Is your pen name your legal name? If no, then how did you make up one?

Yes, my pen name is indeed my legal name. Gifted to me by my parents.

How many books have you published till date?

I have published three on Wattpad and my debut book worldwide last year in May.

What are your future projects?

I have quite a few on Wattpad, as in being more regular with updates on my novel Toxicate Me and writing more books in the 'ME' series. I also have an upcoming poetry book and a Mafia romance book on Amazon sometime this year.

What is writing to you?

Writing...is everything to me. Ever since I was a child, I have been so intrigued with words and how they come together to form something so wonderful. Now that I am older, it has also become my therapy. A means to express myself freely. My solace, something I find peace in doing. I know in my heart that this is where I belong, with a pen and paper or typing away at a laptop.

Is being an author, your long time dream or a hidden passion you found out later?

I would say both. It has always been a hobby for me, something I did in my spare time or in English class. As I grew up, I discovered that it was more than that. It became a dream for me and I was fueled with desire and passion to keep working for this dream. Now that I am on the path to making it happen, I don't regret it one bit and I honestly couldn't imagine myself doing anything else.

What genre books you like to work on?

I mainly write non-fiction poetry and dark romance. Sometimes a little bit of fantasy sprinkled in there too.

If we challenge you to write a book of another genre we suggest, then would you take it up?

Sure ! I mean, I can't promise i'll be any good but can't knock it out unless you try it right.

Then we would love to read a new superhero Romance book from you soon.

Writing is a reality that paints a beautiful fantasy. What do you think are the charms of writing fiction/non fictional books?

I think the charms of writing fiction/nonfiction is that there is something in it for everyone. Writing is such a vast space, there are so many genres to explore and get into..that every single person can try it all and still be left with so much more to check out. And in my opinion, its definetly also the same for readers. Which is what makes this community so beautiful, you always have room to improve or try something different. You can never run out of ideas.

Who are your favorite authors in and out of wattpad?

I don't really read actively on Wattpad anymore, mostly because of the Paid program..but I do have a few authors on here that I like, as in daydream1011, Jessica Cunsolo, sweetdreamer33 , Lylah James and many more! Outside of Wattpad, I love reading from Anna Todd, LJ Shen, Cora Reilly etc.

Name few of your close wattpad friends.

Shoutout to all my friends on Wattpad, that I have lost touch with but still remember: Mercy, Parvathy and Lisalee !! I may have forgot your usernames but you live in my heart.

What is your favorite series you have recently watched or read?

I watched Lucifer on Netflix last year and fell in absolute love, I can't wait for the next season. Would recommend to everyone who loves all things devilish and detective.

Who is your favorite actor/actress?

It has to be Hero Tiffin and Josephine Langford? Note: This might be biased because I am a huge fan of the After series and they played the main leads in the movie.

Who is your favorite villian you couldn't help but love?

This is a hard one. I have so many to choose from but, Joker for one. He makes being bad look so good. Then there is Vicious by LJ Shen and Remo from Cora Reilly's Camorra Chronicle series. Love them all.

I just realized Vicious and Remo weren't exactly villains. They were both just bad boys who became good for their ladies.

What are your hobbies other than writing and reading?

Sleeping, does that count? I can sleep for 12 hours straight and not miss a beat.

What are your hidden talents?

Memorizing lyrics to Taylor Swift songs. One of my many talents.

Who is your first celebrity crush?

My first REAL celebrity crush was and still is, Noah Centineo. He could literally step on me and I'd let him. Okay, exaggerating but I love him.

What is the most embarrassing situation that you have ever been through?

I don't remember one. Probably that one time I slipped on my butt in the middle of the hallway at school and pretended it didn't happen while everyone gawked at me. Yeah, not that embarrassing I guess.

One craziest thing you have ever done?

I am not a very crazy person but hey, I yelled at my Muslim parents once. That's pretty crazy, right? Still got my ass beat though.

There are many authors who just started their journey and many readers who want to write but has no courage to do so. Please give them a tip and a word of encouragement.

Don't give up! Yes, your writing may suck at the beginning and yes it may sound easier to just not do it anymore...but keep trying ! Hard work gets you a long way and I know you can do it. I believe in you stranger ! Good luck.

Last but not the least, have you ever dreamt of writing your own comic?

No, not really. I wouldn't know where to begin. I can't draw to save my life which I am assuming is a major part of writing a comic.

What do you feel about this interview?
