Zombies

(Just a cute picture when Zandra was a babyy with her papa!)

I pull my sword from my body to ready.

Father throws the three knives on hand in her heart, throat, and center below rib cage. She topples back to the ground.

"Will she stay down?" Ciel questions.

Father puts up a hand to keep him back. "Please stand back now."

She begins to twitch and lifts herself back up.

"What the Devil is she?" Ciel gasps.

"A blade pierced her heart yet still she moves. Whatever she is, she is beyond my care," father says.

She begins making her way in our direction.

"She's lost control! Do something! Get to work!" Ryan shouts at two security men.

They pull out guns and begin to shoot her with it not causing any effect. She turns around and attacks them instead. Ryan Stoker runs off.

"Stoker!" Ciel shouts.

"Let him go," father says.

"Yes, we'll find him later," I say.

"How are we supposed to kill that bloody thing?" Ciel questions.

"Don't you play video games?" Alois asks. "You gotta aim for the head! Just like a zombie!"

"He's right you know!" a new voice speaks up, revving a lawnmower. "Here, let me show you!" He comes flying in and tears her head up with the lawnmower's blades. "Let's leave these things to the professionals."

"Don't tell me," father groans.

"Ha ha! I knew I was right! Why wouldn't anyone believe me?" he continues his rant, looking in a small book.

"Who is that fellow?" Ciel asks.

"From the glasses, the green eyes, and weapon choice," I speak up.

"Surely by this point, my lord, you should know full well," father replies.

The reaper moves to take the girl's mother's records.

"A grim reaper," Ciel voices for everyone.

That gains his attention. "That butler uniform... You aren't the infamous Bassy, are you?"

Claude let's out a held back laugh, covering his mouth with his hand.

"Bassy?! That's rich!" Alois laughs.

"A pleasure," the reaper greets, flicking back his bangs. "I'm with the Grim Reapers Collection Department. The name is Ronald Knox. I think you're acquainted with one of my fellow reapers."

"Regrettably," father sighs. "Do the reapers know what's going on with the Aurora Society? You knew to aim for her head, what other information do you have?"

"None really. We don't know any of the details just the bare bones of it. I'm here because we got reports of bodies walking around after we already collected their souls and someone needed to investigate the situation. And sure enough, here's another one. That's a genuine corpse which I can vouch for since I'm the one who took her soul a couple weeks ago!"

"We'll have to extract more information out of Stoker himself," Ciel says. "Let's go."

Ronald suddenly whips up his weapon and aims it at Ciel.

Father easily catches it.

"If they find out demons are involved, things will get much more difficult. I'm really not interested in working overtime. So, could you do me a favor and die?"

I laugh. "You? You take on six demons by yourself? We'll rip you to pieces before you even lift a finger," I scoff.

He narrows his eyes at me as I grin.

"I'm going to go on ahead, give him a little exercise and then follow," Ciel says. "Let's go."

I along with the Trancey household rush out to find Ryan.

"He should be this way," I say, tracking his scent down in the cargo hold.

Ciel pulls out his flashlight and gun. "This is the cargo hold."

A footstep from behind makes us all turn around to find Elizabeth.

"Lady Elizabeth, you should be at the formal dance," I say.

"I was looking for Ciel! I went to go get us cake and when I came back you were gone! So I went to find you and saw you all running down the hall and followed you!"

I quickly turn around and slice off a zombie's head, gaining everyone's attention.

"That's not the one from before?! There are more of these things?!" Ciel shouts.

Another noise moves beside us and we find Snake with all his snakes.

We spot the coffin with the Phoenix Society's insignia on it.

"Another? There's more than that. I can smell them," Claude says, holding his nose to block out some of the smell. "Disgusting."

We all look in the direction Snake's snakes point out with hundreds of coffins hung up. They all begin to shake and tons of zombies fall out from them, heading right in our direction.

I swipe up Lizzy and Ciel and place them up top a few stacked crates. "You'll be safe here while we take care of all of these so called zombies."

Canterbury places Snake and Alois beside them.

The combined force of the demons quickly gets rid of every zombie in a few seconds.

Sebastian shows up and helps the four from the crates as the other demons replace their bloodied gloves.

"You know, it's odd," Claude says. "They seem unstoppable but their bodies are weaker than normal humans."

We all begin to make our way to where Ryan is located.

"Why would anyone bring such a large number of corpses aboard a ship?" Ciel asks.

Father and I stop and turn to them.

"As to that," father says, whipping out a few knives and flicking them nearby. They embed into a wall, stopping Ryan from moving further. "I believe it would be best to ask the good doctor."

He looks at us with fright.

"Yes, I agree," Ciel replies.

"It's all wrong!" Ryan shouts as father makes his way closer to him. "This wasn't meant to happen! I wouldn't intentionally bring back anyone in that state. How could I know any of the bodies in the hull would wake up?!"

Father grabs him and pulls his arm behind his back, bringing him towards us. "There's no need to rush, sir. It will be some time before we reach Choshi City. Do please tell us the whole story from start to finish."

Ryan struggles. "Please wait!" he shouts.

"Why whatever for? Your decaying friends have all been disposed."

He quickly explains that there's another room full of ten times as many corpses as this cargo hold did.

"You can't be serious," Ciel gasps.

"So, you're saying..." Lizzy trails off.

"The ship is crawling with zombies!" Alois shouts.

"What do we do?" Lizzy questions.

"Zandra, I want you to escort the Marchioness and her family somewhere safe," Ciel says then sighs. "Along with that wretched host club."

"Timber, Thompson, go with her," Alois commands. "We can't risk them dying."

"Come back once you're sure they're safe," Ciel continues.

"Yes, my lord," I say and quickly rush off.

"We'll go look for the host club," the two of the triplets say and take off in a different direction from me.

I arrive to the area with Elizabeth's family and take out the zombie with a slice through the head. "Are any of you injured?"

"Maid?" Francis voices.

"What manner of beast are they?" Edward huffs.

"I know little, but you get rid of them with a blow to the head," I tell them.

We all stand back to back and all stab with our swords through the heads of the rest of the zombies. They all fall to the ground now fully dead.

"You seem to have that right at least," Alexis sighs.

"Given the situation, I suppose I can overlook your disheveled outfit," Francis says.

I bow. "Much appreciated."

"What happened to Lizzy?" Alexis asks.

"Your daughter is being protected by my father and the young master, sir," I respond. "She is safe."

"If they're together, we have nothing to worry about," Alexis says, looking to his wife.

"Yes, that boy is going to protect his fiancée at all costs," Francis agrees with her husband.

"Indeed, at all costs," I say. Though it's obviously my father that'll keep them safe. "I was ordered to escort you to somewhere sa–"

"We cannot do that!" Alexis barks. He flashes the sword he was holding. "The members of the Midford household have protected England for generations. As knights we never abandon people in danger. Even if we are not in England."

Edward raises his sword high. "We are English knights. We are the shield that protects the weak."

They then get confirmation from Francis who nods with a firm yes.

"Go back to where they are right away," Francis orders.

"But..."

"Don't you trust our ability as swordsmen?" she questions.

I give a light bow. "I understand." But you are not my master.

"Let's go!" Francis shouts.

The three leave the room.

A bell begins to ring, making me curious. I head outside to see what all the bell ringing commotion is about to see a giant iceberg floating far ahead of the ship.

"Isn't that unusual?" I make my way to the front of the ship, killing any zombies along the way. "Well, can't have anymore problems." I light the blade of my sword on fire and raise it to split the iceberg.

"Demon!"

I turn to the voice. "Ah, Mr. Knox."

"Don't make my work harder for me! These people are supposed to die!" he shouts.

I smirk. "You know what's so nice about being a demon?" I turn away and raise my sword. "I don't have to follow your stupid rules!" I swing my sword down, blasting a slice of fire straight at the iceberg.

The iceberg cracks then melts into millions of pieces and disappears.

"You damn demon!" Knox shouts, jumping at me.

I block his lawnmower with my blade. "This sword is of demon origin, you know what our weapons do against reaper blades?" My sword begins to cut into his scythe, and he immediately back draws by flipping away. I grin. "They destroy them," I answer. "It's one of the many reasons that demons aren't controlled."

Knox scowls.

Grell randomly appears, jumping on the ship from the destroyed iceberg. "Zandra!"

I immediately shift out of the way of his hug. "No."

"So cruel!" he shutters in joy. "Just like your father mer-ow!"

"Get out of our way, demon!" Knox shouts, attacking me once again.

I backflip out of the way and run off into the ship.

~~~...~~~
It's been a while, hasn't it?
I decided to end it here because going back and forth from Wattpad to the movie on my phone is exhausting.
Hope you enjoy!
In case you forgot Elizabeth's family:
Edward bro
Francis mom
Alexis dad
Anyway, I've been busy with writing MHA/BNHA fanfics. I have 3 if you're interested. Shinso, Aizawa, and Kirishima are the end ships for each one. Go read!
