Konoka's POV

Haruhi and I are studying when the twins mention going to the beach. "The beach?" Haruhi asks them.

"Of course, the beach" they say together.

"But why?" I ask them confused.

"Don't you remember what Haruhi said?" Hikaru asks me.

"She said she'd like to go to a real beach" Kaoru reminds me.

"Did I say that?" Haruhi asks me confused.

"Yes, I remember now" I say nodding my head.

"We brought some swimsuits for you both to choose from" Kaoru states.

"Pretty cute don't you think?" Hikaru asks us. As we look at all the manikins. After some discussion we all agreed to go to the beach. At least I can work on my tan.

We go to Kyoya's family's private beach. Also Tamika invited some of our guests, so we're on host club duty. The twins are playing Volleyball with their guests, while Tamaki entertains his by the water's edge Kyoya supervising. Mori and Honey are doing some stretches with theirs. While Haruhi and I relax under an umbrella on a towel.

"This susks, I thought going to the beach meant a day off" Haruhi grumbles.

"We're still at the beach, so go enjoy the sun" I tell her. I finish rubbing sun screen on my front, legs and arms. "Here do my back please" I say handing her the bottle. She sighs and starts to rub sunscreen into my back as our guests appear.

"Haruhi, Konoka aren't you both going to swim?" one of the girls asks.

"Sorry girls, but I can't swim today and was going to work on my tan. But you should definitely go swim" I tell them smiling.

"She's right, it'd be a shame if you don't show off those cute swimsuits" Haruhi tells them. They all awe. They go swim as I lay on a beach chair in the sun. "I'm gonna go for a walk, remember to reply your sunscreen later" she tells me.

"Sure thing Haruhi" I assure her and she leaves. I'm served a drink. "I didn't ask for this" I tell the waitress.

"Master Ootori ordered for you" she says and leaves. I look at Kyoya and smile gently. I sip my plum flavored water.

(Some time later)

I notice a bunch of shellfish on the beach. I look around and spot a black truck. I go over to see Kyoya talking to a guy dressed in black police armor. "Ah Konoka" Kyoya says when he notices me looking down at him from the rock wall. "My family's private police dropped by wanting to make it up to Honey for what happened at the water park. So they brought shell fish" he explains.

"Amazing, look at how many we've got!" I hear Honey-senpai shout. I look over to see him and Haruhi surrounded by buckets of shell fish.

"Certainly looks like they're enjoying themselves" Tamaki states. "All is right with the world" he says with a smile.

"Hey Konoka, dinner is going to be awesome!" Haruhi shouts to me. "It's a major haul" she shouts. Getting everyone's attention. Tamaki picks up a crab.

"Tell me Haruhi isn't this crab, crab - tivating?" Tamaki asks her.

"Oh yeah" she agrees with a bright smile. Suddenly a centipede crawls over the crab scaring the girls. As they scream. Haruhi grabs it and throws it away.

"Honestly Haruhi, you didn't have to throw the poor thing so hard" I tell her.

"It's not dead, it takes more then that to kill a bug" she reminds me. All the girls fawn over Haruhi.

"Hey Konoka, we're gonna go explore the cliff later. Want to come?" one of the girls from earlier asks me.

"Sure" I say with a smile we leave with two other girls. "So I have been thinking more about the guy I like. I think it's time I tell him my feelings" I tell them.

"You so should" they agree smiling.

"He'd be an idiot to reject" one adds.

"You girls are so sweet" I say smiling. "But how should I do it? Should I wait until we set up Haruhi?" I ask them.

"If you love him and he loves you, Haruhi can't break you both apart" the first tells me.

"Besides, we can always set up Haruhi on a date if he tries to cause trouble" the second states.

"You're so lucky to have him for a brother though" the third tells me.

"I know and I wouldn't trade Haruhi for anyone" I tell them smiling and the awe. "Isn't that the cliff?" I ask them pointing to it. They nod their heads and we climb to the top. "The view is amazing" I say with a smile looking at the ocean.

"Hey look, there's Haruhi" one the girls says pointing below where Haruhi is collecting another shell fish.

"Look up here Haruhi!" one shouts and she looks up at us.

"The breeze feels great" another shouts.

"The view also amazing" I add.

"It's dangerous, be careful" she tells us and I smile.

"This feels so good" one of the girls says and I hum in agreement. Suddenly two drunk guys appear. We tell them to leave as this is a private beach. But they refuse.

Suddenly a bucket of shell fish was tossed at the leaders head. "Leave my sister and her friends alone. Won't you guys listening, get lost" Haruhi tells them.

"Haruhi" I say.

"You little runt" the leader sneers.

"Fumika, go get help" I tell her and she runs off. The leader pushes Haruhi close to the edge. "Let go of Haruhi!" I shout and ram into the guys side. In doing so he let go of Haruhi and she lost balance falling into the ocean. Tamaki appears and dives in after her. While the twins beat up the boys.

"Are you ok Konoka?" Kyoya asks me.

"Yes, but I'm worried about Haruhi" I tell him. I rush down to the beach as Tamaki appears with Haruhi in his arms. She was fine. Tamaki gave her a lecture as she believes she did nothing wrong. We all went to get ready for dinner. "You had us all worried Haruhi, but thanks for coming to my rescue" I say with a smile.

"You're my baby sister, I'll always be there when you need me" she states.

"Younger twin sister, not baby sister" I correct her. Mori arrives and leads us to the dining room. Where Haruhi eats to many crabs and ran off feeling sick. Kyoya and Tamaki left early so that Kyoya could show Tamaki his room. I finish my dinner and go in search of my sister.

I find Tamaki instead. "Hey Tamaki, have you seen Haruhi?" I ask him.

"No" he says.

"Can you help me find her?" I ask him.

"Sure, but first I need to get some lotion from Kyoya" he tells me. I nod my head and follow him to Kyoya's room. Where we find him the dark shirtless with Haruhi on his bed. I feel my heart break and leave before they could notice me. Trying to hold back tears. Of course he doesn't like me, I'm such an idiot.

I find mine and Haruhi's bedroom and curl up on the bed hugging a pillow. Why did I let myself think for even a second he'd like me? I'm just a commoner and not even that pretty. Just then there was a clap of thunder and I scream covering my ears. Haruhi and I are terrified of thunder.

Suddenly my door bang open scaring me. I look up to see Kyoya. "Konoka, are you ok?" he asks me concerned.

"Like you care" I say sniffing. There's another clap of thunder and I curl into a tighter ball. Soon I feel someone sit beside me and pull me close.

"It's ok Konoka, the thunder can't hurt you. I won't let it" he tells me and I bury my head into his chest. "You look like you've been crying, are you ok?" he asks me.

"I'm fine" I grumble. "So you like my sister?" I ask him.

"Huh?" he asks.

"I saw you with her in your room, the lights off" I mumble.

"I was proving Tamaki's point from earlier" he states. "Reminding her she's a girl and defenless against guys" he explains.

"So you don't like her?" I ask him.

"Not anymore then a friend, the thunder has stopped" he states.

"We have to find Haruhi" I tell him.

"Why?" he asks me.

"She's also scared of thunder" I tell him.

"I left her with Tamaki lets go" he tells me. We leave and meet up with the others. When the twins open the door we find Tamaki kneeling in front of Haruhi. Who was blindfolded and had earplugs in. I immedaitely took her back to our room as the others called Tamaki a S & M pervert. Which I explained to Haruhi. We returned to our homes the next day.
