"You ready, Kobeni?"

Denji could be seen standing outside of the room of Kobeni Higashiyama, from the looks of it, it seems he was planning to go out, though he was waiting for a certain someone to be ready so that they could go somewhere.

"S-Sorry, I-It's hard to change clothes with my... "New Size"..."

The door finally opened, revealing Kobeni herself, who seemed to have changed quite a lot. Once a thin, short woman known for her speed and agility, she was now replaced by someone with a different figure, most notably her round tummy, which was clearly visible even under her blue dress.

'Heh, I definitely love your new size~'

Though Denji didn't seem to mind the changes, especially in "Certain Areas" that also got slightly bigger along her belly.

'No! Quit It! You're Kobeni Bodyguard! Get Your Head Out Of Your Dick!'

However Denji quickly shakes those thoughts out of his head, as he tries to be more respectful and polite.

"Denji? You ok?"

Kobeni was able to help snap him out of his thoughts, tilting her head in confusion to see him acting in such a way.

"Y-Yeah! I, um, just think your clothes is cute, that's all~"

Denji clears his throat and tries to say something to hopefully change the subject and think about something else.

"T-Thank you, it feels comfortable and less tight around my body."

Though Kobeni makes it difficult to make that happen, especially with what she says and shows about her body, unknowingly making the Chainsaw Man "Feel" things.

"Now, you said you wanted to take me somewhere?"

But luckily Kobeni was also able to remind him of the main reason they were together right now.

"M-Mhm, I know a Cafe with yummy cakes and drinks!~"

Denji tries to look away and rubs the back of his head, trying his best to be casual of the situation, and hopefully hide his blush on his face.

"That sounds nice, let's take my car and you'll tell me where it is."

Kobeni sounded excited for today as she then started to walk off and go towards where her car is.

"Are you sure it's safe to drive for you?"

Denji quickly follows, as he voices his concerns for her driving in her condition.

"Well, not like you can drive."

Kobeni wasn't that worried however, both because she was confident that she would drive without issues, and that she was the only one out of the two who could drive.

"I-I can learn!"

Denji puffs his cheek and pouts.

"Maybe someday, and maybe I'll be the one to teach you."

Which made Kobeni giggled and reassured him that he could drive one day, especially with her help.

"R-Really?"

This made Denji look hopeful, clearly liking the idea of learning how to drive and any excuse to be with Higashiyama.

"Mhm, but for now, I'll be the one driving you places."

Kobeni smiles at the Hybrid as they both soon arrive at the parking lot and where her car was at.

"Now let's go, I'm really craving those sweets you mentioned~"

"Ok!~"

And with that, both Kobeni and Denji got in the car and started to drive away, heading into the streets and beginning the start of them spending some quality time together.

"You said it's around here?"

"Yeah, you shouldn't be able to miss it."

As Kobeni was driving, getting directions on where she needed to go, Denji couldn't help but look out the window, lost in deep thoughts, no doubt having a lot on his mind right now.

"... Hey Kobeni, can I ask you something?"

And after a few moments of deep thinking, Denji decided to just speak out on what was in his mind.

"Hm? Yes Denji?"

Which Kobeni was willing to listen to.

"Do you like your life?"

But what she heard from Denji while listening definitely caught her attention.

"Huh? Why do you ask?"

Kobeni couldn't help but be confused somewhat by the question she was just asked.

"You just seem to have a lot of things that would make anyone happy."

Denji started to explain more about what he meant.

"You know, like money, a job, a fancy home, you're even starting a family."

As well as Denji pointing out the many things that the Deviltrix host has accomplished and gained in her life.

"From what I've been told, that's enough to classify a happy life for most people."

Denji also mentioned how such luxury would be enough for others to be happy.

"But what do you say about this?"

But Denji was still curious if that was enough for someone like the shape-shifter, which did make her think deeply and consider it.

"Hm... You know what, I guess it does."

Before soon realizing that Kobeni was indeed happy with her life.

"I mean, at first, I wanted to just go to college and do more with my life that isn't just Devil Hunting."

Though Kobeni still admits that this isn't exactly how she planned out for herself in the beginning.

"But with what I have accomplished as a Devil Hunter, well, it's kind of hard to imagine a better life than this."

Yet, despite that, even if it wasn't what Kobeni wanted at the start, what she has now, she just didn't know what else she could want that would make her feel more "satisfied" than she already was.

"I guess I would still prefer having a life that didn't involve me dying once already."

Of course it isn't perfect, especially when Kobeni had to keep in mind that she already died once with her new life.

"But I should just be glad with what I have now instead of always expecting something better."

But Kobeni was the type of person who is just happy with what she has, which was more than what she had before.

"Especially since what I am "Expecting" is just enough for me~"

And while Kobeni wasn't expecting more or better, what she was expecting was still enough, including what was being "developed" inside her, evidenced by how she gently rubbed her belly with care and love.

"You really seem to be into your new baby thing huh?"

Which was something Denji was able to pick up on and noticed.

"It probably might be my hormones or Motherly instincts, but yes, I'm really into this~"

Kobeni just gave her blonde friend a happy smile as she continued to drive the car.

"That's cool to hear."

Denji hums and looks back out the window and frowns slightly to himself, which Higashiyama was able to see.

"What about you? Do you like your life?"

Kobeni was now curious, and a bit concerned, if the Chainsaw Man himself was happy with his life.

"I honestly don't know..."

Which Denji wasn't sure how to answer such a question.

"I mean, obviously I'm happy with the life I have now, and I wouldn't change it for the world."

Denji smiles slightly to himself, remembering how much his life changed, from a poor starving kid into someone with a home, food, and, of course, friends-maybe even a family.

"But I guess I just want more from it..."

Yet even if Denji had more than before, he still wanted, well, "Even More".

"Does that make me sound ungrateful and selfish?"

Denji clenched his chest, thumbs rubbing his cord, as he didn't know if feeling like this is bad or not to feel.

"Well, what do you want exactly?"

Kobeni was still a little confused, and continued to ask him what he meant by all this, wanting to help and understand his problems.

"I dunno, you mentioned college before, so maybe going to school would be cool, but I'm not sure if that's enough for me."

Denji grumbles as he rubs his temples, as if getting a headache with all these thoughts he was having.

'Getting a girlfriend would also be nice, but I'll keep that idea to myself for now.'

Denji sighs, already feeling like giving up with what he was even talking about.

"So you want more, but you just don't know what exactly you want?"

Kobeni was starting to understand, but she still wasn't entirely sure she, or even the Hybrid himself, knew what all this meant.

"I know it's hard to understand, and I'm probably just complaining for nothing, but still, I just, I don't know what I want, but I still want it, and more of it."

Denji then leans forward and grabs his head, now feeling more confused about all this, as if not even knowing whether what he was saying was just nonsense or not.

"Is that a bad thing?"

Denji then looks up to the Deviltrix host, hoping she had an answer for him, any answer would help solve his internal issues and struggles.

"It's only bad if what you want results in hurting others I suppose."

Which Kobeni did have an answer, but she did try to be careful about how she said it and how to explain it to him.

"I think it's fine to want more, I mean, why shouldn't you get more, there isn't a reason why you can't."

Kobeni did agree with the part that there wasn't inherently wrong with desiring more.

"Just make sure it's worth it and doesn't end up ruining what you got, it would just really suck if you had to lose everything you work so hard to have just because you wanted something more."

However, Kobeni couldn't agree with the idea of trading her existing happiness for another. Of course, she could always have both, but she was aware enough to know that she can't always have everything at once.

"All of this is just so confusing..."

"Sorry I couldn't give a better answer..."

After getting an answer that was helpful but not enough to really solve everything, both Kobeni and Denji went quiet. The topic and conversation left them a bit "unsure" about themselves, unsure how to continue from there.

"... Wanna touch my belly?"

"H-Huh? Why?"

So instead of continuing such thoughts, Kobeni decided to change the topic to something else, specifically offering Denji to touch her round belly, much to his surprise and confusion.

"Well, I just thought feeling the babies move around might be enough to distract you from your depressing thoughts?"

Kobeni wasn't really sure how to answer that question, since all she was trying to do was help her blonde partner feel better.

"O-Ok..."

Denji decided to just go with it, not really having a real reason to refuse the offer. He then outstretched his hand and placed it on the round belly, feeling and rubbing it. As he did this, he was able to feel the slight shift and small movements inside, which did startle him slightly, yet made him smile for some reason.

"So, do you feel them?~"

"Yeah, this is kind of pretty cool-"

However, as the two continued to have a chance to bond and enjoy such an innocent and simple moment together, it was suddenly interrupted by the car hitting a speed bump, causing the pair not only to jump and bounce from hitting the bump, but also made Denji move involuntarily and mistakenly place his hands over Kobeni's breasts instead of her belly. Such an unexpected action caused her to whimper and moan in surprise from being squeezed at her sensitive area at that moment.

"O-OH SHIT! I-I'M SO SORRY! I-I DIDN'T MEAN IT, THE CAR JUST BUMPED AND I-"

"I-It's fine, it was a-an accident..."

Denji quickly let go and backed away as far as he could, profusely apologizing to Kobeni for his mistakes, which she was luckily able to forgive him for, but now both were left in a very thick silence, both with big blushes on their faces.

'Damn it! Everything is so awkward now!...'

Denji couldn't help but really hate himself for letting this happen, letting him touch her nice, round and plump chest.

'B-But I was able to touch Kobeni tits~'

But the more Denji realized what he had done, he started to then remember how it felt, how his hands, HIS HANDS, managed to grab the chest that belongs to the person he-SLAP!

'No! Bad Denji! Don't Think About That!'

Denji slaps both of his hands on his face, hard enough to make a loud slapping sound and turn his cheeks red for a different reason now, trying his best to take this situation more seriously and not let his "Urges" control his thoughts and emotions.

'T-They were so soft and jiggly-FUCK!'

But as Denji was mentally battling with himself between wanting to be a good person and letting his feelings take over, the car suddenly stopped moving, which snapped him out of his thoughts.

"U-Um, is this the place?"

Kobeni, still blushing and embarrassed, tries to both distract herself, as well as make sure that she was at the right place, which made her blonde partner look out the window and see they were parked in front of the "Crossroads" cafe.

"O-Oh, y-yeah, let me get the door for you."

Denji wasted no time using the opportunity to move on from everything that had just happened, quickly getting out of the car and going to the shape-shifter's side to open her door.

'Just worry about showing her a good time and don't think about how you squeezed her fun bags, now matter how good it was!'

Denji continues to act more like a gentleman towards Higashiyama, such as leading her towards the Cafe and then opening the door for her.

"Wow, what a lovely place."

And once Kobeni walked inside the Cafe, she was able to see how it looked inside.

"It's nice and quiet, and I like how simple everything is."

Although the inside of the cafe was simple and not all that impressive, Kobeni couldn't help but admire it, appreciating how small and welcoming everything was.

"I knew you might like it here."

Denji was glad that the Deviltrix host liked it here, continued to lead her and then pulled out a chair for her to sit in, which she accepted and thanked him.

"Now go ahead order as much as you want, I'll pay for it all~"

Denji then reached into his pocket and then pulled out a whole wad of cash, as he placed it on the table and offered to pay everything for her.

"But I can-"

"No no, allow your Bodyguard to treat you~"

Kobeni tried to refuse, since she had her own money to pay for everything, but Denji immediately interrupted her and wouldn't take no for an answer, which made her sigh in response.

"I know I asked for protection, but you don't have to take it this far~"

But also made Kobeni giggle, finding it both funny and cute to see the Chainsaw try so hard to make her happy, so she just accepted his generosity and started looking through the menu.

"Oooh, look at all these sweets and drinks, they all look so yummy~"

Kobeni cravings and hunger kicked into overdrive as she saw the many options of cakes, ice creams and other sweet treats and drinks.

"I wish I could order them all-"

"UNDERSTOOD!"

As soon as Kobeni could even consider what to order, Denji immediately assumed that she literally wanted all of the sweets, and wasted no time to make that happen for her.

"Waiter! I Wish To Order One Of Everything!"

"D-Denji wait-"

But before Kobeni could stop Denji from actually ordering everything, both were suddenly interrupted when a certain someone walked up to them, catching both of their attention. They looked to see who it was.

"Hello my wonderful Customers, my name is Reze, and I'll be your waitress for today~"
