Soooooo guys!! Welcome to the first actual chapter of Kitty Whiskers!!!!! I Am soooo excited for this book and if you couldn't tell by the majestic as hell cover photo, this is a Dan Howell Fan fiction! I'll go ahead and give you the ship names of the couples because Phil will be dating one of the girls too!! Okay, so ill give you the ship names and you can leave comments as to who you think it is! Alright the ship names are Demi and Chil! Have fun! Alrighty guys so, here is the first chapter!!

*BEEP BEEP BEEP * I groaned as my alarm clock went off. With my eyes still shut I hit it until it shut off. I was immensely tired until, I REMEMBERED IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY!!! I shot straight up in bed and smiled looking out the window. It was a bright, sunny day that couldn't possibly be ruined. I reached over to my bedside table and got my glasses and then unplugged my phone from its charger. '10 Unread Messages' I giggled as I saw the notification on my lock screen. I swiped it unlocked and went to my messages. 5 from Christina and 5 from Madeline. All of which consisted of 'DUDE YOU FEEL ASLEEP FIRSTTTTTTT's and 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOSER's from both of my best friends. I opened Madeline's first and typed 'Ahhhh sorry for falling asleep before midnight! Thank chu and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU TOO LOSER!!!!' and then I copy and pasted it into a message for Christina. We have a very special friendship, but I know its one that'll last forever. Alright enough sappy crapppp. I hop out of my bed and put on my Slytherin Cape socks. I go to the bathroom and looked at my appearance. I just looked like a big bag of nope today. I took the clip out of my hair and let its lavendernes fall. It comes to my stomach so its not too long. I grab the brush and brush all the lovely morning tangles out of my hair and then I turn on my flat iron. While its heating up, I go decide on my outfit for the day. Its the summer soooo yay!!! I go to my closet and pick out a Black My Chemical Romance Tee (A/N I attached a pic), black jeggings, and my black combat boots. I changed into my outfit and walked back into the bathroom. I checked my flat iron to make sure it was at the right temperature before straightening my hair. It took me about thirty minutes, but then it was all nice and straight! I opened my makeup bag and took off my glasses. I applied some eyeliner and then curled my eyelashes before applying some mascara and then putting my glasses back on. After that I did some light blush and a light pink lip gloss. Perfect! I turned off the bathroom light and walked into my bedroom, looking at the clock. It was only 9:00 a.m. . I grabbed my phone off the bed and walked out of my room and into the kitchen. I NEED FOOOODDDDD!!!!! I grabbed two chocolate crunch bars from the counter and sat down at the dining room table. I was scrolling through Tumblr when my older sister, Madison, came in. "Good Morning" She said as she yawned. "Good Morning." I said back, getting up from the table to throw my wrappers away. She reached up into the cabinet and grabbed a bowl and I stood beside her and watched her with my hands on my hips. I cleared my throat. "What?" she asked and glanced at me before looking back at her bowl that she just finally managed to grab. "Do you know what today is?" I ask, trying to sound clueless as she went to the fridge to retrieve the milk. "Saturday?" she asked, playing dumb. "Yes and no." I responded as she grabbed her cereal. "August 20th?" she asked again. "Getting warmer." I said and sat down at the table with her. She smiled and just ate her cereal, staying quiet. She was so pretty. Blonde hair, ocean blue eyes, tall, and very funny. She was the perfect older sister. She was also very athletic. We did have our ups and downs, as anyone did, but she's family. And family has to stick together. She's actually my only blood sibling. And when I say blood sibling, I mean she's my real sister. I consider Madeline and Christina my sisters, but they aren't by blood. Madison finished her bowl of bloody cereal, washed it, put it in the dish washer, and went back in her room, without saying another word. "UGH!!!!" I yelled. I heard her laugh in her room and then I heard her door swing open and I saw her trudge into the living room with a neatly wrapped gift and card. She set it on the loveseat and then walked over to me. She hugged me real tight and I hugged her back, just as tight. "Happy Birthday Ems. I'm really gonna miss you." she said and sniffed which let me know she was crying. Great now im gonna start crying. "Thanks Maddie. I'm really going to miss you too." I said and sniffed. I was not going to cry! Not going to do it! Not today, todays a happy day. I pulled back from our hug and I looked at her. "I promise I'll call you and I'll write you though! And we'll obviously see each other on holidays and you can obviously come visit me anytime in Manchester or wherever I may end up in the future. Who knows? I may meet a guy who's famous and we end up having to move to Alaska to live with the Penguins!" I said gasping. She just gave me an ' Are you done look' and I nodded. "Kay. Time to wake up the parents and invite over the best friends so the birthday girls can get their gifts!" Madison said, walking towards our parents bedroom. "Wait. Wake them up the fun way or the boring way?" I asked. "Fun way duh!" she said, scoffing. I clapped my hands and walked over to her. She opened the door quietly and we walked over to the bed. She counted on her fingers and on three we jumped on the bed and yelled "WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!" Since they were scared, they flailed around and so Madison and I promptly fell off the bed and once we stopped laughing we ran out of their bedroom as fast as we could. I grabbed my phone and texted Madeline and Christina to be over in 10 minutes for gifts and cake. See, this is how we did birthdays. Each year all three of us go to each house and get presents and cake and stuff but since we're moving this year, we're all getting stuff that we will need for our Flat and such. My mom and Dad eventually came out with brushed hair, teeth, fresh clothes, and the presents!!! I hugged them both and went to sit *shudders* outside to wait for Madeline and Christina. I went on Instagram and posted a bomb selfie, with a black and white filter of course, and then they walked up. "What is up Mads and Chads?" I said and walked over to my odd best friends. "Chads?" Christina asked. "Yeah I don't know either." I said and laughed. They both joined in laughter and we walked inside. We were greeted with confetti thrown in our face and my entire family screaming 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' in our faces. We laughed and clutched our chests where our hearts are and dramatically fell to the ground as if on que. My family laughed and we got up I went into the kitchen while Madeline and Christina hugged everyone. I opened the fridge and got four IBC Cream Sodas out for Me, Madeline, Christina, and Madison. These were our weakness. I whistled to get their attention and they turned and smiled, I winked and handed them theirs. We all sat down in the living room and the gift opening started. We opened the one from Madison first. The box was heavy as hell so It took all of us to hold it. We opened it and nearly fainted from excitement. It was a box full of IBC Cream Soda. We all looked at her with wide eyes and she laughed. "That's at least a months worth. I don't think they have any IBC over there so I decided id send you with some. We tried to move the box to get up and hug her, but we were unable. "We clearly want to hug you, but can't but this is awesome! Thank you so much!!!" Madeline said. Madison nodded and my mom handed us our next present. We each got a separate box. Interestinggggg. We tore them open and inside each were Umbrellas of our favorite color. Madeline got Blue, Christina got Red, and I got Lavender. "These are awesome thank you!" Christina said. "It rains a lot in England so you'll definitely need these." my mom said and I smiled. My dad stood up and handed us a huge box and set it in the middle of us. We opened it and inside was basically a 'Your First Few Months Care Package'. It contained: A guide book to Manchester, Guide book to Manchester University, Street Map, Map Of The Underground, A Book Of Libraries In Manchester, Conversion Book For Cooking, A Book Of British Lingo, and Two Packs of Ultra Soft Toilet Paper? "What's with the toilet paper?" I asked laughing. "I've heard some of their paper isn't soft. Oh and that gift is from everyone since Madeline and Christina's parents are out of town." my dad said. I laughed and thanked him. We told them we would call their parents later and thank them and then we went off to my room. We walked in and sat on my bed, completely silent. "Soooo, anyone going to talk about the elephant in the room?" I said and got off the bed and got in my bean bag chair so I was looking at Madeline and Christina. They gave me a look that said 'shut up' but we needed to talk about it. "We're moving in 4 days guys. None of us have even started to pack, to say goodbye to any of our other friends-" I was cut off by Christina. "What other friends?" she said, scoffing. I nodded and continued. "True, but we do have family. And like it or not we do have to pack. Plus, we're going to England guys. The place we've been dreaming of moving to since the 8th grade. Our wildest dreams finally coming true. Most people would kill to be in our situation! We're living THE FREAKING DREAM GUYS!" I said, getting more happy the more I talked about it. They smiled and ended up laughing at my stupidity. "So, want to help me start packing?" I asked the two lovely ladies sitting in front of me.
