"D-doctor Eggman" N/N said with fear as he watch him doing something but whatever it is...it isn't good.

"you failed to keep your distance from them...and you dare to rebel towards me" Eggman said as N/N stared down, he doesn't know if he should feel shame or afraid.

"but that doesn't matter.." he said which made N/N to lift his head and look at him suprised.

"..w..what..?"he asked in confusion as Eggman grin mischievously unknown to him.

" you are important to my work N/N...i would usually gave up just like when Shadow decided to rebel towards me.. "He continued but N/N look confused on what his talking about.

"...but you...your my lifeform, I'm the one who made you strong when you we're weak" he said as he look over his shoulder to look at N/N.

Now N/N is confused than ever.

"what..what are you talking about?!" N/N said at him with anger but mostly confusion, Eggman's grin grew wide.

"well because I created you, N/N" he said as he turn to look at him.

Badniks scatter around, Eggman known as Robotnik back then is on his Eggmobile looking at his screen, he have been looking for these chaos emeralds and he know it's not a myth.

He will prove them wrong then use these power gems to turn this green waste to his own image...Eggman land..

He smirk at his imagination but that was interrupted when a Badnik tap his leg.

Robotnik look down and sees his robot...but it's carrying...a mobian?

Robotnik raised a brow as he kneel down as the Badnik gives him the mobian, Robotnik look at it.

It's a A/C mobian with deadlocks a male one, seems to be injured.

"hm..seems to be a child.." he mumbled and sees the gunshot wound on his stomach.

Normally gunshots would manage to survive but this one is a child...and the bleeding didn't seem to stop not to mention the other injuries he have.

"...broken bones as well... "he said as he raised a brow wondering...what in the h3ll did this child even been through to get these injuries.

He shrug it off and just about to drop the child, what can he do anyway? It won't last long and it won't be useful to him.

But he stopped and look what kind of mobian the child is..

A/C Dreadlocks...a white upside-down cresent on his chest...two small spikes to his hands...and a spiky tail...ancient clothing...

He smirked knowing what species this child is.

"a Echidna...also known as the Chaos Protectors..." he smirked darkly, the Chaos Protectors known as Echidnas is a mysterious species that have a abilities to have Chaos magic, they also have a ability to absorb Chaos energy and even sense the one and only...the Chaos Emeralds not only that legend said their guarding the most powerful gem of all...known as the Master Emerald...but they all suddenly dissapeard one day leaving their place into ruins...so their declared to be extinct.

He smirk darkly starring at a unconscious injured child.

"let us go!..i have a work to do.." he said with a dark grin as he flew off and his Badniks followed.

"this is bad..." Robotnik said as he look at the child in the capsule, he looks very pale and the wounds and injuries he have didn't heal, the readings told that the child is weak and fragile.

He growls in frustration, he can't let this echidna die, he can't!

But then a idea came into his mind as a dark grin came to him..

" if he can't live...then I'll just make another" he said with a dark grin.

And so he keeps experimenting, taking the blood sample from the echidna child and make copies of it using the blood sample, but some failed while some successful.

The child finally died after 8 months but Robotnik didn't care, he have the blood samples from the echidna child, a mischievous grin came to his face looking at the small tubes that have red liquid on them.

"let it begin.." he said as he start his work...

"and so i made several copies...but they all failed...all but...one.." Eggman said as he turn to look at N/N.

N/N is silent...his eyes are widen...his pupils are shrinks like dots...

"it took years to complete you but it's all worth it...my OWN lifeform" Eggman continued with a smirk he then make N/N to look at him by using his finger to lift his chin, N/N stared at Eggman with wide eyes, soon tears start to came out of his eyes as few run down his muzzle.

"you did a good job in your missions...but you let them trick you..." he said as he removed his finger but N/N still stared at him with same expression.

"but don't worry...your still useful to me.." he said as the doors closed leaving the A/C echidna in the dark...thinking...about the truth of himself...

Mighty watch Ray and Cream play together, Mighty chuckled slightly seeing Ray in a dress while Cream serving him some tea.

Then he grin watching the two until he heard some loud chirping sound.

He look over and sees a blue flicky quickly flew towards him, when the flicky arrived it hold his arm and tried to pull him.

Mighty raised a brow wondering what this flicky is doing.

"hey uh little guy, what's wrong?" he asked but the Flicky continued to let out panick chirps and continue to pull him, he is still confused until he saw one of it's wing is bandaged.

Then his eyes widen in realization.

This flicky is...N/N's.

"little guy?! What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be with N/N" he asked but the flicky continued to let out panick chirps and continued to pull his arm but since it doesn't have enough strength it can't pull Mighty to where it wanted it to go.

Mighty doesn't like the sound of the flicky's chrips, he thinks for a moment until his eyes widen in realization.

He quickly stand up and held the flicky closed to his arms and look at Ray.

"Ray! Let's go" he said with seriousness making both Cream and Ray stopped and look at eachother.

Rouge landed on the Angel Island as she walks with her usual smile.

"Oh Knuckie, don't mind me just walking in and can i borrow N/N for a-" she stops when she saw Sonic and Shadow on the altar instead of the echidnas she knew.

The three of them blink for a while.

"...great the bat is here" Said Shadow with sarcasm.

"what are you doing here?" Sonic ask as Rouge put her hand on her hip.

"i could ask you the same thing blue, you two hun" she said as she point at both of them.

"I'm here for N/N | None of your buisness" Both hedgehogs said at the same time which made them to glare at eachother, Rouge just sigh, she looks around more and saw the Master Emerald.

"weird...Knuckles would never leave without the Master Emerald unprotected..." She mumbled as she walk towards the Master Emerald.

"what are you doing?" Sonic asked her which made Shadow to look towards her.

"just as always, Knuckles would randomly come out of nowhere whenever anyone is close to the Master Emerald so I'm ganna summon him" she ssid with a smirk as both hedgehogs blink.

"that's...not how it works" Shadow said as Rouge rolled her eyes.

"echidnas have the ability to sense the Master Emerald in danger whenever someone is touching it, so don't worry they'll come out" She said as both hedgehogs still blink.

"oh Knuckie~ N/N~ I'm touching this precious Master Emerald" she called out as both hedgehogs watch, when she put her hand on the Master Emerald...

Rouge blink as he furrowed her brows, she start to feel concern as she stared at the Master Emerald.

"..that's...weird..." she said as Shadow rolled his eyes.

"of course nothing would happened, what you think? Rain starts and Echidnas fall from the sky?" Shadow asked with sarcasm which made Sonic snicker but to Rough.

Her expression never changes, her expression is still in a concern look, she saw her reflection on the Master Emerald...

'...no Echidnas would never let a Bat touch the Emerald...they would always show up...' She thought remembering what she read through the scrolls...

"...this isn't right.." She said with seriousness as that caught their attention as they raised a brow.

"what do you mean?" Sonic asked as Rouge look at him.

"...something is wrong.." she said as Shadow let out a sigh.

"how would you know that? The Master Emerald give you a vision or something?" Shadow asked as Rouge shakes her head and look at the distance.

"...no Echidnas never let their enemies touch the Master Emerald...they wouldn't never let any Bat touch it" She said with seriousness as both hedgehogs blink in surprise.

"...uh..explanation?" He asked as Rouge just sigh.

"do you know back then there's such things as kingdoms and clans right?" she asked as Sonic nodded and Shadow is well...he doesn't know this because he wasn't created that time or even awaken so he doesn't know these random things.

Rouge is silent for a moment.

"...the Clan where i born from...are enemies towards Knuckles and N/N's Clan back then" she said as both Sonic and Shadow blink.

Knuckles panted for air, everything is hot...he can't move his body...he felt tired...he sensed someone touch the Master Emerald.

He grunted and tried to stand up, he shakily stands up panting as sweat drop down.

"R...Rough n... Not now...danmit..."he continue to pant until he collapsed again, he groan and grunt, he felt his vision darkening, his instinct is still bothering him that someone is touching the Master Emerald...but he can't do anything about it even if he wanted to...

He shakily lift his hand reaching for something...he just need someone...someone to let him out...it's hot...he needs water..no..he needs to see N/N...he needs to protect him...he have to get out of here...he can't let him go again...he can't...

He continue to pant until...darkness consumes him...
