Today, I want to talk about positive effects, specifically on ourselves and each other.

It is really important that we acknowledge everyone and everything that has a positive impact on us. Because maybe that's one way to ignore the negatives.

I know I sometimes have a hard time seeing all the better things in my life.

But the thing is, just because you have all these good things in your life, doesn't mean you can always be happy. It's okay to feel bad, even if there are good things on your life.

I have a lot of trouble with not comparing my life with others. A lot of times, I felt that my pain was not valid because other had it worse. And it'll take me a while to acknowledge my pain should not be compared with others, but I'm trying.

So, a quick reminder, your pain is valid. Do not compare your pain to others.

Back to positive effects, I would like to take this moment to thank people who have a positive effect on my life, here on Wattpad.
