Lilith was sat next to Marcus in an unfamiliar surrounding of which was the Las Vegas police station. Looking to her right, Lilith saw the boy who she once trusted, Marcus, looking dazed because of the drugs he had taken.

Sitting across from the two students was a very unhappy looking police over. "Don't make it obvious you're high as a fucking kite." Lilith mumbled to Marcus as she forced her hand upon his knee, stopping his knee from shaking to show any evidence to the police officer that Marcus was heavily under the influence of drugs.

"We don't need to be getting caught because of you." Lilith snarled to the boy, rolling her eyes. "This trip has not turned out how i thought it would. And that's all because of you." Lilith pointed, jabbing Marcus in the chest with her index finger.

"Fuck you Marcus."

1 day before.

It was the Friday of the weekend after detention and Lilith was sat in her room, looking through her drawers. A knock was heard at the door, bringing her attention out of her underwear drawer and towards the door.

"Come in." Lilith shouted as she rolled her eyes as it was 8:30 at night and she wanted to have a night of peace. Ever since the weekend of detention, Marcus has made it his mission to not leave her side as a way for making up for leaving her during detention. Lilith had to admit, it was nice, but she needed time away from him, especially when she had to now hang out with Maria as well.

Over the week, Billy, Saya, Willie, Marcus, Maria and Lilith met up everyday after classes had finished to discuss the plan of going to Vegas to kill Billy's dad. Since Wednesday, Lilith has been trying to hide from the group as she didn't want to keep blinding her eyes with Maria and also Saya staring longingly at Marcus whilst Lilith was sat next to him during their meetings.

So instead of hanging out with them, Lilith and Lex's friendship began to grow and get back to how it once was, as well as hers and Petra's as she continued to hang out with the two rats as Billy began to just hang out with Marcus and the other four students.

Lilith kept her attention focused on the door as it opened revealing Willie. "Oh Willie, how nice of you to grace your presence." Lilith smiled as she closed her drawer walking over to her bed as the boy closed the door.

"Just wanted to make sure you are okay," Lilith's smile grew larger as Willie joined her on the bed, engulfing her in an immediate hug.

"Woah Willie, everything okay?" Lilith said as she pulled away from the hug, the boy nodded at her as he looked around her room. "You packed? We'll be leaving soon." Lilith nodded as she looked up at Willie.

"Oh another question." Willie spoke up again as he looked back towards Lilith. "Why have you been avoiding us?" Lilith was about to open her mouth when Willie beat her too it as he asked another question. "To be more specific why are you avoiding Marcus?" Willie rose his eyebrow as Lilith sighed, lifting herself up as she moved herself further back on her bed.

"I don't know Willie." Lilith simply shrugged her shoulders, "i guess seeing both Saya and Maria look at Marcus, Maria giving him more of a look, i know she's going to win him over." Lilith looked down at her hands, "so if i distance myself now, the pain of him going out with her won't be so tough."

"Lilith," Willie leaned over to gently punch the girl, "don't be so stupid girl. You are a catch. Marcus will not just drop you." Lilith looked up to Willie, "you gotta drop all this sad feeling shit, cause nothing's happened yet." The girl laughed as she crawled to the end of her bed, lifting herself up as she picked up her bag that was packed except for a few things for Vegas.

"You're right Willie. I'm going to live my best life whilst we are in Vegas." Willie cheered as he got up from her bed also. "Right i will leave you to finish packing, I'll come back in a bit okay when we're leaving." Lilith smiled as she waved Willie out of her room, leaving her alone in her thoughts as she grabbed some underwear from her drawer, putting in the duffel back.

Another knock was heard at Lilith's door as she quickly walked over to the door.

"Back so soon Willie?" Lilith said as she opened the door. But it wasn't Willie. There stood at Lilith's door was Marcus. "Hi." Was all he said as he looked into Lilith's eyes. The girl smiled slightly as she opened her door standing to the side, allowing the boy to come in.

"You ready?" Lilith nodded at the boys question as she closed the door behind her, leaning herself against it as she watched the boy who she liked sit on her bed.

"I wanna talk Lilith." Lilith took a deep breathe as she nodded walking towards Marcus, joining him on the bed as she sat next to him. "You don't need to explain, it's fine. I'm okay with it."

Marcus drew his eyebrows together as he brought his feet up onto her bed, crossing his legs. "What?" Marcus simply asked, "it's fine Marcus. I know you like Maria or whatever. You should go for it."

Marcus coughed as he choked on his own saliva as he took in what his girlfriend has said. "Lilith Grey what are you on about?" Lilith shut her mouth, as her mouth formed a straight line.

"Do you think this is what it's about? You think the reason i came over is to tell you I'm dumping you for Maria?" The boy rose his voice slightly as he questioned the girl. Lilith looked down at the hands on her lap as she avoided Marcus's eye contact.

"Hey." Marcus spoke up as he lifted her chin, bringing her eyes to his. "Lilith, i don't want Maria. I only want you." Lilith smiled as moved his hand off her chin as she looked back down to her hands, "Lilith." He grabbed her face in his hands, once again bringing her eyes to his.

"Promise me Lilith." Marcus said as he pulled Lilith's head towards him as he planted a kiss on the top of her head. Lilith smiled as Marcus brought his eyes back to hers.

"Let's go to a Vegas shall we?" Lilith spoke up as she looked into his eyes before leaning forward to give Marcus a quick peck on the lips. "Before we go. I need to change. There is no where I'm going to Las Vegas in this joggers." Marcus smiled as he took his hands off from the sides of her face, watching her as she walked over to her drawers, grabbing out her leather jeans and a red crop top.

"Cover your eyes Marcus. You can't handle me enough yet to watch me get changed." Marcus laughed as he covered his eyes blocking his vision. Lilith quickly got changed as she pulled her top over head before quickly replacing it with the red one.

Marcus moved one of his fingers to take a sneak peak at his girlfriend getting changed.

"Arguello. You close those eyes." Lilith threatened the boy as she clicked her fingers to the boy, making Marcus to immediately recover his eyes. Lilith continued to get changed as she pulled the joggers down, before pulling up the leather jeans, jumping to make sure that the jeans are up fully.

"Can i uncover them now?" Marcus spoke as Lilith walked over to her newly fixed mirror, thanks to Willie.

"Yeah yeah," Lilith replied as she looked at herself in the mirror, admiring her outfit. "This is more like it for Vegas." Lilith said as she saw Marcus in the mirror walk up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist.

Lilith stiffened up for a second as she felt his arms place themselves around her waist. Looking into the mirror, Lilith quickly began to relax seeing Marcus's infamous smile plastered on his face as he placed his head on top of hers. Lilith leaned back into Marcus as she slapped his hands that were against her stomach.

"Enough of that Arguello, we've got to get on the road." Lilith grabbed his hands gently pushing them off her as she turned around, facing the boy. Lilith watched at the boy looked around her face before locking their eyes.

Lilith stuck her tongue out at him as she stopped the eye contact as she walked away from Marcus over to her bag. Lifting the duffel bag over her shoulder, Lilith grunted as she lost the strap off her shoulder.

"I'll take that." Marcus said as he walked over but Lilith quickly shook her head. "I'm strong enough on my own thank you though." Marcus rolled his eyes before smiling as Lilith managed to get the duffel bag comfortably on her shoulder as the two walked over to the door.

"I need to go get my bag, but I'll meet you upstairs, Billy's waiting for everyone up at the graveyard." Lilith nodded before leaning over to give Marcus a quick peck. "Don't be too long Arguello." The boy gave Lilith a quick peck as he walked out of her room and down the hallway to his own room.

"Let's go Las Vegas baby." Lilith said to herself as she closed her door behind her, securely locking it.

"Lilith there you are!" Billy shouted as Lilith revealed herself to the open space of the graveyard as she opened the door. Lilith waved as she saw the rest of the group stood with Billy beside Marcus and Maria.  Lilith's eyebrows drew together as she wondered where the girl had gone to considering she would have came here with Saya.

Lilith shook the thoughts out of her head as she dropped her duffel bag for lifting up her fist, fist pumping both Willie and Billy and hugging Saya. "We ready to party in Las Vegas baby!" Lilith exclaimed as Saya cheered next to her causing the two boys to laugh.

"Where's Marcus? He said he just had to grab his bag?" Lilith questioned the three students as she turned around to the sound of footsteps behind her. Walking up to her was Marcus, with Maria beside him. Lilith scowled as she saw how close Maria was standing to the boy.

"This is going to be a harder trip than i thought." Lilith mumbled to herself as Marcus placed his duffel bag next to hers before walking over to Lilith. Lilith began to feel smug as she felt Marcus's hand intertwined with her own, causing her to smirk as Maria of who was staring down at their hands.

"Okay group. We ready?" Saya spoke up, causing Lilith's smirk to drop and to focus her attention onto Billy.

"Let's go baby. Las Vegas!" The six students cheered as they all picked up their duffel bags from the floor before making their way to the exit of the graveyard.

"You ready Arguello?" Lilith asked her boyfriend as she placed her duffel bag around her shoulder, Marcus doing the same. "You bet i am Grey. Be able to take you out on a proper date." Lilith smirked as she felt Marcus's lips touch the top of her head, giving her a quick kiss.

Lilith began to feel reassured as well as beginning to believe what Willie had said to her earlier. Lilith thought that Marcus would never break her heart to go out with Maria.

He wouldn't do that would he?

The six students had managed to fit into the five seated convertible, with Lilith asleep on Marcus's lap, her head resting against his shoulder as her arms were wrapped around the boy's waist.

Marcus admired the road as he sat next to Willie, Maria next to him with Billy in the front keeping Saya company as she drove down the road, beginning their road trip to Vegas.

Feeling someone's stare on him, Marcus turned his head to his left to see Maria looking at him, a hint of something Marcus couldn't put his finger on, shining through. Was it jealously? Anger? Marcus didn't know, so he simply smiled at the girl as he wrapped his arms around the girl of whom was curled on his lap, fast asleep.

Lilith felt Marcus's head lean against her own as she felt him take a deep breathe, causing her to now be in a light sleep, of which she was now able to hear the environment around them as they drove past to reach their destination. Lilith smiled as she felt Marcus squeeze the girls arm as she allowed herself to fall back into a deep sleep, Marcus joining as he too closed his eyes, allowing for sleep to overcome him.

"What does he see in her?" Maria whispered, earning a disapproving look to be shown across Willie's face as he looked down at the girl. "Maria don't start. The same could be said for you. What do you see in Chico?" Willie hit back, resulting in the girl to huff and roll her eyes as she looked at the couple sleep.

"It's not fair." Maria continued on as Willie shook his head. "Shut up. Leave them alone okay? You don't see Lilith getting into your business." Willie hit back again as he took a deep breathe himself as he leaned his head against the seat, closing his eyes.

"Just stop with the comments Maria. You have no leg to stand on." Willie said with his eyes closed, Maria shaking her head as she rolled her eyes at the boy, of whom couldn't see her reaction due to his closed eyes now being closed, joining Lilith and Marcus in a slumber.

"Really though. What does she have that i don't." Maria mumbled to herself as she looked over to the sleeping couple once again.

"Loyalty." Maria snapped her head to the front of the car to see Billy looking at her. "What?" Lilith questioned the boy.

"She has loyalty. Of which You." Billy pointed to the girl, causing her to grow confused. "Don't have." The green haired added, as Maria scoffed. "I do have loyalty." Lilith began to stir as she heard voices around her, causing her to open her eyes slightly, making sure no one saw her eyes open.

"If you had loyalty Maria." Billy sighed as he hit back at the girls statement. "You would not be trying to get Marcus's attention. You would have loyalty to Lilith." Lilith smiled at Billy defending her. "That's my best friend." Lilith muttered to herself so quietly that no one could hear her.

"Whatever Billy." Maria hit back at the boy as she crossed her arms. The boy rolled his eyes as he shrugged his shoulders. "am i right or am i right?" Lilith laughed, into Marcus's neck, the vibrations of her laugh causing Marcus to stir awake.

"What you laughing at Grey?" Marcus asked the girl in a raspy voice as he blinked his eyes a few time to focus his eyes on the surroundings. "Nothing." Lilith turned her head to look at Billy of whom was already looking at her with a smirk on his face.

Lilith returned the smirk before winking at the boy, her way of telling her best friend that she heard what had just occurred during his conversation with Maria. Lilith turned her head to Maria to see that she was also staring at her, darkness in her eyes. Lilith moved her right arm off Marcus's waist, waving sarcastically at the girl.

"This trip is going to be fun." Lilith spoke up, looking in between Billy and Maria before looking over to Marcus who quickly leaned down to give her a kiss on the top of her head.

A/N

Hi guys, so this is such a short chapter I'm sorry. But i wanted to give you guys a little filler chapter of what the atmosphere is going to be when they reach Las Vegas. I promise, just like with the dance and the test, the next few chapter will be longer than the rest of these as so much happens during these next few events.
