I was crouching on the Tommy's lap when we stopped to see the liberty bell. Whoa. Tommy hopped up to look flinging me off him. Ouch. I shook myself off and we shifted into the two trucks. I sat with Tommy up front and watched as the liberty bell flew off the other truck and killed multiple Zs on its way. And we swapped back into the one truck and I sat up on the roof in the spare tire.

Tommy was eating a Twinkie while I sat on his lap eating a mouse I caught. He didn't seem to care that mouse blood and guts were dripping onto his pants. He just wiped it off afterwards. I stayed with Warren and Garnett to guard the truck and Murphy while everyone else left to find supplies. I kind of just trotted around the truck watching out for Zs while Murphy made some mouse-brained comments and complained a ton. I slipped under the car for some shade and waited for Tommy to come back. Tommy, Doc, and Cassandra came back with a satellite. Tommy called me over and set down an opened can of cat food. I sniffed at it and started eating while everyone argued and almost killed each other. Eventually Cassandra ran off and Warren, Garnett and Mack ran after her while Tommy and Doc stayed with me.

"So how'd you find that cat?" Doc asked, petting my head while I ate.

Tommy looked up from where he was toying with his gun and shrugged. "Same place you found us. She found me. So I let her tag along." He responded looking at me. Everyone came back a little after. Murphy, being the ass he is, tried to 'lighten the mood' by telling a terrible joke. I just sat at Tommy's feet while they planned how to get Addy back.

We were speeding down the road with music blaring from the speaker. Zs were trailing behind us. I was standing on the roof next to the speaker, clinging onto the metal roof by my claws. I lashed my tail with excitement as we busted through the gates, letting all the Zs in. We skid a little as we stopped. Doc and Cassandra jumped into the back and we drove out.

We picked up Tommy on the way out and I leaped down to lay next to him. He rubbed behind my ears and I purred and closed my eyes. Yeah, I'm definitely staying with this team.
