once I found out
I loved him even more

yoongi woke up to the feeling of paws pressing gently on his abdomen. he had temporarily forgotten that he had found this kitten, and so he was slightly startled to find that the new member of the house was lying across his stomach, whimpering.
once yoongi realised this, he started to gently stroke the crying creature.
picking his phone up from the cabinet, he checked to see if anything had been shown about the kitten; nothing.

yoongi, still stroking the kitten, felt it move, off from his lap and onto the other side of his bed.

just as yoongi put his phone down, the kitten started to cry again, except the cries sounded more.. human?
yoongi didn't question it any more and picked the kitten up, placing him on his stomach again, the kitten's crying stopping shortly after.

yoongi fell asleep, holding onto the cat's fur, halfway through stroking the creature.

when yoongi woke up, he first checked the clock, and upon seeing that it was 11:24, he decided to wake up, although when he turned back around, he did not expect to see what he did.
yoongi watched from on the bed as the kitten fell onto the floor, awake and alert, landing on its feet.
witnessing this, he was so engrossed in the sight he saw, he didn't even think about helping the kitten.
after this, the kitten started to grow larger and, much to yoongi's surprise, started forming a more humanly shaped face.
what in earth is going on? he asked himself.
yoongi, being lost in thought, did not notice that the kitten - now boy - was standing up on all fours, battered and bruised, holding the bed sheet in front of him to ensure yoongi didn't see his body.
yoongi looked at the boy.
the boy looked at yoongi.
they were both staring, taking in the others' features slowly, unaware of the other.
yoongi first noticed the lack of height on the boy, then how cute he looked.
the boy had silver hair, the same length as yoongi's and ice blue eyes. this amazed yoongi, as he had never seen such beautiful eyes. even the kitten did not have such mesmerising eyes.
the boy, now noticing yoongi staring, got embarrassed and started to turn and walk away, to which yoongi caught him by the wrist and pulled the boy towards him.
"hello kitten, what's your name?"
