*3rd person POV*

It's been a week since the rulers to be met, they haven't really done anything but fight since they layed eyes on each other!

At this point in time, the current rulers were strolling through the gardens unaware of the 2 boys fighting, surprisingly well, with wooden swords. ( "thanks, Pidge!" "Pidge? Her tag says Katy" ... "Get him lance" "YOU'RE GOING DOWN, MULLET!")

*Allura's POV*

"The children seem to get along quite nicely" I say, trying to start a conversation seeing as we've been walking for almost 10 minutes and all king Takashi has done is look around quite hastily, as though he were trying to find something or someone?

"What do you think?" I say, snapping his attention back .

"Oh. Um, well- I do believe we could join our lands together if this arrangement clicks!" Takashi ( although he's insisting I call him Shiro) replies.

"Well, that's my point precisely! Sure they may fight now, but wait till they're older, they'll be head over heels for each other!" I state optimistically.

"It's such good 'parenting. '" Shiro says jokingly, even though it was bitter sweet for the both of us.

"And politics." I add with a sad smile.

Both our parents died when the younger Kogane was barely a toddler. It had been a shipwreck, only a few staff survived because out parents wouldn't let anyone die at their hands. Originally, me and Shiro were meant to be wed but after we both came out, the job was passed to the next generation after they both came home with same gender crushes, it was adorable.

"So happy we agree." I say after we've gone through the same thought process.

"I think we've got a deal!" He replies.

"Lonce is quite a catch." I taunt

" Pfft, have you seen keith? Lance is the lucky one. "

"Oh please, you wish your majesty."

" This is my ide-" he starts, but nnooooo.
"This is MY idea of a match" I finish.

We laugh, seeing as it's just us and no press to bother us saying things like 'secret romance' or 'rulers slacking off. ' "and such fun," I say through laughs.

I notice Shiro eyes drift off again towards the gardens and this time I snap.

"Right! Shiro, look I know I don't know you that well but we were meant to be wed and if our plans go well, not only will we be sharing lands but you will be my brother...in law" I add less aggressively.

"It's stupid..." He mumbled

" Spill," I say threateningly, glaring daggers at him.

"Ok fine! Its...It's your gardener." He said under his breath so I could barely hear him, he was blushing so much I thought his head would explode.

"Adam? (He blushed more at that?) What did he do? Did he say something? I can have him fired imeadi-"

"NO! no, no he didn't do anything wrong. It's just... I don't know, he's hot?"

"Omg." And thus... I have 2 royal pair ups to plan
