"BILLY! I SWEAR I WILL COME UP THERE AND HIT YOU IF YOU DON'T GET DOWN HERE." lilith shouted to her best friend. they were due to go out in the next twenty minutes, as the two best friends had planned on getting tattoos with one another.

movement was heard upstairs, bringing lilith to be optimistic as she awaited to see her green haired best friend.

after the very long and overdue confessions, lilith and marcus were back to being their romantic selves like they once were when they were both students at kings dominion. it had been around six months since then, the couple going very strong since then.

the whole grey family, as well as the kings dominion family, who were indeed definitely family to lilith, had seen the changes in her behaviour. lex and billy recognised her behaviour as one they had seen before when she was first with marcus all those years back,

and to see their best friend smiling, happy and content with herself- was all they asked for.

looking down at her watch, lilith was getting inpatient with her best friend, her foot tapping the wooden floor beneath her.

"hey," lilith jumped at the sound of her boyfriend behind her. she turned around, giving him a shove before saying how much she hated it whenever he would scare her. "-hey it's not my fault that you've gotten all jumpy recently. I could never normally come up behind you and scare you that badly."

"oh so it's my fault? it's not your fault for being an idiot who decides to scare his girlfriend?" lilith said, sarcasm flooding her words as she watched marcus mouth a sorry before giving her a peck.

"you still waiting for billy?"

"yeah."

"and lex?"

"wait is he actually coming along now? he kept saying he wouldn't make it because he had other plans. what kind of plans is that?" marcus raised an eyebrow at lilith before avoiding her eye contact.

"you know something." she said, jabbing his chest. marcus stepped back, holding back his laughter as lilith advanced towards him.

"marcus what do you know that i don't?"

"I know what his plans are."

"what?"

"there's the plan now actually."

lilith followed marcus's gaze, seeing him nod his head to the staircase behind them. lilith turned around to see layla making her way down the stairs, a small smile on her face.

"you have got to be shitting me." lilith mumbled, marcus wrapping his arm around her shoulder, planting a kiss on her temple.

"nope. not shitting with you love. and then there's billy's reasoning for being late." lilith glanced up again, to see petra and billy walking down the stairs, engrossed in their conversation.

"what he's with petra?"

"no he's been grilling her because she's been hanging out with your sister a lot recently."

"oh. oh!" lilith looked at marcus, nodding his head at her excitement.

"yeah- you might want to ask tia what she's been getting up to." marcus whispered, planting another kiss on lilith's head before removing his arm from around her. "I've got to go see samuel, he's taking me Willie and saya somewhere."

"oh yeah have fun! I'll see you later." lilith pulled marcus in for a kiss before stepping back. he reminded her that he loved her before walking out of the hallway to go meet Willie who was stood in the kitchen waiting for him alongside saya.

"right you two." lilith shouted, gaining billy's attention and lex's as he finally made himself visible whilst descending down the stairs. "we need to have a catch-up. i don't appreciate marcus knowing shit and not me."

"i heard that!" marcus shouted from behind her.

"good! you were supposed to!" lilith shouted, waving goodbye to layla and petra who were discussing something along the lines of dagger designs from what lilith could make out before she dragged billy and lex out by their hands.

"because you've both lied to me dickheads- you're both getting painful as fuck tattoos."

"what have i done wrong?" lex exclaimed, making lilith stop dead in her tracks after the trio made their way down the steps of the grey manor.

"nothings wrong lex- except for the fact you've been dating layla! and you didn't tell me! I'm not sad, I'm betrayed lexi." lex rolled his eyes at the nickname lilith gave him, him wrapping an arm around her shoulder before giving her a kiss on the head.

billy watched the two as lilith glanced over at him, her giving him the same facial expression she had just presented to lex.

"and you billy. you didn't tell me about petra."

"there's nothing to talk about? she's just gotten close with tia-"

"you're still both getting tattoos. painful ones. no exceptions." lilith stated, both boys looking at one another before bringing their gazes down to the shorter girl in between them.

"i wouldn't change you for the world lili. psychopath and all- you're m- our best mate." lilith laughed at lex having to correct himself after billy let out a cough wanting the briton to correct his wording.

"you two being all sweet is not something i want to see every again- now come on- the trio needs to get our tattoos."

"what tattoos anyway?" billy asked his two friends as they walked around each side of the car, lilith walking towards the drivers side.

"bombs!"

"oh hell."
