Avery and Will (@anorah33)

Avery's POV I was currently hiding behind a pillar waiting for Ivy to come around the bend so I could grab her and we could talk. You know normal stuff. When she finally came around the bend I grabbed her with the shadows so no one could see us. I knew she had been the one who saw me and Will earlier, and I was pretty sure she didn't know we were cousins. "Get off me!" She screamed trying to find something to hit. Well more like trying to find my head to rip off. "Yah...can't really do that. I mean, i'm technically not touching you. It's my powers." I said with the tone of an innocent little girl. "What do you want?" She spat out at me. "For you and Will to admit your feelings and get together." I stated plainly. She got a confused look on her face. "What do you mean? I thought you and Will were together." She said her voice becoming a little sad. I just started laughing. She looked at me like I was crazy. Which I was. When I finally stopped laughing she sighed and started walking away. "Wait! Wait! Me and Will aren't dating we're cousins!" I yelled after her. She stopped in her tracks and I could see her turn bright red. "But I saw you two hugging. He looked so happy." She said looking confused and sad. "Yah. He manifested as a telepath." I told her my grin becoming bigger. she smiled too but it was a little tentative. "I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions!" She yelled looking distressed. "No. No. It's okay. It actually helped me know that you liked Will back." I told her my grin turning into a smirk. "What do you mean like Will back?" She said backing away. "Nothing. Now common we have to get you ready for the formal." I said grabbing her hand and pulling her towards the leap master. But before the light swept us away I quickly mumbled under my breath, "And do some matchmaking of my own."

Will's POV

I was just sitting in my room looking at my notes for class when Hydra burst into my room. She was wearing a flowing blue gown that looked like the ocean. "What are you doing?" She yelled at me incredulously. "My homework." I deadpanned. "Well stop!" She shouted at me. "Now now Hydra. That is not something you should say. Homework is very important and you should never put it aside for anything!" I reprimanded her in a teasing tone. She rolled her eyes, crossed er arms, and said the words that would make a grown man quiver in fear. "Avery told you if you don't get up right now she will personally come here, drag you out with your ears, and use you as target practice." She informed me raising her eyebrows. I just gulped and said that I'd be downstairs in five minutes. ~~~ When we got to Foxfire an hour later (girls) I immediately saw Avery. Well she saw me. As soon as she got over here I saw a glint in her eyes. But I decided to ignore that for now and focus on the fact that she was wearing the same thing she always does, just more fancy. Her hair was down in dark waves and she was wearing ripped jeans. Yes I said jeans. Our family's would occasionally take trips to the Forbidden Cities and ever since she found the clothes there she had been wearing them to confuse the heck out of people. Plus they were comfy. The only thing that remotely said that she was an elf was her shirt. At first glance it would look like a normal shirt. But if you looked closely you could see it had dark wisps coming off of it. She was controlling the shadows to make a shirt. "Okay now that you are here. You are going to do exactly as I say" Avery told me in the 'you say anything I will kill you' tone. So I just nodded. It was clear she had a plan, and when Avery has a plan you do what she says.

She didn't say anything except telling me to follow her. So I did. A lot of boys started to look at her but she didn't care. She was the kind of girl that every boy knew and liked but was way out of there leagues. Actually they weren't even in her league. Avery was lesbian. She had known since she was ten but never really told anyone expect her family and friends because one, she didn't care what you thought, two you would have to be completely stupid if you haven't figured it out. But honestly everybody was stupid...so. "Alright you are going to go over to Ivy, ask her if she wants to dance. Which she will say yes. And then tell her how you feel." Avery told me in a firm tone snapping me out of my thoughts. "What?" I asked confused. She just sighed and pushed me towards Ivy.
