Darkness...all he sees is Darkness..It's cold..he doesn't like it.....last time he remembered is a pain flowing around his body...the dark energy forcing inside of him felt like his limbs getting torn apart...then he black out..

That's all he remembered...but he...he swear he heard them...

"N-N/N..? What happened to you?!"

He heard them..but he can't see what's going on...

"N/N stop! Your hurting me!"

He doesn't like the way they speak to him...it's like..his really hurting them...

"N/N! Snap out of it!"

He doesn't like it...he doesn't know what's going on either but he doesn't like it.

"N/N! Don't you remember me?!"

Of course...he remembered them...he recognized their voices so he remember them..why are they like this..?

"N/N! I'll help you don't worry!"

His just confused...he want to know what's going on but...something is blocking him.

"N-N/N..."

This starts to panick him...is he actually...hurting them..? What is he doing..?

"I-I'm...h-here.."

He doesn't like the tone of their voices...his glad to able to hear them but..he doesn't like how they sound like...it scared him...his scared that his actually hurting them...

But then he felt something pulling him out, it was forceful but felt warm and gentle..

His relief to feel warm and he accept it...but..it eventually fades away...the coldness came back..he doesn't like it..

A finger move slightly, it attracted someone nearby.

He hurried over almost tripping in the process and look with a worry expression.

Eyes slowly open revealing purple pupils...

It's all blur, he can't see that much.

He felt...dizziness.....he can't explain...his mind is blank.

"N/N...?" he heard a voice, he look at the direction of the sound and sees a red blur.

He stared at it for a while before looking away.

"...Y/N..?" he asked again, N/N didn't react.

The atmosphere around them is...dark, silent and none of them talk for a while.

"...I'll let you rest.." he said as N/N heard footsteps and door closing. N/N is alone...once again.

Knuckles closed the door behind him as he went downstairs, he stopped when he saw everyone there, some of them have bandages but other than that their all fine now.

They sees him and they immediately perked up.

"Knuckles! How's N/N?" Amy asked in worry, Knuckles is only silent which doesn't help her really.

"...just as i thought...his mind is in a state of recovery...so right now his mind is blank, it might took awhile for him to mentally recover." he answered her, he look at them before his hands going to fists.

"..I'm sure N/N will be fine, his a strong guy! " Vector said trying to brighten up the mood but it isn't that working well.

"...your right..he will recover soon...we just have to be patience" Mighty said as he look at them, the others look at eachother in worry.

The 6 mobians looked at eachother as if their having a silent conversation...

They soon nodded one by one as if their agreeing on something for once, Knuckles sees this and smiled.

...but still he isn't ganna let them have his brother.

After few days, N/N is staying at the rabbit's household for his recovery, Vanilla have been taking care of him and Cream would always tell stories for him.

Knuckles thanked them but so far, N/N didn't give any emotion, just starring at the ceiling or just stare at them creepily like a doll.

Even though his physically recovered, mentally he isn't.

But that's not ganna stop them to have some fun moments.

"Get the ball!" Mighty shouted as Espio quickly dive to the sand and hit the ball not letting it touch the ground.

"Payback!" Sonic shouted as he send the ball to the other team but it was block by Shadow.

(P.S. Shadow is forced to join them)

"try again faker." Shadow taunted which made Sonic glared at him.

Nearby the game is N/N watching them while sitting in a Deck chair holding a F/CD drink in his hand, still have a blank expression.

Cream is building a sandcastle with Charmy and Cheese while Vanilla keeping an eye on them.

N/N watched them playing volleyball feeling the coldness of his drink in his hand, Tails didn't put his robotic arm yet because N/N wasn't ready to have it on yet so his just having one arm for now.

Rough is sunbathing, she's the only one other N/N that isn't playing volleyball since well she doesn't want to.

N/N watch them as a small smile appeard on his muzzle, it seems like it's all getting paid off-

"N/N WATCH OUT!"

He heard yelling as he look and suddenly got hit in the face by a volleyball making him fell off the deck chair.

"why did you hit him?!"

"I didn't even know I would hit him! And plus why didn't you stop it?!"

"it flew pass me!!!"

They argued while quickly coming over to check on him.

Knuckles kneel down making him sit up and check on him while getting the sand off his dreads.

N/N just stared but when he sees his drink spilled on the ground he slowly look at them with a blank expression but still it tells them otherwise that his mad at them, especially Sonic.

Sonic sweatdropped at this.

"N/N I'm sorry! I didn't know" he said but he felt heartbroken when N/N look away from him, the others smirked at this as Knuckles look amused.

"N/N! I'm sorry! Forgive me!!!" Sonic whined hugging N/N but he didn't respond as usual and keep looking away from him.

"alright that's enough the majesty doesn't want to see you" Shadow said grabbing Sonic and try to get him off N/N but still cling on him.

"Nooo! I won't let go until N/N forgives me!" Sonic said as Shadow is having trouble because Sonic is still hold on very tight on N/N.

"allow me" Mighty said with pride approuching Sonic, Shadow smirked as he step away, Sonic gulp seeing Mighty.

Tails giggled watching their shenanigans as Ray just drink his cold smoothie.

"their at it again" Tails said as Ray nodded in respond watching them.

"yep.." he replied and continued to drink.

Tails smiled watching but soon he thought of something making his smile fade away, his mind start to wonder off and pounder.

"now that I think about it.." he said making Ray to look at him with a brow raised.

"what? Think about what?" he asked as Tails put a hand under his chin.

"...I just realized..." he said as Ray look confused than ever.

Tails look at Ray with a unreadable expression.

"where's our parents..?"
