First story for Gfriend, I'm still not well aquatinted with the members yet. However, Eunha has stood out to me and is my bias so far. This chapter could've give to anyone, but I still need an idol so I figured I'd start with Eunha. Since it's a beginning of a new group, I went pretty vanilla with the setting/tone. Probably not the best I've put out but I needed to get stories done.

"Thank you for being patient with us, we will now announce the real winners of this week's show." An announcer began saying. There had been a miscalculations, and it would've been overlooked if not for a few idols.

"The real winner of this award goes to Gfriend!" The fans cheered them on just as much, especially their fandom.

"Thank you to all of our fans who cheered and voted for us. Thank you to (Y/n)-sunbaenim for noticing the mistake. You deserve this win just as much, so thank you." Sowon spoke into the mic she was handed.

Alongside them was another participant who had originally won tonight's award, until he called out the scores for being wrong. As much as he'd like to have an award, this wasn't how he should win it. The six girls thanked and showed their respect to their senior as he was also cheering for their encore. This wasn't their first encounter but they were just on a idol base relationship. As the other idols were leaving, (Y/n) walked passed the girls before someone grabbed onto his arms. (Y/n) turned around and saw the shortest girl latching onto his arm.

"Thanks..." She muttered out as he flashed a smile making her heart flutter. It wasn't enough, as she moved from her holds into a hug. The crowd went wild seeing the sight in front of them.

"Eunha—" One of the girls was about to say.

"Shh, let her have it. I wanna see where she takes this." Sowon cut in.

Eunha finally let go of him before hiding herself among her members. (Y/n) didn't waste time to think about it as he left the stage. He couldn't exactly stay there as they were performing, nor could he ask her the questions that were going on in his mind right now. He continued to watch as Gfriend performer their song, mainly keeping his eyes onto Eunha. He hadn't had an experience with romance ever since he became an idol. His eyes suddenly strayed upwards as he saw the dangling equipment. A few seconds passed as he saw it getting more and more loose.

(Y/n) rushed over as he called for the girls to get out of the way. They all turned looked towards the danger and noticed what was happening. A few screams ran out from the crowd as everything unveiled. The entire building was panicking after witnessing this scene. The idols were scrambling to their feet as they gathered themselves. It was here that they saw their senior slouched over their girl.

They pulled her away and checked for her safety before turning back to the one who was still trapped underneath the rubble. His leg was completely crushed under one of the fallen spotlight. (Y/n) was still conscious but he wished he wasn't to avoid all the pain he was feeling right now. Even if he was an idol, he was still human. He felt pain too, he cried too, he could die too. It wasn't until he saw his own leg that he passed out from the sight. There were shards in it, and a bone sticking out. An ambulance was called and (Y/n) was rushed to the hospital.

A few days later
Eunha still hadn't recovered from her traumatic experience. Never had she'd expect for him to save her, nor did she ever expect such an accident on stage. The scene still played out in her head, seeing how fast he ran over to her and pushing her down before shielding her with his body. It was a small crush before, but now Eunha couldn't help but say she was in love with him. He risked his life for her even though they barely knew one another.

A few knocks came from the doorway as Eunha looked up from her bed. "Hey, you wanna go visit him?" Sowon asked. She already knew he woke up earlier this morning thanks to the media. Ever since their accident, both groups have been receiving all the attention. Eunha nodded her head before grabbing a few things and heading out with a few others.

The drive wasn't going to be too long, but Eunha felt nervous seeing him again. She didn't know whether to be embarrassed or thankful, maybe a little bit of both. She should've jumped to the side like the other girls did but she was so lost that he had to risk his life for her. Her brain was set to airplane mode as they continued the drive there and even on the way up to his room. Eunha was the last to enter his room, finally seeing his broken body. She slowly pushed past the girls and made her way to his side, grabbing a hold of his hands. Her emotions came pouring out as she broke down into a cry. The girls didn't quite know what to do either. She was so deeply attached to him and it was different for them.

"Eunha?" She finally snapped out of her thoughts upon hearing his voice. She rose her head up only to be met with his other hand, wiping away her tears.

"I'm fine, see? Don't be sad, and don't think for even a second that this is your fault. I'm not mad or upset at all, quite the opposite. I'm really happy right now, especially since you came to see me." He said, making everyone in the room feel warm with his words.

Eunha nodded to his words as the other girls finally began to join her side. "Thank you again for saving her, please recover well." Sowon said. The others also gave their thanks and wished for his best.

"I'm probably be out for the rest of this year, so make sure you're ready to compete against me again for next time. I'm not going to lose next time." He joked, enlightening the mood.

"Are you going to be here that long?" Yerin asked.

(Y/n) shook his head and pointed to his leg. "I was told to not dance for a while since I got hit there the worst. If I try to then I may have to quit dancing forever." (Y/n) informed them. They couldn't help but mutter more words of apologies but he shut them all down.

"If you girls are feeling that bad then you can make it up to me." (Y/n) said. All of their heads perked up hearing him say those words. "Do a collaboration with me. I wanna perform with you girls." (Y/n) told them, surprising all the girls.

"You sure you just don't want Eunha?" Yerin teased him, making his face go red. Eunha herself also flustered up from hearing what Yerin said.

"I was trying to be nice to all of you. Fine then, I'll just ask Eunha." He said in return, making the group take back Yerin's words. He felt Eunha's grip tighten before hearing her answer him.

"Too late, he's mine." Eunha said softly, shocking her members and (Y/n).

"Way to go Yerin, I just lost my chance to dance with him." SinB scolded her.

"Aish, she's scaring me a little. Since when did she get so confident— wait when did she start liking guys?" Yuju said to the other girls.

"When do we start?" Eunha asked, her excitement getting the best of her.

"Well, I need to get out of this hospital first. I'm not leaving anytime soon, so you're going to have to wait a little." (Y/n) said, while the rest of the girls watched the two subtly flirt as if they were already a married couple. It was like they weren't in the room with the two. Their Eunha was a whole different person in front of (Y/n). It was terrifyingly interesting.

Timeskip
For the next month Eunha continued to visit (Y/n). Sometimes with her members and most of the time she came alone. She and (Y/n) spent their time together writing lyrics and preparing a song, even though the original plan was to wait for him to get out. She would normally find him in the garden out back, a spot that they both claimed when she began her frequent visits. At first she had to push him there, and eventually she would help him walk there but now he was recovering well and she'd just meet him there instead.

Her feelings developed more deeply over the time she spent with (Y/n). She questioned it at first herself, did she really like him? Or did she like what he did? She had the girls help her, and she finally made up her mind. As romantic as the sound of her falling for him because he saved her life was, she wanted to really like him for him. She snuck in between his walls and infiltrated his heart. It was to the point where they began their actual flirts. All that was left was for one or the other to confess.

Even moments with him just consoling her were moments to remember. It took a while before she forgave herself for what happened. It didn't help with the words and rumors that people put online. Some people even blamed Eunha for what happened. This was a moment where she fell for him even more, after also seeing her reactions from a post. He took it upon himself to make a public announcement, even threatening to sue anyone who would continue to blame and hate Eunha for what happened.

She eventually began to bring him treats from time to time, even with her special baking skills. Each bite killed him slowly due to the amounts of sugar she adds, but he always praised her for it. His lying skills were just as bad, making her upset whenever her treats wouldn't turn out how she'd expect them to. This was a sight to behold for SinB and Yerin after having suffered from Eunha's sugar attacks.

Present Day
Eunha was currently making her way through the garden at the moment. She had already let him know that she was visiting with a text. The girls also wanted to stop by but she asked to be alone with (Y/n) just this time. They agreed knowing their ship was reaching its destination. She held a thin folder in her hands as she excitedly walked through the garden. Eunha has been staying up late writing her final lines for the song and she just finished. She read them over and over again, happy with the last few words she left in for him. It could very well be a love song dedicated just to him.

Her eyes landed on (Y/n) first, making her smile as her heart skipped a beat. She walked over and was about to call out his name but she saw someone else. A girl was standing next to (Y/n), and what she did next broke Eunha's heart. The girl wrapped her arms around (Y/n) and hugged him. From the looks of it, this wasn't just an ordinary person to him. Her steps slowed down as she stopped in her tracks, hearing the two in front of her talk.

"I've missed doing this so much. Reminds me of when we were in school together." The girl said.

"You're still clingy as ever. That's why we kept getting into scandals. People actually thought we were dating back in school." (Y/n) said.

"Hey, I came all this way to Seoul just to see you. I had to work extra hours so I could get a break. I deserve this hug." Eunha's heart dropped hearing their history together.

Eunha didn't know what to do other than to turn around and slowly walk away. Her departure was ruined when her phone suddenly rang. She stopped in her tracks as she heard the very voice she loved to hear. "Eunha!" She heard him say. Eunha quickly silenced her phone but she wasn't able to turn around and face him, not when there were so many emotions on her face. Her silence was not an answer however, as (Y/n) quickly walked over to her.

"Hey— what's wrong? Why are you crying?" (Y/n) worryingly asked. She hadn't even noticed the tears on her face. He kept wiping them away but the tears wouldn't stop.

"Just go back to her..." Eunha whispered out.

"What?" She saw the confusion on his face, as she tried to pry herself from his grasps. She kept pushing him off as he tried to stop her. Even if (Y/n) had recovered, it was still best to not put too much pressure on his leg.

"(Y/n), who's that? Is she okay?" The girl's voice came closer. Eunha tried to push (Y/n) off of her, she didn't want to see the girl's face. She didn't want to have another thing to have to compare to.

"I think she's getting the wrong idea here. Eunha, we're not together, she's just my friend." (Y/n) tried explaining, hoping some sense would make its way into her mind.

"Wait, she's think we're together? That's gross first of all, and sweetie, look I'm married." The girl said, flashing her ring.

Eunha's resisting stopped as (Y/n) was finally able to pull her into his embrace. He hushed her words of apologies away, patting her back to calm her down. His friend mouthed a "wow" as she watched the scene in front of her.

"This is the one huh? I haven't seen you so committed to a girl before. You even rejected me back then." Eunha's ears perked up hearing the girl say those words.

"Well, I'm going to leave you two alone. Treat her well (Y/n), or else I'm gonna be the first to leak this." His friend said, walking away from them.

(Y/n) grabbed Eunha's hand, leading her over to their spot. Her grasp didn't loosen upon reaching her own seat. He had no choice but to holding onto her smaller frame as she climbed atop of him. "Do you like me that much?" (Y/n) asked. She nodded her head against his chest, sparking a smile across his face.

"Guess Yuju wasn't lying when she said you liked me." (Y/n) said to himself, upsetting Eunha. Her members actually told him first.

"I think she explained well enough, but I am not in a relationship with her. She's just an old friend who stopped by. Like she said, she's married and she's got kids, so you don't need to worry about her." He added.

"Okay, I'm sorry. I believe you." Eunha admitted, stopping his reasonable excuses. She got up and took her seat next to him.

"I finished the song..." She said, handing him the folder. His eyes blinked a couple of times before taking it from her hands.

"You didn't have to— you should've waited for me. You wrote almost all the words for this song. I don't even wanna put my name on it now." He replied, feeling embarrassed.

(Y/n) spent a few minutes reading the lyrics before laughing at the final words. "That's cute. You can sing that part." He pointed out to her.

"What do you want to tell people?" He asked, as her head perked up at him. "We still need to announce this collaboration, and we also still need to record and film it."

"And more importantly, what do we do about us? What, did you think I was just gonna let you leave after stealing my heart?" She laughed, feeling the very feelings that she felt when she fell for him.

"Do you.... like me too?" She asked.

(Y/n) gave her a swift peck on the cheek as they lit up with a fiery red tint. Eunha covered her face as he smiled, tilting his head to the side.

"Is that enough of an answer?" He asked.

"Lips..." She whispered.

He very well heard her response but decided to play with her more. He planted another kiss, but this time on the forehead. Her lips frowned as he followed it up with a kiss to the other cheek. Her disappointment was immeasurable now.

"Did you know that you can't blink while you're smiling?" (Y/n) said.

She effortlessly shined a smile while blinking her eyes. To her surprise, it was a lie. (Y/n)'s heart jumped at the sight of her smile. "I lied, I just wanted to see your smile." He said before pecking her on the lips once and for all.

"You're beautiful, even when you're upset. Your charm is immeasurable and it draws me in more every time I see you. Your straightforwardness yet unpredictable actions is what made me fall for you the most." (Y/n) said, smiling brightly at Eunha. She took this chance to also say the things she's wanted to say. Eunha took in a deep breath before confessing her reasons.

"I owe you my life. It was a crush at first, but then you went and saved me from getting hurt. You broke your leg in return. It was guilt at first but then it turned to something I enjoyed, coming to see you every week. I wanted that place in your heart no matter what, I wanted to see what it'd look like if you felt the same way for me." She returned with her confession.

"I love—" She stopped herself, hesitant on admitting those words. It was too soon wasn't it? It wasn't the right time yet, they only just got together.

"I love you too." Her mouth dropped hearing him complete the sentence. Her mouth closed to form into another smile. She jumped up and kissed his lips with her joy overflowing.

Timeskip
Eunha watched eagerly along with her members as (Y/n) came onto the stage. He was going to be interviewed for his return ever since his hospitalization. He had already teased a comeback but have yet to announce his collaboration with Eunha. Her phone dinged seeing a message appearing

"Don't stare too much" Eunha smiled as she saw that it was from (Y/n). The crowd began cheering as she finally looked up seeing (Y/n) enter the stage. Her happiness overwhelmed upon seeing him for the first time today. They didn't have much time due to their schedules colliding.

The show went on as the host kept interviewing (Y/n). To go against his words, Eunha couldn't help but stare. She was just so captivated by his looks. Their eyes met a few times as he sneaked a few winks at her without being caught.

"So (Y/n), could you give us a hint? A small spoiler please?" The host asked.

(Y/n)'s hand covered his mouth before giving it a thought. "A hint? Sure, well actually I'll play a few seconds of the song." He said making the fans go wild. He pulled out his phone before placing next to the mic. Eunha's heart began beating faster as soon as she heard their intro, knowing she was the first to sing. Her voice sang along with the harmony before (Y/n) stopped the song.

"That was a girl's voice wasn't it? Is there something else we're missing out here?" The host asked.

"My lips are sealed. You'll be able to hear the rest when we release the full song. The both of us worked very hard on this." (Y/n) said.

"So this is a duet? Someone else is singing with you? Is it another idol? Who is it?" The questions were spammed by the hosts and fans. They kept pestering him until he finally gave in, giving another hint.

"I won't say who it is, but she can if she wants to. She's in this room with us." (Y/n) said, making the room go crazy again. Eyes shot towards the only girl group which was here. The hosts began interrogating Gfriend, hoping they would confess who it was.

"Eunbi, we can tell them." (Y/n) said as fans shot their necks back and forth. The hosts handed a mic to Gfriend, passing it down. It finally stopped when it reached Eunbi as fans went crazy. She laughed before speaking into the mic.

"Wrong Eunbi." SinB said as she handed the mic to Eunha.

(Y/n) couldn't contain his excitement as he stood up from his seat and walked over towards Eunha. The cameras were on them, as (Y/n) grabbed a hold of her hand and lifting it into the air. Their intertwined hands made the fans go insane once again.

"Please look forward to our new song. We both worked very hard, and Eunha spent days writing the lyrics. Please support our collaboration." (Y/n) announced.

"I was going to wait until after the show, but I might as well do it now. They're going to find out sooner or later." (Y/n) said, pulling out a boxed necklace.

"Happy one month anniversary." Eunha gave him a small peck on the lips in return. Her members knew they were dating but even then the two avoided doing anything in front of the others. As confident as she got when they were alone, in public was a different feeling. Now the whole world knows they're together.

"Yah! Stop taking pictures, she's mine alone." (Y/n) joked, covering Eunha's smaller frame.

The show ended soon after, the original plans had been ruined due to (Y/n)'s reveal. There was nothing else to talk about other than the couple. People began writing their articles and typing out their opinions online. Supportive or not, no one could tear them apart. Why should they have to break apart because their fans disapprove of their relationship? Idols deserve to date too, they should also get experience what love is. These were their understandings when the two of them started dating.

Pretty plain and normal for a story. This is my intro to Gfriend so hopefully my future chapters will be better for them. It's hard to keep up with all my groups, let alone write for each member. I'm headed back to work soon so maybe there'll be another pause in my writing.
