So if Im being honest I fbinged this show when I first found out about it so that means I spent my whole weekend watching up to season 5.

Then season 6 came and it was pretty good...

Then we were bitch slapped with season 7...

And now we have the final season 8.

In my opinion, Im pretty sure Dreamworks is punishing the toxic half of Klance shippers. Thats the only reasoning I have behind Klance not being canon like seriously you all saw the sunset scene with Keith and Lance at the end of episode 1.

Personally the show ended fine for me but it definitely could have been way better. I know that the voice actors and everyone on the team tried their hardest and I admire that but some things just werent explained.

One being Shiro's marriage. We dont even know the name of the guy (although I figured Shiro would like him cause he looks like Adam with blue eyes and no glasses) but there was barely any interaction between the two during the season.

Another is Altean Lance. I get he wanted a simple life but thats not what Im putting on here. Its the Altean part in general. How did kissing Allura make him Altean? Seriously because he kissed her numerous times and he was still human afterwards.

Allura's death: why did she have to die? There was no real explination as to why she just walked towards all our dead characters and Coran didnt even get to say goodbye.

Those are just some top ones for me but then again there were some good things like:

-Kinkade's vlog (which was adorable)

-The future reveals (and the fact that we dont know what happens after the fact so maybe Klance does happen and we just dont know about it)

-We got baby Lotor (who was the cutest fucking thing)

-Lots of cool scenes like the balmerian gathering, Pidge and her moms fight, the 80s Voltron throwback, etc.

In reality there were a lot of pros and cons. We all knew it wouldnt be perfect. Some people loved it and others didnt. Most of us are neutral and most of us cried.

Tbh I didnt hate it and Dreamworks worked hard to make this show for us. I am beyond sad that the show is over but that doesnt mean the fandom is so dont stop writing and finishing off the Klance future. Or whatever ship is your OTP.

Im not stopping and I love you all toonmuch to just leave my books. Plus I have so many planned.
