After a strange night of becoming good friends with Marcus and the hug they had that lasted for a while, Lilith resorted back to her bedroom, gathering her thoughts. Lilith had agreed with Marcus that he would come and pick her up when he had discussed his plan with Saya.

The Scorpio Slasher.

That was Marcus's plan.

Lilith thought the plan was stupid. The despise Marcus had for the Scorpio Slasher during their lesson of the fundamentals of psychopathy. As she laid back on her bed, Lilith began to think back to the many events that have occurred this year.

Lilith smiled at the remembrance of reuniting with Alec and then her sister and uncle. Being united, meant Lilith did not feel as lonely as she once did when she arrived at King's Dominion for the first time.

Rebuilding her friendship with Billy and Willie was another huge positive factor of Lilith's year. Lilith began to think what she would have been doing or where she would have been if it wasn't for those two boys, her best friends even.

And then there was Marcus.

Considering she only just recently met the boy; Marcus has had a huge impact upon Lilith. He brought her out of her tough shell, breaking down some of her barriers, allowing for her to be able to talk about her feelings.

Most importantly, Lilith started to fall hard for the boy.

However, seeing him with Maria, broke Lilith's heart. Frowning at the thought, Lilith placed her hands on her chest as she looked up at the ceiling.

"Stupid boys." She mumbled.

A knock on the door brought Lilith's attention out of her thoughts and back into the real world. Making her way to the door, Lilith was ready for the plan that Marcus had discussed with her before she left her for room. Opening the door, she saw him, Saya stood next to him.

"You ready?" Marcus asked, a smile appearing on his face.

"Let's do this." Marcus's smile grew larger as Lilith stepped out of her room, locking her door behind her.

                                    ******************************

The sound of Lilith's boots hitting the stone stairs filled the quiet room, as the three made their way down to the cells, of whom the Scorpio Slasher has been spending his time in between lessons.

Lilith gasped as she lost her footing, falling forward. Bracing herself for the impact, closing her eyes, hoping that would ease the fall.

She didn't hit the floor.

Confused, Lilith opened her eyes to see two arms wrapped around her waist. Looking up, she saw Marcus peering down at her, concern in his eyes.

"You okay?" Lilith smiled, shoving her arms off him as she passed him, walking down the remaining stairs. Marcus shook his head, a deep sigh leaving his mouth as he joined Saya and Lilith at the bottom of the stairs. Saya sighed as she looked at Marcus.

"There has to be a better way." Saya whispered.

Marcus shook his head. "There isn't."

"Okay... we'll go to the crime scenes." Lilith shook her head as she watched Marcus do the same as the three turned the corner. Lilith skimmed her hand across the stone bricks as Marcus turned his head to look at Saya.

"Do what batman?" Lilith snorted, Saya looking at her as Lilith covered her mouth to hide her amusement. "We're not detectives." Marcus continued, "We don't know how to find criminals... let alone a serial killer."

"Also..." Saya and Marcus looked to Lilith, "we haven't got much time." Marcus nodded at Lilith's statement as she watched the boy skim his hands over the lock, two hairclips in hand. Lilith watched as Marcus unlocked the door with such ease, pushing the unlocked door open.

"We need an expert." Marcus said. As Marcus opened the door, the three locked eyes with the infamous Scorpio slasher sitting across from them, hands handcuffed to the arms of the wheelchair.

"Well... look who it is." Lilith stood next to Marcus, raising her eyebrows as she leaned against the door frame.

"It's the self-righteous boy who hates bullies and me." The Scorpio Slasher said as he smirked in Marcus's direction. "I am beside myself with anticipation." Lilith rolled her eyes as she leaned forward.

"Don't flatter yourself." Lilith spoke as a sarcastic smile crawled upon her face as she locked eyes with the serial killer. "We might need your help but doesn't mean we care for you or your shit." Marcus smiled as he placed a hand on Lilith's shoulder, nodding at the girl as he stepped forward.

"We do need your help." Marcus said, causing the serial killer sat across from them to grow more amused as the seconds went by. Lilith held herself together as she was ready to slap the amusement and smirk off the man's face.

"So you came to the tiny-dicked egotist?"

"I'm so glad you finally agree that you are a tiny-dicked egotist! What a surprise!" Lilith praised the man, sarcasm falling off her tongue as the Scorpio Slasher narrowed his eyes at her as Lilith winked at the man. The Scorpio Slasher didn't worry Lilith at all, considering the situation the man was currently in, he should be the one worried.

"There's a serial killer." Saya spoke up, bringing the serial killer's attention off Lilith and onto Saya, as he rose his eyebrow. "He's a problem... we need to find him."

"Need?" The Scorpio Slasher tilted his head. "Interesting..." Lilith crossed her arms over her chest, leaning her head against the door frame as she watched the man continue to talk.

"So many connotations..." Marcus made eye contact with the man, taking a deep breath as he looked down at the floor.

"We were at the boy's home together." Marcus began, "We were roommates... he used to hurt me."

"Oh?" Lilith narrowed her eyes at the man, as his eyebrow raised at Marcus's words.

"Now he's killing people... calls himself fuckface."

The Scorpio Slasher raised his eyebrow, lifting his arm to grab his coffee mug, continuing to look at the three students.

"That is quite the name." Lilith nodded as he watched the man take a sip of his drink. "You ever consider looking where idiots gather?" He asked, taking another sip of the contents that his mug held.

"I thought you might have some insight into your own kind." Marcus said, Lilith noticing the boy beginning to fidget on the spot.

"My kind?" The man questioned, slamming his mug back onto the desk. "Me and this gentleman are not even the same species."

"You're both psychopaths." Sana interjected, causing the man to scoff, before taking a second to allow him to think. The three watched as the Scorpio Slasher nodded his head before looking back up at Marcus.

"I am curious." He took a second to continue as he looked between the three students that stood across from them, not an inch of fear visible on any of their faces. "Okay.... Let's cruise daddy-o." Lilith pursed her lips together, lifting her head up from the door frame, straightening her posture.

"What drives his insides?" Marcus tilted his head. "I mean... what was the thing that he couldn't help but talk about in that boys home?"

"Dogs." Lilith rose her eyebrow as the serial killer scoffed, bringing his eyes down to look at the floor. Marcus shook his head.

"Bored already."

"No really... he was really into dogs."

"Oh." Lilith shook her head as she grew disgusted at what Marcus was getting at, the Scorpio Slasher understanding too as he made a circle with his two fingers, sliding another finger through the hole. Marcus nodded, looking down.

"Oh... well yeah." The man said, "that is horrendous... almost pre-human."

Lilith watched the man as the group stood in silence, watching the imaginary clogs turn in the Scorpio Slasher's brain.

"I'll help." Saya and Lilith rose their eyebrows, looking at one another, both clearly shocked.

"But... not from in here." Lilith moved her hand to her back ready to grab an arrow, Saya doing the same but instead with her katana. Marcus stepped forward as the serial killer stood up, shortening the distance between him and the three students.

"You said need... poor word selection." Lilith inched herself forward as the Scorpio Slasher stood inches away from Marcus, as he looked between the three. "It gives away so much, because I have a need too."

"Oh boohoo, cry me a motherfucking river." Lilith said.

Dismissing her comment, the Scorpio Slasher looked into Marcus's eyes. "I need to sit in Pancho Villa's Taqueria and enjoy a carnitas burrito." Lilith's face said it all as she grew confused, and shocked at what the serial killer was asking.

The man noticed the confusion on Lilith's face as he shook his head. "Oh... I know it's an unsettling offer I know... but you wouldn't have come here if you weren't very, very desperate."

Lilith gave props to the man, it was true. Marcus was desperate to find Chester and make sure that Chico's father didn't find out the truth for his son's disappearance. Marcus looked at Lilith, the girl just answering with a shrug, Saya doing the same thing when Marcus looked at her.

The three decided that they did really need the Scorpio Slasher's help, as Marcus grabbed the chains that kept the serial killer in the room, releasing him to only place him in a neck chain. Lilith left Saya and Marcus to sort out the Scorpio Slasher as she walked down the dark and dingy hallways of the hallway filled with multiple cells.

Opening the door, Lilith couldn't help but smile, on the floor was a peaceful looking Billy, cradling onto his skateboard as he slept next to the podium in the middle of the room.

"That's where you had disappeared to Billy." Lilith whispered as she noticed Billy's disappearance, her answer now being answered. Lilith was standing in the infamous riddle room, where students were thrown in randomly, several doors surrounding on them, of which only one is the safest option out of Kings Dominion.

Lilith heard footsteps following behind her as she held the door open, allowing Marcus in first, followed by Saya and lastly the Scorpio Slasher. Jerking awake from the sound of footsteps, Billy pounced up, the skateboard rolling across the floor as he ran over to Lilith who had just closed the door behind the serial killer.

"Don't let the door... shut." Lilith smiled as she pushed the door fully closed, causing Billy to groan.

"Billy what is this?"

"It's the puzzle room!" Billy and Lilith shouted at the same time, causing the two to smile at one another.

"Duh." Lilith added, Marcus sticking his tongue at her as he looked around the room. Marcus looked at his three friends for an explanation of what the puzzle room exactly was, due to him being new to the school and never have experienced the wonders of the room they were all standing in.

"They randomly lock kids in here." Saya spoke up, Lilith turning behind her to see the Scorpio Slasher leaning against the room, not looking suspicious at all, worrying Lilith. "And you have to solve a riddle to get out." Marcus nodded as Lilith and Saya both made their way to the riddle box, Lilith stopping her tracks to allow Saya to read the riddle first.

"You see Marcus... one of these doors is the only unguarded exit out of Kings." Lilith said as Saya unfolded the piece of parchment, her eyes going back and forth as she scanned the page.

"Yeah the monks threw me in here this morning... I'm not doing the riddle though." Lilith crossed her arms.

"Why not Billy?"

"Lions... fire...the whole lot dude." Billy pointed at each door, bringing Marcus to once again scan the room whilst Lilith simply rolled her eyes at her best friend, leaning forward to read the riddle in Saya's hand.

"Behind one door, scorching fire." Saya began reading out the riddle, holding the parchment to the side, allowing Lilith to read beside her.

"the other, three lions starved for months." Lilith looked up to Billy, disappointment written across her face, crossing her arms once again. "The last holds deadly assassins. Which is the path to safety?"

"You're telling me Billy... you could not figure that out?" Lilith asked the boy, Marcus looking at Lilith, his eyebrows knitted together. Lilith was about to speak up again was Billy patted her shoulder.

"Uh... did you guys know you're hanging with the Scorpio Slasher?" Billy announced to the group, pointing towards the serial killer still standing in place by the first door.

"We're getting burritos." Lilith snorted, not being to contain her laugh at the serial killer's bluntness and innocent answer to Billy's question. Saya handed Lilith the riddle, allowing Lilith to read it fully herself, as Billy and Marcus sat down on the floor.

Marcus had just given Billy the rundown of what has happened over the past twenty-four hours, from the phone call he received from Chester up to moments ago when they spoke to the Scorpio Slasher. Luckily for Lilith, Marcus missed out on the parts where he cried in Lilith's arms that night of receiving the phone call, as one, he would never hear the end of it from Billy, but two, Lilith did not want to upset Saya as she knew the girl standing next to her too had feelings for Marcus, but never wants to admit it whenever Lilith asks.

Lilith stood in front of the golden dragon placed upon the podium as the three boys discussed many things, such as the similarities that Marcus and the Scorpio Slasher shared, to Billy's hair and the cheating man that was Doctor Seuss who cheated on his dying wife of whom had cancer.

Lilith looked up to the door that held the lions, as she hovered her hand over the eye of the golden dragon. Saya stood next to her, knowing exactly what Lilith was doing, as Lilith pressed the eye of the dragon.

Scared of the lions, Billy jumped up running to Lilith and Saya. "No wait! The lions!"

Lilith smirked as she watched the panic look on Billy's face drop as the door revealing the room of lions, was not revealing any alive lions.

"Really Billy? I thought you would have at least understood this riddle." Lilith teased as she walked towards the door, before turning her body round to the group.

"Lions starved for months are also known was what Billy?"

"Starved Lions?" Lilith slapped her head, shaking in disappointment.

"Dead Lions Billy."

"Oh..."

"Yeah... dead lions." Marcus smirked as Lilith pushed the door fully open, walking through it.

"I totally knew that." Billy scoffed as he nodded his head at Lilith's direction. Saya walked over to Billy, patting his shoulder.

"Of course you did."
