Illusion: Basically Darcy from Winx Club, Kokoro has the ability to use the powers of illusion to disorientate her enemies, along with being able to become an illusion herself by phasing through walls and other surfaces.

Mind Reading: Basically just her talent as the ultimate Psychologist where she can read minds, but now instead being only able to telling if someone is lying or not, she can now read minds and look through someone's memories.

Dark Magic: Also like Darcy, she can generate darkness as a way to defend or attack, namely being able to blind and obscure herself and others.

Teleport: Basic enough
