"Aunty Megan! Aunty Chan! Uncle Kisthian! Uncle Sean!" Drew cheers jumping up and down while clapping in her hands when we enter the house. She always pronounces Christian's name wrong.

"How are you still up young lady? It's nearly midnight." Chris says picking her up and throwing her up into the air just like Eldridge did. She seems to love and enjoy it, but once again my heart skips a beat in fear that he might drop her.

"Look aunty Chan is scared I might drop you." Chris whispers to her, loud enough for me to hear.

"It's not funny babe." I say walking into the kitchen.

"It's not funny babe." Drew mimics me and laughs.

"Shouldn't you be asleep by now?" I hear Chris asking as I open the fridge to get a bottle of water.

"Aunty Cordelia and I have a secret. Don't let her know I told you okay? Deal?"

"Deal." Chris answers.

"She gave me ice cream and chocolate cake because I was crying and and I was also missing aunty Chan alone."

"She gave you ice cream and chocolate cake huhh?" Chris asks. "Sounds like something she'd do."

"Are you mad?" Drew asks. This little girl is always scared that people are mad at her and she's always apologising for the smallest things.

"No, of course not honey. Why would I be?"

"I don't know. You wanna dance?" She ask excitedly.

"That would be a pleasure m'lady." Chris says and I hear the most adorable giggle from her right be for the music starts. I get up from where I was seated so I can see them.

I have known Christian for as long as I can remember and I've seem him happy more times than I can ever count, but this kind of happiness I'm looking at is... different. Special. Priceless. The joy in his eyes is pure. He's smiling from ear to ear.

"I'm not sure if I've ever seen him that happy." Megan's voice says softly. I didn't notice her walking into the kitchen.

"Me neither." I reply.

"I think he's ready. Maybe this is what he needs." She says.

"What do you mean."

"Nothing. I'm going to bed. Goodnight." She says and kisses me on my cheek before walking away.

The loud laughter coming from the stairs pulls me out of my confused thoughts.

"Jump. I'll catch you." Chris says to Drew who's standing on top of the fireplace.

"Why is she up there?!"

My poor heart can't handle this.

"But what if I fall?" Drew asks unsure.

"I won't let that happen. I'll catch you." Chris assures her.

"Are you sure?"

"I'm a hundred percent sure. Just trust me. I got you."

"I'm scared."

"You don't have to be. I won't ensure you something I'm not sure of. I'll catch you. I promise."

"Okay. Don't let me fall uncle Kishtian. I'm gonna jump now." Drew says and takes a deep breath before she jumps into Christian's arms with a little squeel.

"Yaay! You caught me!" Drew cheers.

"I told you I would."

"That was fun! Again, again, again!"

"Haha okay baby. Let's do this."

He puts her on top of the fireplace again and she repeats what she did a minute ago.

"Again!" Drew screams after Chris catches her.

"Again?" Chris laughs. "I thought you were scared?"

"Yeah, but it's fun. I like it. Please. Last one."

"Okay. Last one." Chris says and puts her up again.

"Ready?" He asks and Drew nods. "Okay jump."

Drew jumps into his strong arms once again with a scream and laughs uncontrollably after.

"One more." She shouts, clearly enjoying herself.

"What?" Chris laughs. "I think that's enough for today baby girl."

"I love you uncle Kish.. Kisthian." Drew says when she stops laughing. Her small arms are wrapped around Christian's neck and her legs halfway around his waist as her head is rested on his shoulder. He's slowly moving from left to right to the sound of the music that's playing softly.

"Oh I love you too my precious darling." Chris answers softly kissing her hair.

"You're name is so difficult. Can I call you papa instead?" Drew asks.

Chris stays quiet for what feels like forever, probably not knowing what to answer.

"I'm not sure your papa would like that. Maybe we should stick to my name a little longer."

"Okay. You're a good papa."

"Umm... Thank you." Chris answers breathing out a small laugh. "I think it's time for you to go to bed."

Drew nods and wraps her arms tighter around him.

"Can we switch rooms? Your bed is bigger." She asks softly with a sleepy voice.

"Sure. Let's get you upstairs then." Chris answers.

"I want my own pillow please."

"Sweetheart can you please change the cover on my bed? I don't want to wake Cordelia up." Chris asks me.

"Of course." I answer with a smile.

"We're going to get her pillow first."

When he walks toward Drew's room to get her pillow I go to his room to change the sheets. They walk into the room right as I'm finishing up.

He puts her down in the middle of the giant bed and pulls the covers over her before reading her her favorite bed time story.

"Goodnight princess." Chris whispers to her before kissing her on her forehead.

"Goodnight uncle Kishtian."

"Sweet dreams honey." I say kissing her on her cheek.

"Night night aunty Chan." She says and yawns right after. She shuts her eyes as she hugs her white teddy bear tighter.

Chris kisses me on my lips and puts his arm around my waist to lead me out of the room before dimming the lights in the room.

When we enter my room I immediately crash onto the bed and Chris does the same next to me.

"Hey. You wanna go on a date tomorrow evening? Like a fancy restaurant or something. A real date. No sweatpants." Chris asks intertwining our fingers.

"I'd love that. Where are we going?"

"I'll surprise you. We'll go to the mall with the others in the afternoon and in the evening it'll be just you and me."

I get up and straddle him before leaning forward into a passionate tongue kiss.

"Do we have a condom?" I ask seductively rubbing his crotch after a few minutes of making out.

"Do we really need one? I want to feel every inch of you." He breathes out.

"Uhhu... we do. I haven't been on birth control since the hospital."

"Aww man..." He whines as I get off of him to get a condom.

We make love and fall asleep in each other's arms right after.

I'm happy. I really am.

Hey guys. I know it's been a while since I updated and I apologize for that. I've just been super busy with school and family stuff, but I have some free time these days so I'll try my best to finish this story before the end of February. I had to rewrite the last few chapters cause they weren't what I wanted anymore.
