Naruto and Miyuna Uzumaki!

The little boy held back tears. However some started to stream down his face. The older kids started to kick and hit him more. The little blonde boy just covered his head and waited for them to stop. However a girls screaming interrupted the beating.

A little girl, similar to the boy, ran at them. "What do you think you're doing to Naruto you jerks?!" she punched the shortest one in the face and then kicked the tallest one where the sun doesn't shine. After that she glared at the last boy who ran away crying, the others following him shortly.

The girl huffed and crossed her arms. Her long blonde hair was in pig tails and blew in the wind. She wore a knee length yellow dress with a white shirt underneath and brown knee length ninja boot that are actually like sandals. She turned her light blue eyes to the same blue eyes the boy has.

She frowned before bending down next to him. "Are you alright Naruto?" she asked examining his minor injuries.

The little boy rubbed his tears away. "I'm fine Miyuna. I'm the older brother. My little sister shouldn't have to save me from bullies." He grumbled. Miyuna smiled at her brother. "I may be younger then you but you are my brother. It's you and me together forever. Me and you against the world."

She grinned. Her whiskers weren't as noticeable as Naruto's but was still there. Naruto grinned and nodded. "Yeah!"

~~Seven years later~~

I groaned and rubbed my eyes as my alarm blared. Man I hate mornings. They're the work of the devil! I slammed my alarm clock and got up and dressed.

Since my brother and I live by ourselves, I have to be the one to make breakfast, clean the house, wake him up, prepare lunch, remind him to work on jutsu's, make dinner and make sure he gets to bed. I guess I'm more like the mom.

I laughed at that and simile. Then I put on my outfit.

It's basically a girl's version of my brother's outfit. Same orange jacket thing except mine didn't have long sleeves and it was also a dress. However I have a blue belt across it to make it look like a skirt and dark blue shorts underneath that just went a couple inches above my knee.

My weapons pouch on my right thigh and same blue ninja sandals as my brother. Then I put my hair in pig tails before exiting my room.

I quickly made bacon and eggs. I personally hate eggs. It's gross. Nobody wants to eat chicken abortions. I only make it because it has the protein Naruto needs.

After that I put the food on two plates and set them on the table before getting Naruto. I walked to his room and knocked on his door. "Naruto! Get up! Breakfast is ready!" I shouted, pounding on it. He didn't answer and it ticked me off. I wanted sleep too but I can't!

I slammed his door open. "Naruto!" I yelled. Except there was no Naruto on his bed. I frowned. Where did he go? Oh well.

He's probably up to no good. So I just wrapped his breakfast up and put it in the fridge for him when he gets back. I quickly ate my bacon before washing the dishes and heading out.

As usual, Konoha is sunny and had that family vibe. But in reality they're self-centered jerks who pick on a little boy.

Okay, I love Konoha, I do, but they piss me off. For some reason they all treat Naruto like dirt. Like he's the scum of the world. And nobody picks on my big brother without paying the consequences. So they're not much fans of me either.

I walked past the lively shops and watched mothers walk their children to school. Family huh? I ignored them and headed to the academy. It was then I realized what Naruto was doing. I laughed for five minutes at his creation before shaking my head and kept on walking to the academy.

I opened the door to class and blinked. Iruka isn't here.

Must be chasing after Naruto. I can't believe he painted the faces of the Hokage. So I sat behind the Uchiha, where Naruto and I always sit. I noticed Sakura looking at me curiously and looked at her. She sat in the middle aisle close to Sasuke.

"Yes?" I questioned. She blushed as she realized she was discovered staring at me. "Oh, uhm, I just noticed Naruto wasn't with you and I usually don't see you guys apart." She mumbled.

Some others glanced at us curiously. I shrugged. "He had an . . . art project he needed to do." I stated nonchalantly. She looked confused.

So we all sat. Quiet murmuring filled the room. I closed my eyes and rested my face in my hand. Someone walked next to me and I saw that it was Choji Akimichi. He was one of the few people who would talk to me. I guess he's the closest friend I have. It's hard to have friends when you beat up people who hurt your brother.

I smiled at him. "Hey Choji, what's up?" I asked. He shrugged and sat down when I scooted over. "Nothing much. You seemed lonely so I came over."

I chuckled. "I wasn't lonely, just bored. There's nothing to do when Iruka isn't teaching or Naruto talking."

He glanced at me before looking away. "You know if you weren't so anti-social people would actually be friends with you. You're not mean or anything."

I sighed. He's been trying to get me to change my ways so I won't be as much of a loner as I am now.

"Not going to happen Cho, sorry. By the way, aren't you usually with that Nara kid?" I asked. He looked over to his sleeping friend. "Yeah. Oh well, see you later Miyu." He went back to his seat by Shikamaru.

About five minutes later Iruka came in and threw a tied up Naruto on the floor. He looked pissed.

Everyone stared at the blonde with annoyance. "I'm at the end of my rope Naruto. You failed the graduation test last time and the time before that. Tomorrow you've got another chance and you're messing up again."

Naruto turned his head to the side. "Hmpf!" Iruka didn't like that at all.

"Fine! Because you missed it Naruto, everyone will review the transformation jutsu!" Groans erupted as kids complained before shooting Naruto a dirty glare.

I sighed. So we all stood in line and watched as each student began to transform. Sakura went up and transformed into Iruka. She got him down pretty good. Same tan skin, hair, and scar on the bridge of his nose.

She transformed back when Iruka complimented her. "Yes! I did it! Yes! Yes!" I sweat dropped. For some reason I think she's more of a violent person then that innocent façade she puts up.

"Sasuke, did you see that?!" she questions excitedly. Iruka and Sasuke ignored her as Iruka called Sasuke next. I stood next to Naruto and watched in complete boredom.

And of course he did it perfectly. What do you expect from the almighty Uchiha? It's not like I have anything against him, I don't. He doesn't fight with Naruto, but he does glare at him frequently.

Ino stood by Naruto and Shikamaru by me. "This is a total waste of time Naruto." Shikamaru started. "We always pay for your screw ups." Ino finished. Naruto just huffed. "Like I care." He then walked up to Iruka and got ready to perform.

I noticed Naruto's little admirer, Hinata look his way. She did always have a thing for him. Naruto did the hand sign. "Transform!" I watched as his blue chakra whooshed around him. For some reason I've always been able to see chakra.

It's a weird gift but comes in handy. Naruto transformed and I fell a bit. He used his damn Sexy Jutsu! That little punk.

Iruka immediately got a nose bleed at the naked, older, female Naruto. I was flushing because it looked like him. I'm his identical twin. You can kind of see where I have an issue with this.

Naruto transformed back and laughed like a maniac. "Got you! That's my Sexy Jutsu!"

"Cut the stupid tricks! This is your last warning!" Iruka yelled. I threw a nearby eraser at his head. How dare he?!

~~

"This sucks. Loser." Naruto grumbled. Currently Naruto and I were cleaning off the faces of the Hokage's. "It's your own fault Naruto." I replied. He looked over at me with puppy eyes. I smiled at him and continued wiping the fourths face.

"You're not going home until you cleaned off every single drop of paint. And Miyu, you don't have to clean up after him."

I ignored him and kept on scrubbing. "So what?! It's not like there's anyone waiting at home for me!" Naruto shouted. I threw a rag at him. "Hey!" I yelled. He rubbed his head sheepishly. "You're not home. Technically you're not."

I merely huffed childishly before grabbing another wash cloth and continued scrubbing. There was a moment of silence as we cleaned.

"Naruto? Miyuna?" Iruka said. We looked up at him. "What do you want now sensei?" Naruto asked in suspicion and annoyance. "Well, I was just thinking maybe after you two clean this all up I could take you guys out for some ramen. The good stuff, what do you think?" he scratched his cheek.

I grinned and smiled cheerfully. Naruto's determination sparked and he scrubbed madly at the faces. "Now that's some serious motivation! I'll have this cleaned in no time!" I giggled and started picking up speed. "Yay! Ramen!" I cheered childishly.

It took forever to clean off the faces but we did it. And as promised Iruka treated us to some Ichiraku Ramen!

Naruto and I ate. I slurped some and a bright smile came to my face. Mm. I love ramen! "Naruto."

"Hm?" He was still slurping noodles so he couldn't properly answer Iruka. "Why would you do that to the Hokage's faces? I mean you know who the Hokage are don't you?"

"Of course I do." Naruto answered before downing his bowl. I watched in curiosity. I know that out of the two of us Iruka favors Naruto. I don't know why but I can tell he does care for him. That's why I can be myself around him.

After Naruto finished his bowl he continued. "Everybody knows. They were the greatest shinobi of their time right? The best of the best. Undefeated ninja champs. And the fourth Hokage's the one who saved the village from the Nine Tailed Fox. He was the most amazing."

The Nine Tails. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with why everyone hates Naruto. It shows up on the day we're both born and sealed away on the same day. Maybe . . .

I shook my head and continued to listen. "Then why did you-"

He was cut off by Naruto. "Because I'm going to be greater than any of them. Me. Naruto. The next Hokage! A ninja legend. Then everyone will have to stop disrespecting me and look up to me! Believe it!" I giggled at my brother's claim.

I believe it. I think he'd be a great Hokage once he grows up. "He's right Iruka! Naruto will be the best of the best!" I cheered then high fived Naruto.

Naruto took off his goggles and turned towards Iruka. "By the way, I kind of want to ask a little favor sensei."

"You want another bowl?" Iruka guessed. "No. I want to try on your headband. Come on please!" He clapped his hands together in the please sign. Iruka grabbed his headband. "Oh this? No way. You can only wear the leaf headband when you finally graduate from the academy and become a ninja. You've got to pass the test tomorrow"

"That is so uncool!" Iruka laughed as he noticed something. "Hey is that why you took off your goggles?"

Naruto blushed a bit and looked forward. "Uh I want another bowl!" He shouted, a tad angry. Iruka and I laughed at his childish acts.

For some reason, I don't want tomorrow to ever come. This moment was so nice. I loved it. But all good things always come to an end.

~~

The next day I woke Naruto up early and cooked a big breakfast. Then we headed over to the academy. "Alright, and the Clone Jutsu?" I asked. Naruto froze a bit. I sighed and showed him the correct hand signs as we approached the class door.

"You need to remember this okay? It will definitely be on the test." I said. Naruto nodded and gave me thumbs up. "I got it! Thanks Miyu!" we opened the door and I chuckled at him.

We sat down and talked animatedly. I only seem to smile brightest around him. We laughed and smiled a lot until Iruka showed up and began the exam. He was talking about the test and mentioned the clone jutsu.

Naruto tensed from beside me. I grabbed his hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. He smiled appreciatively at me and nodded. So one by one, everyone was called. I was called before Naruto. As I walked pass another examinee, Naruto shouted. "Good luck Miyu! Show them what you got!"

I tilted my head back to stare at my brother waving madly. I gave him a closed eye smile and waved back before continuing.

After a bit of other testing, the last clone test came up. "Alright, all you have to do is make three clones." Iruka said. I nodded and performed the hand signs.

Except I did a bit of adjusting. Instead of making clones, I did solid Shadow Clones. They showed up easily. He and Mizuki smiled and nodded. "Impressive as always Miyu. Here you go." Iruka held up a head band. I stared at it blankly before turning.

"I'll come pick it up when Naruto passes." Even though I couldn't see, I knew Iruka was frowning. "Miyu, this is the third time you've taken this test. You passed it the other times but didn't collect the headband. What if Naruto fails?"

I tilted my head back. "Then I will go back to school with him. I'm not putting on that headband unless there is one on Naruto." Then I walked outside and waited for Naruto.

There were lots of students outside. All of them passed. They were happy and talking excitedly at their accomplishments.

Maybe Naruto was able to pass this time. I looked around for him. I found him on the swing across from the academy. There was no headband on him.

Naruto. He looked so dejected and crushed.

"There. You see him?" a lady asked.

"It's that boy. I heard he's the only one who failed." Another said.

"Hmpf. Well it serves him right."

"Just imagine what would happen if he became a ninja I mean he's the boy who-"

"Shh! We're not supposed to talk about that."

I stood in front of the two chattering girls and glared dangerously at them. They flinched back at my intense glare. "You shouldn't talk bad about people you crusty old bitch." I hissed.

Their eyes widened and one glared at me. "What did you just say?" she shouted. I noticed people watching us.

"I called you a crusty old bitch!" I said louder. She gasped and stepped back before raising her hand to slap me. When she brought her hand down, another caught it.

Iruka. "Please refrain from hitting children." He said in a hard tone. The girl only glared at him. "Did you hear what she just called me?!"

Iruka narrowed his eyes. "Hitting children is never the answer. Miyuna, apologize." He turned to me. I snorted. "I'm not going to apologize to her. She's cheating on her husband, with hers," I pointed to the other lady.

They both gasped and one man looked nervous. The other looked pissed. The other lady looked at her. "Is that true?"

"Of course not!"

I only gave her a monotone stare. "I saw you and him making out by an inn." I stated. Immediate chaos irrupted between the four. The lady I accused turned to me, hatred burning in her eyes. "Look what you did!" she shouted.

I shrugged. "Not my fault you're a judgmental slut. At least Naruto's never done anything to betray the people close to him. I can't say the same thing about you though. To sleep with your best friends husband. You're nothing but gunk on the bottom of a shoe. You're worthless, pathetic, nothing."

Tears fell from her eyes and she ran off. "Miyuna!" Iruka yelled.

"What?!" I snapped irritably. "You caused a big scene. Today's supposed to be a happy day for these people."

I snorted. "I don't care about any of them. Why should I care about people like them?" Without waiting for an answer I walked away.

Iruka tried to follow but he was too busy holding back the husband of the cheater.

I noticed Naruto was now gone. Great. I sighed and ran around the village, looking for my big brother.

~~

Naruto, where are you? I've been searching for hours and hours on end. I decided to look in the forests around the village. He wasn't in the village so where else is he?

I heard shouting nearby. So I ran towards it. It sounded like Iruka.

"Oh I'll tell you who's really lying." Mizuki?

"No Mizuki!" Iruka yelled.

"They've been lying to you your whole life Naruto. Since the decree twelve years ago." Twelve years ago? That's . . .

"What decree?" Naruto asked. I stopped behind a tree and watched. Iruka had a wound on his leg, Mizuki was up in a tree, and Naruto stood there confused.

Mizuki smirked down at him. "Everyone knows except you and Miyuna. Iruka's trying to hide it from you even now. He'd do anything to shut me up."

Hiding something. Could it be my theory was right? "What is this decree? Why does everyone else know about it?" Naruto asked.

"Don't tell him! It's forbidden!" Iruka screamed. He seemed desperate for him to shut up. My stomach twisted. "The decree is no one can tell you the Nine Tailed Fox is inside you!"

My eyes widened. I was right. Damn! "The fox spirit that killed Iruka's parents and destroyed our village has taken over your body. You are the Nine Tailed Fox!"

"Stop it!" Iruka shouted desperately. "They've all been sneaking around, hiding things from you your whole life. Didn't you think it was strange how they treated you? Like dirt. Like they hated you for just being alive."

I made my appearance and jumped in front of Naruto. "Naruto isn't a Fox! He's a human being! You see his arms, legs? No tail! No fox ears! Stop saying things like its Naruto's fault!" I shouted.

So that's why everyone hated him. Mizuki just smirked more. "And you Miyuna, just being born and having the same blood as Naruto makes you like him. Even though you don't have the Nine Tails in you, you still have the blood of his host."

I faltered a bit. He took that chance to continue. "That's right! You two will never be accepted in this village. Even your beloved sensei hates your guts."

Hates? Iruka? Does he truly hate us? It makes a bit of sense. But I trusted him. I trusted Iruka. And he hates us?

I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth. I should have known. Ever since we were kids everyone hated us. Naruto more so then me. I can't trust anyone. I can only trust Naruto. I was foolish to trust Iruka.

"Die Naruto, Miyuna!" Mizuki threw a giant shuriken our way. My eyes widened. Naruto fell back in surprise. I watched as the shuriken neared us. I was too shocked to do anything before throwing myself on Naruto.

I hugged him tightly and he hugged me as we waited. "Naruto, Miyuna, get down!" Iruka shouted. Naruto moved us so he was above me and we lay on the ground, waiting.

However the shuriken never hit us. Instead, it hit Iruka who was above us. He had used his body as a shield to save us.

"W-why?" Naruto asked.

"Because we're the same. When I lost my parents no one seemed to care. They didn't have time for me. They just forgot I was there. My grades dropped, I became the class clown. I just wanted them to see me and to know my name. My school work wasn't good enough to get their attention so I did crazy things and then I had to pay for it. It was hard. I know that's how you feel Naruto."

Tears were streaming down Iruka's face and on ours. "You feel lonely and it hurts inside. And I could have been there for you more. Both of you. I let you two down. I'm sorry. No one should have to suffer that much. No one should be alone like that."

Mizuki started laughing. But I couldn't focus on him or his words. I focused on Iruka. He . . . does he care? I don't know.

How can I tell? Apparently Mizuki said something that made Naruto question everything. Because he grabbed my wrist and ran off, dragging me with him.

I stared at Iruka as he called for us. I don't know what to believe. All I know is that Naruto is the only one who cares. So I ran with him.

After all, he's been with me. Time and time again. Naruto has never given up on him, or me. He's all I know.

Naruto and I hid behind a tree. We heard Iruka and Mizuki talking. I couldn't hear. My thoughts were clouding everything. I can't hear what their saying.

But I did hear Iruka defending Naruto. Telling Mizuki that he is not a beast. I smiled. Naruto was crying at this. Iruka doesn't hate Naruto. He doesn't hate us.

"Hmpf. You really believe that. Iruka I was going to save you for later but I changed my mind. You're finished!" Mizuki launched at Iruka.

I looked at Naruto and smirked. "Let's do this." He nodded and we jumped out. I stood in front of Iruka, kunai in hand. Naruto had hit Mizuki away from us.

"Not bad. For a little punk." Mizuki said. Hm. Punk huh? "If you ever lay a hand on my sensei I'll kill you!"

"Such big words. I can completely destroy you in a single move." Mizuki threatened. Naruto merely put his hands in a sign. My eyes widened. No way. Could he perform that?

"Take your best shot fool. I'll give it back to you a thousand fold! Shadow Clone Jutsu!" My eyes widened. How? How could he produce so many clones? There are so many Naruto's! Everywhere! I've never seen these many clones before. So how. . ? They're solid clones!

I watched as Naruto easily defeated Mizuki. Light started setting and Naruto stood in front of a defeated Mizuki. "Sorry. I kind of got carried away. You alright Iruka-sensei?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah." I grinned and ran at Naruto and tackled him in a hug. We fell to the ground. "You were so cool! I'm so proud of you Naruto!" I cheered happily.

My brother has mastered a difficult justsu! "Naruto come here a minute. I've got something I want to give you."

Naruto walked over to him and I watched curiously. I grinned when he made Naruto close his eyes and he wrapped it around his forehead. "Congratulations. You've graduated!"

Naruto looked stunned beyond belief. "And to celebrate I have a surprise. We're going out for ramen tonight."

He didn't say anything at first. "Iruka-sensei!" He tackled him in a hug. Iruka chuckled. "Hey no fair!" I yelled before jumping on them and into their embrace. I smiled as I snuggled into Iruka and Naruto.

We were laughing out of sheer happiness. Maybe it is alright to believe in people. After all, Iruka believes in us. So maybe our future will change. All I know is that no matter what happens, I'll be open minded to it.
