The streets of San Francisco were quiet in the early hours of the morning, with Marcus sitting on an uncomfortable bench, a glum look plastered onto his face.
It had been a three days since the night of killing Chester. Three days since Lilith was shot. The moment of her bleeding out on to the stone pavement scarring Marcus's memory.
The boy felt guilty, if he hadn't of come to Kings Dominion in the first place, no harm would have come his friends way.
Panic began to grow in Kings Dominion in the absence of Master Lin as well as Master Gao, some of the students growing concerned for their headmaster.
Marcus however, only cared for the life of his friends.
Lex was traumatised from Lilith bleeding out heavily in his arms, when she grew unconscious, he lost it. Marcus had never seen Lex look so vulnerable, tears falling down his face, of which blended into Lilith's last few remaining tears on her face.
Petra showed vulnerability too as she cried, her makeup smudging, of which Marcus consoled the girl as Billy stood still, in shock. The green haired boy looked frozen as he stared down at his best friend, slowly dying from the bullet wound that had come her way from the gun of El Chapo.
Marcus had pulled himself out of his hug with Petra when he saw Billy beeline down the street. The group shouted his name but he ignored every call, the look on the groups face showing concern for the green haired boy.
To avoid any further harm to her friends, Maria had made her over to El Chapo after walking over to Lilith, shedding a few tears as she leaned down to hug her.
Marcus had protested to Maria for her not to go, but Maria insisted, walking away with the cartel, leaving the injured and traumatised King Dominions alone in the street, outside of the blown up house that was Shabnam's.
So here he was, sitting alone as early risers passed by, intrigued in their own lives, Marcus enjoying the quietness of the city at this time of day.
"Thought I would find you here."
Marcus flinched, turning around to see Billy looking down at him, the lack of sleep taking a physical toll on the green haired boy.
"Yeah... wanted to enjoy the quietness of the city." Billy nodded, sitting himself down beside the frowning boy, giving him a reassuring pat.
"You know she is okay right?" Marcus nodded, gulping as he looked to Billy, a faint smile across his face.
"Well she's flying back to Cheshire tonight and after what's happening at Kings Dominion with the absence of both Master Lin and Gao, Samuel Grey has offered us to join them back in the UK."
"What?"
Billy began to repeat what he said, Marcus shaking his head at the green haired boy, stopping him from repeating himself.
"They want us to go with them? What about Maria!?"
"What about her?" Marcus scoffed.
"Billy she left with the cartel, who knows what happened to her!" Marcus exclaimed, Billy not having any emotion on his face.
"Marcus she left on her own accord, we can't do anything about it." Marcus hesitatingly nodded his head. "Lilith's survival was a miracle, and considering we are now all on the run from Jason, it's safer if we go with them."
Marcus nodded his head again, knowing his friend was right. After getting Lilith to the aid of her family, thanks to Billy coincidently banging into Samuel Grey a block away from Shabnam's house, dragging Lilith's uncle to her side.
The reason for Samuel being only a block away, was due to the fact that the Uncle of the Grey siblings, got a tip of where Jason's second base was, Samuel wanting to stake it out, of which he ended up being brought to fight for his youngest nieces life.
"So are you coming? Alec and Tiana are at Kings Dominion as we speak, helping Lex and Petra gather their belongings." Marcus nodded his head, the two boys getting up from the bench, making their way back to their school for the last time.
"Have you seen Saya?" Marcus asked, Billy shaking his head.
"Not since we entered the house, she was gone by the time we all went to leave." Billy said, Marcus growing worried as to where the girl had disappeared to.

After just over an hour after returning to Kings Dominion, Marcus and the rest of the group were now meeting Alec and Tiana out the front of the Chinese shop, suitcases and other types of luggage in hand.
"Where's Lilith?" Marcus asked as he reached Alec and Tiana leaning against the car.
"She's with Uncle Sam at the airport, they're meeting us there." Marcus nodded at Tiana's words, the older sister of Lilith giving the boy a reassuring squeeze before directing the group into the large car, Alec alongside Billy placing everyone's luggage inside the boot.
"Okay Gareth, we're ready."
Tiana patted the drivers seat after everyone had piled into the larger car, Alec sitting shotgun alongside Gareth.
"Gareth?" Marcus whispered, confused as to who this man was.
"Oh guys... meet Gareth." Lilith announced, the driver waving to the students, keeping his eyes focused on the road, the car moving away from the Chinese restaurant, saying goodbye to Kings Dominion.
"Gareth is a long time friend of Sam's and our father, he's our trusted getaway driver." The group nodded, Marcus hearing Alec and Gareth get engrossed in their own conversation, Lex and Billy closing their eyes, catching up on their lack of sleep.
"Marcus you looked troubled dear, everything okay?" Marcus looked to Tiana, the older girl giving the boy a faint smile, Petra too looking at the boy.
"I'll be fine." Marcus responded, not wanting to get too involved in his thoughts, as the boy was very emotionally drained ever since the attack with Chester.
"Now Marcus... since you're going to be living with us, you should know I hate liars." Marcus gulped, nodding his head at Tiana. "So... I'm going to ask again. Is everything okay?"
"I'm just tired." Tiana nodded her head, leaning over to give his hand a gentle squeeze, hoping to show some reassurance to the boy.
"I promise... when you guys get to Cheshire, you can catch up on all the sleep you are all deprived on." Petra and Marcus nodded, Lex and Billy fast asleep next to eachother, Lex's head leaning on top of the green haired boys.
"And we have banging parties." Petra and Tiana high fived, the two girls engrossing themselves in conversations about parties, of which Petra and Tiana discussed the different type of parties they attended to during their times at Kings Dominion.

Upon climbing onto the plane, the group were met with a sleep Lilith in her seat, Samuel Grey sitting beside his niece, rubbing his hand up and down her arm.
"Incredible." Lex spoke up as the group sat themselves down in the free seats of the private plane. "She hasn't seen us in three days and here she is asleep."
"Such a disgrace isn't it."
The group looked around eachother, wondering who said that, Marcus's eyes falling upon Lilith, noticing a subtle smirk appear onto her face, her eyes inching open, not wanting the group to suspect her being awake.
But Marcus noticed.
"It really is a disgrace isn't it Lilith?" The boy said, the group all looking at him, of whom Marcus just pointed to the 'sleeping' girl, the smile on her face becoming prominent, the quietness on the plane making her burst out laughing, her eyes fixating ob the group sitting before her.
"Oh I see your sarcasm never left." Billy said, Lilith shaking her head as she gave her friends a wave.
"How are you feeling Lili?" Alec asked his youngest sister, the girl nodding her head, Samuel had leaned back in his chair, no longer having to pretend Lilith was asleep for the prank, him getting himself comfortable in his seat for the long plane journey.
"I'm fine." The group looked at her. "Really guys I'm fine... I'm just so excited for you guys to come to Cheshire!"
"Very exciting." Lex said, Lilith kicking the boy at his bland reaction, the boy sticking his tongue out in reaction to the kick.
"Now whose ready for an sixteen hour flight?" Samuel said, clasping his hands together.
"Sixteen hours?!"
