Ochako gasps as she hears Katsuki declare that Izuku is the holder of One for All, and it wasn't just her that gasped. Every single member of the audience gasped when he said this, and it was loud enough to get picked up by Midnight's microphone so there was no chance the audience didn't hear him say it. She stares down in horror at the arena, as Izuku is reaching out to stop Katsuki from saying this. Not a moment later black smoke explodes out of Izuku's arm and slams into Katsuki launching him out of the ring. She screams slightly when she sees this strange new power manifest from his body. She sees Katsuki get embedded half way into the same spot that Kirishima did before the strange black whips go out of control. The long black and green smoke like tendrils grasp wildly through the air before slamming into the nearby surroundings. Hitting the concrete of the arena, the tendrils hoist Izuku far into the air as they latch into the colosseum itself. He screams in both pain and fear because of this new power that suddenly manifested.

"Shota! Wake up and cancel this he's gonna hit the crowd!" Midnight screams through the mic as one of the massive tendrils pierces through the podium she's standing on causing it to collapse. "Now would be a good time!" She yells as she rolls to a stop on the ground.

The black whips easily tear through the protective barrier of the arena, now attacking into the stands themselves. The audience members scream and run away from the whips that stab through empty seats and crack the concrete beneath. One of the tendrils stabs straight through the window of the observation tower, obliterating the top portion of it as Izuku holds on for dear life trying to stop this new quirk from going out of control. Popping his head up from the destruction of the observation tower, Aizawa scans around quickly, managing to find Izuku after a few moments then activates his quirk. The glowing red light from Aizawa's eyes immediately snuffs out this new ability causing the whips to lose all structural integrity and for Izuku to plummet towards the ground. Midnight rips one of the pouches on her utility belt before throwing it in the direction of where Izuku is falling. The red pouch spins in the air as it's thrown before exploding open into a massive high fall landing mat to catch him. Izuku connects with the mat causing the protruding tubes to burst and disperse his fall catching him safely.

"We're going to take a short break. Go get food, check out the merch shops and we'll come back in one hour." Aizawa says into the mic that wasn't destroyed by the new quirk being unleashed. He clicks off the microphone then turns to Present Mic. "What the fuck was that? All Might never said anything about that freaky whip shit that just appeared."

"Whatever it was, we need to get down there and make sure both Midoriya and Bakugou are alright. Contact All Might right now and bring him to the infirmary. I'll get the boys over there with the medical staff." Mic responds as the two pros start descending the stairs from the observation booth and head down to the field below.

In the stands, the students in both classes 1-A and 1-B are staring wide eyed with their jaws practically hanging on the floor at what just happened. Across from them, Monoma stares wide eyed at a massive hole in the concrete that destroyed the empty chair he was sitting next to. The other members of both classes are just watching as Izuku and Bakugou are taken from the field and brought to the infirmary. Ochako immediately jumps from her seat to rush up the stairs and head to the infirmary to check on Deku. Her sudden jolt from her seat causes Iida to chase after her. In doing so however, he leaves behind his cell phone on his chair. The two of them rushed past Kaminari who was returning from concessions and missed the ending of the fight. "Where are they running off to?" He asks before noticing Iida left his phone in his chair.

"Did you miss what just happened?!" Kyoka asks, prompting Kaminari to look around at the partially destroyed. "Bakugou said Midoriya has One for All then suddenly he developed a new quirk and it practically trashed the place."

"Woah, Midoriya got a new quirk?" He asks before looking at all the destruction around him. "What was his first one again?"

"Bruh."

"You're an idiot." Kyoka grumbles before standing up on a chair and checking on the other side of the wall on class 1-B. "You guys ok?"

"We're good. I'm pretty sure Monoma shit himself though." One of the boys in the class named Awase answers, noticing a few of their classmates covering their noses from the smell.

"I think Iida and Ochako are going to check on Midoriya. Whatever that new power he manifested was, looked to have hurt him. He was clutching his arm in pain as those weird wispy... things tore through the barrier and started to go crazy in the stands." Mina says, "There! Look, it's on the replay screen!" She says pointing to the jumbotron that somehow survived the manifestation of Black Whip.

The screen displays the last moments of the fight with Izuku drilling Katsuki's howitzer impact with one of his strongest punches, and while it doesn't display the audio they see Bakugou's mouth moving and Izuku running towards him. Just as they see him mouth the words "One for All." The black whips explode outwards and slam into Katsuki's chest, launching him from the arena and into the far wall before Izuku loses control of the new quirk. All around them, murmurs of the event and the accusation flood through the crowd and over the stadium. All echoing the same question, "Does he have One for All?"

In the infirmary.

Izuku begins to come to after the effects of Midnight's quirk begin to wear off, the overhead lights in the infirmary bleeding through his eyelids. He slowly opens his eyes and the first thing he's greeted with are the black beady eyes of his teacher, looming over him staring intently making sure that he doesn't activate Black Whip again. "GAAAHHHHhhh!!!" Izuku screams as he flinches and shoves his hands upwards, accidentally channeling One for All and throwing Aizawa back a good twenty or so feet before he's caught by All Might in a single hand who buffed up just to catch him. Now with his heart beating out of control and adrenaline pumping through his system, he's wide awake and notices Midnight, Presentation Michael (who changed this?!), All Might, Nezu and Recovery girl standing nearby, and beside him in the other cot is Katsuki who's out cold.

"Uhhh... what happened?" he asks, furrowing his brow and trying to recall what had happened before he woke up here. "Last thing I remember was punching Kacchan's ultimate attack and then..."

"He outed you for having One for All to the entire world, and you developed a new quirk." Aizawa says as All Might sets him down on the ground. "Do any quirks like that run in your family?"

"No... why? My mother just has a weak telekinesis quirk and I think my father has a firebreath one but I haven't seen him since I was little and I've never seen him use it." Izuku answers before turning to look at All Might.

"When Young Bakugou said you had One for All, you were trying to reach out and stop him when it manifested." All Might says as he sits backwards on a chair and leans on the back rest facing his protege. "I don't know whether that was you developing a quirk, or if it was one inside of One for All."

"Well, I ran a test on him while he was out. He's well and truly quirkless but that doesn't explain where that new quirk came from." Recovery girl says as the others turn their attention to her. "It was the X-ray test. A bit outdated since now we can test for blood but since he has OFA that test would return a false positive."

"We're going to have to do some major damage control to stop this from getting out any further than it already is. Granted you wouldn't be the first to be accused of having One for All since it's existence was revealed but it's going to be a pain in the ass to cover up again." Aizawa says as he walks up to Izuku. "I hate to do this, but I don't exactly have a choice in this scenario. So unless you can demonstrate that you can control whatever the hell kind of power that is, if you use it again we'll have to disqualify you from the tournament for the safety of the crowd and your opponents."

"Y-you should dis-qualify him now." Katsuki grunts as he returns to consciousness and the pain from the fight begins to truly set in. "T-that b-bastard has One for All... he-he'd win regardless."

"You shut up, you're already in a world of hurt and you're going to be in a world of trouble once you get out of surgery. Do you have any idea what you just did? You just endangered yourself, Midoriya and the rest of the staff and student body of UA by saying that. Congratulations you were right, but you're also an idiot. We were trying to return that quirk to secrecy but you just had to go and open your big fat mouth. So do yourself a favor and shut up and let the morphine kick in." Aizawa barks, causing Katsuki to glare at Aizawa trying to kill him with his sight alone.

"We'll deal with that after the festival. Mic, Midnight, you two whip up an explanation about young Midoriya's quirk and new abilities. Base it on what Aizawa has stated about his powers and the document we have written up for him. From there we leak the fake to the public and lie about his quirk. We have to get this under the rug before you know who decides to make a move again." Principal Nezu says as he gets up on his stool to lock eyes with Izuku.

"W-why is t-that nerd's quirk s-so damn special anyways? O-one for all sh-should be a national tr-treasure. Not owned by him." Katsuki manages to spit out as Recovery girl adds some morphine to his IV drip to soothe the pain.

"Because of its creator. The knowledge that Midoriya has One for All getting out long before he mastered it is extremely dangerous because of that man. The man who can steal quirks, anyone's quirk except for that one. His name is All for One, and he's the reason why you see me like this." All Might says as he walks over to Katsuki's bed side. "You might have just doomed us all. Young Bakugou." The moment All Might finishes speaking, Ochako and Iida burst through the door with Iida calling after her.

"Uraraka! Wait, he might not be decent yet!" He shouts as he slides into a cabinet having lost traction with his shoes. He slams into it hard and loses his footing, in doing so he reaches out for the cabinet to stop his fall only to drag the entire thing over and on top of him in a mess of clumsy nerdy flailing limbs and crashing medical equipment.

"Deku! You ok?! WesawthatnewthingycomeoutofyourarmandthenitwentwildandcrashedthroughthebarrieranditbeatBakugoutoo,ohhiBakugou,butitattackedthecrowdanddestroyedabunchofthestands!Canyoubelievethat?!" She says, speaking so quickly that her words begin to slur together as she runs out of breath trying to spit all of them out. By the time she finishes her sentence, she finally takes a gasp for breath before noticing the other pro heroes in the room. "Oh... is this a bad time?"

"No... well it is bad but it can't get worse per say." Aizawa says as he gets up and prepares to leave. "I'm going to go handle damage control, Michael, Nemuri I'm gonna need your help with this." Aizawa says as he walks past Uraraka and Iida who is half buried under a cabinet.

"STOP CALLING ME MICHAEL!!!" Present Mic screams as he throws a clipboard in Aizawa's general direction.

"Then stop being loud." Aizawa says as he rounds the corner and the clipboard flies through the doorway and into the hall before clattering to the ground. Midnight just laughs as she follows her husband out of the classroom and behind her Mic grumbles about the stupid nickname and leaves.

"Midoriya will be allowed to continue in the tournament, but do remember that you need to avoid activating that quirk at all costs. We can't afford to have it go wild, and with how much power it had when it manifested it could have easily killed someone." Nezu says as walks over to Uraraka and Iida. "You two head back to the stands, Midoriya will be joining you shortly alright? Besides the students eat free at the concessions so go fill your plates and be patient. I believe you're up next against Midoriya as well, Young Iida." With that Nezu ushers Ochako out of the room and then helps Iida collect himself before having them leave. 

it doesn't take long for the pair to get back to the stands, unfortunately for Iida, he ended up breaking a leg on his glasses when he crashed into the cabinet. As they get back to their seats, they see that class 1-B is in the field playing some sort of game in the intermission. "Yo Iida! You left your phone in the chair when you went to chase after Uraraka. You missed a phone call too." Kaminari says as he hands Iida his phone back prompting the blue haired man to unlock it then go to his messages. What he reads causes his glasses lenses to shatter and his body to shake, and the others immediately see the sudden shift in their friend. "I... I need to go." he says before removing his glasses and rushing back up the stairs, as he leaves Ochako notices tears running from his eyes and can only assume something terrible has happened.
