Amber Hill grew up very rich, she was a kook actually more like princess kook. Amber had the perfect life. Her father was Mark Hill, he was a very rich man. Her mother was Addison Hill, she was a stay at home mom. Amber had two siblings. Her older sister Jamie was 19 and at collage 2 hours away from home. Her younger brother Marcus was 9. Amber was 16. Amber had three best friends Sarah Cameron, Linsey Thortan and Isabella Preze. She also had a boyfriend the one and only Rafe Cameron. There dads where over the moon when they got together. "Oh you two are gonna carry on the business" her father had said.  Amber really thought she had the perfect life. In realty her father was only rich because of his shady business. Her father was a sick man but Amber didn't know that. Addison was basically his prisoner. She was a house wife by his choosing. She only left the house for grocery's and when he needed her to make appearances with him. She was originally from the cut, where her mom still lived. Amber and her siblings thought there Nana lived in California, in reality she just lived on the other side of outer banks and only came to visit when Mark agreed to it. Her so called bestie Isabella was secretly hooking up with her boyfriend behind her back. As for Rafe and Ambers relationship Ward had instructed Rafe that he needed to ask out Marks daughter. Once they got together there fathers arranged that they will be married as soon as Amber turned 18. Rafe was already 18 so he would be 20 when they would be able to tie the knot. Ambers life was planned out for her. That didn't upset her. She thought that she would be happy having Rafe be the only guy she had any experience with. Rafe was her first everything. She was ok with it just being him for the rest of her life. She couldn't imagine there being anyone else but Rafe Cameron. Amber sat in Sarah's room, doing her makeup. Linsey stood behind her curling Ambers hair. The four girls were getting ready to go to a party at Kelces house. Sarah was in her walk in closet trying to figure out what to wear, and Isabella had told them she was in the bathroom, so it just left Amber and Linsey left. "Your makeup is looking snatched" Linsey smiled at her friend, who was applying highlighter to her cheeks. "Thanks Lins" Amber smiled at her friend. The two girls began to talk about the up coming party. "You know Kelce tots has the hots for you" Amber told her friend. "No way! He sees me as a little sister!" Linsey shrieked. "Ya right he is always undressing you with his eyes that's not very brotherly" Amber pointed out. "He dose not!" Linsey went red. "Who doesn't what?" Sarah asked walking out of her closet holding two dresses. "Kelce undresses Linsey with his eyes all the time right?" Amber asked crossing her arms. Sarah began to laugh. "Like all the time!" Sarah exclaimed. "It pisses Topper off so much" Sarah laughed. "You guys never told me this before" Linsey says anxiously. "We all thought it was pretty obvious" Sarah says, with her hand on her hip. "Thought what was obvious" Isabella asked, walking into the room trying to smooth her hair out to hide the fact she wasn't really in the bathroom. "That Kelce undresses me with his eyes!" Linsey blurted out. Isabella started laughing. "What's so funny?" Linsey asked. "Your so oblivious" Isbella laughed. "So now that you know are you gonna go for it?" Sarah asked. "No" Linsey said quickly. "Why not you can't stay a virgin forever Linsey" Isabella said. "Not forever but I haven't found anyone I want to have sex with" Linsey said. "I mean if it wasn't for Rafe I'd still be a virgin" Amber said while she did her eye shadow. "So I get it" she finished. Isabella turned away to roll her eyes. "I'm just afraid of how it's gonna feel" Sarah said. "It isn't even that bad right Am" Isabella turned to Amber. "Ya Sarah it isn't horrible but if your not ready then your not ready" Amber shrugged, then she starts putting her false lashes on. "So what are you wearing Sar?" Linsey asked, trying desperately to change the topic. "Oh this black dress" Sarah held the little black mini dress up. "I love it!" Linsey squealed. "Your gonna look so sexy" Amber said, smiling at her friend in the mirror. "What's the other dress for?" Isabella asked, looking at the sparkly red dress Sarah held in her other arm. "Oh this is for Am" Sarah said, then turned to show Amber the dress. "Sar I have my own clothes" Amber laughed. "I know but this way you don't have to go all the way home to get clothes" Sarah said. Amber had spent the night at Tanny hill and had not gone home to get clothes for the party yet. "Your so lucky that I love that dress, and would not pass up the chance to wear it" Amber said. Isabella rolled her eyes again. She hated how close Amber and Sarah were. Soon the girls were ready. Isabella, Linsey, and Sarah went with Topper, while Amber went with Rafe on his bike. Kelces party's  were always over the top, his parents were never home so Kelce took his chance to have the biggest radgers. Kelces partys were always crazy and out of hand and tonight would be no exception.
