The boys came home and saw Amy and Sticks standing by the door.

"So how did it go?" Amy asked.

"Not good but we did manage to get Knuckles a date."

"Great! Come with me Knuckles!" Amy grabbed Knuckles hand and pulled him away from Sonic and Tails.

"Hey! Where are you going with him?!"

"You had your chance! It's my turn!"

Sonic growled as he crossed his arms.

"So what happened?" Sticks asked.

Meanwhile with Amy and Knuckles,

"So Knuckles. Where are you going tonight?"

"Sonic suggested dinner but...I don't know where exactly."

Amy facepalm herself.

"Of course. But don't worry. I'll make you look nice and fancy!"

"Thanks Amy. But I don't know...."

"Oh don't worry yourself to much."

Amy grabbed his hand again and took him shopping.

A few hours later, Amy started to help him get ready. She checked him carefully and gave him some fresh colone. Knuckles coughed a bit and then looked at Amy.

"Isn't this to much?"

"You want to impress her don't you? Just trust me. She'll love it."

"So girls like guys with clothes on?"

"Uh...I don't know how to respond to that but we're almost done."

"No wonder Sonic is still single. He doesn't like wearing pants."

Amy laughed a bit and started to brush his locks. After awhile, Amy walked towards the living room with a smile on her face.

"So Amy, where's Knuckles?" Sonic asked.

Amy turned around and saw Knuckles walking towards them. Sonic opened his mouth in shock.

"Surprised?" Amy asked with a smirk.

Sonic shook his head and said,

"I could of done better."

"Sure."

"Do I look good?"

"You look great Knuckles!" Tails said.

"I agree." Sticks said.

Amy gave Knuckles an ear speaker.

"What's this?"

"An ear speaker. I'll help guide you through your date while you're inside so it would be less suspicious. All you gotta do is listen to what I say."

"Ok."

Knuckles puts it on and smiles.

"You're ready to go!" Amy said.

"Uh...Question? Is Knuckles meeting her or is she meeting him?" Sticks asked.

Sonic froze from his spot as Amy looked at him.

"Yeah Sonic. Who's meetings where?"

"Well...uh....we...."

"We actually never thought of that." Tails said.

"What were you thinking?" Sticks asked.

Suddenly, they heard a door knock. Amy walked towards it and opened the door.

"Hi. Is Knuckles here? We seemed to forgot to plan on who's meeting where so I decided to come here."

"Oh yes! Perfect timing! He's right here!" Amy stepped out of the way and saw Knuckles walking towards her.

"Who's at the..." Knuckles widened his eyes as he looked at you.

"Wow. Uh... you look great."

"Thanks. You do too."

Amy whispered to him.

"Did you get the stuff?"

Knuckles nodded.

"Alright! Have fun you two!" Amy said as she pushed him outside and closed the door.

"They seemed nice?" You said confused.

"I don't get it either but are you ready to go?"

"Yeah. Let's go." You both headed towards a restaurant and began to look for something to order soon afterwards.

"Knuckles? Can you hear me?" Amy asked over the speaker.

"Hmm?" Knuckles looked around confused.

"It's me Amy. In the speaker. Can you hear me?"

"Oh! Yeah! I can hear you!"

"Be quiet! She'll hear you!"

"Oh. Sorry."

You looked at him confused.

"Is everything ok?"

"Yeah. Yeah. Everything is fine."

"Ok." You continued to look at the menu as Knuckles looked at his quietly.

"Ok. Knuckles. Give her the gift." Amy said.

"Gift?"

"Yeah. You know?"

"Oh right! Hey Y/N?"

"Yeah?"

"I got you something."

"What is it?"

He pulled out a bouquet of flowers but they were dead dandelions.

"Flowers for you."

"Um...thanks." You took them and looked at them in confusion.

"Knuckles! Where were the flowers we bought!?" Amy asked through the speaker.

"The dogs ate them ok?"

"There is no way a dog ate them! Just give her the other gift."

"Hey Y/N. I got you some chocolate."

"I love chocolate!"

Knuckles smiled and gave you a box of chocolate.

"Here you go."

"You are so sweet. Thank you."

"Good job Knuckles!" Amy said.

You opened the box but noticed that some were bitten or missing.

"What is this?"

"It's chocolate. Don't you like it?"

"Some were already eaten or missing."

"Oh oops...I may have gotten hungry during the shopping."

"Knuckles!" Amy yelled.

Knuckles laughed nervously. Sonic was laughing in the background and Knuckles could hear a slap sound.

"Ow! Really Amy!?"

"It's not funny Sonic!"

"Oh come on! Lighten up!"

You sat the box down and looked at Knuckles.

"So Knuckles, tell me, why did you want to spend time with me so much?"

"Well...you see..."

Amy began to tell Knuckles what to say.

"Because I thought you were really pretty and I wanted to spend time with you."

"You think I'm pretty?"

Knuckles nodded.

"That's very nice of you to say. You look handsome yourself but I'm sure you've heard that a lot from your fans."

Amy began to help him again.

"I have but you are the one that makes my heart beat."

You blushed a bit and laughed a little.

"I'm thankful for you taking me here tonight Knuckles. Maybe we can actually become friends."

"I'd like that."

You smiled at him as he smiled back.

"It's working." Amy said, whispering to Sonic, Tails and Sticks.

Sonic crossed his arms as he looked away.

While you were eating dinner, you bothcontinued to have a conversation.

"You do such amazing things for this village Knuckles. I'm happy for you."

"Yeah but sometimes my memory loss goes to far and I mess things up for everyone." Knuckles said in a sad tone.

You placed a hand on his shoulder, making him look at you.

"At least you were able to fix the problem right?"

Knuckles smiled.

"Yeah. I guess I did."

The waiter came in and gave them their bill.

"Are you gonna pay for that?" Knuckles asked.

"What!? Don't say that Knuckles!" Amy said.

"Why not?" Knuckles asked.

"I thought you were gonna pay Knuckles. Remember you said you were gonna pay back for setting my (item) on fire?" You asked.

"YOU DID WHAT!?" Amy yelled.

"Amy! Be quiet!" Sonic said.

You can hear slight yelling coming from his ear.

"What's going on?"

"Nothing!"

"So are you gonna pay?"

"I...might have spent all my money on the outfit and gifts already."

"Are you kidding me?" You asked with a sigh.

"Sir, if you can't pay, I'm afraid one of you has to do dish duty for tonight."

"I'll do it I guess..." You were about to get up but Knuckles stopped you.

"Wait! I'll do it."

"No. It's ok really."

"No. It's my fault. I keep ruining your day. It's the least I can do. I don't want your pretty dress to get ruined because of me."

"Knuckles..."

"It's ok. I promise."

You were shocked but smiled a bit and said,

"Thank you Knuckles. How about I spend some time with you tomorrow as a thank you."

"Ok!"

You gave him a hug and left the restaurant. Knuckles waved goodbye but was given cleaning products.

"You better get started." The waiter said as they send Knuckles to clean the dishes.

Meanwhile with Amy and the others.

"I can't believe you burned that women's prize possession!"

"It was an accident!" Sonic said.

"And you forgot to give Knuckles money!?"

"You were the one who wanted to dress him up and take him shopping!"

"What are we gonna do now?"

They looked at Tails as he got nervous.

"Aww come on guys..."

"Please Tails."

Tails sighed and said,

"Fine. Let's go get him." Tails said as they went to the restaurant where Knuckles was.
