"Dude, just ask him to dance." Wes said calmly to his nervous friend Blaine.

"But- I - like - how?" Blaine asked biting his nails.

"You go up to him and say, Kurt would you like to dance? It's really simple Blaine." David added in.

"What if he says no?" Blaine asked.

"It will be humiliating!" Jeff replies and starts laughing and he slaps his knee. Everyone gave him the death glare. He got the hint and immediately stopped laughing.

"Bro, he's had a crush on you for months." Nick said, trying reassure his friend.

"Come on, Dalton doesn't have many dances, this may be your only chance to dance with Kurt in front of everyone." Wes said.

"But Wes, he's not completely comfortable here yet. He's a sweetheart but I'm going to be honest, I don't want to scare him away." Blaine stated frustrated.

"Ok, you are not going to think too much into this." Jeff turned him around and pushed him toward Kurt.

Blaine walked the rest of the way and stood awkwardly looking down at Kurt. The chestnut haired boy looked up with his beautiful green-blue eyes. He was wearing a nice suit, of course it was really nice because it was, well, Kurt wearing it and a white boutonnière was pinned onto it.

"Hey Blaine." The boy said quietly.

As if on cue a slow song started playing. All the couples got their partners and started to dance.

"Um- Kurt- well- uh- hm- would you like to maybe- I don't know- maybe- want to dance with me?" Blaine asked stuttering. Man he sounded like a complete idiot. How did he just make a fool of himself that much?

Kurt, shocked, was at a loss for words. He gave a quick nod. Blaine offered his hand and Kurt gladly took it.

They went to the dance floor, Kurt put his arms around Blaine neck while Blaine placed his hands around Kurt waist.

Could Blaine be the one for Kurt? He was the person Kurt went to with every problem. Kurt tried to shake these thoughts out of his head.

Blaine smiled like a fool, hoping no one would notice, especially Kurt. This is all he ever wanted. He wanted to be with Kurt. After many months of thinking he was finally able to realize what love felt like.

They both looked into each other's eyes and smiled.

Kurt rested his head on Blaine's shoulder as they slow danced. Kurt never thought he would find someone like Blaine. Is it possible for someone to be so perfect?

Blaine stared down at Kurt, not taking his eyes off him. Kurt wanted to go to New York, Blaine knew that. No matter what life would throw at them, he knew they would end up together for a long time.

They pulled away and Kurt ran as fast as his legs could carry them, leaving Blaine confused and devastated.

Blaine ran around the whole school looking for Kurt. He finally found him sitting by a piano with his head in his hands.

"Kurt?" Blaine asked softly.

Kurt tried to run again but Blaine stopped him. Blaine started to wipe away Kurt's tears. What was wrong with him? Blaine thought. Oh no. He doesn't feel the same way.

"I'm so sorry I kissed you. That was inappropriate. I don't even know if you like me. Man, I'm so--"

Kurt interrupted him by giving him a quick peck on the lips.

"I don't understand." Blaine said confused.

"I'm sorry Blaine. I shouldn't have ran away. It's just..." Kurt started to say.

"It's just what?" Blaine asked.

"You were my first kiss."

Blaine looked wrecked. "So- was I not a good first kiss? I really am foolish. You didn't want me as your first kiss, did you?"

"No! No, Blaine! That's not the case at all."

"Then what is it Kurt?"

"You know how I told you that a kid named Karofsky was bullying me and that's why I transferred here?" Blaine nodded in remembrance.

"Well..." Kurt continued. "He kissed me and then threatened to kill me if I told anyone." Kurt finished

Blaine was shocked, what are you suppose to say in a situation like this?

"I'm so sorry that happened to you, I never wanted to bring back that memory for you."

"No, Blaine, the reason I'm telling you this is because, I never wanted him to be my first kiss." Kurt said.

"Then, who did you want it to be with?" Blaine asked. Wow, he really is clueless.

"You Blaine. I wanted my first kiss to be with you." Kurt said smiling.

"So you do like me, more than a friend?" Blaine wanted to know.

"Yes, silly. I've had a crush on you for months now. I just thought you were way out of my league and I'd never have a chance with you." Kurt felt amazing letting out all his feelings.

"You know, I believe that's the opposite. You are way out of my league." Kurt laughed at this but Blaine was very serious.

They stared at each other for a long time, just enjoying each other's presence.

"You know Kurt, you're real beautiful." Blaine said suddenly.

Kurt couldn't help the red rushing to his cheeks.

Blaine took Kurt's hand in his and started tracing circles on the top of his hand.

"What does this mean for you and I?" Blaine asked, not looking down from their hands.

"Well I wouldn't mind going on a date or two." Kurt said blushing. Blaine's head shot up and he plastered a huge grin on his face.

"Kurt, would you like to go on a date with me?" Blaine asked, wanting to be a gentlemen.

Kurt grinned and nodded happily.

"Well then Ill pick you up tomorrow, at your dorm, at 8:00 sharp." Blaine said properly.

This made Kurt the happiest boy in the world. This is all he ever wanted.

"But for now, we should go dance. Let's go back in there but maybe now as an official couple?" Blaine asked hopeful as he stood up and outstretched his hand to Kurt.

"Id love that." Kurt said, grabbing Blaine's hand.

They walked back into the dance with their hands intertwined and all their friends cheering loudly for them.
