This prompt I found on tumblr (the first sentence) is made by rapperbinnie. Not a request.

"YOU SAID TO BE HONEST! STOP HITTING ME!" Sophie screeched, dodging yet another pillow.

"You said I look ridiculous!" Biana glared, another pillow in hand.

"I'm being honest!"

"Well... Uh..." Biana froze, trying to think of a suitable reply. "Couldn't you find a nicer way to say it?"

"Look, I think the colour of your dress matches with your make-up really well."

Biana crossed her arms. "And..?"

"Well, I think you went overboard. It's just... I invited you to Amy's birthday party, and you'll be the one looking like the birthday girl."

Biana nodded, understanding. She turned to her dresser, and began removing some of the accessories.

"You still look good!" Sophie said, worried that Biana was offended. "But like, you're just naturally super pretty, so a lot of the attention will be on you!"

When Biana turned back to face her, she was smiling. She was wearing a little less jewelry, her face was no longer glowing, but she still had that Biana flare. "Is that better?"

Sophie smiled, embracing the shorter girl. "Much better." They stood there for a few minutes, comfortable in each other's arms.

"Oh," Sophie began, pulling away. "I forgot to mention but I brought Amy here too, so you can dress her up as much as you please."

As if on cue, the door opened, and Amy came walking in.

Biana's teal eyes glittered with excitement. "Well why didn't you say so earlier?"

Sophie shrugged nonchalantly. "Surprise?"

Biana ignored her, turning to the younger girl. "How old are you turning?"

"Fifteen in human years. Technically I'm fourteen in Elvin years," Amy replied. "You know, when Sophie said she had a girlfriend, I was completely shocked. I didn't think she had it in her."

"Hey!" Sophie protested.

Amy raised an eyebrow. "You're a disaster bi, am I wrong?"

Biana laughed. "Disaster bi, she is."

"I see why she likes you so much. The lesbian in me is just..." Amy waved her arms dramatically. "You're gorgeous."

"Not as much you'll be when I'm done dressing you up!"

Sophie watched in amusement as Biana chased Any around so she could do her makeup. While Amy was a lot more feminine than she was, there were still a lot of similarities between them.

But when Amy was done, she was grinning, and twirled in her dress. "What kind of sorcery is this? Adhira is defini-" she cut herself off.

"Adhira? Who's Adhira?" Sophie screeched. "Do you have a girlfriend and you didn't even tell me?"

Amy shrugged. "Not quite."

"Ah, so a crush," Biana guessed. "Tell us about her."

"She's really strong," Amy began.

Sophie was appalled. Amy would never talk about her crushes when Sophie asked. Why was Biana able to fish out the answers? But she kept quiet, otherwise Any would stop talking.

"I remember I joined an archery club last year for fun. Technically met her then, but I didn't start crushing on her until this year. Also we happen to sit right next to each other. She's pretty nice, and we bonded over our hatred for electricity."

"Valid." Sophie agreed, while Biana just shrugged.

"I'm pretty sure she's pan, but I'm not sure. I want to say that I've caught her staring at me, but I'm not sure about that either."

"Tell her that you like her?" It was an order, but sounded very much like a question. "Okay but seriously, how does she look like?"

"I cant remember what kind exactly, but she's Indian. She has dark brown eyes, black hair that's chin length, and brown skin. Also, she's tall." (Look, my new pfp is NOT her, I made fanart of a different character from a different fandom)

"Ah, I can see why you're crushing on her," Sophie said. "What time does the party start again?"

Amy shrugged. "Like an hour."

"Remember to not accidentally vanish," Sophie reminded Biana, as she blocked out the external thoughts.

"Don't worry, I know!"

The two of them were sitting in Amy's house, careful to not stand out too much.

"Hello Sarah, it's nice to meet you again!"

Sarah was the fake name that Sophie used, so her parents couldn't accidentally recall something. It was one thing to see a face, but to put a name to it would be worse.

But hopefully the 'you were in an accident and we finally managed to find you again' story that Sophie had made up a few years ago would help deter it a little bit.

"And who's this?"

"That's my girlfriend, Diana!" Sophie told them.

It was a close enough name.

"It's nice to meet you!" Biana smiled. "I've heard nothing but the best of your side of the family from So- Sarah!"

Amy's father grinned. "I would hope that was the case. How did you two meet?"

Thankfully, they didn't have have to lie, as the doorbell rang. A bunch of Amy's friends began to arrive. One of them stood out. She looked like how Amy described her- tall, dark haired, brown eyed. She wore some kind of long tunic (a kurti- but Sophie didn't know that), and jeans. A combination of her culture and western.

Biana walked up to the girl. "You must be Adhira!"

She nodded. "Are you Amy's cousin?"

Biana laughed and shook her head. Then she pointed to Sophie, who just happened to trip. "That's her cousin. I'm just her girlfriend."

Amy teased Sophie, and Sophie groaned.

Adhira laughed. "Okay, I can see it now. Also, I've never seen teal eyes before..."

"It's a pretty rare colour," Biana said. "I got it from my dad."

"Who did all of your makeup?" Adhira asked. "It's pretty flawless."

Biana grinned. "I did it myself!"

"Ooh!"

"Amy shut up! You're drawing attention to me!" Sophie fiddled with the sleeves of her suit.

"I talk to you like, once a month, and you visit once a year, I think I'm allowed to!"

"You're not allowed to ride Silveny next time you visit!"

Amy pouted. "Rude!"

"Who's Silveny?" One of Amy's friend asked. "Is that a horse?"

Well, it wasn't really lying.

"Yeah, she's my horse," Sophie explained.

"That's cool!"

The party really began, as the children walked around, chatting happily. Sophie and Biana day off go the side, so Sophie wouldn't have to concentrate on both talking and blocking thoughts.

She watched as Adhira approached Amy, and they talked to each other for a while.

"They're cute together," Biana remarked.

"Yeah, and it looks like they won't be as oblivious as we were."

"You mean, as you were. Once I figured out I liked you, I started flirting with you."

"In my defense, the only people who had ever properly flirted with me were Keefe and Fitz, but they never really had a crush on me. And now they're both in a relationship with Dex and Tam. How am I supposed to realize that you were actually flirting with me?"

"Common sense? You're such a disaster, you know that?"

Sophie laughed. "As if you haven't gotten me into a disaster."

Biana leaned in and gave her a light kiss. "I never said that, you're just the bigger disaster."

The two of them looked back at Amy and Adhira, who were hugging each other really tightly. Amy's face was red.

"Should we disturb them?" Biana asked.

Sophie scoffed. "Obviously. I'm her older sister."

Despite the fact that they weren't invisible, they snuck up on the duo really easily. Sophie took a deep breath, then screeched.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR AMY! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!"

The two of them jumped and split apart. Amy was glaring at her.

"What the actual hell Sophie?" Then her eyes widened, as she realized she used her real name. "Sarah! Why would you do that Sarah?"

Adhira's narrowed. "Sophie?"

"That's her middle name!" Biana explained. "Amy likes to call her by her middle name. I guess she corrected herself as she didn't realize you had no clue what she was talking about."

Sophie was so glad that Biana was there with her. She would have probably fumbled and stuttered, so even if her excuse was good, her delivery would be awful.

"So, you two. A couple now?" Sophie asked, hoping to change the topic.

"Has Amy talked about me?" Adhira asked.

"Uh... Today?"

"Also, yeah, we are together now," Amy replied. "But I shouldn't have told you, with what you just did."

"Rude."

The party continued on, and finally the cake was ready to be eaten.

"Is that made with any kind of meat?" Biana asked.

"Probably eggs," Sophie replied.

"Actually, it's safe. One of my friends has an allergy to eggs, so it's safe." Amy explained.

Sophie took a bite, and she realized just how much she missed cake. Mallowmelt was still better- but cake was delicious.

"I think this is better than mallowmelt!" Biana exclaimed.

Sophie gaped. "Excuse me?"

Biana ignored her. "I need a recipe. And then I'll have Fitz make different flavours."

Amy nodded, somewhat confused. "Not sure how you find this tastier, but okay?"

"What's mallowmelt?" Adhira asked.

"It's like cake, but with marshmellows!" Sophie said.

"That sounds pretty nice."

"It is! It's my favourite!" Sophie said.

"I know, Sarah. We can bake some when we get back home."

Sophie beamed. "Yes!"

"Do you think you could bring some next time you come over?" Adhira asked. "Amy could save some for me to try."

"We can do that!" Biana agreed.

The party ended too soon for everyone's liking, and it was time for Sophie and Biana to go home. They leapt to Havenfield.

"Thanks for having me join you," Biana said.

Sophie smiled. "Of course! You're my friend and girlfriend!"

"It was nice though. It's a shame that we elves don't really celebrate birthdays, we should do it."

"Look, nowadays I can hardly remember what year it is, let alone which day of the month is it? Like, it feels like a Thursday."

"It's Sunday."

"Exactly!" Sophie said. "I feel like time's really wonky. But let's do it. Birthday parties for all of us!"

"Forever?" Biana asked.

Sophie nodded, resting her head on Biana's shoulder. "Forever."

3) I've had mallowmelt, it was too sweet for my liking (and I have a big sweet tooth). My friend actually has her own recipe that's similar tasting, but so much better. She calls it magic bars (it's like mallowmelt without the marshmellow, less sugar, and more coconut)
