Phantomhive Manor (Part 3 of 3)

I wake up from my nap around 9:30am just in time to sense the triplets return. I sneak out of Ciel's grasp without waking him up and leave the room down to let them in. I turn back into my human form along the way.

"Welcome back. Find any good souls to eat?" I ask.

"We stole a few from some reapers," Timber answers.

"They weren't the best but they were filling," Thompson says. "Filling like your sexy self in your maids uniform." He winks.

I gasp mockingly. "Is the Thompson flirting with me?"

"Maybe I am," he suggests.

I chuckle. "Well, since you have returned are you all willing to help in the kitchen for breakfast like you promised?"

"Yes, milady," Thompson jokes and the three of them follow behind me to the kitchen where my father awaits.

We enter to find the backside of my father.

"Why have you brought the snakes in here?" he asks with a hint of annoyance.

"They've come to help prepare breakfast," I say nonchalantly.

"Did they? Hopefully they didn't bring a vile of poison or something."

"Actually father, the triplets are pretty chill. They actually pretty much hate their father, Claude. Right?"

"He starves us," Canterbury says.

"He takes all the credit for the work we did," Timber adds.

"And he won't let us leave," Thompson finishes. "Only for leaving with Alois for school."

"I don't deny that, but that doesn't make me trust you any more," father replies.

The four of us sigh.

"Just tell them what you need done. I'm going to go wake up Finny and the rest of the servants," I say and leave the room hoping I'll come back to see it in one piece still. I first walk into Bard and Finny's room. "Finny! Time to wake up for the day!" I shake him then go over to Bard. "Wakey wakey, Bard!"

They groan and sit up rubbing their eyes of crusties.

"Good... morning..." Finny groans.

"I need you two to go wake the guys and ask them what they like on an omelette then come report it to me, while I go wake Mey Rin to go get Haruhi up, then I need to make sure my father and the triplets aren't killing each other," I say and leave to fetch Mey Rin. "Mey Rin get up!"

She quickly sits up. "I'm up! I'm up, yes I am!"

"Good to hear. I need you to go wake Haruhi and ask what she would like on her omelette then come report the info to me."

"Yes, Miss Zandra!" she says and begins to get ready.

I leave the room back to the kitchen to discover nobody in the kitchen. The rattling from above grabs my attention and I look up to find my father and the triplets clashing head to head fighting along the ceiling. "Really?" I sigh and clear my throat loudly. "I thought breakfast was supposed to be getting made?"

They all pause and look at me. The triplets sheepishly walk down to the floor behind me.

My father comes after. "Sorry, we got a little off task..." my father says, tucking his utensils back in his tux then proceeds to straighten out his clothes.

"How about I take over while you go wake up Ciel?" I suggest.

"I do think that would be for the best," father says and leaves the room.

I sigh and turn towards the triplets.

"He started it," they quickly claim.

I sigh again with a slight chuckle. "That doesn't surprise me, he starts everything. Anyway, how about we continue making breakfast?"

"Sounds like a plan, kitty cat," Thompson teases, using the nickname he gave me.

"So, what do we do first, Zanny?" Timber asks, using the nickname he chose for me.

"Well, Tommy and Timmy, you could start by not calling me those ridiculous nicknames you insist to call me," I huff.

"Not gonna happen, kitty cat," Thompson replies. "To be honest I don't really mind you calling me Tommy."

"Damn, I'll have to find something else to use that'll annoy you..." I mumble. "Whatever, how about you get the ingredients for making an omelette out?"

They leave to fetch those while I fish out the frying pans to cook the host club and the servants breakfast. I put 8 frying pans on the two stoves and empty out the eggs on each.

Mey Rin, Finny, and Bard come tumbling into the room and give me what everyone wants on their food.

"Would you like us to gather everyone in the dining hall?" Mey Rin asks.

"That would be appreciated," I reply, quickly finishing the eggy goodness.

They all salute and rush off.

"They seem to really look up to you," Canterbury mentions.

"Because they wish they could do everything as well as I do," I reply. "Would you be so kind as to set the table before the club gets there?"

"Yes, kitty cat!" Thompson salutes and the brothers dash off with utensils and other table decorations, leaving me alone in the kitchen.

I sigh. "Today is going to be another looong day."

"For breakfast today we have omelettes with hash browns and a muffin on the side, along with your choice of drink," I explain and pass out everyone's food.

They all begin eating. Tamaki looks around seeing the other servants eating and not my father and I.

"Hey, you didn't give the triplets or yourselves any food again. Have you already eaten?" Tamaki asks.

"The triplets woke up early with my father and I, and ate breakfast before everyone else. The five of us made breakfast for you all this morning," I answer.

"I've never seen you guys eat anything before," Haruhi says.

"You don't really wanna watch them eat, it could haunt you for the rest of your life," Alois says.

"Are they really messy eaters?" Honey asks.

"You could say that," Alois says with a smirk.

"Shut up, Alois," Ciel scoffs, propping his cheek on his fist. "Why do you insist to make stupid assumptions?"

"I guess that's just how I imagine it," Alois says and shrugs.

"We aren't messy," father says in English. "We eat souls like we're having a drink. We just suck it out like using a straw."

"That's actually really weird to imagine," Alois says.

I glance over at Kyoya to see his eyebrows furrowed. (Any day now he should be figuring us out.)

"So, what's on the agenda today?" the twins ask.

"You leaving. I have duties to attended to today and I can't have you to interrupt me," Ciel says.

"That's not what the deal was!" the twins and Alois exclaim. "It was for the whole weekend."

Ciel sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose in annoyance. "You are the most annoying bunch ever... Fine. You can come with. I'll have to make arrangements first," he says and looks towards my father then speaks to him in English. "We're going to look at the murder from last night, correct?"

"Yes," father replies.

"Another murder happened last night?" Alois asks in English.

"The guy murdered was the man who was supposed to kill another victim last night. Sebastian got information out of him before he killed him. So, basically no. We're just going to get information about the man to see if it will help us with the case," Ciel replies.

"Ah, so that's where Sebastian went last night. I'm surprised you didn't send Zandra to do the dirty work instead, like last time. Remember? When you thought you solved the case and it was over," Alois says with a grin. "So, what'd you get out of him?"

Kyoya and Tamaki look between my father and I in a mixed look of terror and shock. (Looks like they're following.)

"They were going to kill a guy named Shiro Togami," Ciel says. "We'll investigate him after we get the murdered man's info first."

"Mey Rin, Finny, Bard, please escort the guests back to their rooms so they can get ready to depart," I say.

"Yes, Miss Zandra!" they say and they usher everyone out the room, leaving my father, Ciel, and I.

I look towards Ciel. "You do know that Kyoya and Tamaki can understand English, correct?" I ask.

"I've come to realize that," Ciel says. "It entertains me to watch their reactions for what we talk about."

"Why haven't you asked me to erase their memories?" I ask.

"If it gets too out of hands I'll ask you to, but until then I want to watch them shaking in fear," Ciel says, staring forward and eating the last piece of his omelette.

My father and I glance at each other then grin. (I'm kinda enjoying this too.)

"Yes, my lord," I say. "But if I may..."

"Proceed," he replies.

"Tamaki and Kyoya now know that we've killed people before and if they tell the others then they could spread that rumor to more. If that happens then it'll be so out of control I might not be able to get rid of it," I explain. "I think it'd be best if I rearranged their memories some so that won't happen."

Ciel sighs. "You have a point. You have my permission to erase their memories of the previous conversation or tweak it to your liking. This is an order."

"Yes, my lord."

...Kyoya's POV... 📓💰

After the servants leave from asking what we want for omelettes, I rush off to Tamaki's room in order to ask what they were talking about in French yesterday. I knock on the door.

"Come in," Tamaki's voice rings off.

I enter. "Tamaki."

"Good morning, Kyoya! What is it that you've come to see me for?" he asks.

"Yesterday during lunch they were talking in French. Do you remember what they were saying?" I ask.

"Oh yeah! I wanted to tell you about that! It kinda weirded me out. Ciel told Zandra to 'make the garden house presentable and to send Sebastian back in her place and get that dog away from the manor before he sets the whole thing on fire.' I don't understand how a dog could set the garden on fire and I didn't know they had a dog."

"Weird."

"But that's not the weirdest thing. Then Zandra asked 'is that an order?' Then Ciel said 'yes.' Then Zandra was like 'then you know what to say.' as if she was teasing him. It seemed to please her when Ciel confirmed it by saying 'Zandra, this is an order, get rid of that dog and send Sebastian in your place.' And that's it," Tamaki says.

"So just some weird servant master issues, nothing important," I sigh and sit on his bed.

"Why? Is something troubling you?" Tamaki asks.

"I know you've heard the talks they've had in English. I just feel like they're hiding something huge. That goes for Alois and the triplets too," I admit.

"Some secrets are better kept as a secret, Kyoya. You shouldn't pry."

"I feel that it's a secret that could endanger our lives, Tamaki," I explain. "I had this freakishly real like dream last night."

"About what?"

"Zandra."

"Ooo! Does Kyoya like Zandra?!" Tamaki squeals.

"No, she... terrifies me," I sigh.

"Whoa. There's someone who terrifies the great Kyoya? That's a first," Tamaki teases.

"I know and I hate it."

"Is this because of how she knocked the wind out of you?"

"That's when it officially started," I admit. "She's been in my dreams, or more like nightmares, terrorizing me. It all feels so real. Last night in the dream I went to Ciel's office to look for anything that could give me any info about themselves."

"And?" Tamaki urges on.

"And Zandra surprised me by appearing out of the shadows. We had a conversation like this... Does he honestly have nothing about himself?"

"Need any help?" a creepy voice asked.

I jumped about 6 feet in the air then looked in the direction from where I heard the voice and found Zandra, but all I could see was her blood thirsty eyes."When d-did you get in here?"

"I was right behind you. I followed you once you came out your room," she replied. "Now, what on earth are you doing at this ungodly hour?"

I pushed up my glasses shakily. "I-I could ask the same to you."

"I don't sleep much, so I kinda clean up the manor at night," she said. "Now, what are you doing in my young master's office?"

"Looking for something."

"I can see that." She stood up and walked slowly over to me. "If you want information about us you won't find it. We're the mysterious bunch from London for a reason and it's gonna stay that way."

The room began to get shrouded in darkness and chills ran down my spine.

"I'm determined to find out your secrets as well as who you all truly are," I said.

The room got so dark that her eyes were the only thing that could be seen.

"Is that so? Well, I've given you a few hints. Alois has dropped many bombs of our secrets. We've dropped many of his. Ciel and Alois are very alike whether or not they think it."

Her voice sounded like it was coming from every direction. I couldn't pinpoint where she was.

"I've come to realize that."

"If I find you snooping again I'll eat your soul," she said. I suddenly felt dizzy and darkness took over me, but I still felt somewhat conscious. "And it should be quite the meal."

"That's really creepy," Tamaki says, shaking in fear.

"I had the dream again when I fell back asleep," I say.

"On another note, does it bother you how young Sebastian looks? I need to ask what kinda skin care he uses..."

I scoff. "Doofus... Next time they speak in English we should listen carefully. Can you handle that?"

"I'll pay attention for the rest of the visit."

A knock resounds throughout the room and we both look towards the door.

"Breakfast is about ready. If you're ready then I've come to escort you to the dining hall, yes I am," the maid's voice says from the other side of the door.

"Coming!" Tamaki says and we leave the room.

We walk with everyone else to the dining hall.

"For breakfast today we have omelettes with hash browns and a muffin on the side, along with your choice of drink," Zandra explains and passes out everyone's food.

We all begin eating. Tamaki looks around seeing the other servants eating and not Sebastian and Zandra.

"I guess that's just how I imagine it," Alois says and shrugs.

"We aren't messy," Sebastian says in English. "We eat souls like we're having a drink. We just suck it out like using a straw."

(What the hell?)

"That's actually really weird to imagine," Alois says.

I see Zandra glance my way but I don't pay much mind to it.

"So, what's on the agenda today?" the twins ask.

"You leaving. I have duties to attended to today and I can't have you to interrupt me," Ciel says.

"That's not what the deal was!" the twins and Alois exclaim. "It was for the whole weekend."

"Yes," Sebastian replies.

"Another murder happened last night?" Alois asks in English.

(Another murder? So that's why he wants us gone.)

"The guy murdered was the man who was supposed to kill another victim last night. Sebastian got information out of him before he killed him. So, basically no. We're just going to get information about the man to see if it will help us with the case," Ciel replies.

(Whoa... Back up... Killed him? Sebastian killed him?)

"Ah, so that's where Sebastian went last night. I'm surprised you didn't send Zandra to do the dirty work instead, like last time. Remember? When you thought you solved the case and it was over," Alois says with a grin. "So, what'd you get out of him?"

Tamaki and I look between Sebastian and Zandra in a mixed look of terror and shock. (Zandra's killed too?!)

"They were going to kill a guy named Shiro Togami," Ciel says. "We'll investigate him after we get the murdered man's info first."

"Mey Rin, Finny, Bard, please escort the guests back to their rooms so they can get ready to depart," Zandra says.

"Yes, Miss Zandra!" they say and they usher us out the room, leaving Sebastian, Ciel, and Zandra.

We make our way back to the rooms with the assistance of the three servants and I immediately bring Tamaki into my room.

"You heard all of that right?"

"Sebastian and Zandra have killed people!" Tamaki screeches.

"So I wasn't the only one," I mumble.

"W-what do we do?" Tamaki hesitantly asks.

"She could've killed me..."

"We should tell the others!" Tamaki exclaims.

"That would be a good ide–" I begin but am cut off by the door opening.

We turn to look to see Zandra walk in, shutting the door behind her, and locking it. She looks at us with a devilish smile and her glowing blood red eyes.

"Found you. Both in one place too. That makes this so much easier," she says.

Tamaki shrieks.

"A-are you gonna kill us?" I ask.

She looks at me and begins to laugh wickedly.

Tamaki runs to the window to try to open it and jump out. Zandra flicks her hand up causing the giant curtains to swerve in front of the windows to block Tamaki's path. Tamaki squeals. My eyes widen.

"It's a good thing these rooms are sound proof to the human ear," Zandra comments.

"W-what do you want w-with u-us?" Tamaki asks, shrinking down to the floor. "Are you g-gonna k-kill u-us?"

"Oh no. Killing you would be quite troublesome and we don't want that. Having you two as social status as well as being popular, killing you isn't a choice," Zandra says in a eerie voice.

"Then, why are you here?" I ask.

"I'm afraid you heard a little too much of the conversation from before. You know, the part where my father and I have killed people? We've killed many people and eaten their souls. The triplets? They actually have too," she explains.

"W-what are you?" I ask.

"I'm one hell of a maid," she says. "Get what I'm going at?"

"D-demon," Tamaki stutters and gasps.

"Good job! My father, the triplets, Claude, Pluto, Snake, and I are all demons."

"Why are you telling us all this?" I ask.

"It's not like it's going to matter. Your memories will be gone in a matter of seconds anyway," she says.

"You can initiate memory loss?" I ask.

"It's one of my many abilities," she admits with a shrug.

The room begins to darken as the light gets sucked out the room.

"That dream I had last night..." I mumble.

"Yes, it was real," she says.

The room gets covered in total darkness the only visible thing being Zandra's eyes.

"My soul will be filling?" I ask.

"The host club is full of delicious souls," she says. "High class souls are the best. That's why my father and I will take Ciel's once he completes his revenge. Then Claude will take Alois' once his revenge is covered too."

"Disgusting," I mutter.

"No, souls are yummy," she says. "Look into my eyes."

"Don't do it Tamaki!" I shout.

Zandra's laugh resounds through the room. "Too late!"

"Dammit!" I fuss and shut my eyes tight.

"Oh Kyoya? Don't shut your dark orbs. I wanna see your beautiful onyx eyes," Zandra taunts me.

"No."

I feel a hand go around my neck and claws begin to poke into my skin. "Open them before I make you. A simple mortal like you cannot defeat a demon."

"Try me."

I hear her snicker. "Comply with me or I will make you have nightmares for the rest of your miserable life. Nightmares that'll feel so real that you'll wake up screaming right as I eat your soul. Every time, you will feel your soul being sucked out and wake right as you die. Open your eyes Kyoya or die repeatedly every night."

I open my eyes to see her sharp teeth, claws, and glowing eyes before I fall unconscious, forgetting any of this ever happened.

...Zandra's POV...

I smile as I shift their memories so they believe they heard something else. I fix the room to the way it was and have the two unconscious boys standing up and facing each other. Waking them up as if they never fell asleep right as I leave the room as if they were talking about what to do for the next club cosplay. I leave the room and smirk to myself.

(That was actually really fun and satisfying!)

"Is it complete?" father asks, walking up behind me.

"Yes, I tweaked their memories," I say with a confident smirk.

...💙💛💚❤️💜

Oh snap! Will they figure them out again or not?!

I love the threat I wrote for Kyoya. It was badass.
