Romelle struggles against the rope and yells "I don't even care" and when she chants a spell, the tree comes to life and takes the form of a woman as she looks at Romelle, smiles and says "Oh, I love you! Luxia loves you! Love, love, love, love, love, love, love" Romelle pales "What have I done?" Luxia says "Always, always fatifulness beyond any man's deserving. I will keep the color in your eyes where no other in the world remembers your name. There is no immortality but a tree's love" Romelle gags "Good grief, I'm engaged to a Douglas Fir" and screams "Help, Lance! Where are you?"

That's when thunder and lightning crash as Luxia angrily yells "Galls and fire blight! He shall never have you, that playboy! We will perish together" Lance arrives just in time and his horn glows to free Romelle and the tree turns back to normal as they walk through the forest and Romelle excitedly asks "Did you see me? Were you watching? Did you see what I made?" Lance replies "Yes, it was true magic" Romelle beams "Yeah! It's gone now but I had it! It had me but it's gone! I couldn't hold it" that's when they see Allura standing in front of them as she asks "Leaving us so early, sorceress?" but when she sees Lance, she gasps "No, it can't be! Can it truly be?" Allura walks towards Lance and asks "Where have you been? Where have you been?" but angrily demands "Damn you, where have you been?"

Romelle yells "Don't you talk to Lance that way" Allura pushes past Romelle and Lance replies "I'm here now" Allura laughs but angrily demands "And where were you 20 years ago? 10 years ago? Where were you when I was new? When I was one of those innocent young maidens you always come to? How dare you?! How dare you come to me now when I am this?!" Allura sobs as Lance nuzzles his face close to her cheek and Romelle asks "Can you really see him? Do you really know he's real?" Allura replies "If you had been waiting to see a unicorn as long as I have" Romelle says "Lance is the last unicorn in the world" Allura agrees "It would be the last unicorn in the world that came to Allura"

Allura looks at Lance and says "It's all right, I forgive you" Romelle says "Well, it's time for us to go now" Allura says "I'm ready" Romelle argues "You can't come with us, we're on a quest" Allura smirks "Can't I? Ask him" Romelle shouts "Never! I, Romelle the Sorceress, forbid it! And be wary of rousing a witch's wrath! If I chose, I could turn you into a frog" Allura laughs "I should myself sick" Lance neighs in agreement as Allura asks "Have sense, Romelle. What were you going to do with the last unicorn in the world? Keep him in a cage?" Romelle scoffs "You don't even know where we're going" Allura asks "Do you think it matters to me?" Romelle replies "We are journeying to Queen Krolia's country to find the Red Lion"

Allura says "Well, you're going the wrong way" the trio continues their quest as Allura smirks "I'm sorry but you were going the wrong way, sorceress" Romelle blushes in embarrassment and says "Well, it was a short cut" Lance neighs as if laughing but when they stop at a hill and see a castle, Romelle says "Krolia's kingdom and Lotor's fortress. We'll be there tomorrow if we walk all night" Lance asks "Where does Prince Lotor keep the Red Lion?" Romelle replies "I've heard that he roams at night and lies up by day in a great cavern beneath the castle but we'll know soon enough"

The trio stops at the forest to rest but Lance wakes up and sees a bright red light headed his way as Romelle and Allura wake up also and Allura screams "Romelle, the light" the light turns into a ball of fire but transforms into the Red Lion with a fiery mane, horns of a wild ox and red fur with fire all over it as it approaches Lance and chases him while Allura yells "Do something" Romelle argues "He's drving him! He can't want to kill him or he would've done it by now" they see the Red Lion blocking Lance's way as Romelle says "He's driving him the way he drove the others! To the castle! To Prince Lotor" Allura begs "Please! Please do something" Romelle argues "What can I do? Do you think the Red Lion likes card tricks? If I could, I'd change him into some other creature. Some beast too humble for the Lion to be concerned with but that would take a real sorceress with real magic and I can't pretend anymore" 

Allura retorts "But you do! You have magic! Maybe you can't find it but it's there. You called Robin Hood and there is no Robin Hood. You have all the power you need if you'd dare to look for it" Romelle and Allura see Lance being driven by the Red Lion as Allura sobs "Please, it's not fair" Romelle runs towards Lance and yells "Run! Run now! Run!" Lance runs as the Red Lion roars angrily and chases him until Romelle uses her magic and yells "Magic do as you will! Magic do as you will" then suddenly, her magic touches Lance, transforming him as the Red Lion disappears knowing he failed his mission while Allura and Romelle look at Lance but Allura gasps "What have you done?"
