Ten more years later and Kayden got married and settled down in the country with his wife and son while his brother and sister are settling down with their families and in their parents' kingdom, Lance was mending and sewing his robe as Keith enters and asks "Oh Lance, fixing your robe again? That's it, I'll see if I can get you a new one" but Lance laughs "No Keith, it's fine, really. This robe is my favorite besides it doesn't matter, I'd rather you foucs on your duties as King" Keith chuckles "I'm planning on retiring soon actually and maybe we could settle down in a house by the sea. Maybe you would like that" Lance smiles and says "I'd like that very much"

Keith and Lance retired from the throne and gave it to their children because they belived that having three rulers would make an even greater kingdom. Their children accepted and shared the throne while their parents would spend their lives by the sea due to their old age. Keith and Lance now live in a house that they built together and whenever Lance stared at the sea, he would always remember the day the other unicorns were set free and would always smile at that memory but he still misses them and even though he visited them every day, he still misses them from time to time

Keith was busy fishing when he noticed Lance staring at the sea with sadness written all over him so Keith walks towards his wife and asks "What's the matter, Lance?" Lance replies "Just looking at the sea makes me think of my people. I feel so sad and lonely without them" Keith says "That's called "Homesickness", darling" Lance agrees "Yes, and right now we're growing old and soon we both may die" Keith smiles and says "I hope so because I feared I would die alone without you before I got the chance to see you again" Lance smiles and says "You'll be immortal when you become a unicorn, don't forget that" Keith chuckles "I won't" Lance laughs "Good"

Keith and Lance have their dinner under a picnic blanket while gazing at the sunset as Keith asks "Lance, when do you think we'll see our children again?" Lance replies "When we invite them over for dinner next week" and when Lance asks "Why do you ask that?" Keith replies "I want us to visit them every week so that we would cherish every memory we have before we die" Lance smiles and says "I would love that, Keith" Keith smiles and says "I knew you would" and as they kiss, the ocean creates a tidal wave that lands straight towards the couple until it moves back
