"Hey Jeff, where's Kurt?" Blaine asked sitting down at the breakfast table, in the canteen at Dalton. Kurt is always there, he would never miss a day of school.

"I don't know, he's your boyfriend." Jeff stated, still tired from waking up.

"Well he's your roommate." Blaine shot back.

"Blaine I'm not sure, he was still sleeping when I left." Jeff rebutted.

"He was still sleeping when you left? This can't be good, he always says he leaves a half hour earlier than you." Blaine states as he jumps up and runs out of the cafeteria.

Blaine softly knocked on the door.

"Come in." A faint voice said.

Blaine cracked open the door before fully opening it. He saw his boyfriend, laying down, looking awfully pale.

"Hey Kurt, are you alright?" Blaine asked, even though he already knew the answer.

"No, I feel awful." Kurt stated in a hoarse voice.

Blaine walked over to Kurt's bed and sat right next to where he was laying down. He felt his boyfriends forehead indicating wether it was warm or not.

"Honey, you seem like you have a fever." Kurt groaned in pain.

"I'm going to take your temperature, okay?" Blaine asked moving Kurt's hair out of his face.

Kurt just nodded and pointed to the bathroom to tell Blaine where the thermometer was.

Blaine scurried through the cabinets to find it, once he did he walked back over to Kurt with care in his eyes.

"Open." Blaine stated lovingly. Kurt shook his head, being stubborn.

"Kurt, you can't get better unless I take your temperature." Kurt sat up and rested his back against the headboard. He stared at Blaine in the eyes hoping that he didn't have to take his temperature, he hated it.

"Honey, I know it makes you gag but it will be done before you know it, I'll even sing while we wait." Blaine smiled.

"Fine." Kurt gave in. He opened his mouth and Blaine placed the thermometer in his mouth, Kurt started having tears in his eyes, he hated it more than words can describe.

Blaine started to hum a whole new world from Aladdin. This calmed Kurt down greatly.

The thermometer beeped and Blaine looked at it in concern. "102. You are definitely sick."

"But I've never missed a day of school, I need to go." Kurt said getting up.

"No way, you are not going. I'm going to get your work and my work so I can stay here to take care of you today." Blaine said. Kurt sighed in relief and laid back down, shaking.

Blaine rubbed Kurt's arm. "I'll be right back."
He could suddenly feel Kurt shivering.

"Oh sweetheart you're shaking."

"I-I g-guess I'm just a-a l-little cold." Kurt responded.

Blaine looked around the dorm for extra blankets and spotted many of Jeff's bed.
He quickly went over, grabbed them and brought them back to Kurt.

"B-but those are J-Jeff's." Kurt said, still shivering.

"He won't mind Kurt, your sick." Blaine stated and started to place the blankets on his boyfriend.

"Better?" Blaine asked.

"Better." Kurt replied.

"Ok I'm going to go get all the work, do you need anything? Want anything to eat?"

"Can you grab me some tissues and for food I want toast." Kurt asked.

"Of course, I'll be back." Blaine said with giving Kurt a kiss on the head.

Blaine didn't bother knocking this time, he walked in but didn't see Kurt anywhere.

"Kurt? Kurt, honey, where are you?" Blaine asked until he heard something from the bathroom.

He rushed over to see Kurt sitting on the floor crying, oh we was really sick. Kurt suddenly threw up and Blaine felt awful. He kneeled down next to Kurt and rubbed his back up and down.

"Shhh, it's ok, you're ok, I'm right here." Blaine said.

Once Kurt was done he fell back and Blaine caught him. "I hate being sick." Kurt cried into Blaine's chest.

"I know." Blaine said as he picked up Kurt and brought him back to his bed so he could rest.

"Anything I can do for you?" Blaine asked letting Kurt rest his head on his shoulder.

"Can we watching Disney?" Kurt asked.

"Of course, what movie?" Blaine asked getting up, walking to the movie case.

"Aladdin." Kurt stated.

"Alrighty sweetheart." Blaine replied, putting the disk into the blue ray.

"Thank you for taking care of me." Kurt said when Blaine came back.

"Anything for you. I just want you to feel better." Blaine insisted.

Halfway through the movie Kurt started to become tired.

"Hey, you can sleep, you're sick, you need to rest." Blaine said.

"But I don't want you to leave." Kurt whined.

"I'm not going anywhere. I'll be right here when you wake up." Blaine assured.

"Promise?" Kurt asked.

"Promise." Blaine said.

As Kurt fell asleep he murmured three words that Blaine would never forget. "I love you."

"I love you too Kurt." He said as he kissed Kurt's head.
