Setsuna's POV

I had a headache , a very very painful one . All the stuff with my real family were driving me crazy , my stress only seemed to increase for about 10 levels when I found out that the girls started being bullies .

Some of the girls thought that me being in the academy earlier had something to do with me chasing Sasuke-kuuuuunnn ! Bleh! Puhlease , I got something even more important to do than that ! But thankfully I wasn't their main prey , the girl with a rather large forehead was their target . If I wasn't mistaken , her name was Sakura Haruno . A splendid medical ninja who trained under the fifth Hokage , I encountered her once and I had to say , she was a tough opponent.

Anyway, I received a report from Yuu last night,  informing me that my father knew about the pregnancy and I was expecting to hear about his answer today but so far , I hadn't received any new report from Yuu . I was nervous and scared for his answer , for my plan could only work if father decided to cooperate .

If father didn't , the old man would know about the pregnancy and mom would be killed for bearing father's child again . Why did they have to cause so much trouble for me ? I was just a kid ..okay , maybe adult mentally but I was still counted as a kid psychically .

Yuu finally found out the real story of how I ended up in the forest together with my uncle . Turned out old man had threatened to kill me when he found out mom was pregnant with me , my mother managed to lie and trick the old man into believing that she had a miscarriage . My parents managed to hide me for 4 years before the old man found out and went all pyscho .

"A-ano S-se-setsuna-chan ?"

I opened my eyes and gave a gentle smile to Hinata . Despite all the struggles of being bullied, I still came to school everyday to see her . Hinata was like my own private angel , because everyone saw her as timid and weak while in reality she was the kindest and sweetest person I had ever met . Besides that , she reminded me of myself when I was her age .

"What's wrong Hinata-san ?" She shook her head cutely , a small blush covering her cheeks .

"I-I just w-want t-to a-ask if you're o-okay ? Be-because yo-you z-zoned out for a w-while ."

"Tsuna's peachy ! Is Hinata-san okay ? You're face is red , do you have a fever?" I got very very close to her face , intruding her personal space which seemed to make her uneasy but she was too shy to do anything about it .

Realising that her face was going to explode from the heat , I leaned back , thus leaving her alone to calm herself down . Didn't want to drive her away now , did we ?

"I-I'm okay too ." She breathed out and gave me a shy smile . "It-it's just tha-that w-we get to le-left early t-today and-and I thought I-I should t-t-tell you ."

I looked around and people around were packing their bags , some had already left the class . "Ah , arigatou Hinata-san, I didn't know at all ." I giggled and she gave me a small smile in reply .

"It's al-alright ."

"Do you have something to do after this ? Why don't you come and play with me ? It'll be fun !" I questioned as the idea suddenly popped in my head .

"Ah , I'm s-sorry , I have t-training t-t-today ."

I whined but then stopped , I didn't want to trouble her ."Then I guess it can't be helped ."

She seemed sad that she made me disappointed and I might have the solution for that . "Can Tsuna watch you ? Tsuna will only sit and watch , Tsuna pinkie promise that she won't disturb you at all ."

"Um , this - uh" I gave her my best puppy dog eyes in hope that she would surrender and she did !

"Uh okay , I g-guess you can come ." I smiled , she might not notice it but her was starting to warm up to me .

"Then let's go !" She waited me outside the class while I went and told big brother that I would hang out with Hinata . After that , we walked back to her compound where she introduced me to her father .

"You're quite smart little girl . I heard that you've earned the second place in your class despite being the youngest. " Hiashi-san said , seemingly happy that his daughter was friends with me .

I gave him a closed-eye smile in return . I knew him in my past life and he...... no longer existed because..uh... I killed him . Yeah , let's hoped that I wouldn't kill him in this lifetime too . Hinata would hate me if I did .

During our previous fight , I learned a few things about him . To put it nicely , he was a jerk and now I could see that he was also acting like one to Hinata .

"Do it again ."

"Y-yes !"

"No ! Your posture isn't right! Do it again !"

"Y-yes !"

"Ugh ! How many times do I have to show you Hinata ?!"

"I-I uhm-" her tears were trailing down her face as she bit her lip and faced the ground and apologised .

I pitied her but I made no move to help her , despite having been treated the same way in the past . Because I knew , helping her now would just hurt her further . I was sure she didn't need more pitying because by the looks of it she had received a lot from the clan members.

When they were done , Hiashi-san left with a frown on his face clearly dissatisfied with Hinata's progress .

"Hey , Hinata-san? You okay ?" I asked , stroking her back softly .

"I-I'm fine ." She replied , smiling even though it was a lie , reminding me of how similar we were .

"Come on Hinata-san, go change and let's go out . There's still some time left before my curfew ."

She seemed surprised, as if she was expecting me to act the same way her clan members did . Nevertheless she nodded and followed my request .

After she was ready , I took her out of that compound and led her to a training ground near my compound .

"W-why are we h-here ?"

"Shhh, it's not here Hinata-san. We need to go a little deeper." I took her hands and guided her to my secret place . It was hidden by trees, bushes, I happened to find it when I was running away from the Iruka-sensei the other day .

When we arrived she gasped , I let out a small chuckle, her gasping face was definitely better than the fake smile she gave me earlier . "It's beautiful isn't it ? The house used to belong to an Akimichi , when the guy passed away , his child decided to just leave it there . " (Pic -->)

"I thought that we could share this place together since no one seems to know about this place . So.... what do you think ?"

"Eh ! I-I um , is -is it okay ? Y-you won't mind it ?" She asked , her face blushing slightly as she faced the ground once again .

"Nope , I'm happy to have someone to share this place with ."

"Do you... do this to che-cheer me up ?"

"Not really , I actually planned to show you this place when I invited you this morning but if you want to take it that way ,feel free to do so ."

"Ah nonono , I-I'm re-really sorry for misunderstanding things . I-I"

"It's okay Hinata-san , you aren't misunderstanding things . Half of the reason is to cheer you up . I can't bear to see my friend acting so depressed ."

Her eyes widened when she heard me but then they changed into a softer gaze . "Arigatou , setsuna-san ."

"Well if you're gonna thank me , try calling my name without any honourifics , Hi-na-chi !" I giggled , seeing her red embarrassed face .

"I-I'll try ..." she whispered .

"That's good enough for me ." I giggled and she soon joined me . We watched as the sunset together before we left the place . When I dropped her off , I saw another Hyuga watching her . If looks could kill , I was sure hinata would be dead right now . The hatred in his eyes was visible ,even to me who was standing outside their compound .

"I wouldn't do that if I were you ." I spoke up when I saw him took out a kunai and aimed it at Hinata . He dropped the kunai in surprise and saw me for the first time . This boy wasn't that old from Hinata , maybe one or two years older , he gritted his teeth and picked up his kunai before leaving the scene .

I went back to my house , trying to figure out what could Hinata possibly do to make him hate her so much .

That night the Hokage visited my house . It was quite late and it seemed like my parents were expecting him . I was waiting for Yuu's report and had nothing better to do , so I listened in on the conversation that they were having .

"The ANBUs had caught around 7 or 8 ninjas trying to kidnap your daughter these last two months. None of them  said anything , even after Ibiki interrogated them , although it wasn't really surprising for me . Almost half of them are B-rank criminals ."

"....Why ? Why would they send these powerful ninjas just to kidnap our daughter ?" Mom growled frustratedly .

"It's not just that , young girls had been reported missing from Kumo gakure and Iwagakure . Some of them were found lifeless in the woods along with their kidnappers last week while the others were still missing . Moreover all the missing girls have something in common . All of them are of the same age and they all have green eyes ."

I heard my mom gasped , I was surprised too . The old man couldn't have done this , he was being watched !.....unless -

"Yes , whoever is behind this , is searching for a 5-year-old girl with  green eyes . That's why Setsuna became a target for them ."

"Do we have any lead ?" I heard my dad asked .

"Unfortunately, no . Whoever they are , made sure not to leave any trace ."

Milady , I have the report ....Milady?

Oh ! Great , what did he say ?

Well , your father knew about the plan and it took some persuasion but he finally agreed to cooperate.

I let out a sigh of relief . Finally ! Now that that matter is done , I need you to do something else .

Find out what that old hag is doing and you must bring Ein with you . His protection spell is going to be helpful .

What did she do ?

Missing girls had been reported , some were found dead along with their kidnappers last week . It couldn't have been old man , the council is watching him.

You think she's the one behind this ?

Well , I'm not completely sure, it could be kyogoku too . This isn't really his way of doing things but-

But his personality could've been altered in this world . Right ?

Yeah , exactly . But I don't need you to investigate him . His problem will come later after you are done with this mission .

Why not ? I can handle it !

No , you still need to find the plan . Both of them are dangerous and risky , besides , my main focus is my mother now . I know it's cruel but this kidnapping thing will have to wait .

Alright, I'll report when I have new information .
