4 - Elizabeth
Kindergarten was certainly a grade for memories. When the lowest of the low still fail to respect and revere me, they deserve a worse punishment.
They needed to die.
Elizabeth, a girl who never saw me as competent enough, good enough, smart enough, lovely enough, and always shined her beam of light on herself, fanning herself and thinking what a wonderful girl she was, dropped to being bullied every day by my wonderful subordinates and having near fails for grades.
And yet she still wouldn't fall. Still, every day, she'd smile for none of her onlookers and laugh like nothing was wrong. Nothing at all.
Fall already. Please. There's nothing at all that's good for you here.
Please, Elizabeth. I wish your resolve would crack so that you would finally fall.
And yet even my wishes weren't powerful enough to break her smiles apart, my powers unable to rip the laughs from her throat.
I had to do something. With this act of defiance, this nonexistent recognition, I needed to punish her. The current situation needed to be worse for her.
There was only one option.
Elizabeth, say your goodbyes. Because no one on this Earth is seeing you ever again.
I will finally be able to crush your smiles. I will finally be able to crush your laughter.
But I needed information. I couldn't let any suspicion be on me. I couldn't be even the slightest bit close to shunned.
I wouldn't let it happen.
I knew Elizabeth was deathly allergic to strawberries. Yet how could I feed them to her without any suspicion? If she ate something I gave to her, she'd start choking right there in the cafeteria. And then everyone would know that I had caused it.
That could not happen.
I would have to go over to her house and feed them to her there. Yet I couldn't go over there without suspicion either.
I needed to befriend her. I needed her to trust me, to trust me enough for me to go over to her house and for me to poison her with strawberries.
Do not forget your original objective. Do so, and you will lose everything you have worked for for so long. Never forget your original objective. That is what can make you imperfect, terrible, and cringeworthy instead of what you are right now.
Never, ever, forget your original objective.
Poison the girl and do not look back.
Kill her and face forward.
There is nothing in the past.
Look forward.
Elizabeth is going to fall into the past, be blended into the shadows of nothingness while you rise from those ashes.
Rise, rise, rise, like the phoenix in all its glory.
Let your throne fly into the sky, where everyone will watch from below.
My plan was being put into action. I would have to put my pride aside for a little bit, to befriend this idiot of a girl. I would have to test my patience here. How long could I wait before I had to get her blood and chokes on my hands?
I could hardly wait for it.
