He launched at us. Sasuke jumped up and performed some hand signs. "Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!" fire balls went for the enemy. The enemy avoided all of them.

So I ran up to him with kunai in hand and we clashed blades.  He jumped in the trees and clashed blades with Sasuke too. He then proceeded to run away. I threw my kunai by him and flash stepped next to him. "I don't think so!" I then punched him hard and he hurtled to the ground and crashed harshly.

I grabbed my kunai and jumped down towards him and noticed Sasuke threw his kunai at the roped restraining Naruto, freeing him.

"Better keep your mind on the game!" What?! I turned fast to see some knives thrown my way. I use a tree branch to take the brunt of it. However one had a familiar piece of paper that was currently on fire. A paper bomb. It blew and I was thrown back from the shockwave.

I landed harshly on the ground. Ow. "Sorry, but this is one test you fail. Now hand over the scroll or die." The enemy now stood behind me, kunai to my back.

Ah crap. Suddenly the familiar sound of hitting could be heard. I turned behind me to see Sasuke standing protectively in front of me and the ninja on the ground, slowly getting up.

I smirked as he jumped away to avoid Naruto's kunai. Sasuke used his chakra to stick the kunai to the bottom of his foot. I noticed he activated the Sharingan as he kicked the kunai towards the ninja.

Sasuke jumped up. The ninja avoided the kunai, but Sasuke was in front of him and had stabbed him with another.

Whoa. "Are you alright?!" Sakura asked. Sasuke looked over to her. "Don't just stand there Sakura! Chances are this guy isn't alone. Watch out! The others could strike any minute now!"

He was right. I jumped towards Sakura and had my kunai at ready. There should be two more. "I wish. I came alone so I wouldn't arise suspicion. Big mistake."

The ninja was alone? He used this opportunity to escape. So we're fine. For now at least.

After that we gathered back together. "That proves that we can't just trust appearances. We have to come up with a way of knowing that each of us is what we say we are and not just some imposter using a transformation jutsu."

I nodded and Sakura asked what. "We need a password. A secret one. Something only known to the three of us. And don't trust anyone who doesn't know it. No matter what."

Sasuke had a point. We can't risk someone else impersonating one of us. "Okay, listen because I only want to say this once."

We leaned in to listen carefully. "The question will be; when does a ninja strike? And the response is; a ninja waits until the time is right. When the enemy sleeps and drops his guard. When his weapons lie forgotten in the stillness of the night. That is the moment for the ninja to strike."

I sweat dropped. Naruto is so not going to remember that. The key word in password Sasuke is 'word' not 'speech'.

Sakura naturally got it, and don't get me wrong, I get it too. "You got one . . . a little shorter one?" Naruto asked. I knew it. So Sasuke and Sakura started giving him a hard time and Naruto claimed he knew it.

Sasuke stood. "Alright, I'll take the scroll." I guess I don't mind that. Naruto was about to argue but a gust of wind caught our attention.

"What was that?" Naruto asked. We looked into the forest for any signs of people. And that anesthetics and blood chakra smell wafted into my nose. Uh-oh. "Guys get away-"

Too late. A giant gust of wind smacked into us and flung us away. "Ghaa!" I flipped backwards as the wind pushed me but felt something grip my wrist.

I was pulled to Sasuke's chest as we flew farther away from our current position.

He flipped us so he managed to break the air current and hide us under a bush. I could smell Sakura's chakra just as Sasuke turned fast to see her.

"Sasuke it's you!" She started to run towards us but Sasuke held out his kunai and thrust his arm out so his arm was blocking me. "Stop stay there! First answer the question. When does a ninja strike?" He questioned.

But it's Sakura. I was about to tell him that when Sakura started talking. "Oh, mm! A ninja waits until the time is right. When the enemy sleeps and drops his guard. When his weapons lie forgotten in stillness of the night. That is the moment for a ninja to strike."

Sasuke lowered his guard. "Hey! What's up? You guys okay?!" Naruto ran over to us. Except it wasn't Naruto. I froze. It's the chakra that smells like anesthetics and blood. I stepped back and pulled out my kunai.

"You're not my brother!" I accused. Damn. Another brother imposter. What the hell?! Sasuke looked at me and a look of recognition crossed his face and he got into a defensive position. Sakura didn't look convinced.

I glared at the imposter. "Your chakra doesn't smell like Naruto's. Yours smells like anesthetic and blood." I hissed.

The imposter stared at us before laughing hysterically. The imposter licked his lips with a creepy long tongue. "Aren't we the clever ones." A woman's voice came from my brother's mouth.

Then they poofed and the real ninja stood. A woman from the Village Hidden in the Grass stood in place. She wore a weird traveler's hat, black pants and a white dress like things with black shirt underneath. A weird purple rope is around her waist and tied in the back.

She has long black hair and matching eyes. She radiates danger.

I held the kunai tighter. I'm a bit terrified. She licked her hat hem. "This promises to be very entertaining."

This isn't looking good. Definitely not in our favor. Naruto, where are you?

The lady pulled out an Earth Scroll and, like fools, we reacted to it. "Ah. You'd love to get your hands on our Earth Scroll wouldn't you? It would go nicely with your Heaven Scroll."

She held the scroll to her mouth and her tongue shot out and wrapped around it. No way! She's not really going to . . . is she?

She is. She slowly pushed the scroll into her mouth and swallowed it. She just ate it! That's so gross! And creepy!

"Well, when this is all over, one of us will have both scrolls. And the other will be dead."

Her eyes. They contain nothing but bloodlust. I don't know if we can survive her. That look in her eyes . . . it shows something terrifying.

My body froze as her eyes locked on ours. So much fear. So much fear! She's going to kill us! She threw kunai's at us! Move!

It hit our heads. My eyes widened and I slumped to the ground. I

M scared. I'm scared. I'm scared! Naruto! Big brother! Help! I'm scared, I'm scared; I'm scared, I'm scared! I'm so scared! HELP!

She wants my blood. She's a blood thirsty monster! NO! I don't want to please no! I don't want to die! I started shaking in absolute fear. What is she?

"M-Miyu?" Sasuke. I blinked. This isn't real. This is just an illusion. I glanced at Sakura beside me. She was shaking and crying in terror.

Then I glanced at Sasuke who was watching me. "S-Sasuke. I-I can't move." I don't know what to do. We have to get out of here and away from her. She's death.

We need to move. Move. Move. My arm moved and so did my legs. I gradually stood up, only to fall back on my knees. "Oh? You were able to move huh? But you're still paralyzed with fear." I can't move.

I slowly started to stand again, and so did Sasuke. "Very good. Now what happens?" She asked. The image of us dying went through my head and I almost fell back down. But I didn't.

I stood straighter. "Don't worry I'll make it quick. But I don't have to tell you that do I?" She pulled out three kunai knives.

No! I can't die! Naruto, he's still out there. Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Iruka, Gramps, Konohamaru. No! I won't lose everything I have. I clenched my fist and allowed a steady flow of chakra into it.

The woman didn't even notice as she neared. "Not on your life! HAAA!" I slammed my fist on the ground making the earth beneath us shatter and dust to rise as the earth was disturbed. I tossed Sakura over my shoulder and grabbed Sasuke's hand and jumped away from her.

Once we were at a comfortable distance I set them down and slumped. My body's still shaking. I'm so scared. "Miyu!" I looked up to see Sasuke in front of me, shaking me madly.

"S-Sasuke?" he let out a sigh and slumped his head down. "Thank god." Sakura let out a sigh of relief from behind him. "I-I can't move." I whimpered. He looked at me worriedly. "What do you mean? You were able to save us just now."

I still shook with the fear. "I only moved because I remembered Naruto, you, Sakura, Kakashi, Iruka, Gramps, and even Konohamaru. But I can't move right now. I'm so scared."

And I am. I've never been so terrified before. Sasuke caressed my cheek. "It's going to be alright. I promise you everything will be fine. I won't let you or anyone else get hurt alright?" I nodded and he brought me to his chest and wrapped his arms around me.

Everything's going to be okay. But why do I have such a bad feeling?

"Sasuke, Miyu, watch out!" Sakura shouted. Sasuke loosened his hold on me and gave me an opportunity to look as well.

A giant snake was right behind us. It went to bite down and we jumped away to avoid it. I didn't even notice it. I'm really shaken up if I can't sense a damn snake!

Come on Miyu focus!

The snake wrapped around the tree and then jerked its head towards Sasuke. He had his Sharingan activated and his eyes widened. He was freaking out just as much as me. "No! Stay away!" He shouted as he threw a barrage of shuriken at the beast.

Wow. He really is freaked out. I can't just stand here. They need me. They need someone to be strong and that's just what I'll do!

I need to get over it and fight!

The snake fell. It's lifeless body on a tree. But the ninja emerged from the snake. No way. What is she? "I sense your fear and desperation. It's only natural. The prey must never let down its guard, not even for a moment in the presence of its predator."

She licked her lips while laughing madly. Then she wrapped her own body around the tree just like a snake and went for Sasuke.

I flash stepped next to Sasuke and stood protectively in front of him. But the lady never made it our way. Because some shuriken and kunai's hit the tree in front of her and made her stop.

I snapped my gaze up and immediate relief filled me and all my fears from before left me. "Looks like I came just in time."

Up in a nearby tree stood Naruto, arms crossed. I smiled brightly. He's safe and here! "Naruto!" Sakura and I shouted in relief.

He's always there to take me out of my darkest hour. "Oh and by the way . . . what was that password again?"
