Ans: A really good question since the competition is slightly different from other ones. As you know, there are mini competitions throughout the summer, so when the competition you want to enter is happening, I will put the form up. For example: if the Ships competition is on July 14th (hypothetically), then I will put the participants form up on that day, and accept books until all placements are filled.
