Adoptive Parents - Councillor Liora. Councillor Darek.

Josh grew up without parents but, with a Councilor. Councillor Liora, was close friends with Josh's parents, they eventually lost touch when she was appointed a spot on the council. After 5 years later she found out that they had a son, but there was no parents. She adopted him illegally, and when she was caught by Ramira they understood why she did it and let her off with no consequences. But Darek came with her and took care of Josh ever since.
