Knuckles and N/N finished their talk as the door opened, N/N had learned so much about his past even though just small of it it's enough for him.

He knows his birth name which is Y/N! But he got use being called N/N although that doesn't matter, he finally see what his parents look like or what they act like even the information is small he is still glad he manage to know them...he wish he could meet them personal.

Knuckles and N/N goes down stairs as the flicky is sleeping inside of N/N dreads right now so his being carefully.

Only to see Espio there siting in the couch with a book.

"where's the others?" Knuckles asked as Espio heard them making him look and saw them.

"Sonic and Tails left to tell the news, Rough left because she's got tired of waiting, Mighty and Ray said they'll be back and Vector and Charmy went out" said Espio in his calm tone, Knuckles raised a brow.

"what news?" he asked as Espio turn the page of the book his reading.

"that you have a brother." he simply answered his question which cause Knuckles to have his eyes widen.

"what?! I'm not ready to tell anyone yet! N/N stay here!" he said before N/N can speak Knuckles immediately left the house only leaving him with the ninja chameleon.

N/N let out a sigh as he turn over and sees Espio continuing to read his book.

Since he have nothing else to do he decided to walk over to him and sit down next to him starring at the floor.

He look over at Espio seeing the book his reading.

"...what is that?" he asked Espio stop and look at him in a question look.

"a book" he replied as N/N give him the stare.

"...i know it's a book...i'm saying is what book is that?" he asked with slight annoyance this time.

"it's a book filled with stories about the Knights of the Round Table" he replied Turning his attention back to the book.

N/N blink as he lean closer to Espio and tried to read it.

Espio blink on suprised seeing the echidna leaning over which is very close to him, his muzzle started to heat up as he tried to look at the other way.

"huh...interesting..." N/N mumbled as Espio look a bit troubled.

N/N look at Espio wondering why he wouldn't talk until he realized his very close to him.

"oh, right i apologize..." he said going back and stared at Espio.

"n..no...it's fine...You can just tell me, i don't mind" he said keeping it in as N/N nodded.

"understood..again i apologize for invaded your personal space" he apologies again, Espio shakes his head slowly before looking at him.

"like i said it's all fine, what part are you on?" Espio said looking at the book.

"oh at the part when Lancelot and Gawain started to fight" he said using his robotic hand to point at the part of the story his in earning a nod from Espio as they both continue to read together.

Vector and Charmy are hidding behind the corner watching Espio and N/N read together.

Vector have his hand covering Charmy's mouth because he almost give their hidding spot away.

'i didn't think i would see a day seeing Espio...Falling in love!' Vector thought feeling proud for the Chameleon.

Charmy blink and look up staring at Vector.

"mhhmff mhf mf" Charmy muffled making Vector to look at him and uncover his mouth for him to speak.

"does this mean Espio is having a boyfriend?" Charmy asked in a low tone so that they won't get caught.

Vector smirked as he nodded.

"yes Charmy your brother is in love" he said to the child making Charmy brighten up, before Charmy can fly away in pure joy he manage to grab him in time and hold him so that the two won't be interrupted.

This made feel Vector proud...like a proud father..

Soon a knock is heard taking their attention.

"that's probably them, wait for a minute" said Espio as he close the book while N/N watches him walk towards the door opening it.

Espio stopped, whoever was on the door he wasn't expecting it.

"...what are you doing here?" Asked Espio in his usual calm voice, N/N raised a brow wondering who was at the door.

"i heard Sonic is here so i decided to come by!" a female voice is heard, the next thing N/N knew is a pink mobian walked in wearing red and white dress.

N/N titled his head wondering if this Pink mobian is a Echidna or something else because she have dreads like he does but she have ears.

"apologies but Sonic left already" he said which made the female blink then pout.

"he always tried to escape me!" she complained as she cross her arms and turn around making Espio to face her back.

She stops seeing N/N as they both stared at eachother.

"...what are you?" N/N asked which made both Espio and the female blink.

"...h-huh?" she said in confusion as N/N stand up and walk towards her.

She blink as she frozed when N/N start to touch her ears which made her blushed madly and shivered at the sudden touch.

"you kinda look like a echidna...but at the same time you don't" said N/N stop touching her ears and walk around her observing every features she have.

He also start to touch her dreads which she flinched a bit her blush is growing more and more.

N/N went infront of her and look at her closey which she blink in suprised.

She felt her heart start to beat faster as she keeps blushing madly starring at the echidna infront of her.

"...what are you?" N/N asked The pink mobian just blink dumbfounded.

"..w-what?" she asked, N/N open his mouth to repeat his question only to get interrupted by the chameleon.

"she's a hedgehog..." he answered his question starring at her with a blank expression.

N/N blink as he thinks.

"a hedgehog...with dreads..?" he mumbled continue to overthink this not noticing the chameleon giving the other a glare.

"...hey what's you-"

"his name is N/N" Espio answered her unfinished question as the pink hedgehog glared at him.

"let me talk to him properly" She said which Espio just stared at her with no emotion.

"you don't have to...he doesn't need to meet you.." he said with his face darken and his gold eyes glows, the pink hedgehog blink then glared at him.

Vector and Charmy blinked at the situation as Vector sweatdropped.

'oh dear...' he thought didn't think his adopted ninja child is having to fight over the echidna that is still thinking if she's really a hedgehog or echidna in disguise or a hybrid of hedgehog and echidna.

Both of them glared at eachother before she can make a move the door opened.

"hey we're back!"

They look over and sees them...

Sonic, Shadow, Mighty and Rough...

With Tails and Ray!

"Amy? What are you doing here?" Sonic asked as the pink hedgehog that N/N learned named Amy blink.

"oh just came to visit, it's quite rude to all of you to not introduce me to..h-him" she said as she look at N/N, it made her blushed just seeing her.

However the 5 other mobians sees this which made them feel suprised except Espio as he turn his hands into fists tightening it.

Tails and Ray felt awkwardness at the situation and doesn't really know what to do, they look over at N/N to see what his reaction is only to see him looking clueless which made this even worse.

Vector felt horror, now he sees what's going on...

How can he make N/N and Espio get closer if 5 of them also want the same mobian?!

This cause him to feel panick but since Charmy is much younger compare to Tails and Ray his clueless.

The 6 just stared at eachother as if their having a silent conversation...or more likely a silent argument.

"...i'm taking N/N with me" Shadow suddenly said grabbing N/N's arm which made the other 5 immediately stared at him.

N/N look confused as he raised a brow, before he can ask, Shadow suddenly drag him to the exit.

But then a tug came stopping it as Shadow look and sees Mighty having N/N's other arm.

"sorry Shadow but I'm having plans with him today" said Mighty trying to keep his friendly attitude but it's clear that his annoyed.

Then suddenly N/N got pulled away making them let go of him, both look suprised as annoyance came to them and look who pulled him

"actually huns I've been waiting for a very long time it's my turn to spend time with him" Rough said have her arm wrap on N/N waist as N/N just blink dumbfounded.

"are we playing a game?" N/N asked in confusion, Rough just look at him and smiled.

"we can play a game after we-" she didn't manage to finish her sentence when a blue blur zoom pass her, she soon felt empty air made her look and sees N/N is not on her hold anymore.

"join me and Tails N/N! We're ganna play Volleyball" said Sonic with a bright smile, N/N raised a brow and was about to open his mouth to ask but once again he got interrupted when someone pulled out a quil on Sonic making him yelled in pain letting go of N/N.

When Sonic let go of N/N it made him go out of balance about to fell on the floor, but it stop which he blink and look only to see Espio holding him away from any of them.

"N/N doesn't like any of those, he rather to read books than that" said Espio with no emotion as N/N just look at them with a 'excuse me?' look.

Tails and Ray sweatdropped at the situation while Vector on the other hand doesn't know what to do while Charmy is clueless as ever.

N/N doesn't know what these mobians want, this situation he didn't understand made him feel hungry.

Amy open her mouth to-

"what is going on here?!"

They heard a loud yell making them all stop, they look over as they have their eyes widen while N/N smiled seeing just the mobian he wanted to see.

He stood there at the entrance with a plastic bag on the other hand, his purple eyes glared at them.

"hey knuckles!" N/N said with a happy tone as he raised his hand for a greeting.
