She's a pyrokinetic, Sir. We should be careful around that girl. A mesmer too? Of course. Why can't you just leave, Jolie? Those were the memories that cycled through Jolie's head every day. Everyone hated her, she knew. Because she was a pyrokinetic. Because she was a mesmer.

 Because she was powerful. Which was why Stella had backed away, which was why she had looked scared. "Yuna, listen, I don't not like you. I just...We're like, cousins or something, yet everyone loves you. And no one likes me. I'm just the girl everyone is scared of."Jolie said, eyeing Loli. 

She didn't necessarily know the girl. "I can, like, leave if you want." Loli offered. "No, it's..fine." Jolie replied. "So.." Yuna started, "Want to come over to my place, or something?" Jolie struggled to find an answer. Should she? "I-Okay. But no makeovers," Jolie says, and Yuna smiles brightly. "Great!!! How about at 5?" "I do hope I'm invited to this sleepover," Loli added. "Sleepover?" Jolie asked at the same time Yuna said, "Totally!" Jolie sighed. This was going to either end well...or not. "I'm totally inviting my brother- and Caden and Aiden and Ignis and Hydra.."Loli said, then proceeded to say 5 other names. 

 Jolie could bet it would be 'not'. "I'll go call my dad," Jolie said quietly. "Dad?" Yuna asked, then her eyes darkened, "Oh..I thought you meant..Bronte adopted you, right?" "Yeah," Jolie said. Walking to her locker, she grabbed her imparter. "Show me Councillor Bronte," As the screen shimmered, she smiled at his reflection. "Hi Jol! How are you?" Bronte asked. "Good..dad, I'm going to a sleepover tonight," Jolie said it quickly, cutting right to the reason she had called him. "A sleepover?" Bronte asked. "Yes, a sleepover." 

 "Who's invited?" "Just some kids from our class. Not many," Jolie said. "Okay...but make sure to call me if you ever need anything," And Jolie had a feeling she would be calling him that night.
