.
She immediately backed away in realization and embarrassment. The others began chattering amongst themselves again. She hid her face from everyone as the class went on. She didn't even get to say a word to (Y/n), nor does she know what he felt. He probably thinks she's weird for sucking on his neck, as would any normal person. You don't just meet someone in one day and suck on their neck on that same day..
(Y/n)'s POV
"That... was quite weird. Why did she kiss my neck? Aish, why did the teacher have to call her out anyways. Now all the others are gonna be talking about us." He thought to himself.
He turned and saw that Ahra was eyeing him down. She must've seen it too then. She wasn't going to let this go. He knew she liked him, but he didn't feel the same. She was a little too different from him. She basked in the joy and glory of popularity and carried herself above others. He didn't care for any of it, he just wanted to graduate and get into his university.
(Y/n) looked back to Seolhyun and noticed she was hiding her face from him. He didn't know why she did that, but... it wasn't like he didn't enjoy it.
"How cute..." He said before mentally slapping himself. How could he think of her like that after just having met for barely one day.
He slid his hands over hers and grasped onto it. She jumped a little and looked up at him. He gave her a soft smile before whispering to her.
"It's okay, don't worry about it." He said as he let go of her hand.
Ahra took note of this again, her hate rapidly growing for Seolhyun. It took her months to even get (Y/n) to talk to her and here this girl was, acting all friendly with (Y/n) after just one day.
Eventually class ended and the day was finally over. Students bolted out the door and rushed home or wherever they went to go hang out at. (Y/n) made his way home, walking alone after if turning down his friends request of going to the arcade.
On his way home, he realized someone was following him. He didn't care much and continued to listen to his music. (Y/n) felt the person get closer and closer to him. He suddenly stopped in his tracks and someone bumped into him. He quickly spun around and noticed the person on the ground.
"How many times do I need to tell you? Please watch where you're going." He said, laughing a little at the end.
He quickly offered her a hand which she grabbed tightly onto. (Y/n) checked if she was hurt anywhere but lucked out.
"So, why are you following me?" He asked her.
"I-I'm not. I'm simply going the same way." He didn't ask anymore questions as they continued to walk.
"How was your first day? Like all that attention?" He joked around with her. She shook her head immediately.
"If you want less attention, then don't pull that little stunt again. Why'd you even touch my neck?" He asked her.
She couldn't give him a proper answer and instead she shielded her face from embarrassment again. He couldn't help but laugh at her cute actions. He said he'd forget about it and so should she. They kept walking until she told him they were at her house. (Y/n) said his farewell and walked off.
Next Day
(Y/n) got up out of bed and prepared for school. He took a quick shower and got dressed before grabbing a small breakfast. He rushed out the door and made his way towards school. He plugged in his headphones again and played his song. Along the way he walked past her house again. Maybe they'd end up walking to school together one day.
Just as he was thinking that, he felt a tap on his back. He turned and saw Seolhyun slightly out of breath. She must've ran after him. He greeted her and they began walking to school together. Upon showing up to school together, this earned them even more attention. It didn't help that she shielded herself in his arms.
(Y/n) couldn't exactly push her away, so he went along with it. She didn't let go of him until they made it all the way to their seats. Even then, she was still pretty close to him. Rumors began to spread of how they were already dating. Their famous prez taken by a girl after just one day.
A certain group of girls really didn't like this. Ahra hated Seolhyun, so much now. She thought it would come to past but this wasn't what she imagined. She needed to get rid of Seolhyun.
A few days later
Seolhyun snuck her way into the bathroom to enjoy her meal after departing from (Y/n). He had ask her to have lunch together but she politely declined and made her way here. It wouldn't be a good image if all she had was "tomato juice". She wouldn't have minded faking it and eating human food with him but she didn't have the stomach for it.
She drank the blood as quick as she could before leaving the bathroom. On the way out she ran into Ahra and her group. They looked tempted to jump her there and then but a teacher passed by. She lucked out of interacting with them. But she knew something was up now, they didn't like her. She walked back to the classroom and couldn't find (Y/n).
She panicked a little. He'd become her comfort within just one day with him. She searched the cafeteria for him but couldn't find him, she wandered around before stumbling upon a room. The sign read "band club". Inside she heard the sound of a guitar playing. Seolhyun partly opened the door only to see (Y/n) sitting inside and playing a song.
[There should be a GIF or video here. Update the app now to see it.]
(Honestly my favorite ost from the show. So emotional and peaceful for me to listen to. Not to mention they always played this at the right moments)
She walked in without even realizing as (Y/n) looked up at her and gave her a small smile. She took that as a sign to go over and sit next to him. Seolhyun noticed a sheet of lyrics next him and picked it up.
"Can you, play that again?" He nodded and started strumming the chords.
She sang, sang for him and it was magical. Her voice was beautiful unlike he'd ever heard before. He couldn't help but fall in with this moment. Their talent together just blended together and harmonized. She finished the last few words and him the last strums.
"Beautiful... your voice is amazing Seolhyun. I never imagined you'd be this great of a singer." He said, placing down his guitar.
She laughed a little and thanked him. Her heart began beating faster. She was really enjoying herself in that moment. It distracted her from the other fact that she wanted to suck his blood.
"You should play more for me. I'd love to see you play more guitar. You're a natural at it, you must've practiced a lot." She said to him.
"You're the first to hear me play. Well, aside from my mother. But I've never had someone sing for me like you just did. If you want, I wouldn't mind playing more for you. Just meet me here whenever you want, if you're ever feeling down, just come here. This is my happy place, this is where I go to escape from the crowds."
She liked that, she liked the idea of him being here for her. She smiled to herself before leaning onto his shoulder.
"Why do you smell so sweet?" She thought to herself, unknowingly saying it to him.
"Is it my cologne?" He asked, shocking her a little.
"No, I-I didn't mean to say that." She said before covering her face again.
(Y/n) laughed a little and removed her hands, as their eyes met one another. Her breath was bouncing off of his face as they leaned in closer and closer. She bit the bullet and pressed their lips together. It was a soft and tender kiss that didn't last very long. The door slammed open and there stood Ahra and a few of her friends outside the room.
"(Y/n)! The teacher's calling for you. You should head back to class now." Ahra said to him while glaring daggers at Seolhyun. Seolhyun was about to leave but he grabbed her hand.
"Go ahead, we'll be right behind you. We're just finishing up some things here." (Y/n) said as Ahra scoffed before leaving in an angry state. They shut the door and left the two alone.
"They... saw us (Y/n). What are we going to do?" She asked him, only for him to shrug his shoulders.
"Who cares. I'm more interested in you right now. Why'd you kiss me?" He asked.
This caught her off guard and she pressed herself against his chest to hide her embarrassment.
"Why'd you kiss back?" She muttered.
"I like you." He quickly responded. She looked up at him, tempted to kiss him again as she was so overwhelmed with her feelings right now.
"That's why I kissed back. Why did you kiss me?" He asked.
"Same reason... I like you too. I know it's really quick but... there's something about you and I can't tell what it is. When I look at you, my heart just melts and I just want to be near you." She confessed while her grip on him went on even tighter.
"How am I gonna top that... just wow Seolhyun. I'm happy that you feel that way about me. You're beautifully incomparable, when I first met you I just wanted to hold you and keep you safe and by my side." She squirmed within his grasps and couldn't contain her happiness.
She leapt up and pecked him on the check before they decided to head back to class. Their hands were intertwined along the way, letting anyone who saw witness it as much as they wanted. They'd already agreed on dating and they couldn't be happier. Some cheered, some voiced their jealousy, but (Y/n) could care less for them.
Timeskip
(Y/n) and Seolhyun have been going quite steady with their fresh relationship. He'd taken her out a few times, once for dinner, another for a day out at the park, and one at the beach. It was the honeymoon phase of their relationship, could you really blame him if he was moving too quickly? Seolhyun didn't complain and went along with it.
She was glad he was showing her this kind of affection. This was all she wanted from him. She chose him, he's the one she was meant to be. Her parents answered her pondering question. When a person's blood smells sweet to you, that marks them as your soulmate. It was like fate brought them both together.
The only problem now was to find the right time to break the news to him and make amends. Although she never heard his opinion on vampires, he didn't seem to have any sort of hate nor grudge against them. She was a bit relieved at that note but she had to tell him eventually. On their first date she had to fake it and eat with him. She excused herself to the restroom after and threw it all back out.
It was hard to spend lunchtime with him and fake it around him. As much as she liked him, she didn't know how much longer she could keep this up. She still snuck in her "tomato juice" but it would start to look weird if that was all she had around him. She needed a substitute for blood, and there wasn't much for her to deal with.
The whole time they've been together, another girl has been watching them. Ahra had snapped, she couldn't have this go on any longer. She was willing to go physical if necessary. Anything in order to have (Y/n) as her own, that's how far she was willing to go.
One fateful day Ahra and her group managed to catch Seolhyun alone in the bathroom. There she made her threat.
"Break up with (Y/n), or you'll regret it. You don't belong with him. He's probably just dating you for fun anyways. How could he fall for someone like you?" Ahra :said to Seolhyun.
"If you don't, then I'll tell him. I know what you are..." She whispered this part to Seolhyun so that the others couldn't hear it.
"H-How do you know...? You're human." Seolhyun questioned her but got no answer in return.
"A little birdie told me. I have people who can destroy you. So think about it okay?" With that they left her to decide on her own.
Seolhyun didn't want to leave (Y/n), not when they've done this much already. But the risk of him knowing her true identity was a bigger threat. She would have to transfer and start over again. This was the worst outcome possible.
Present Day
"It's been days since I've talked to him, he's going to want to see me for sure. I tried my best to ignore his calls, maybe he got the message that we're over... I couldn't bring myself to do it in person nor did I send him an actual message. Maybe if he breaks up with me... maybe then he wouldn't be as sad." Seolhyun thought to herself. She kept going back and forth with her decision while getting ready for school.
She even texted (Y/n) to go on ahead today, saying she had to do something before coming to school. She hoped he had listened to her because she couldn't face him herself. She was afraid of the worst. Seolhyun made her way downstairs and almost walked out the door before noticing that (Y/n) was waiting for her in their usual spot.
She hated doing this, going behind his back. She waited for him to leave, she waited so long that she even forgot to have breakfast. Vampires needed to consume blood every 12 hours to maintain their control. Luckily she had her packs, it should be more than enough.
(Y/n) eventually left, not wanting to be late. Once it was clear, Seolhyun made a break for it. She needed to make it there in time, but not before him. With her speed she caught up in no time, but she still slagged behind so that she wouldn't have to interact with him. Both of them made it to class barely on time. She took her seat without talking or even greeting him.
"Don't talk to me, don't talk to me." She kept saying in her head as he sat took his seat. She moved over and scooted away from him. He took note of her distancing and didn't push it. It was better to leave her alone.
They didn't mutter a single word to each other as class went on for the rest of the day. Not until it was their lunch break. Seolhyun went over to her locker and tried to grab one of her packets but her hand was grabbed and pulled away. (Y/n) was the one who dragged her away, as he walked them towards their spot.
"You've been avoiding me. I need to know why. I get it if I was bothering you on the weekends, but you just left me on seen over and over again. Tell me what's wrong Seolhyun." He pinned all of this on her as she couldn't help but want to be in his arms and tell him everything. It wasn't worth it...
"(Y/n)... let's break up. I'm sorry but I don't like you anymore." She said to him. His face cracked a little, a string of hurt appeared over his face.
On the inside of her mind, she was stabbing herself, a million times over. She tried to stand her ground and keep up the act but it didn't help that he didn't get fazed by her request. She tried to push past him but he pulled her back. She wanted him to say no, she wanted him to fight for her and ask her to stay with him. As much as she didn't want to do this, she had to.
"Tell me the truth. No more lies Seolhyun." He said to her again, breaking her heart even more.
"Please tell me, so that I can help you." He suggested to her again.
"I-I can't... please (Y/n). Let's just end it here. I'm really sorry okay? Please don't make this harder for me... I loved you so much..." She begged him, so much that she began to cry. Her form was crumbling and she could barely stand in front of him. If it weren't for him holding onto her, she'd already have run away to cry in a corner.
Suddenly she felt a spurge of instincts burst into her blood flow. She needed to feed, since she hadn't eaten for breakfast, she was earlier than usual. She shook him off, with tremendous strength she sent him flying into the corner. Her tears rained down harder but there wasn't time for her to apologize. She needed blood and if she didn't get it now then she'd end up killing someone.
The penalty for that would be death. As it should be for any crime to that value. An eye for an eye is the only way justice can be served. Even if it leaves the world blind, it will leave the bad half blind as well.
Seolhyun ran through the halls, bumping into and even knocking over some students. She found her locker and frantically rushed to open it and retrieve her purse which held her packets. The only problem was... there were none.
She panicked even more as she struggled to control herself. She kept digging through her locker in case she left any extra behind but it was pointless. She thought back to this morning and recalled exactly when she packed some, she brought some for sure. Someone... Ahra must've done something.
She spun around when she heard footsteps behind her. Suddenly she was splashed with a red substance. She recognized the liquid right away, it took everything in her not to lose it all there and then. She could only stop so much however... her fangs were showing, and her eyes were glowing red.
"Should've listened to me. I told you to stay away from him, now everyone knows what you are." Ahra said to her before backing off into safety of the crowd that had formed.
She couldn't help but let out a growl. Her vision was blurring and her instincts were taking over. She could pounce on anyone right here and right now. Who better than the very bitch in front of her.
(Y/n)'s POV
"Damn that girl's strong. Why do her parents have to be right about us?" He screamed to himself as he ran though the hall.
He pushed past as people kept bumping into him. They all seemed to be running from something. A scream echoed out making him run even faster. (Y/n) turned that corner only to see his partly transformed lover. Her fingers had grown sharp claws, and her eyes were blood red. She was eyeing down one person, and that was Ahra. Seolhyun wanted her dead, she was the whole reason for this anyways.
"Seolhyun!" His voice seemed to have stalled her for a second. (Y/n) ran forward and wrapped his arms around her. He tried to calm her down but she broke out of his grasp and turned on him.
She lunged forward at him, (Y/n) rose his arm to shield himself before feeling a strong sting. Her fangs clamped down onto arm. He groaned out in pain as the bystanders did what bystanders did best, watch.
"Seolhyun, it's me. Look at me, stop this. People are watching, we can still stop all of this." He begged her, once again his voice reached her and broke her out of trance.
She slowly retracted her fangs out of his skin before quickly embracing him. She apologized countless times as he managed to gather his strength and carry her away from the crowd. He brought her into the club room before shutting the door behind them shut and locking it. They weren't quite off the hook yet, (Y/n)'s arm was still leaking with blood. Now that she's had a taste of his blood, she wouldn't be able to resist him any longer. Her parents had warned him of this already.
"(Y-Y/n)... your arm is still bleeding. We need to get you help." He rejected her offer and told her everything was going to be just fine.
"Y-You can't stay here then. Your blood... it was so good. I'm not gonna be able to hold it much longer, you need to leave right now!" She tried to push him away from her as her features started to show again.
She shut her eyes and tried to compress it all hoping he'd be out of here by then. When she didn't hear a door shut but instead felt his hand on her face, her fears shot out of her and vanished. Her eyes opened only to see that he'd pulled down his shirt and exposed his entire neck to her. It hurt her to do this but she jumped forward and pushed him down before sinking her fangs into him.
He didn't do much during all this, not like he could anyways. His grasp on her slowly weakened as his vision became blurry. This was probably it for him, he was going to die from her. She was sucking him dry, literally. He should've listened to her parents and taken that offer sooner...
Suddenly she stopped, having come to her own senses. Seolhyun checked his vitals only to find out that he was... alive. Barely, his pulse was weak and he needed help right now. Seolhyun's mind scrambled for just one second, she had an idea but it wouldn't be nice. It could tear them apart, he would probably even hate her forever. She could turn him into a vampire too. With her blood, she can bring him back safely right now.
But she stopped herself, that would be plan B. She can revive him either way, so she could still try to get him help. She picked him up and rushed out the window with him. Seolhyun flew, she used her powers for the first time. She got him to a hospital as fast as possible and got him medical attention. His bites were treated and a blood transfusion was done so he was going to be just fine. He'd probably just need some time now to recover from it all.
A few days later
(Y/n) was discharged from the hospital today. He'd been out earlier if the government hadn't gotten involved. They were there to ask him if he wanted anything done against Seolhyun and her family since this is a crime. (Y/n) refused and demanded no lawsuit nor punishment against them at all. All he asked for was to calm the community and school down. Enforce vampire laws and give them their equality was what he wanted.
Seolhyun had her chances to visit him already, they'd already talked about their situation. She told him everything, the threats and why she did what she did. She knew he wouldn't let her go, and she had no right to do anything against his saying now. He saved her life and many by stopping her.
He also revealed his secrets. He knew what she was already. He met her parents when he came over a few times. There he had a talk with them without her knowing. They told him what they were and made him make a choice. Either end it there or stay with her, if he left then he'd stay human, however if he chose to stay then when the time came they would need him to turn. Given his choices, he accepted to stay. That was when she started to act weird and avoid him, that was why he was so concerned.
They had recommended him to be turned as soon as possible so there wouldn't be any problems with her craving for his blood. If she were to get a taste then she'd go crazy for him and attack him until she got her full.
Luckily he wasn't turned just yet, he was still human. He could still enjoy the luxury things humans get to do. Eat real food, not have to thirst for blood, and live a normal life. However, he was ready to give all of that up for Seolhyun regardless.
(Y/n)'s POV
(Y/n) and Seolhyun showed to up school together, just like how they would usually do. People talked, they voiced their opinions on their new conditions. He was ready to bump heads with anyone who would get in his way. He made sure Seolhyun knew how much he didn't care for the opinion of the sheep, and instead only wanted hers.
As for Ahra, he'd already dealt with her. He didn't see the need to suspend nor have her expelled. All he had her do was stay away from him and Seolhyun. He wouldn't hesitate to give her the punishment she deserves. But it'd just be a waste of his time.
"Good morning class. Glad to see you're recovering well Mr. (Y/n)." Their teacher greeted him as soon as class started. (Y/n) stood up and got the attention of his class. He grabbed Seolhyun's hand before speaking to the class.
"I'd like to announce something real quick to this class. Please continue to spread this as you see fit. If anyone dares to get in the way of Seolhyun, I myself will make sure you pay for it. As of recently, I'm sure you all have come to hear the news of Seolhyun being a vampire. It's true, but that will not make her any different. We wouldn't be in this mess if it weren't for humans like us. Leave her alone, and this will never happen again. She'll be by my side at all times, should you approach her, be prepared to suffer consequences. That is all."
He took his seat before feeling a tight squeeze on his hand. He looked down to see Seolhyun smiling up at him before pecking him on the cheek. She whispered a small thank you before they began paying attention to class. Time started flying past and soon their lunch break was here. Both of them scattered off into their hideout and had lunch together.
(Y/n) finished up his food while Seolhyun was a bit disturbed. Her pack wasn't as enjoyable as it used to be. The blood just wasn't the same, it didn't taste as good as (Y/n)'s. She pondered about it for a second, would he mind letting her taste him again? She went for it, it's not like he was going to tell her no.
"(Y/n)?" He looked up at her, he'd just began strumming the guitar.
"What's up? Something wrong?" He asked. She couldn't help but smile at his consideration for her. Also so caring and worried for her.
"Can I... you know, have a little bit of your... blood?" She asked, cutely posing at the end for him. He jokingly sighed and pulled his shirt down enough.
Seolhyun jumped into his arms thanking him before almost sinking her teeth into him. He flicked her forehead before she could bite him.
"Yah! What was that for?! You agreed didn't you?" She asked him.
"Give me a kiss first. I don't wanna taste my own blood on your lips after." He said, She gave him a quick peck, but he pulled her back in for a longer kiss that was slower and more passionate.
"Go ahead, don't take too much. We still have classes to go through." She thanked him again before fully sinking her teeth into him. The sweetness hit her immediately and she was on a high from his blood. It took so much in her to stop and not go overboard.
"Thanks again (Y/n). For everything too. I'm really grateful to have you in my life. Please never leave me okay? You're mine, and only mine." She possessively said to him.
"I'm not going anywhere. You've already marked me, don't worry about anyone else. I'm yours alone." He reassured her as she felt nothing but happiness. She wrapped her arms around him again.
"Can you say it...?" She asked.
"Say what?"
"You know... the three words? Can you tell me?" She said. He caught on immediately, she did say it to him when she tried to break up with him. How foolish of him to never repeat it back yet.
"I love you Seolhyun." He told her as she cutely squirmed in his grasp from joy. She muttered the same to him before he forced her to say it louder so he could hear it clearly.
"Fine! I love you too. I love you—" She got cut off when he pressed their lips together. This one was shorter as he grabbed their things and told her to get ready to go back to class. He cleaned off any remaining signs of blood on him and they went back.
The rest of the day went by and nothing was too important to be told. They took their walk home as usual and talked more about their future.
"So, when are you gonna propose?" She joked.
"When we graduate. That seems like a nice time to do so. Then we'd go off into our studies again, get our jobs, and then I'd like to start our family."
"You... want kids?" She asked surprised. They stopped in their tracks and she turned to him. He had a worried look on his face. What if she didn't want any?
"Why? Don't you?" He questioned her response.
"No, no I do. I was just surprised. I'm happy that you do too. I can't wait now." She said not being able to contain her bright smile.
"So when do you plan on turning me?" He popped the question he'd been wondering about.
"Whenever you're ready. I'll wait for you just like you will for me." She told him.
"Good cause I'm not done with eating food just yet." He joked, being completely honest.
They kept walking home as they discussed more about their future. She even started thinking of names for their first born. Mari seemed quite nice to her. (Y/n) suggested Jaemin for the boy since Seolhyun had completely gone ahead and assumed they'd have a girl first. Whichever they had first, he'd be happy to have with her.
Didn't turn out how I originally planned but this was the best I could end it. I wanted more backstory and characters but I didn't have the creativity this time. Story was more simple and sweet this time.
